Pros:
The staff person was not friendly and not up to date with the resevation. As a result, we were downgraded but still charged the original rate. HOw does that sound to you? Is mediocer giving Hertz too much credit?Cons:
We could have got the car we ordered and been treated better when we arrived. Obviously, the employee comes first and gets what he wants.Avis
