8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very lovely staff,
Cons: The only thing ,have no elevator, but i know it is in heart of old town
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had a nice big room with nice, old furniture. The hotel was nice, but very difficult to access by car, then you have to park your car away from the hotel.
Cons: The hotel was difficult to get to by car - limited access. We ended up carrying our luggage to the car in the car park when we left as that was easier then trying to drive the car to the hotel again. There was no lift, but the man carried our luggage up to our room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Located in the center ist has a unique flair, is freshly renovated and has superfriendly staff.
Cons: It is quite loud and you can hear water flow from other rooms. WiFi did not work but that was due to an outage, as the superfriendly staff told me
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Big airy room. The staff kindly brought up a hot water kettle so I could make tea in the room.
Cons: Lots of stairs to climb and no elevator, but a beautiful historic building.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A jewel in the heart of Regensburg Altstadt. Walk everywhere. Lovely and lively wine bar. Comfortable bed in large room with the best shower! superb breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very hip, intimate and tasteful in every way.
Cons: We liked everything, but guests should know there is no elevator (we were four floors up). Staff is quick to assist with luggage. Hotel is in a pedestrian-only zone (much of Altstadt) but public parking is only 200 meters away.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything, the good size room, the bathroom, the quietness and the good breakfast.
Cons: You have to be fit to carry your luggage up to the 4th floor.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Nice style
Cons: We could not sleep, the rooms are just over two night bars, a music and noise till the middle of the night. They provide an ears protection on the pillow, but it did not help. An irritation instead of the rest and headache next morning. Very small , the reception does’t work in the evening, differently not 4 stars hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building, nicely renovated.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Roller door for toilet

Pros: We arrived for an overnight stop at Hotel Goldenes Kreuz. The hotel is very centrally located in the beautiful town of Regensburg and finding it was a little tricky but the owner talked us in via the phone. I was travelling with my husband and two young children and the family room we booked was huge and amazing! We were only at the hotel for about 12 hours, but it was very comfortable, very conveniently located and the breakfast that was included also very good. It was a shame we were only stopping overnight!

Pros: Friendly, welcoming owners; safe bike storage
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Centrally and conveniently located, this boutique hotel offers truly luxurious rooms with a lot of character. Staff went out of their way to fulfill my specific requirements. In addition, there was air conditioning in the room: a life saver in the heatwave.
Cons: Just worth mentioning the rooms are spread over three floors, only accessible through a spiral staircase.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely breakfast served well. Characterful room in the rafters of the old building. Location is perfect - easy walk with luggage from the Hauptbahnhof and then an easy walk into the Altstadt (old town) from your perfect base.
Cons: The spiral stairs were a small struggle but we knew that from the website and it was fine. Some street noise at night but, again, this was hardly and issue.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: -Excellent location:)) 7 mins to train station, 8 mins to the beautiful old town -Very friendly staff with welcoming smile -room is cute n the Cafe Vincent is a nice spot to relax and enjoy a drink n a bite -breakfast was yummy

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Delightful small hotel in a great Altstadt location. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The breakfast was super, parking was close by and secure, and staff was helpful and friendly, accommodating our late evening arrival with ease.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location was very close to all the major sites in Regensburg. Breakfast was great, the staff was super nice and even parking was close and secure.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute place, good location, lovely host and a delicious breakfast!!
Cons: Would have liked a mini-fridge in the room, other than that, no complaints!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic rooms in great location. Loved the bathroom and the equipment of the room. Everything I needed was there, including kettle, teas and a great mini bar choice for the late arrival. Lovely details to the interior design and a festive spirit.
Cons: The breakfast buffet is a little on the small side and the choice could be bigger and there should be more room dedicated to the buffet in the breakfast room which would make the whole experience perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great size room also good bathroom. The staff where really friendly and helpful. Wish we could stay longer.

