Pros: What a beautiful riad! A courtyard full of plants and birds surrounded by spotless rooms with traditional Moroccan decor and a roof terrace perfect for sunbathing. Breakfast was fantastic, complete with homemade cakes and fresh orange juice. Perfect location, no more than 5 minutes from the souks and very close to the main square too. Our host Asma was amazing, so knowledgeable about the area and willing to help us in every way possible to make the most of our stay. Thank you Asma and all your wonderful staff for a perfect holiday!
Cons: Nothing bad to say at all!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property is located in the old medina, in a traditional house, at walking distance from the major touristic sites, very clean, nice interior garden. The hotel helped us to book the guided tour of Marrakech, the daily trip to Essaouira and the Merzouga desert trip - all of which proved to be some unique experiences in terms of places we wisited and persons we met. Special thanks to our host, Karim, who made us feel like home, as he promised us!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with small variations every day. The pool though small it's deep enough to cover up to the shoulders and cool down during the hot summer afternoons. It's well located inside the Medina and only 10/15 minutes walk from Jamaa El f’na, the main plaza. I recommend getting a cheap 10eur for 10GB data card at the airport so you're able to use GPS and Internet and not get lost in the alleys.
Cons: For people with light sleep, the birds at the Riad garden may be annoying, but can you complain about that? :)
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast and dinner were both amazing. Vert traditional moroccan breakfast with hot coffee and mint tea. They even prepared breakfast for us to take for our early flight out. Karim, the hotel manager, was also very attentive to us and very friendly and resourceful. He helped give us directions to help plan our day.
Cons: The driver was late to pick us up from the airport due to traffic, but it was not the Riad's fault and they were very apologetic when we arrived to the Riad.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I hate hotels usually because I’ve to travel a lot and staying in hotels a lot. This one felt like home. People are so kind specially Esma, thanks billions to her this stay was one of best if not the best experience I ever had.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Karim is an awesome host, beautiful room and riad.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I don’t even know where to begin. Karim the manager makes it his mission to ensure every single guest feels welcome, and experiences the vacation they want. He spends time getting to know his guests and genuinely caters to each person he encounters. My partner and I have stayed in many locations around the world and we truly thought we understood great hospitality. Karim takes it to another level. We had a few glitches on our Morocco itinerary and asked Karim for some advice, when we were away from the Riad for an overnight dessert excursion, Karim personally kept us updated, called his contacts, went to the bus station and bought us the last bus tickets to Tanger (which solved our problem). He is truly a once in a lifetime individual and made Marrakesh feel like home. AND this is truly truly true for every guest, we saw him sit and play a board game with a father and son and he off hand mentioned how he went to eat the previous week at this restaurant with an older couple to ensure their safe travels and smooth experience navigating the windy Marrakesh roads. In terms of the accommodation... the Riad is like a magical place each small door opening up to a uniquely decorated room. The staff cleaned the room each day and even folded my partner’s messy clothes!! The roof deck is beautiful and the couches are very comfortable. The breakfast is thoughtfully put together with fresh food, pastries, homemade yogurts, juice, and jams every morning. The cook, Nadia is so sweet and friendly. You truly feel as though you are staying with family. When we went on our dessert excursion we met many people who were staying at nearby riads in Marrakesh, we thought maybe this level of service is true for most riads but according to our friends this level of service was above and beyond what they had experienced. Without a doubt we 1000% recommend this riad. (But just don’t book every room we intend on going back soon!!)
Cons: Nothing the place was perfect. I cannot speak highly enough.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! I felt very comfortable and at peace during my stay.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Brilliant place
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely place in the heart of the Medina within walking distance of the Jemaa El Fna square. Karim was an absolute gentleman, they received us with tea and cookies and he carried our suitcases to our room. The room was very clean and the bathroom too. Lovely decor, elegant antique furniture complemented the beauty of the building. Amina was an excellent cook. Breakfast was outstanding, homemade yogourt and pancakes, warm bread, butter and a display of preserves, choice of coffee or tea and a delicious homemade cake! Karim even helped us find our way to the airport and offered to print the boarding passes for us. I was only sorry we stayed there for only one night. Highly recommended!

