Cons:Agent misquoted price by $250, took an hour to check car out, when returned car waited 30 minutes, computer said car already returned. Very poor service.
Cons:Getting our information to rent the car took forever. They tried to call insurance companies to verify even though we had a valid insurance ID card (both personal and business). I was at the kiosk for over an hour AND a $2000 deposit for being a FL resident was ridiculous!!! Plus they wanted us to pay an additional fee for a Sun Pass even though we weren't going to use it. The girl at the desk was not helpful and acted like we were a bother to her. Never again! Avis got our business that week.

Cons:When we got to the place to get our car they said they do not use the insurance I purchased on THEIR WEBSITE. Why would they have the insurance on the site but not be able to use it? They added a 250 dollar deposit that was never mentioned until we got there to pick up the car. They said I HAD to buy the toll pass or I wouldn't be able to go any where. The part that makes me the most upset is NONE of these extra fees were on there website. I am very easy going and this is the first Bad review I've left, but this place is a complete joke. Also, many reviews said they never got there 250 deposit back. On the website it had a total of 120 for the rental. Once we got there we were looking at about 500 dollars. This place is a scam DO NOT GO THERE.

Cons:The rental car agent did not wanted to honor the reservation and rent the car to me because, as he said, I had to show him an airline ticket with an arrival date that would be same as the rental pick up date and with a departure date exactly the same day as the rental car return date. My arrival airline ticket was the same as the rental pick up date but my return airline ticket was for five days after the car rental return date. I asked him to show me that policy in the Rental Terms & Conditions Agreement and he could not produce it. He always mentioned that those were his instructions although it was nowhere to be found on-line or on the Terms & Conditions Agreement. I asked him to call his supervisor and he told me that there was nobody available and that the owner was out of the country. As a result, he left me and my family (including two children) at 10:30 pm that night with no car and totally stranded at the airport. The rental car agent did not offer any solution and was totally cold, bitter and unhelpful. In summary: - Executive Car Rental did not honor the reservation. - The rental car agent did not contacted any supervisor although we begged to him. - We were left stranded at 10:30 pm with my wife and two children at the airport. - He did not want to give us a way to contact his supervisor or the supervisor name. Definitely not recommended. Stay away from this car rental company from hell. I can't find words enough to describe the horrible and helpless experience that this rental car company made us go through.
Cons:When we arrived at the airport to pick up our rental car, we were informed by Executive that they didn't have any cars for us, despite makeing the reservation 3 months prior. We were told to ask the other rental companies if they had any we could rent. None did, because they had to hold their cars for their reservations. At 4 pm on Thanksgiving day there were no other options in the entire city because everything had closed. We weren't even so much as informed that morning that it might be an issue, when we MIGHT have been able to make other arrangements.
