Pros:
Cons: The bedsheets. They don’t have a duvet and we have to put a blanket on top. This makes the bed sheets very heavy and not comfortable as it slides down all the time and we have to pull it back to the bed all night. It was horrible and. It’s not up to the international standard. The staff are friendly but some are lack of experience of international top hotel standards. Communications between different teams are not very smooth. Examples: 1. When we checked in we asked the lady to book a table at the Moroccan restaurant for the same evening and when we arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have our reservations and had to check for quite a while to confirm that. As hotel guests of the best hotel in the world this is not acceptable. 2. I asked for something from the reception to be sent to our room and it took them 3 times to finally get it right. Seems that the reception and the house keeping don’t understand each other. 3. We came back late at 8 pm one day from the mountains and we had a shower in the room before going to the French restaurant for dinner. Before we went for dinner we turned off the DND sign as a signal for housekeeping to clean the room but it want not done when we came back from dinner. Why don’t they have a ‘clean the room’ sign if they are not efficient enough? 4. We requested for a late check out and they said we can check out at 2 pm. At 1230 they called us and said that the next guests have arrived and wanted us to move out right away! Otherwise the room is spectacular. They just need more training and more exposures to the top top hospitality standards of the world. My expectations were very high because of their ranking and the price.

Pros: The staff is nice. They helped us with several things.
Cons: We asked for a pickup at the airport (which was confirmed) but no one showed up there. The location is not the best. Not so far to downtown, but terrible way full of motorcycles, more like a motorway. The heater in our room was a simple and loud electric version. There is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, only a curtain. The wifi signal in our room was poor. Unfortunately a big and noisy group stayed there also and we felt like in a hostal. The staff wasn't able to solve the situation.

Pros: Very simple but nicely curated riad. Warm atmosphere at evening time. Quite and located by a side street.
Cons: Rooms at ground floor in the courtyard are nice but not the best if you like to sleep in during your holiday. 2 families with small kids were having breakfast right by our room at 7-8 am making a lot of noise. We asked to be moved to an empty room upstairs but they wanted to charge us more. Breakfast was very minimal and definitely the most basic one we had in Morocco after being travelling for 2 weeks. When I asked for honey or extra pancakes I was told they didn't have any left, less than 30 min later another guest asked for the same and they had no problem giving them some.....not sure what was the reason they refused it to us, but it did not feel polite at all.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was nice - shame we could only appreciate it for a few hours !
Cons: Our room was not available the first night and we had to walk 10 minutes to our alternative accomodation which had an impressive courtyard but the room was terrible. On the morning of our departure at 7 am for the desert tour there was no breakfast and nobody around although we had told them of our departure and we had to let the driver in ourselves!
7,1 Good
Pros: The Riad is clean and it looks nice.
Cons: The location of Dar Nabila is in a strange neighbourhood. We didn't have air conditioning. We called many times before arriving in Marrakesh but they didn't answer the phone (bad communication).

Pros:
Cons: Scammer operating freely in front of the hotel, pretending to be a hotel staff and luring hotel guests into the souk. Hotel staff turning a blind eye to his scamming activities in front of the hotel misleads guests into believing that this man is a hotel staff. The hotel rooms are like a maze. Cons: The staff was disorganized and dishonest. They strung us along for several hours about attempts to fix the AC in our room only to finally admit there was no AC in the hotel in February (despite being a warm and muggy night) after we confronted them with the fact that every room had its windows open.

Pros: Location. Clean. Nice Decor.
Cons: The bottom room "Sonja" is extremely noisy! Staff had to be called to clean the room on two occasions.

Pros: Very convenient location
Cons: Coffee could be better very pleasant and convenient with helpful Staff on Reception
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff the most friendliest people I've ever met. Breakfast is a feast with so many things to choose from. Traditional decor and architecture, with rose petals everywhere, make you feel you've stepped into a little oasis of peace away from the bustling medina. Recommend Spa treatments too if you want a complete relaxtion experience.
Cons: Our particular room on the top floor did not have direct access to the roof terrace - to get to it you had to go down all the flights of stairs to reception just to go back up a different set to the roof. Be careful of your room allocation if you want to use the terrace and make sure you mention it on booking if you have difficulty with stairs like my mother. Walls are very thin and noise travels between rooms - we could hear every time our neighbours went to the bathroom late in the evening.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice and welcoming. Provided us with a lot of Information about the area and what to see. The room was really nice and we had 2 entrances, one of them leading to the rooftop terrace. safe was simple to operate. Excellent location and easy to get back to the riad without getting lost.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small. The room size was perfect although getting around the edge of the bed was tight but it wasn't that bad. the breakfast was a definite miss. We didn't enjoy much of it. Maybe if we went down earlier, it would have tasted fresher or just better. Or maybe not

Pros: This is the first review I've written for a stay, only because the experience was second to none.
From beginning to end, the hotel staff did an incredible job making mine and my friend's first time in Morocco a great experience. Shuttle was a breeze to set up to/from the airport, we were greeted with tea and cookies while our bags were brought up to the room, and we were able to switch rooms (upgrade) to two beds without an extra charge. Everything we needed was accommodated for, and even though it was a boutique hotel, it felt more like a personal bed and breakfast when it came to food. A table was set for us (waiting) on the GORGEOUS rooftop patio for breakfast and dinner, and the food, particularly breakfast (complementary), was perfect for a day spent exploring. The location was only a 5-10 minute walk to all the sights, situated between the market and the Gardens. I am still in disbelief at how much was provided for without even asking. No doubt, I will stay here again when back in Marrakech

Pros: This is a WOW experience, we did book a customize tour all around Morocco by Desert Day Tours who offered this Hotel which was amazing itself, the staff were amazing and people here are just great so far! It was our honeymoon and we enjoyed it so much in Morocco and here was one of our places that we stayed in, special thanks to Mohammed from Desert Day Tours who booked this place for us and for the brilliant tour ever! Highly recommended place!