4,2 Okay

8,3 Excellent
Pros: We arrived here after a long hot ride on our bike. There was parking right off the main road at the side of the hotel but they also have parking around the back where there is a beer garden. We was checked in quickly and told where are room was on the ground floor. I was a bit confused when we went in the room as there was 3 empty bottles left on the unit. We thought we were in the wrong room at first but I guess the cleaner must have put them on the side and forgot them. Not what you want when you arrive. The rest of the room was clean and spotless. The head on the shower was a bit wonky and a bit of a pain but we were only there over night. You cant leave the windows open here due to the road noise but once closed you can hardly hear anything. The room could have done with air con as it was a very hot night but they did provide a fan. The bed was large and comfy and considering the heat we slept ok. Breakfast was alright and the coffee was good. It was nice to sit out in the beer garden with a nice cold beer and relax. The hotel is maybe a 10 minute walk into the old town. Overall is was a good place to stay.
Cons: I wasn't impressed at finding someone else's empty bottles in the room.

Pros: The bed and linen! First rate, clean and comfortable room friendly staff, I will be back! Close to town and great pizzeria across the road.
7,9 Good
Cons: Very silent in the night, not in the morning. I was in the front of the building, so in the morning there was a lot of noise from the street.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Stayed on route as a stopover, really interesting hotel with a great relaxed feel, breakfast was amazing, room large and comfortable, we also had dinner in their restaurant across the road which was delicious and had a great atmosphere, walking distance to main places of interest

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent parking, lovely clean fresh rooms, the staff were helpful and friendly, very good breakfast selection. Short walk into old town with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. We preferred to walk into town via main road due to no lighting at night in the park, it also had small groups of people gathered drinking, although they seemed harmless.
Cons: Poor wifi, intermittent reception.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and comfy bed. Large space and awesome staff! Minimalistic facilities and simple but good breakfast:) Super quiet!!
Cons: Price is slightly steep~~
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. One woman allowed us to store our bag there until check-in time, as we arrived in the morning. She also offered to call us when our room was as ready, very thoughtful! Breakfast was great as well.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like (and this is very minor) was when the two single beds were pushed together, one was higher than the other which made an uncomfortable gap.
7,5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was ok. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was a lift.
Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable.
7,9 Good
Pros: Everything was great. People were so kind. Garage was ok. In a few words: good job guys!!

Pros: Breakfast Near to the old town
Cons: No fridge. No ramp to reception for trolley bags
9,2 Excellent

Cons: The bed. We requested a double bed and got two single beds pushed together - not comfortable at all.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, clean, and quiet. Would recommend to anyone.
6,7 Good
Pros: The location was pretty good on the edge of the Old Town. The breakfast was good.
Cons: We found the Hotel a little austere. The staff were clipped and efficient but interactions very brief. The room was a good size and clean but colourless and functional. The same with the hallways. It was also quite expensive we thought for what it was. It might have been because we only booked the week before though.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed only one night, but its a one of the best hotels we stayed ever. They have a very nice looking restaurant (we didnt visit it). There is also a bowling in adjacent place. Open on-site car parking was included in price. Room was very comfortable, very nice and spacy. The stuff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had to check-out early because of our flight, so they even suggested to prepare the breakfest earlier for us. Breakfast itself was very good. Location was ok for us, it took us 20min walk to the city center. Easy to find. Highly recommended!!!
Cons: N/A
7,9 Good
Pros: Air condition in the rooms would be great. Really hot when hot outside.
Cons: Really kind staff, everything nice
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really nice and a hotel is close to the bus station. Decoration in the restaurant was beautiful. The room was spacious and bright.
Cons: Every time I come to the room I have to log into the Internet. One soap was not enough for 2 guests. Maybe it would have been nice if there was more options for the breakfast like croissants or scrambled eggs. It would have also been nice if we had a small fridge in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bischofshof Braustuben was our hotel for several nights in Regensburg Germany in late September. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist us with directions and early entry to the room. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is on the edge of a beautiful neighborhood and an easy 15 minute walk to the center of a wonderful city with many amenities. We ate one of the best meals we had in Germany in the beer garden at the restaurant. We had the Friday special which was a local fish and tried the "Crazy" Cordon Bleu as well. Both were very delicious, well prepared and served quickly. One of the plates had the freshest, tastiest green beans and the green salad was excellent. We opted for the breakfast buffet each morning (additional charge) and it was hot and in the style of the region. We REALLY enjoyed the dark beer brewed literally next door.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The size and configuration of the room were wonderful, comforters and high-quality sheets delightful. I was happy to be in a real local hotel, rather than a nondescript multinational hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, comfortable beds, great location
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful and the staff exceptionally nice. We arrived on a Monday and unfortunately the Beer Garden next door was closed that evening.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: a nice small hotel in a quiet area but only 15 mins walk to the centre .i had a nice room on the second floor with a good shower. i did not have breakfast as it was 8 euro extra . the manager was very friendly and helpful as were the other staff .the wi fi went down so the manager let me use his to book my next hotel which was good .

