One car hire company which has updated their car hire health and safety policies due to COVID-19 to make sure vehicles are clean and disinfected is Europcar
Pros:Staff were great, professional, efficient and friendly. Pick up and drop off exceptionally easy! Steve
Pros:Car was almost new, clean, and perfect.
Cons:Check-in was a bit lengthy. Allianz insurance doesn't matter for Sixt.
Pros:I like this company. It is run well. I unfortunately have rented from others and am not as happy.
Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was super clean.
Pros:Good new car and very clean
Cons:Long queue with only one desk open to get/return car
Cons:We were very disappointed that some crucial information is not shared with the customers. We were not informed that every kilometre has an additional fee. We were renting a car just for one day and the overall price ended up being twice as much from what was promised on the day we picked up the car.
Pros:Clean small car.
Cons:The staff seemed annoyed when asked to assist on driving the car from its parked location in the garage which seems obstructed by another rental vehicle. Car was an automatic, but it was not explained that the car can also be placed in a manual mode. In the USA a car is either one or the other. Ok
Cons:Tried to charge me for a more expensive insurance when I already had one and the car drove terribly.
Pros:Car was great! Clean and very modern with all the latest security features.
Cons:At the pick up station they didn't check the car for damage. The place was dark and I didn't realize that it had a huge scratch. I had a hard time explaining the whole situation at the drop off location and had a lot of stress on my first vacation day due to that.
8,0 Very Good
Pros:Great staff at Lisbon AP.
8,0 Very Good
Pros:The car was tidy
Cons:You wouldn’t expect not to find the company name in Rent a car area in airport if you book pick up/drop off location exactly airport. It comes that you are forced to spend extra half an hour to find the right guy and to get to the rental office (same exercise on the way back). The guys in the office live their lifes instead of serving you..
Cons:Difficult to call and speak with rental agency, as phone number listed never answered
Cons:Hello, I didn't get a car because they asked me for original passport But I didn't have it with me, I didn't know that for rent a car I need a have passport. so disappointed.
Cons:Hidden fees and no explicit mention of no MTPL insurance..on the other hand we couldnt book it online without some additional /rather unnecessary/ insurance.