Pros: I must give credit Manu and the entire team (including Aziz and Mohammed) for going way above and beyond their normal duties to make our stay extra special. Riad O really impressed us with their level of service and attention to even the smallest details.
Cons: Nothing, thanks for an incredible stay!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our host was exceptional, charming and professional.
Cons: Warmth
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very serene and relaxing. AmaZing attention to detail and hospitality. Lovely staff. Great breakfast and dinner. Really good value for the quality. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Cons: Only tiny negatives - small water bottles in the room, not replaced every day, not enough in the heat! Could have done with a better choice of snacks - any lunch or dinner needs to be ordered in advance.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great support from Manu and his Team. A special thank you to Mohamed for his kindness and his Arabic Lesson
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property was in a great location inside the Medina. Beautifully decorated and cosy. Manu, Mohammed and Azziz where very kind and had tons of tips for making our stay in Marrakech a great experience. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The team at Riad O were exceptional. The property is beautiful, room (junior suite) was spacious enough, amazing location close to all major attractions (we walked everywhere from the Riad). Owners are European so you get attentive 5 star western style service. We enjoyed our stay and this was our favorite place we stayed in Morocco (we stayed in 5 different riads/hotels)!
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Riad O was a great place to stay during our Marrakech trip. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by Muhammed, who was very friendly and helpful. He even helped us find food at that late time. Manu (the manager/owner) was also very nice and always made sure everything is fine and gave us a lot of recommendations and tips. In terms of the accommodation, it is located close to the centre, but thankfully slightly away from the Medina/Jemaa el-Fnaa, which meant that the area was not as loud and hectic. The riad is beautiful and quiet and the room we had was comfortable and had everything we needed. If I return to Marrakech, I would love to stay here again!!
Cons: Only small points: The wifi was very weak and was hardly working and there were always weird flies/bugs in the bathroom. Also, they serve French style breakfast (was too sweet for our liking), so some alternative options would've been appreciated!
Excellent 9,5
Pros: - the host (Manu) really took good care of us: very welcoming and very friendly, gave a lot of information about places to visit, had also many useful and good tips for shopping (we wouldn't have found the souvenirs we like the most without his tips) and eating, made a reservation for us with a partner-hammam,... He often proposed to accompany us to one of the adviced places (to make sure we wouldn't get lost in the medina or to bring us to the cab). He does all he can to give his visitors the best stay they can have at his Riad and to make them feel home. - all the staff was very friendly - breakfast was different each day - close to souks that weren't as crowded as those in the center - very interesting and good shops around
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Beautiful, warm and welcoming. The staff were amazing. Really looked after us very well. One day at night I had to get some medicine for my daughter Mohammed on duty at night accompanied me to the pharmacy, but it was closed. He then called a trusted cab driver to come and take the name of the medicine and go and collect from the pharmacy and bring it back for us. Even the morning staff were very good. Couldn’t have asked for a better service
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was excellent at Riad-O. We are a family of 4 persons and took the 2 suites. Very nice and big rooms. And uppermost clean. Manu and his great team does an excellent job in making everything comfortable for you. Manu gave us a lot of very good tips for eating outside and for visiting the city. We surely recommend this nice place to other people.
Cons: Curtains in the shower? ;-) No, that's an inside joke. Definitively, everything was perfect and nothing we didn't like.

Pros: An oasis in marrakech. The room and facilities were amazing. Very helpful staff. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property can best be described as a compound that functions as a respite from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The grounds are gorgeous and pool one of the best. The staff are exceedingly friendly and go out of their way to ensure your comfort.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The poolside had amazing service! Complementary Ice cream & fruit that the wait staff brought around, complementary water with your own little esky, sunblock and books. All pool staff were amazing!
Cons: There was no dedicated ‘concierge’ desk. A young girl that they were training had been given the job to do this but could not answer anything! There were two senior staff women watching on without offering to come and help her or us with our enquires. Very unprofessional for this standard of hotel.
Good 7,5
Pros: Just I want to give some little information about four seasons in Marrakech it's very nice hotel and good location i recommend this hotel
Cons: What I don't like is they let my partner waiting in the reception for one hour because the hotel staff don't expect cash or somebody else bank card for the payment even i make reservation under my partner name! I try to call them again again they don't accept, they need the same bank card as what we use for booking. After that I have to go to make payment and use my bank card ! It's take for me one hour driving to four season hotel. i never had this problem with other hotels in Morocco and out of Morocco ,really I don't understand why❓it's very unbelievable and totally unacceptable !

