Pros:

Nothing. Terrible service

Cons:

They were closed when we went to pick up our car and there is absolutely nothing near the pick up location so we were stranded. We tried calling and got no reply.

The car smelled awful from cigarette smoke on the pick up, the smell was stuck bad and it took a few days for it to get out. moreover, the car was low on AdBlue and washers fluid, feels like it didn’t go through a basic service. Tried to contact Avis costumer service during the period to switch the car but they didn’t get back to me to this day. The answering machine at the office is only Italian so it was hard to just get someone to talk to in english.

Pros:

The staff person was not friendly and not up to date with the resevation. As a result, we were downgraded but still charged the original rate. HOw does that sound to you? Is mediocer giving Hertz too much credit?

Cons:

We could have got the car we ordered and been treated better when we arrived. Obviously, the employee comes first and gets what he wants.