Pros: My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Riad Wow in August. The Riad itself is gorgeous as was our room. The attention to detail in the decor was amazing and gave the whole place such a magical feel. The staff were all fantastic and extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy and the air-con worked perfectly so we had a great nights sleep every night during our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and robes provided. The whole place was spotless and the cleaning staff did an excellent job every day in both the rooms and the general area. The spa within the Riad is excellent as well and reasonably priced compared to most other more commercial places and the massages and hammam were well worth the money! The reception staff were great as well and organised airport transport, occasional taxis and dinner reservations as well as day tours for us by phone which was helpful. The location of the Riad was also perfect for us, walking distance to the souks as well as the YSL museum and some other attractions. It’s located in the hustle and bustle of the old town which can be an overwhelming place but we loved it. Once you entered the Riad Wow it was total peace and quiet though and a welcome break from the busy streets.

Cons: I honestly can not think of anything. There was more I wish I could've taken advantage of, like the spa, etc. but that was due to the fact we weren't there long enough! Next time for sure though.

Pros: Location good.
Cons: The Hotel has charged twice for tourist tax. Please be aware. Paid when I made the reservation the tourist tax and they charged me on my bill at the end of the holiday too! Sent emails to Hotel who now don't answer me. Contatced booking.com to help. Breakfast poor. Everything is cooked already like the nice Moroccan bread you put it on your plate but they take away and heat up but by then it is chewy! Need more variety. Fruit? Yoghurt? Can be noisy. One night there was a lot of noise at 4am and there seemed no one from the Hotel to sort this out!

Pros: The location is really good
Cons: The ambition of the place is low and to expensive for what you get. The family room was situated so you could hear everything on the street and from the Riads restaurant which was located above the room. 2 star experience for a 4 star price

Cons: We had no major issues with Riad Wow at all. Everything pretty much perfect except the breakfast is a little bit disappointing with mainly carby foods like bread and pancakes etc. Would have enjoyed more of a selection but it was fine. Also the dining area where the bar is located and breakfast is served was a little bit dead during our time there. We seemed to be the only people there on many occasions but could just have been because we visited in August which isn’t a popular time due to the heat I’m told. It lacked atmosphere a bit just because of that but the staff are amazing and the cocktails are wonderful. It was really nice going there for a drink before bed after a busy day.. even if we were the only ones there!

Pros: Location Breakfast
Cons: There were 2 doubles and 1 twin reserved, At arrival there were only 3 doubles. We asked for at least separate beds in one of them. At dinner we asked again to do it. Eventually they did, but only separated the 2 beds without adding another blanket ad sheet to the other bed!!!??!!!... The dinner was fine but in general the feeling in the end was that we stayed in a RIad that is managed like part-time job. Staff always changing. The rooms were impossible to lock with a key. Anyone could just open them. Something you wouldn´t expect from a 300€ plus stay for one single night
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, close to everything, although a bit hard to find the entrance. The interior is nice, rooms are big enough, traditional architecture. Warm welcoming with mint tea, and helpful tips for the stay. They even prepared early breakfast for us.
Cons: Should pay more attention to the rooftop terrace, there is big potential in it but they just simply don't use it. The room was very cold, the thick walls push the cold out and a small (and loud) heater wouldn't solve the issue. Even the extra blanket was not enough. Breakfast is sweets only, it would have been nice to have a little bit wider selection.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast delicious. Building was beautiful
Cons: Although very central and close to main square, it was on a filthy backstreet. There is a beautiful roof terrace which they made very little use of

Cons: 1: They offer to pick us up, I asked in advance how much it was going to cost and I got no answer, in the end I paid 15 Euro, From the airport there is a Price table for taxi and the price it should be 8 euro, in fact the way back at the airport,We paid 10 euro with no bargaing at all. 2. The water in the room was cold, but Fatima insisted it was not cold, she never apoligize for the inconvenient, she just insisted the water was not cold. On the 3rd day after insisting , Mr Saheer convincend Fatima that the water was really cold indeed, so she made us move to a different Riad, but it was so HORRIBLE and smelling that we had to go back. In the end we moved to another room and FINALLY there was hot water. 3. Breakfast is boring, bread, a different type of bread and butter and jam 4 days the same thing, tea and coffe cold 4 There was nobody could speak English, other than on the phone, sometime there was noone we could talk to at all

Pros: The building's interior is a bit outdated, but all facilities are available, properly working and clean (i.e. hot showers). Great variety of breakfast options, Moroccan and French. The hotel is quite big and I reckon they have quite a turnover, so it is admirable that they maintain this fair standard. Dont expect paradise, but it is a good choice if you wish to be close to the sightseeing spots as well as waking up to quietness and breakfast in the garden.