Pros: Quiet and decent neighbourhood! Great luxury! Beautiful rooms!l, garden and pool.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: We had the white suite and it was just divine. Room was overly spacious. Beautiful decor and a great jacuzzi in the bathroom Little bit pricy but definitely worth treating yourself
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Cousy Boutique hotel, excellent pool area, excellent value for money
Cons: Uncomfortable beds. Suppossed to be adults only, but had guests with a crying baby.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel, staff and food was magnificent. If you want an excellent and personal experience this hotel would be the right choice. We were so impressed with the kind of friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel for single people or families.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like about our experience. It was perfect.
Good 7,5
Pros: It is an absolutely stunning hotel, the pool and the gardens are gorgeous & the rooms are straight out of a French novel. The drink selection is amazing, the food looked great but there wasn’t any options for vegetarians; however they said that they could pretty much make us whatever we wanted, they were very accommodating.
Cons: We’d booked the stay for my birthday & splashed out on the most expensive room, with a private garden. The serenity was short lived as building work was going on in the room next door and continued until well past 7:30 in the evening despite us asking for them to keep it down. Also we had a rather weird experience, at 10 pm at night the maid let herself in our room and asked to change our towels...when I asked the desk to not send people in that late they seemed a little confused. Also they charged us for “tourist taxes” twice per person, which whilst this was probably a mistake, we only noticed after we’d left and couldn’t rectify.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Beautiful, tranquil pool and lovely room. Overall great way to spend our last night in Morocco. The whole property smells deliciously of Hermès perfume. Staff are warm and do try, but came up short as the (-) section will elaborate.
Cons: I did not think this was very good value for money. Having received superior service in riads charging a third of the price, I was really disappointed in some of the service shortcomings. Nothing was particularly dramatic, but there was a collection of small incidents that, taken together, suggest the hotel needs to step up its game, especially when options of similar quality at much lower prices are readily available. I wanted a 5* experience on my last night in Morocco and settled for 3*. Some of the incidents included 1. Having to call three times to get an iron to the room 2. Having to ask two different servers to get a bottle of water at dinner and having it charged twice on the bill 3. Having to get up and pour own water at dinner as service was so inattentive 4. Despite having left a credit card upon check in, having the porter chase us out into the street to settle payment for dinner the night before, with the angry taxi loaded and waiting. (Never, in all my international travels, have I had to provide a credit card upon checkout if they have a credit card on file from check in.) The machine took forever to process the payment and after it had finally spit out a receipt they exclaimed that I still owed them an additional R32 for the bottle of water we had ordered at breakfast. I was incredulous that they were not organized enough to have all of this on the same bill and had the nerve to ask for more petty change after the initial superfluous transaction had clearly annoyed me/I was clearly in a hurry. This left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Hotel is beautiful, individual and chic. Classic styling with wonderful pool and restaurant. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing not to like. We will definitely be returning.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Quiet oasis with the best staff I have encountered. It was a luxurious retreat yet with the wonderful atmosphere of Morocco. Wonderful.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: - Amazing staff, extremely friendly, nice and attentive to every need. They make you feel like home. - The rooms are big and comfortable in elegant Moroccan style. You also get a welcoming drink and Moroccan biscuits at your arrival. - Amazing breakfast - The interior courtyard (with pool, garden, and tables) is beautifully decorated with flowers - Sun-beds are the most comfortable we have ever tried. - From the pictures we thought that the swimming pool was not big enough but in fact the size is perfect. - Perfect location in the center of Marrakech. - After the first day they call you by your name (it doesn’t happen always). - Very clean rooms with great Moroccan bathroom products.
Cons: - We had an ok piña colada (after 4 days in the hotel probably we were expecting too much). The gin tonic when we arrived though was very good.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: It was all great. A taxi out of town - £4 - each way, but quiet and beautiful.
Cons: Little or no vegetarian options & no 'snack' menu.

Pros: Standard buffet breakfast. Served my vegetarian requirements.
Cons: Only issue is when it gets busy sometimes wait staff are dealing with too many people and some things get forgotten.

