Cons: Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.

Cons: Wifi is not included in the room price.

Cons: Small windows, not much light. Also very limited tv options. Would d like access to Netflix.

Cons: We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.

Cons: We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.

Cons: Given the room rate, free bottled water should be supplied...not $8 per bottle.

Cons: Upon my arrival, I requested a hotel shuttle, was told that one was on its way, and then had to wait for 35 minutes, even though the hotel is only a 5 minute drive away. The cleaners were not very thorough about resetting the room--my bathroom did not have a shower curtain anywhere in sight, and the refrigerator in the room had old Chinese take-away in it.

Cons: Mattress too soft and springy.

Cons: Traffic noise. Noisy heater/ac. Headboard was falling apart. Room over sprayed with air fresheners that I go a headache.

Cons: The fold out bed was only a full size, so don't depend on it being a queen.

Cons: Renovations at the restaurant caused slow service for dinner, location a bit further from eateries than thought

Cons: I wish there had been a pool, and the restaurant prices were 10% too high for the quality.

Cons: up the hill the first time was a little tough but it really wasn't that bad. the hotel lobby smells like the restaurant which can get a little overwhelming when first walking in.

Cons: Parking attendants were not friendly; made it very uncomfortable to valet park my car. It also became annoying when they were not readily available.

Cons: At busy check-in hours they did not have all the desk staff available and there were long lines for check-in. Took about 30 min to get through the line. There were many young drunk 20 year olds in the hotel that night. They stood outside our room talking at 1am until I asked them to please go in there room. They then spent the last couple hours being loud and running down the hall banging on everyone's doors until I finally called security at around 3:30am. This is not what I would expect from a high end hotel with the amount of money they charge. At check-in we wanted to self-park (not worth the $25 more per night for valet. The gate for self-park was closed with a sign to go to the main entrance location (this causes a 6 block detour with the one-way streets). When we returned the valets told us that self-parking was not being allowed due to an event (which we were there for). So they were only allowing valet (to rip us off another $25/night). We were then told we had to go another 6 blocks detour to the only self-parking option if we did not want to allow them to park our car. I would have been fine with the location we parked at if it had been clear. The process made it clear that they made it super difficult so that everyone would just do the valet parking. Once you get in line to check in you have no way out due to the valet only. The hotel also charges very high prices for wi-fi per day. I would expect for a hotel that hosts events and such would allow free internet access or at least a decent price. For a slower speed for download up/down than I get at home they wanted $29/day. I would not stay here again and would say that it is not equal to a 4 star hotel. It felt as if they were not staffed appropriately and felt ripped off at every turn.

Cons: The other two staff members we spoke with were unexpectedly not friendly or helpful or to the level that one would expect at the Westin. One was quite snarky about the fact that we had booked the room through a third party-site, telling me we "should have paid more to book through the Starwood site." The other made no effort to help us find a local food place open at a late hour, making us feel like he thought we were quite a bother. I certainly would still return to the Westin, as I know their service to be exceptional despite these two unfortunate interactions.

Cons: 1. Late check in around 12:30 am - due to construction and lateness of hour, it was very difficult to get in the hotel... doors locked, escalator not working, ... When it was pointed to check in Peloponnese, not a note or tone of sympathy! How can Westin put someone front desk with this type of attitude 2. Hotel fire - when we got back late afternoon there was fire earlier in the day that has left very smoky smell in our room. They put out notes but when we checked out following morning, I had to bring it up in conversation.

Cons: This is an expensive standard hotel. There is nothing plush or above the standard to warrant a non conference rate of $400 a night. The Concierge person, Louise, is rude and has an attitude. I asked a simple question about the location of the bell stand and in a very rude manner she replied, "it's at the luggage assistace desk and gestured behind me. When I told her clearly I hadn't seen it, she double downed and said, "that"s what they're there for!" in a condescending tone. The other guests were made uncomfortable to witness her poor and substandard customer service. I am also sending correspondence to hq.

Cons: One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a 15 min wait to get downstairs. It was also a 15 minute wait to get checked in because there were only 2 people working at the desk. Not what I would expect from a Westin

Cons: Expensive internet

Cons: Everything is extra. Need wifi? Pay extra. Parking? Extremely expensive. Staff are confused, rude, and seem that they don't want to be there. Parking was a huge ordeal as reception didn't know anything about it. Had to go back and forth to reception to get key activated. Check in and accessing the parking took over an hour. Calling reception feels like you have disrupted them from something important and have no time for you. Rooms are beautiful but any notice on walkway echoes inside, at all times of the day/night. Very noisy.

Cons: The room had no dresser, refrigerator, or microwave. The bed was large, but too soft. The weight room of the gym was smaller than our room. The equipment in there is good, but three people fill the place. I do wish the shower worked as great as it looked; the water temperature was adequate, but the pressure wasn’t.

Cons: Bellmen were lazy, encouraged us to take our own bags upstairs to checkin. We had a large bag, box, and 2 roll aboards. Saw many guests shlepping their own bags.

Cons: Food is a bit more expensive and breakfast buffet has limited choices.
