Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed

Some of the best service I’ve ever seen on an international flight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of choices and attention to detail. The seats are kind of old and narrow, but I have wide shoulders. The only area for improvement was making the cabin a little cooler.
It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. It’s comfortable the flight attendant. Respect you anything you ask for they gave you except the water.
We were experiencing delayed for 4 hours and of course they took us to Turkish airlines lounge but we could not rested up since there is no bedroom. It was tiring and long day for us🙏 Especially we didn’t fly until 5:45am morning for Miami🙏😢
Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.
Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.

Never took the flight due to strikes which happens but there was no timely coordination to find me new flights. I had to call Lufthansa and Kayak support only to be given no good options and a 75% refund. Ended up spending way more for alternative flights that I coordinated myself for a trip I had booked 6 months prior.
Everything was on time, even though the layover in Frankfurt was 22hrs
love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment
The flight delay made the connection a bit tight but that's outside the flight crew's control.
Flight was cancelled and rebooking was an hours long experience which required us to rent a cab, hotel room and fly the next day on a different airline with a much longer layover
Premium Economy was very comfortable. Flight staff was cheerful and helpful.
Lufthansa is my favorite airline and have flown oversea with them for the past 25 years: i always found them so professional and incredibly efficient from checking in to arrival. I also love their Munich or Frankfurt airports.
The crew was caring and attentive in making my flight comfortable as I was travelling with an injury.
Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.
The airport crew and flight crew did a great job rearranging the gate at the last minute and got us to Munich on time