Pros: Lady at front door was very welcoming and nice. Porters were very helpful
Cons: Not enough privacy during hammam
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved everything about this place the staff were incredible and attentive
Cons: Nothing I liked it all
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The Egyptian manager was excellent excellent we would like to thank him a lot
Cons: . I did not the Moroccan ladies of the receptionist with black dress and short skirt she come front of my husband and start to look very weird to him .. I didn't like that unrespectable way ? Front of me
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was above the expectations
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Amazing place made even more beautiful by the awesome staff. My son was hospitalised due to eating a burger from another establishment. The staff at the Savoy went above and beyond their roles to provide us with the very best of help and advice at this difficult time. From the amazing support from Murad (the guest reception) and Abdou - the front of house manager in booking us extra rooms for a further few days and making the process stress free and then the folks in the Restaurant (Hamza and Kaoutar to mention a few) who helped provide us with fresh mint and other requests to help my son get better. I could'nt have wished for a better team at this difficult time. On a separate note, the breakfast selection is huge and the food is clean and fresh. The hotel rooms and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Will certainly be using the Savoy when visitng Marrakech again.
Okay 4,5
Pros: Location
Cons: Very poor service , Unprofessional Staff Specially the Manager and the Reception Staff , Very Slow Service and if you wanna cal room service or housekeeping it will take you ages till they answer and ages till they come !!! The Staff at the pool area is unprofessional and slow and Careless . All in All not Recommended at All specially for people expecting a 5 stars hotel Services .
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location and staff they was helpful
Cons: The facility as AC WAS NOT COLD As well the mini bar
Excellent 8,3
Pros: We liked the huge pool and the friendly stuff! Everyone was so kind and helpful with us.
Cons: We did not like the fact that we asked Savoy for a camel ride ( at the kiosk inside the hotel, where you book the activities ) and they did not mention it was a Group camel ride! We booked for 2 persons ( me and my husband ) and they never asked us if we wanted 6 more people with us. As a result, we had a delay of 40 minutes in the morning, even though we had booked for a specific hour the previous day. Furthermore, after a lot of wait in a minibus (waiting for 6 more people to get down from OTHER hotels) after talking with the other guys, we realized that they had paid less than us. We paid 1000 DH and the place they sent us was the worst ever. Camels tied very strictly ( as it was a group tour and they had not freedom ), guides who were hitting the camels to get up or sit even with lashes, and the worst thing of all, cockroaches in the one and only bathroom in the Palmerie. Please be more careful as concerning Where you send your customers. The last thing we did not like is that the woman in the entrance is not polite at all. She was checking our bags to enter the hotel we paid for? And even opened our bag to check because the Laptop was inside the bag? Not cool at all, we come to a hotel to relax, not to pass "airport" controls every time we come in.
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Good location near mall and lots of restaurants. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice clean pools.
Cons: Even though my booking stated including city tax, they charged me extra for taxes. So, booking.com price is not the final price for the rooms when states including city taxes!!

Pros: The restaurant. It is a café littéraire. You find several books and the stay is friendly. Globally the hotel is awesome. I appreciated it
Cons: Small swimming pool and no activities for chidren. Hotel is awesome for alone travellers looking for relaxation
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Good value for money. Fast internet. The guy in the reception was very kind.
Cons: Restaurant staff should be more attentive. The batteries of the remote control were dead, and apparently since a long time.
Okay 5,5
Pros: Location
Cons: Air-conditioning not work properly. Hot area but not good air con system
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Second time we have stayed at Armani. Service, facilities, staff and hotel wonderful.Thank you
Cons: Having to leave at 5.30am!!!!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The junior suite was a great size for our family of four. The air conditioning worked well to keep our room inviting. We all used the outside pool facilities which cooled us down in the afternoon sun. We booked a table in the amazing roof terrace and enjoyed our last evening meal in Marakesh. The decor of the hotel is outstanding with so many features that are amazing. The staff were consistently obliging and responded to every request quickly. And the hotels position was brilliant.
Cons: Although it was very useful to have a fridge and kettlwith cups, we would have used some bowls and plates had they also been available in the kitchenette in our suite.
Excellent 9,5
Pros: I liked the friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and there was a bath tub in the bathroom.
Cons: I booked a room with two separate beds but got a one big bed.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The welcome and relaxed approach, staff couldn’t do enough for us. The staff went out of their way to do everything to make our stay brilliant. The hotel is in an excellent location. I would r recommend this hotel to everyone.
Cons: That we had to leave
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The stay at Amani hotel was better than we had expected it to be. The location isn't too far from the airport and it is based in the newer side of Marrakech. The hotel was very clean and so was the rooms, inside it was very cozy. The bathroom was just right and there was also a tv which you don't find in all places for the price we paid. As a bonus we found it to have a mini fridge with free water, electric kettle with tea/ coffee and a safe that was stored behind the closet. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful in our stay. I would recommend you tick to have breakfast as you get to have a buffet selection and it is given at the restaurant that is joined to it. Fresh squeezed orange juice is a must for breakfast! The location is very convenient, there is a McDonalds less than 10 minutes one way and there is the Menara Mall about 10 minutes the opposite direction. To get to the main square is about 30 minutes walk or grab a taxi for about 30-40 dirhams and be there in about 10 minutes. I would recommend you stay here if you want a fairly cheap and convenient place to stay, you won't be disappointed.
Cons: Could have maybe sorted the AC so that the fans work for changing directions, but overall was still functioning well
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good so near to the train station, the room was comfortable and I liked the fact they had a kettle in the room and a bath. Me and my husband only stayed one night but we would definitly stay here again.
Cons: Breakfast could have been a little better. But other than that, nothing bad to say about this hotel.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Comfy rooms lots of terraces and a rooftop with amazing view of the city and Atlas Mountains.
Cons: Improve a bit the breakfast options and ecótipo didn’t have charges to lend.

