Pros: Ambience Staff were excellent - listened and helped Family room was designed for families with microwave and fridge for milk etc (not just a bigger room) Location Shuttle
Cons: Pool was cold (air) and a touch small Pizza restaurant was pricey and service was friendly but not very functional - had to ask for tools to eat with twice Parking cost (a Seattle problem)
Excellent 9,3
Pros: very friendly staff very cozy bed really fun interior
Cons: no bathtub
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My wife & I enjoyed our stay at the Maxwell. We really enjoyed its location in Queen Anne in which it was pretty easy to get to just about everything else in Seattle. Close to a lot of bus routes. You can even see the Space Needle as soon as you step out. I know they offered a shuttle service, but I really enjoy experiencing a city first hand. A lot of nice hole in the wall spots to eat & drink, nearby. Funky little hotel & friendly staff. Had a small pool in the basement & a fitness room. Restaurant in the lobby. No complaints, I would stay here again...
Cons: It's not really a complaint, but the comforter was different than what I'm use to. It would actually fall off of me while I sleep.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: From the moment we checked in I loved this place. Free parking, good location and a very friendly, comfortable place. Decor was different but comfortable. Even when I looked out the window and four people were standing right below window I could barely hear them talking. I'm even considering a staycation here this summer to explore parts of Seattle I've never been to.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was perfectly located since my holiday party was at the Museum of Pop Culture. The room was big and clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing really, I have no real complaints. May have some facial wash since your shower already offers shampoo/conditioner and body wash..
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location
Cons: $37 per day parking. $24.95 for in-room water and coffee whether or not you use them. What next are you going to be charged for?
Excellent 8,2
Pros: We stayed at the maxwell this valentine weekend. The hotel is very clean and nice. We have stayed in much more expensive but this could keep up with them all. Hotel employees were very nice.
Cons: I would give this hotel a five star but after i left i noticed a $27.40 charge. I called and they said it was because i took the stuffed animal that is on the bed. They said i was notified of the "adoption fee" at checkout. I was NEVER notified. I am a little grossed out to think how many people slept with the stuffed animal before i took it (a little creepy) and to think i paid $30 for a $5 toy. A very nice hotel that ruined my opinion for $30. I was even trying to get my parents to go there soon!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beds were terrific- loved the individual down comforters. Bravo! The room was decorated nicely and the space was huge. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable. Loved the Tommy Bahama dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel
Cons: Our shower was large, angled, and modern with no door/ curtain. The water sprayed into the bathroom possibly causing a hazard with the mess. The pillows were VERY hard. Lastly, we thought it was very strange that the room had a teeny tiny ironing board that was 3 inches tall. Not helpful.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We went to Seattle for a quick weekend and the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the Space Needle where there is the monorail you can take straight to the mall (roundtrip ticket is $4) and walk down to pike market. The hotel offers a shuttle but it was nice to walk a little bit and see everything on the way. Nice rooms and yummy pizza place/bar connected to lobby.

Okay 5,7
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: 1. My bathrobe had a big brown stain on the back and one of my towels smelled sour and musty 2. Breakfast was lazy (no hot options) 3. $160/night is a bit much for a room with a shared bathroom (yes, I booked it without carefully reading the description so that’s on me... but come on, when you see that price the possibility of a shared bathroom doesn’t even come to mind.) 4. The owner either has terrible taste or assumes his visitors do. One of the restaurants he recommended was a Tex Lex joint, which he catetegorozed as “ethnic” lol. Maybe he just doesn’t want to sent tourists to the places HE actually eats at? Either way, it kind of defeats the point of staying at a BnB.
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom was shared. Staff was nonexistent and there was no breakfast if you had to check out early you got nothing but an old bag of cookies.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful interior and bar. The staff was always extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom and window view were fantastic and the hotel is close and central to a lot of activities that Seattle has to offer! Very happy with my stay!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rare to see anymore.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was absolutely the best! And, the accommodations were wonderful.
Cons: The signage about the entrance was lacking.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: My only complaint is that we paid $90 for the shared parking garage the few days we stayed. For $300+/night, they can afford to validate parking.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We were in Seattle for two days and the entire experience but especially the free car service was amazing. They gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates with a card signed by all their staff to congratulate us on our anniversary. Super impressed!!! would stay here again without hesitation! Theres a fitness Center and a hot tub!! Five stars!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. They even offer a free shuttle via Lincoln Town Car to anywhere within a two mile radius of the hotel. My room was nice. The bathroom had a large sunken tub with wooden privacy panels that opened to rest of room. This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific. I have paid more for lesser quality hotels in Seattle. I will definitely be returning to Pan Pacific. The hotel also has a beautiful spa facilities but I didn't get a chance to indulge as I was only there one day for business.
Good 6,7
Cons: As we were cheecking out 1 front desk jerk tried to ruin our stay, Monday Sept 6th, 6:30am< Michael was a complete jerk to me. We visit Seattle 3-4 times a year (Son in college). Let me know when Michael is gone and we will return. Brad Kellogg.

