Cons: The bedsheets. They don’t have a duvet and we have to put a blanket on top. This makes the bed sheets very heavy and not comfortable as it slides down all the time and we have to pull it back to the bed all night. It was horrible and. It’s not up to the international standard. The staff are friendly but some are lack of experience of international top hotel standards. Communications between different teams are not very smooth. Examples: 1. When we checked in we asked the lady to book a table at the Moroccan restaurant for the same evening and when we arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have our reservations and had to check for quite a while to confirm that. As hotel guests of the best hotel in the world this is not acceptable. 2. I asked for something from the reception to be sent to our room and it took them 3 times to finally get it right. Seems that the reception and the house keeping don’t understand each other. 3. We came back late at 8 pm one day from the mountains and we had a shower in the room before going to the French restaurant for dinner. Before we went for dinner we turned off the DND sign as a signal for housekeeping to clean the room but it want not done when we came back from dinner. Why don’t they have a ‘clean the room’ sign if they are not efficient enough? 4. We requested for a late check out and they said we can check out at 2 pm. At 1230 they called us and said that the next guests have arrived and wanted us to move out right away! Otherwise the room is spectacular. They just need more training and more exposures to the top top hospitality standards of the world. My expectations were very high because of their ranking and the price.

Pros: The staff were excellent, and the reception manager arranged for a room change to support my sister on crutches from a 1st floor room to a ground floor, and arranged for an extra bed. The location was great, and the environment very peaceful and oasis like.

Cons: We asked for a taxi to collect us from another hotel to begin our stay, and were charged 130 euros for a 25 minute journey (which had cost us 35 euros to get to for a longer journey in exactly the same car) we queried it, and were told nothing could be done, as it was in the email arrangement, which I was reading from my phone, and didn't for a minute this it was euro, but local currency. The drive was listed as excursion, but it was a simple taxi ride. This was extortionate and completely ruined what had been a wonderful stay.

Pros: Terrific staff - polite, helpful, communicative, professional. One block from the Medina. We had two stays there (before and after three day Sahara trip). Pool facing room was excellent. Garden facing room was ultra quieter. All three restaurants were fantastic; the piano bar was a welcoming and makes a very good Manhattan.

Cons: Scammer operating freely in front of the hotel, pretending to be a hotel staff and luring hotel guests into the souk. Hotel staff turning a blind eye to his scamming activities in front of the hotel misleads guests into believing that this man is a hotel staff. The hotel rooms are like a maze. Very Confusing layout and damn Long walk from front desk.

Pros: We love the contrast the quiet sense of peace as soon as you step into the hotel from the bustling streets of the Medina. All the staff are great, Spa was lovely , roof top pool as well as a great breakfast offer.

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Restaurant was superb for breakfast and lunch. My wife and I loved staying there. Location near the Medina was a big plus.

Cons: The staff was disorganized and dishonest. They strung us along for several hours about attempts to fix the AC in our room only to finally admit there was no AC in the hotel in February (despite being a warm and muggy night) after we confronted them with the fact that every room had its windows open.

Pros: Excellent location. Super Riad, the accommodation was excellent for families and groups. The concierge staff were fantastic, especially in helping to book and confirm restaurant reservations. The breakfast selection was super, we ate in the restaurant one evening for ease which was perfectly good, the children loved it.

Cons: Every morning by 9am all the sunbeds had been reserved with hotel towels but rarely did anyone arrive for half of these loungers before lunchtime. Not acceptable.

Pros: Wonderful staff, a very good selection of breakfast items- even better was having it delivered each morning to room.

Cons: Spa area did not have a warm water Jacuzzi which was disappointing.

Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.

Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.

Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.

Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Pros: The location is super, right next to the mall and restaurants. Spacious room and the facilities are quite good and not to forget the helpful staff available all the time. This is where I’m staying whenever I’m in Marakech.

Pros: The hotel is FABTASTIC(new word). The concierge’s that helped me were nice (especially AZIZ). The people at the reception were extremely professional and kind. My sister in-law’s flight was delayed and got into Marakech very late the day I was to check out and she came with my little nephew from London. By the time she arrived, it was already time for us to check out. It didn’t make sense to pay half the price of the room to have a late check out so we decided to talk to the ladies at the reception and guess what? They gave us 2 hours in the room for my sister in-law to quickly change and also clean up my little nephew Aaron. I was to fly out the same day so I kept my bags with them at the lobby and entered Ménara mall to while away time and have lunch before ebb heading out to the airport. I didn’t have to take any taxi or walk for too long be cause Ménara mall shares the same fence with Savoy. Isn’t that great??? Like just entering the bathroom from your your room... Lol...

Cons: The coffee machine in my room didn’t work and the toilet seat cover broke and fell on my legs(room 3214). Like the two bolts holding it together were already gone and they kept it like that. I called room service, they told me someone was coming but they never came. My leg still hurts till now after 1 week of my stay there.
