supply of hot water took ages to get hot!! sometimes uop to 15min running

Only a few minutes walk from the railway and bus station, decent hotel with buffet breakfast for a decent price.

No tea/ coffee facilities in the room unfortunately

The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet was good. The location was good.

My fiance and I were required to stay in separate rooms. He is a native of Morocco and I am from the US. The hotel claimed that this is standard hotel policy in Morocco. I had requested a room with a king sized bed and was given one with two twin beds.

The location close to the train & bus station (be careful with the taxis though -- they charge extra for your baggage. A driver told us it'd cost 40 dirhams to the hotel which is less than two kilometers away...we ended up paying 20 for 3 people & 4 pieces of baggage)

Everything but the location was bad. I've had better customer service at a public toilet in Morocco.. the elevator was not working nor was the chip card reader... the whole experience was equivalent to a starless hostel rather than a 4-star hotel. From the outside it looks ok - it's also ok (clean etc) from the inside though worn-out.
