extremely poor. they didn't have my car available, i had to drive to the airport to pick up my car, they just handed me a key to another car and said to transport that car to the airport..i wasted 4 hours going back and forth, plus they did not have my car at the airport, i just settled for whatever and left.Reviewed Aug 9 2025

Arrived at the pickup location to then be told that the car we had booked was not available. Received a car after waiting 90 minutes, and was told it was an upgrade from the car we had booked. The car we received displayed a warning message that service was overdue by 3000km and that the engine oil needed to be changed. Will not book with Alamo again.Reviewed Oct 9 2023
