Cons: when i purchased the tickets excess baggage was 80 USD, when I got to the airport it was 250 USD even though the website said 200 USD. They checked my bags through before i presented a payment receipt, I was not able to pay because I could not afford it. The crew took 2 hours to find my bags and bring them back, I lost all time at the airport (I arrived 3 hours before the flight). was not able to eat, or drink anything before boarding. I made it to the gate 5 minutes before it closed. Food ran out by the time it got to me and the only option was sea food. movie options were old and limited. the plane delayed.

Cons: rep said the bag would tranfer on the plane i was on. i had to continue on without it. just hope its at the airport when i leave for lima on the 26 th

Pros: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.

Cons: The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time

Pros: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Cons: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Cons: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Cons: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Pros: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

I was going to a conference and my suits were in the lost bag, because i was flying to brasil (not my home) on a brasilian passport I was not given any money to purchase clothes for my conference. the flight delayed 2 hours. poor entertainment selection. i will NEVER EVER fly TAAG again!!

Cons: The inflight entertainment wasn't all that great with limited choices available. However...LUANDA Airport and staff were the WORST! On both occasions it was difficult to find a person who could even speak english, the airport is a rip off (the most expensive I've ever experienced), the ground and airport staff were mostly an array of disinterested, impolite, unhelpful, buffoons. I would not want to fly TAAG again in order to avoid any layover in Luanda longer than 2hrs.

Pros: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Cons: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Pros: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Cons: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Cons: Old plane with no entertainment. The flight was schedule for 7:10pm then changed to 8:20pm then changed again to 11:50pm.

Pros: Spacious ,new planes . Friendly crew . Great value for a relatively cheaper flight than other airlines .

Cons: Entertainment system lacked content , they should consider loading a greater variety even if it is older content . Food was decent but received some rock hard rolls and crossiants.

Pros: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Cons: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Cons: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Cons: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Cons: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Cons: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.
