Pros: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Pros: the seats in couch wwere the narrowest we have experienced! Very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of

Cons: Better seats and the bathrooms were incredibly small. some of the lights did not work

Cons: Old plane so in-flight entertainment systems didn't work properly in 3 of the 4 seats we occupied.

Cons: Food needs to be improved. More space near washrooms and for moving around in long flights should be provided.

Pros: Very unprofessional crew, particularly Katarina who had quite an attitude and twice left out the last four rows for drinks and coffee. Simply out of laziness.

Cons: Online check-in had website issues and did not allow seat selection. Web check-in and on board service need significant improvements. Would not fly Etihad again; much higher standards and better service with Emirates or Qatar Air.

Pros: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Cons: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Cons: The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices.

Cons: Qatar’s food is great! Feels like five star dining. Attendants are helpful and friendly.

Cons: Delayed flight meant missed connection and had to stay overnight. Very little communication from the airline about what arrangements were being made. Was also unable to check in online on either leg.

Pros: The crew provide good service but personally i did not like the food that could be lot better.
