Everything was amazing with great service
Price so high, as expensive as in NYC, at least breakfast should be included at this rate.

Smells amazing, very clean, prompt courteous service from all staff. Very Relaxing.
We’re from the UK, so we’re used to people not smoking indoors; the hotel allows people to smoke in the main reception and there are ash trays set out on all the tables. We accept that this is the norm over there.

The service was terrible. The standard and quality of hotel has gone down greatly since I was last here 4 years ago.

Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. The pools are lovely
The first night we were given a room which was extremely noisy. We could hear the noise from a club and we had a sleepless night. We complained the next morning but didn't even get an apology from the receptionist who obviously knew all about the noise. The other room we were given was fine and we had no further issues.
