Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
On time. Great service, friendly crew. Great food. Everything went without a hitch. We will not hesitate to fly Turkish Airlines again.
It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. It’s comfortable the flight attendant. Respect you anything you ask for they gave you except the water.
Seats paid for in advance. Seat assignments changed by kayak 3rd party. Seats then changed again by Turkish airlines at the gate. Family seated on opposite sides of the plane yet money taken for seat assignments that were not honored.
I will say the same as my previous comment. Great job over all! From 1-10, ten be the best… I will give 9!
Food wasn’t good but not their fault as I should have pre selected
Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic
IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.
Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.
Excellent staff despite some trying passenger situations. Very impressed with their good attitudes and kindness.
Crew was professional, attentive, and delightful. However, the plane was delayed more than an hour. I recognize this was not Lufthansa’s fault, but was inexcusable was that there were no Lufthansa reps meeting the plane to give quick info about gates for connecting flights and how to navigate getting to those gates, especially when it required going to another terminal, going through security, and then returning to the original terminal. This was egregious - other airlines routinely do this when an arrival is significantly delayed.

Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
Everything was on time, even though the layover in Frankfurt was 22hrs
love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment
The flight delay made the connection a bit tight but that's outside the flight crew's control.
Flight was cancelled and rebooking was an hours long experience which required us to rent a cab, hotel room and fly the next day on a different airline with a much longer layover
Premium Economy was very comfortable. Flight staff was cheerful and helpful.
Lufthansa is my favorite airline and have flown oversea with them for the past 25 years: i always found them so professional and incredibly efficient from checking in to arrival. I also love their Munich or Frankfurt airports.
The crew was caring and attentive in making my flight comfortable as I was travelling with an injury.
