We received a serious 2 step upgrade: to a full suite with direct rooftop pool acces. Very nice indeed: made the price more like really worth it.
only one thing, and quite common in Morocco: during checkout, the proposed bill on the creditcard was in Euros.. With a very bad rate applied. This is below the belt, and not what I expect from a top 5-star hotel!
Lovely location and gardens for the full experience of Marrakech
The Spa is far too over priced
The property is delightful converted palace very Moroccan. Perfect quiet location 5mins from main square Jemma al Fna 2 swimming pools one heated on the top terrace with views across the city good food and 3 restaurants helpful reception and door staff we spent 5 nights and were upgraded to a great suite
It was quite busy and at certain times the staff got rushed and might forget requests from guests. But generally very nice hotel and staff Not cheap though
It is a fantastic hotel with the best straff, beutifuel rooms, a lovley garden and beutifuel spa - i love everything here. And the location is perfect - in the herat of everything.
For Marrakesh, the location of this hotel doesn't get any better. It is right around the corner from the bustle of the square and easy to get around anywhere. The hotel itself is really well designed, with great architecture and style that fits with the region. The rooms are very nice, and there are two swimming pools, one of which is heated and on the roof patio. There are 3 or 4 different places to eat at (although the food choices are mostly similar). Overall a great hotel!
Not much! The mattress are very hard, so sleeping here more than 2 nights would have been difficult. Otherwise everything else was great!
