Flights were both delayed. No luggage on arrival for the whole plane and no contact since submitting a PIR.

Food is really bad, not to the Emirates standards. Coming out of Houston airport is very confusing,

Overall good but one thing I didn’t understand is why they didn’t allow me to pick my own seat.

The air hostess spilled tomato juice on me by mistake in Mumbai -Dubai flight. I was traveling from Mumbai to UAD. Her senior came and offered couple of small chocolates (probably given in business class) as compensation. I asked for access to lounge as I had to travel till IAD and I could shower and change. But she said she cannot do that and did nothing further. I found the response to their mistake as inappropriate.

The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.

Emirates flights always nice. Service rendered by the staff is superb.I am always comfortable in Emirates flights.

CREW manager was rude and nasty Crew was not friendly either and had discriminatory attitude.

Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains

Kudos to Swiss!! My wife and I thought Swiss was like flying years back: good food service, refreshments, friendly and courteous crew! We look forward to another trip to Europe next year, and it will be a priority to hopefully fly Swiss, thank you! We strongly can say from experience - the treatment (food, drink, entertainment) in service for Economy Class is unmatched!!!

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

United Airlines flights serviced by Swiss Airlines provide for zero communication with Swiss Airlines almost impossible to contact Swiss airlines to make seat selection, upgrades or changes. I won’t do that again if it can be helped.

Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

They shld improve and provide a lunch or dinner in an international leg

Was required to print a boarding pass, which I'd prefer to avoid. Seat (economy x) was comfortable, service was excellent.

The overall experience for the price we paid was mediocre. Nothing outstanding! Check in process was standard. Flight attendants could have been more well mannered. I found it rude when the attendant nudged me with the snack box to grab my attention when not looking. She could have said ,’excuse me’ instead. My son’s in flight entertainment was not working. The food was not great either. The snack options were not so great with kids in mind. Overall, might not travel qatar again.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. I was ver pleased with the service all the way through

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

So far so good. I missed my flight because of the Lufthansa diversion. United helped me to figure out how to get accommodations from Lufthansa for my long layover. They help me book appropriate onward flight.

During the flight there was a medical emergency. We were diverted. Of course I'm thankful they cared for the health of that passenger, but they did a poor job of communicating with the rest of us passengers. In the end we arrived at our destination several hours late, with no direction of how to rebook missed connecting flights. It all worked out in the end. Those of us that needed accommodations were put up in a hotel by Lufthansa until we could make it to our final destination. But it was United Airlines Personnel who really helped us navigate the process.

I got an email from Lufthansa saying that because the flight was full, I could check my cabin bag for free. When I tried to do that, I got charged $75 because it was 'overweight'. Other people who did not check their bags didn't get their bags (that were much larger than mine) weighed. Nor were they denied boarding. This is a scam, right? Expect to see this review EVERYWHERE!

Flight okay...my issue is with the flight from Frankfurt to Philadelphia

This was my first time using Lufthansa, from he friendly and courteous crew and great captains this was a great experience.

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