Pros: Everything else, food, pool, location. The pool staff were especially helpful.

Cons: Guests should not be able to reserve sun loungers.

Excellent 8,3
Pros: Good breakfast Nice room with pool view I found a secured underground parking in the hotel for my motorcycle which is good, and it was free

Cons: When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday, since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!

Cons: The main waiter charged me 100mah service for room service (tip) wouldnt give money back
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This hotel was just what the doctor ordered for our last night after 3 weeks of exploring Morocco! Located in the newer part of Marrakech it gives you a perfect quiet get away from the hectic Médina. The area is nice and very safe, rooms are super comfortable, pool well maintained and all the amenities were sparkling clean. The airport transfer service is very helpful and saves you all the struggle with the taxis outside. Breakfast was plentiful with nice local touches. We had our lunch at the News cafe next door and it was great, too. All in all - great value for money! All the staff members and especially the lady at the reception were extremely welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much for our great stay!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Family oriented management. Cosy. And well located in Marrakech. The staff is very nice. Mustapha and Ahlam particularly.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very very nice staff. Big appartement. Daily cleaning. Nice morroccan breakfast. Small but good pool. You can ask everything. If possible they will do it. Would certainly choose this place again. Big compliment.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was great.

Good 6,8
Pros: Nice swimming pool. Good location. We stayed there the last day before we went to the airport.
Cons: Not very friendly staff. Trying to sell us a taxi transfer to the airport for in the morning for 200 dirham (20euro). Kinda weird when there are taxi's outside doing it for 50. It's a 7 min drive. Staff is not working in the best interest of their guests.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good. The style of decoration is also nice.
Cons: The room has no kettle. The breakfast needs to be richer especially that in Marrakesh you can find better breakfasts in other hotels
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very convenient for our purposes - outside medina, vehicle access, junior suite, pool
Cons: Breakfast was varied but orange juice was 'out of a can' and the small round bread was very off
Excellent 9,5
Pros: The room was comfortable and large. Breakfast was good although a selection of fruits other than melon would have been good. Pool was well maintained. Location great very close to station. Friendly staff. Cafe next door with good quality reasonably priced food.
Cons: No tea or coffee facilities in room, no robe or slippers. No coat hangers in wardrobes.

Pros: Nice staff and lovely location
Cons: Old building . Rooms need completely renovation but it's okay
Good 7,0
Pros: Overall facility and gardens
Cons: Waiting for the checkout, only one employee allocated
Good 7,5
Pros: The hotel was great including the very helpful staff especially Jouseff the receptionist. The cleaners had the room very clean and the pool hands gave out towels and sorted the sun loungers. Was very close to the Bhudda bar also
Cons: So I paid for the "garden view" but i got the literal garden with not much to see at all, also the AC wasnt great and the room temp didnt go below 20oC Unfortunately our problems lied with once we stepped out of the gates of the hotel, shouted at by taxi drivers to take their taxi, crossing the road to the mall was so dangerous. Good Taxi drivers are very rare to come by with us being seconds away from a crash when we left the airport. Also they make up their own prices. The medina is DANGEROUS and theres no other way to describe it. We had an encounter with 2 women dressed in burkas who held needles to us and sprayed us with henna tattoo liquid which put a downer on our night. We did the normal thing and got lost in the medina with the lovely locals demancing 300dh off us before they eventually got us out. Do not take videos or pictures in the medina as someone will demand you pay them money because they have come into shot of your video. I would have spent a lot more money there if the locals were friendly and not as pushy. If marrakech wants more tourism the locals need to start acting like it.