Pros: Great location; large room and air conditioning!

7,1 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Would like to have checked out at 12
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the townand in the courtyard of the hotel is a beer garden which is very convenient. The staff was excellent and if you need anything, ask Kaylen Leo in guest services. She goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. For instance, when the taxi she called was obviously not going to come, she walked with us to the train station so that she could negotiate the ride we needed at the taxi drivers there. She has an excellent career ahead of her in hotel management and customer service!
Cons: There is currently some construction outside but that just means it will only get better

5,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good and the bed very comfy.
Cons: I had to walk probably a kilometer in order to get into the room. Although I like the idea that the hotel had like a shopping mall for souvenirs, it wasn;t very comfortable to get my luggage to the room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is slightly out of town Spa Hotel. A short walk downhill from No 1 bus stand. The best spa I've been in. You must stay here if this is important feature of your stay. I stayed in adjoining building but there is basement path to the spa. Great sauna and steambath rooms plus small heated pool. Garden has chair beds. The staff wear traditional Bavarian tops and skirts. Decor is historic and exquisite
Cons: No lift in Landhaus residence. OK if you dont have heavy suitcase. Despite the location, reacheable by bus journey from Albertstrasse. Not many busses after 21:30. Breakfast is better than basic but could do with more fish. There should be more English channels on the TV.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Spa and staff were very nice.
Cons: Was very hot and there was no AC or fan, but we couldn’t open the windows due to people yelling outside.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Close to center of town and very good breakfast.
Cons: No air conditioning
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very charming and romantic boutique hotel right in the middle center of old town. The best breakfast ever!
Cons: No coffee making pot in the room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was a big plus. It was centrally located within Regensburg and the room was huge. We enjoyed the added treat of finding a candy bar on the pillows every day as well as the complementary bottles of wine. Very enjoyable.
Cons: We stayed in another building of the hotel and had to walk to the main building (around the corner) for breakfast. I didn't care for walking to another building but I suppose it couldn't be helped. The pillows were a bit flat and so we had to ask for another set of pillows.
7,5 Good
Pros: The set up of the room
Cons: Mattress is a bit too soft Street work was very loud
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, friendly, eclectic hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Neat history, furnishings, surroundings, staff. Stayed in Kleines Haus (annex separate from main hotel), so helpful to know logistics of checking in at main hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Its Boutique hotel character with French Charme is unrivalled in the area and doesn’t lack the Bavarian Gemütlichkeit - a bit of everything, I’d say posh interior with a cosy feel, they manage to strike a unique balance.
Cons: What’s not to like?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very central, but still quiet. The room had flair. At breakfast, you could easily think you were in France.
Cons: Bit difficult to get directly to the hotel by car.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Our friend checking in with us was accidently given our room, my husband has to have no noise to sleep and you could hear people in the "gasse" from our room, so we were upgraded to a bigger room in main house but heating wouldnt work so upgraded to a huge suite..amazing. Loved being served breakfast.
Cons: Our suite did have some street noise so you couldnt open window, which didnt matter as it was quite cold.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast with a range of options to order - table service. French style breakfast choices and French cafe style atmosphere, leisurely. Eating in the main cafe, the light and airy winter garden or outdoors are all possible. We had booked the annex about 200m away, but on arrival, we were offered a super room in the main hotel which is full of historical character. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the main sights, in the historic town centre and river Danube. Room had large beams. Electric sockets are little limited in the room, but this is due to the historic age of the building. Wifi was good and nice little touches like a free bottle of wine and daily chocolate bars in the room.
Cons: Nothing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The quirky nature of the place, made a refreshing change. Loads of character and good bed, the breakfast was table service but was good.
Cons: Having to leave my bike in a hall way.

