It takes time to go through passport control and to get to a gate at that very large airport. We went as fast possible to our gate but were too late. Cityline is a good provider other wise.

I liked the crews attentiveness, all food and drink items were tasty, and came out in a timely manner. The entertainment systems were not as responsive and my seat had issues with the auxiliary for the headphones. Seats were OK, and the headrest for my seat could go back only so far. Bathrooms were tight fit.

Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.

Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

The boarding system was all bogus - employees at the boarding gate were not sound like proffesional or may be possibly rational

There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬

The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.

Delayed flight with no explanations; poorly managed gate and boarding process.
