Cons: The price quoted and the estimate was off by 100%. Thrifty told us they require insurance when renting in Germany. Pros: Agent was nice but did not talk about pricing or the value being held on my credit card. Never told me I had to fill up gas or not either

Cons: Agent tried to give me a lower class car (Volvo XC 60) instead of the e-class, alleging that it was the same class of cat. I had to insist for 5 minutes until he finally " Flynn's a car" for me.

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Knowing about the ‘real’ price of the rental car ahead of time, instead of being surprised after getting to the airport picking it up.

Cons: The tire pressure gage came on after driving awhile so we had to check it. At pickup, there was some sort of construction or renovation so we couldn’t use the normal path to the car garage and it was very confusing where exactly to go to get it. But we found it eventually.

Good experience
Pros: The process was quick and easy
Cons: They didn't have a car style that I was renting. So I was stuck with a Jeep, not bad, but not a small car like I was intending on. A 1200€ hold on my visa seemed a bit excessive.

Cons: They late me for 3 hours and half And after that, they didn’t give me the booked car. They changed it with Nissan X-Trial And the price was changed also and you didn’t explain the taxes

Cost of car was over 3x what I was quoted
Pros: The car was nice. Could have been more clean but it was a nice vehicle. Drop off was very fast and easy.
Cons: The cost was over 3x what I was quoted. I was quoted around 350 and it ended up being 1200$. It would have been nice to know the hidden costs before selecting my vehicle. The pick up was very long

Good experience
Pros: The process was quick and easy