Pros: The owner was very helpful when I called and all necessary information was provided prior to my arrival. The arrangements were absolutely fine. The room was very tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Personally for me, the location of the hotel was perfect.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very roomy. Excellent location. Owner showed up in a few minutes when we had a problem with the TV. The maid carried our suitcases up the stairs.
Cons: Just a little strangely decorated. Could have used a comfortable chair.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The big room, it was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Can’t think of anything
7,0 Good
Pros: Great location righ in the old town, the Fire room was designed lovingly with lots of gold and red and the bed was very comfortable, loved the little dining room and great views out over the square! Bathroom was compact but had a good shower. The cafe downstairs (which runs the hotel) is very friendly and a popular place. Hearty breakfast with unusual combinations of ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, fruit and salad. Choose from about 10 options on a list, and a huge basket of bread with endless refills of tea or coffee, could sit in there all day!
Cons: Shame there is no tea making facilites in the room itself and no safe. Also the Fire room doesn't have a wardrobe which is a bit wierd, just some hooks and hangers on the wall, although there is loads of space in there. (the Air room has one). Be careful of the light switches, the plastic covers tend to fall off the wall if you press the bottom edge, (the trick is to hold it at the top edge for 2 secs). Other than a few impractical elements, which are obviously due to the design being more important than actual functionality, it was very luxurious and romantic!

Pros: Room comfortable and clean. Disturbed by rowdy noise from street.
Cons: Noise from street.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff; great, quiet location.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: To preface, I had seen a couple photos of the breakfast and it really didn't do it justice. They had plenty of rolls/fresh breads on hand, meats and cheeses, eggs, juices, and a variety of fresh fruit! The seating area was clean and comfortable and the staff very attentive throughout. The location was perfect, just outside of the main historic attraction areas, very walkable to the train station through the adjacent park, cafes/restaurants close-by, and bonus!, a coffee shop/bakery a couple doors down. The staff was extremely friendly, and very helpful during our stay, offering us a welcome drink upon arrival and water upon our departure.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like, although there may be travelers that may find the rooms very small. While we traveled with our 13 year old son, and had one of their rooms with the double and single bed, know that it could get tight if you were to have a lot of luggage. We only had a couple days there so spent the majority of our waking hours out and about, but if you're planning on spending more time in the room than not, (those with families), you may consider lodging somewhere a bit larger.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location to explore the wonderful historic city centre, all of which can easily be done by walking around. Parking garage close to the hotel with discounted rates for guests. Great breakfast buffet.
Cons: While the breakfast buffet is excellent, the space in which it is served is rather cramped, occasionally leading to some unintended pushing and shoving.

Pros: Good value. The little fitness room was a bonus.
7,1 Good
Cons: There was no clear info about the working time of reception desk, therefore i wasted one hour in the morning waiting for the staff to show up at the check-out. I could have paid up front if I knew that the front desk was not 24hr. Meanwhile there was also no practical solution given over the phone from the staff, I could have paid over the credit card or against the invoice per email. All was impossible, I just had to sit and wait, quite an unpleasant surprise.
7,5 Good
Pros: Good, clean comfortable, nice very helpful staff, parking.
Cons: Quite far from town, no coffee in room, 99 percent German tv cannels. Several sat channels not working. Medium value.