Cons: My room charge was paid by double, bank acvount guaranty and cash when I checked out. But they didn't notice to me. So my bank guarant must be refunded. I called them several times, but they didn't receive my call. I guess they didn't notice double payment in intention. Very disappointed in their non professional service mind.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Nice staff and good back yard with restaurant and swimming pool.
Cons: Nothing, except there is no car parking at the hotel. So you need to pay for the paid parking next door which could be full.
Good 6,3
Cons: The staff could smile a bit more
Okay 5,5
Pros: Good location next to the train and bus station Pool is average/nice Gardens surrounding hotel are simple but pretty Bar and restaurant is acceptable looking (although didn’t eat there)
Cons: Very outdated needs a lot of renovation work. Ground floor rooms especially. I slept in a ground floor and my friend on the second floor, those rooms were much better upstairs. Carpets were dirty, bathroom was so old fashioned with cracks everywhere and broken tiles etc. Looked very shabby. Room overall was very dark and dingy looking. Overall very disappointed as I always book Ibis hotels and expect a good standard. This was very very outdated and just not usual standard. Much better hotels in the area for this price Unfortunately I could not be refunded and change hotels as the app would not allow it. I would have changed hotels if I was given the money back to move. Extremely dis satisfied, would not recommend or stay again.

Pros: Bathroom was a decent size and reception was great. We only stayed for 1 night as it was close to airport and has 24 hour reception.
Cons: Was a little run down and didn't seem very clean. There was lipbalm without a lid in corner of the room.
Excellent 9,5
Pros: It’s good location is clean and peace
Cons: N/a
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Great roof pool and restaurant. Welcoming staff and walking distance to everything. Quiet hotel in loud city.
Cons: Bathroom shower was hard to use. Local neighborhood is old
Excellent 9,3
Pros: New hotel or good renovation. Clean rooms, and fantastic bed. You have the roof to relax and small swimming pool for a fast refresh. Location is perfect next to train station.
Cons: Just one night, so no much to say. Anything relevant to complain about.
Okay 5,5
Pros: clean, quite new furniture
Cons: The stiffness of the staff to help us. All their answers were NO. We were three people and we askjd for a second card->No, we asked for towels and they came after 1,5 hour, there was a construction work right next to the hotel where the buldozer was starting at 07.00 until 18.00. The noise was terrible and the buldozer was hiting our wall!!! they never told us before we arrive and they asked to pay IN FRONT the hole ammount (in purpose ofcourse) so we dont change hotel! When we asked for another room--> No again. So we couldn't sleep, we couldn't change room, we couldn't change hotel. Despite that we were three persons and the room was definetly for two. the middle bed was squeezed between the outer two and the middle person had to jump. Terrible experienc because of the staff mainly.
Okay 5,0
Pros: the location is good
Cons: small room and high price
Okay 4,3
Pros: I liked the location just because it is close to the train station as well as the transportation
Cons: الانترنت The Internet is very bad, almost nonexistent, and the reception staff is not cooperating at all, as is the failure of the elevator. A bad experience will not be repeated
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location of the hotel is amazing, 20 minutes walk to Médina, 5 minutes to the train station which is at the back of the hotel. There were few eating places close to the hotel. The staff were very polite, room is spacious and cleaned everyday. We went in June, it was good walking in the sun and coming back to an air conditioned room. Their television had English language. Overall I will say the price was good and the hotel was nice as in the picture
Cons: The WiFi was very slow which was fixed on our last day. We didn’t really eat at their restaurant as the food was expensive and didn’t look pleasant.
Good 7,0
Pros: location close to everything
Cons: breakfast was horrible and the hotel needs renovation everything is old
Okay 5,8
Pros: Location close to the airport, which is very nice if you arrive very late at night, as we did. Room is good, bed is really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is really nice. The breakfast buffet was okay.
Cons: Because we arrived very late at night we asked the hotel to send a driver to pick us up. The driver never showed and we ended up taking a cab after all. The personnel was not helpful or lenient in offering something to make up for the fact that we have been waiting for 45 minutes. Calling them to ask if the driver was still coming, didn't go very well, because their English isn't really good and they didn't call back after they told us they would. Not a great start of our stay in Marrakesh.
