Cons: The bedsheets. They don’t have a duvet and we have to put a blanket on top. This makes the bed sheets very heavy and not comfortable as it slides down all the time and we have to pull it back to the bed all night. It was horrible and. It’s not up to the international standard. The staff are friendly but some are lack of experience of international top hotel standards. Communications between different teams are not very smooth. Examples: 1. When we checked in we asked the lady to book a table at the Moroccan restaurant for the same evening and when we arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have our reservations and had to check for quite a while to confirm that. As hotel guests of the best hotel in the world this is not acceptable. 2. I asked for something from the reception to be sent to our room and it took them 3 times to finally get it right. Seems that the reception and the house keeping don’t understand each other. 3. We came back late at 8 pm one day from the mountains and we had a shower in the room before going to the French restaurant for dinner. Before we went for dinner we turned off the DND sign as a signal for housekeeping to clean the room but it want not done when we came back from dinner. Why don’t they have a ‘clean the room’ sign if they are not efficient enough? 4. We requested for a late check out and they said we can check out at 2 pm. At 1230 they called us and said that the next guests have arrived and wanted us to move out right away! Otherwise the room is spectacular. They just need more training and more exposures to the top top hospitality standards of the world. My expectations were very high because of their ranking and the price.

Cons: Not so fast check-in. Out of the four seasons branches around the world, this one doesn't have a wow factor.

Cons: Check in was chaotic needs some processes in place. Bed was too hard too low and had this crazy 1 foot of space between the end and the mattress so made it so difficult to get in and out

Cons: Rude staff, undercooked food, no music by pool, complaints about being too noisy, no kettle in the room. Iron had to be constantly asked for and limited to an hour only.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, covering every kind of healthy and cooked breakfast, amazing fruit and seeds, Morracan pancakes and french crepes, pastries and breads, salmon rolls etc. The vibe in the hotel was great atmosphere, wonderful professional staff, family friendly and beautifully run

Cons: Nothing really, sometimes the service for food at the pool or bar was slow, when food had to come from the kitchen

Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.

Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.

Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.

Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Pros: Suite was big and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is good.

Cons: Service not consistent and nothing personal. Room service response late, reception service could be improved.

Pros: Absolutely amazing hotel. Could not fault anything. Beautiful location. Breakfast was exceptional, so much choice. Great wifi. Room was large with large balcony. Staff were amazing. The whole grounds of the hotel are stunning and include swimming pools, spa, palace, casino, bars, restaurants.

Cons: Nothing could be better. Everything was perfect. Staff would fix it for you if anything was wrong.

Pros: The hotel is amazing. Clean, great location and facilities. The staff is great, polite, lovely and very helpful. I will definitely come back.

Cons: Staff asked us during check-in why did we come today if we booked the room for yesterday? which was their mistake of course. throughout the entire stay, the staff was terribly not nice

Cons: The first 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer you tea and coffee facilities in your room. Nor hair conditioner and vanity cotton bud sets. There were more than a few staff members in all areas who were only interested in rinsing you of cash than offering customer service or friendly recommendations. One restaurant staff was particularly rude and if it weren’t for making a scene I would have decked him

Pros: This time I stayed in Essaadi hotel, not the palace, for four night in March and i found it very good as always because i satay in this hotel when ever i visit Marrackech but i also stay in other hotels in the city. The location of Essaadi is very good if you do not like isolation from the city actions. The best in Essaadi, in my opinion, is the walk path that connect the hotel to the palace its more than 700 m long full of varieties of citrus, palm, olive, pomegranate trees. I usually take a walk on the path, in the morning before breakfast where the smell of orange blossom fill the srrounding. Breakfast improved a lot with many varieties and good preparation. Staff were very friendly and happy to help but need appreciation. Restaurant , i tried grilled seabass For dinner and it was very good but slow service though. I found The pool was heated to 26 degrees although i did not use. Room was always cleaned and prepared well and when i asked for some roses in a vase it was put in my room without extra cost. A basket of fruit was in the room when i checked in. The hotel was happy to keep my luggage for couple of days when i travelled away from the city. The new manager is always walking around and talking to the guests. Its good value for money as four star hotel, and i would look forward to stay in this hotel in near future.

Cons: Wifi is little slow, rug in the room looks old. No tea or coffee machine in room, apparenty in my recent travel this service is no longer availble in hotel in Marrakech.