Pros: Breakfast was really good, it was nice that owner of the hotel met every guest in the breakfast time to say hello :)
Cons: Suggestion: 1.in the room want to see botlle of still water on the table, not only empty glasses 2.in shower room - we found one set shampoo and coditioner, but room was booked for 2 , and set to be for each (hygiene precautions)
7,5 Good
Pros: Being able to have breakfast and dinner outside
Cons: No air conditioning
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice hotel, managed by the owners who came by every morning at breakfast time, asking each guest if everything was right. And of course also the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The building is probably from the 70s or 80s but you don't see this inside the rooms. They have probably been renovated not too long ago and are in very good shape, furnished in a timelessly beauty. Meaning: neither expect the latest modern style nor something old-fashioned – it's just … nice looking. And of course flawlessly clean.
Cons: Actually there is nothing what the HOTEL could have done better – if the WEATHER had been better I would surely have chosen to sit outside in their garden restaurant. But the evenings have already been too cold to feel comfortable and one evening it was even raining a bit. (Still, dining inside was also a pleasant experience.)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Coffee to order at breakfast, staff was very friendly and efficient, good variety of offerings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was within walking distance to the old town and train station.
Cons: The internet was very slow. Difficult for handicap people in that you needed to climb stairs to get to the elevator for the top floors.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: excellent restaurant
Cons: as in many other hotels, pillows are not at all ergonomic
5,4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Workers at the property had put in the rain a slippery carpet at the entrance for disabled guests. One of our guests slipped and injured himself. The hotel did not see any need to solve the situation, quite the opposite, after we informed them and we removed the carpet, the carpet was back the next day showing zero insight of the risk caused. The hotel offered as compensation for the guest that was hurt a plaster.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The people at the reception were very kind and most helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options. The price was very reasonable.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Alles SUPER. The manager of the hotel, a respectable man, surprised me when he enter into the breackfast room. He entertainded each every person about their services. Amaizing ! A good example of humanity and respect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly host/owner and staff; great food in restaurant; buffet breakfast was the best I ever experienced This hotel is a gem.
Cons: Closer to Old Town. It was walkable to the City Center, but easier to drive. Free parking compensated for the distance .

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel with nice decoration at the old town. Location very good, close to the cathedral and the river, as well as many ancient streets with shops and restaurants. The room was of a nice size but only with 2 windows up close to the ceiling, however very quiet and with enough light. Nice staff, good wifi and a good breakfast. It is not far either from the Danube river or the train station.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: central location (in the old city of Regensburg), hearty breakfast. my room was in a separate tower - very good for privacy
Cons: a bit noisy due to narrow streets of old town.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely welcome on arrival, great facilities, cleanliness and room was very comfortable!
Cons: Nothing at all!
7,5 Good
Pros: The location was within easy walking distance to everything.
Cons: The older section of the hotel was quaint but needs upgrades for accessibility and safety. The bathtub was very difficult to get in and out of. There was no air conditioning in the room, which would have been impossible in warmer temperatures. The windows could be opened, but that resulted in a lot of light and noise and difficulty sleeping.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, cute hotel. Everything was perfect and great breakfast too.
Cons: nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location - right in the heart of the city, by the main city "platz". This is an excellent, clean facility. Very good buffet breakfast with wide food selection. If in Regensburg we would stray here again. Highly recommended.
Cons: This is not intended to be a negative but merely as a "heads up" to potential guests.. It appeared to us that you could not drive up right to the front door - well we did not attempt it. We had to move our suitcases along the cobblestone lane for a distance of about 100 m.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel and great location. Nice rooms, exceptional service and great breakfast. Locations was central to everything! Definitely recommend!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: very central location in Regensburg, comfortable room and bathroom, good variety breakfast
Cons: double bed with two seperate mattresses, not reachable by car
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice and brought out champagne for my birthday
Cons: Hotel had no negatives
6,3 Good
Pros: Central location, comfortable bed, good bike storage.
Cons: Breakfast was substandard for a 4 star property. (Several wurst floating in water, scrambled egg like rubble, limited bread choices and only one pastry being croissants.) One also does expect some bathroom toiletries eg shampoo and conditioner not the all in one rather slimy body and hair wash. Staff in the breakfast room were pleasant but need training in regard to making less noise when clearing or setting tables.

Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location on river. Great breakfast. Close to old village and stone bridge. Can walk from train. We got taxi back
7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast is good, you can sit outside at the water if the weather is good. Great terrace at the water, both at the groundfloor (at the bar), but also one of the 3rd floor, you can take your drinks with you. Good size room and bathroom. Great view from the room. Nice beds with fairly long sheets. Parking underneath the hotel. Right in the citycentre.
Cons: Always strange when the showerhead cannot be hanged on the wall on a decent hight so you can actually shower... now you have to sit in the bathtub to rinse your hair. Uncomfy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to the old town Great atmosphere. Everything was outstanding. Highly recommend!
Cons: Loved all of it.
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfort room
Cons: Staff went too friendly, restaurant closed in the evening.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: great location, very nice rooms, staff - highly recommended
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a converted former mill on an island in the Danube River. The property has been modernised and converted to a high standard. The atmosphere is quiet with no traffic noise at night. The hotel is within easy walking distance of old Regensberg and the cathedral by footbridge over the river. Views from our room were excellent. Staff were friendly, spoke good English and were very accommodating. There was no problem about leaving our hire car in the hotel garage after checking out while we spent time exploring Regensburg.
Cons: The only detraction was the fact that we were unable to book dinner at the hotel. We stayed on Thursday night, which features a special Italian buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant. When we tried to book a table for dinner we were told the restaurant was fully booked. As residents it might have been appropriate for the reception staff to have warned us at check in.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, very close to the old town. The building is on top of the river so you can enjoy walks along the riverfront and wake up to some nice views too. The room was incredibly spacious and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was scrumptious, parking was easy and staff was very helpful.
Cons: Drinks were a bit pricey.

6,3 Good
Pros: Location in a way good in the old town. Very good breakfast and nice staff there :)
Cons: The receptionist who check me in was unfriendly and almost rude! The location in the middle of downtown makes the hotel very noisy. You cannot keep the window open at night. But its not only the outside nosiness since this is an old hotel you can hear everything from the corridor. Book this hotel if you can speak German (you get much better service) and if you are not sensitive sleeper.
7,5 Good
Pros: Once we got the car sorted the location was good
Cons: Location was not easy to get to when you had a car. The pillows were terrible
6,7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: A lot of stairs, up and down the corridors... bathroom very tight. Location good for pedestrian center access yet parking 1/4 mile away... doable yet newcomers should be aware.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: There was no aircon in the hotel. Too warm to sleep in the room. My room was next to the lift. When people came back very late, i can hear the big noise in the corridor. Very annoying!
7,1 Good
Cons: The bread was not fresh; breakfast could have been better for the price we paid.
7,9 Good
Pros: Interior design of the hotel was fine, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Apart from that the hotel has a very good location in the old town, ca. 200m from the underground garage at the Bismarck square.
Cons: The lack of a safe in the room. There was no a single iron in the whole hotel. The breakfast was not really sophisticated but it fullfilled the essential needs, which is hunger.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the middle building of the hotel. The hotel consists of three buildings connected together. The middle part was nice...but maybe we would like to stay at the third part..I think is the older part of the hotel? I LOVED the bed night lights. Best of any hotel I have ever being. You can read without bothering the person sleeping with. Breakfast was good. The location excellent.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: There were no tea and coffee making facilities
5,8 Okay
Cons: I've chosen this hotel online just because offers free car park on site suddenly it was so frustrating to understand there is no car park at the hotel. I had to drive around late in the evening with my family until i find public car park.
7,5 Good
Cons: Room was without air conditionings

7,9 Good
Pros: Excellent location in centre of medieval city. Superb breakfast, with wide choice of healthy food.
Cons: The room we were given was a little on the small side, and although there was a wardrobe there was no cupboard with drawers, which meant leaving our smaller items of clothing in suitcases over the four days of our stay. The coffee on one morning was lukewarm but this information was not well received by the waitress. Parking was expensive at €20 a day.
