I slept the whole flight so I can't tell you about the food and there was no entertainment offered. Crew was very nice, seats were comfortable in business, and boarding was easy.
My luggage did not make the connection and 4 days later I still have not received it.
We're talking about a short-haul in-country flight.. there is no confort, no food, just the bottle of water. The seats are squeezed like hell and I was in the back-end of the plane, with one spare row left for the crew and to store excess bags that could not fit in the overhead bin.. Speaking of carry-on, some passengers should be better screened as their bags were simply too big to fit in the overhead bins.. ! How can this happen, and it was an A310, with 2 columns of 3-seater rows.. There is a pseudo-Business class, which is simply a section in the front of the plane where the same seats are occupied only 2 out of 3, on each side, leaving more rooms for the passengers and their bags. That's it.
For the price of the ticket it's probably the best service in the world

Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
Was very good, was happy with the way staff were smiling and how they were approachable
A child was loud throughout which made the trip less than optimal. Crew was great and professional. They need to change the automatic seat belt announcement which is too loud and had other unneeded words like "this is XYZ announcement number one'
Love the dreamliner plane. It's such a smooth ride, I don't notice that it's 15 hours in the air. The staff are great and they don't overstuff you with food.
I really like this airline. The staff are lovely and friendly, the planes are tidy and unfussy. I would rate them at the top of the African Airline carriers.
Delayed by 4 hours with inadequate advance notifications which caused us a lot of consternation and angst. I will never fly or recommend your airline again

Kenya Airways delayed my flights for 7 days. Each delayed, they notified me last minute. This is ridiculous.
The kindness and good humor of all the people who this flight possible was a joy.
Awful, we had a delay of 3 hrs, impacting in my transfer flight to Cape town, and Kenya airways didnt do anything. They sent me twice to transfer services in Nairobi, not been available to sleep (from 1 am to 5 am); without any update.
It's the only direct flight between Accra and Nairobi, and you pay for it! Food is better on Asky. No entertainment on flight from Accra to Nairobi, but there other way did have screens. Generally timely boarding and departure.
There is need to introduce HOME COUNTRY of Departure Meals
Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.
I've yet to be on an Air Dolomiti flight that hasn't been delayed, but other than that I've really enjoyed flying with them
Flew on a relatively old Airbus A340. Must have been one of the tightest economy seats I've ever experienced in a 2-4-2 setup. Seat doesn't recline much, and you're basically sitting up-right for the entire 11+ hours. Meal service was curt. The hot/warm dish was half squished causing some of the contents to squeeze out and make a mess when it was tossed onto the tray. TV screen is small for this day and age, and the USB didn't work to charge anything either. However there are lots of movies and tv shows, so that was good.
Lufthansa charged me $280 to take skiiis when in the US the boot bag and skiis are one check-in bag. This was not advertised and a real shock at the airport. They only took the boot bag as a check-in item. The seats have been squeezed together like any economy airline and legroom is not as good as it used to be. Otherwise, the flight was fine and staff was helpful for making my connection.
Terrible experience. Should be a short simple flight from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Disgusting insult that United Air doesn’t have a cabin crew ready to receive a plane that’s already an hour plus late in departure. Lots of misinformation along the way from cockpit and crew. Definitely unimpressed with both union and management.
I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable.
Sorry, I’m not a fan of United. The seats are just too cramped and uncomfortable if you are traveling very far.
It was a good flight overall, I just hate it when we get delayed because there is a small amount of layover time in Munich and you have to actually run to the next gate.
Not enough time between connecting flights. We had to run through the Frankfurt airport and nearly missed our flight to the US. Extremely tight seating in Economy. No room and I'm not a large person. Please prevent any seats from reclining so my kneecaps are not destroyed again. Entertainment system touch screen did not recognize inputs. Seemed to be a problem for many. Crew were very nice and the food was not bad.
Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.
Crew very helpful and friendly. Food is so so. Main meal is not always the best. Did have a choice of a snack part way which was either a cookie, corn snack, or similar. Second kind of meal was basically like a pizza pastry that really wasn’t a favorite but probably a European snack? Screens and selections of movies, tv and such were good. No WI-Fi unless you buy so no free texting or such on the long flight but I think that might be any overseas flight.
The bed in Club class was not very comfortable, everything else was good.
It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.
If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.
Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.

Our headphone plug is broken, we can not enjoy our entertainment, especially traveling with 5 year old who like to watch movie
More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front
the old seats really need to go. they are not comfortable and outdated by many years. I waited over 40 minutes for my bag, unacceptable!
Short lay-overs and total flight times. Everything else could have been better.