Cons: Access from the street
Good 7,0
Pros: The room was light, quiet, and comfortable.

Pros: Very attentive staff and beautiful physical plant. I was impressed with the simplicty of design in the room and common areas.
Cons: Initial experience with the bar upon arrival was mediocre. The server was disorganized and slow.
Good 6,0
Pros: Location, location and location.

Pros: the room service was very polite and the room was tidied and bed made when i went out

Okay 4,5
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The Lake Union view side overlooks Denny St...a very busy noisy street, especially from the 5th floor!!!!I've never paid so much to listen to traffic noise!!! Even the directions carefully direct you to avoid knowing that the hotel is at the corner of Terry & Denny, one of the busier streets in Seattle!! If you like traffic noise and no chair seating in the room, this is the hotel for you.
Good 6,8
Pros: a nice business hotel!
Cons: takes a long time to get your car from the valet and sometimes they bring the wrong car...
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The room was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and always efficiently "at your service".

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very cozy with a great rooftop veiw
Cons: Men working on scaffolding outside our window early on a Saturday morning.
Good 7,1
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Deck had great views.
Cons: Room decor was outdated. Paid too much for what it was worth.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Had a nice two day stay. Centrally located, friendly staff, nice rooftop views.
Cons: No view from the room I stayed in, not even a slight view of sky. Opening the shades offered views of other tenant's rooms. Suggest getting a room on the street side of building to at least see some sky and be able to open shades.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Short Lyft/Uber ride from King St Amtrak station and cruise ships. Walk to Space Needle, theaters, MoPOP, many restaurants and groceries. Nice comfortable quiet small rooms. Ours had a view of Olympic mtns. helpful staff.
Cons: The Mediterranean like most Hotels had bad lighting in bathroom. Rooftop patio had a smoker even tho it's a non-smoking facility.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Great Location
Good 7,7
Pros: The rooms facing nothing should be told up front that they don't have a view at all. Otherwise, nice place.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and only a few min from Pike’s Place and Space Needle.
Cons: None
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was pretty much perfect we were checked in way before we expected to be and the staff was very helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the view from the rooftop couldn't have been any better.
Good 7,4
Pros: Better price than some of the other hotels.
Cons: No restaurant although there is an attached Starbucks. A little noisy outside up until about 11pm.
Good 6,8
Pros: I enjoyed the roof top view and set up. Walking distance from Space Needle.

Pros: Staff were great, very accomodating, great breakfast. Conveniently located. Great price.
Cons: Noise outside the window, some construction was going on.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We are elderly and received special attention. Very accomadating staff. Specially enjoyed your good breakfast, and it's variety. Our room was nice. We especially liked the separation of toilet and shower from the sink with its large counter top. When in Seattle we will stay there again.
Cons: Bath tub with shower. Why not have a walk in shower. So convenient and fewer accidents, I'm sure.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: good location, nice breakfast, room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The 3:00pm check-in time
Excellent 8,2
Pros: The hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. It was clean and convenient to the bus and has a courtesy shuttle. Certain rooms, and the lounge and breakfast area have good views of Lake Union. There was also a parking garage, pool, hot tub, business facilities, and fitness area. It worked well for what we were looking for and seemed popular with various business people who were staying there.
Cons: The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was hot even with the controls on the heating and cooling unit set to cool everything down. This led to both of us tossing and turning and barely sleeping all night. Also we could hear all the doors in our hallway opening and closing. So if sleeping with a certain level of comfort is super important to you and noise wakes you easily, you might want to choose another hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: clean, good breakfast buffet close to downtown
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8,5
Cons: The room assigned to me was not cleaned after the previous guest, it was a mess. Annoying especially after 9 hrs of flight!Someone messed up, but apart from that, everything else was up to expectations. Would recommend.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love it here, been going for years! Great shuttle to games.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Taken as a whole, amazing location for the price. Decent breakfast—again, part of the cost. Close to many eateries, and actually easy to access via I-5. Even a slightly obstructed view of Lake Union is a bonus. Parking included, which again is a high bonus. I WILL book here again!
Cons: Slight quibble: I asked for an Ethernet cable, and the staff did not know what it was and handed me a phone cable. I asked again, and they told me that it must have been it, since it was all that they had.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Everything worked well. The staff was helpful and nice. Easy to drive in, park, and leave. Free Parking! Nice breakfast area.
Cons: It has a classic hotel/motel feel, which is ok, but I wanting a more modern feel.
Okay 4,0
Pros: the tub the brakfast was good quite and no smoking
Cons: they dont leave plastic bag on the trash, they always give us the corner room the second time afound the major one is thebed is very shitty we dont sleep good at all ehich we are looking for
Excellent 10,0
Pros: as well as the reasonably priced hotel "store" convenience items
Good 7,3
Pros: King room with jacuzzi, view of lake Union and harbor. Walking distance to space needle and downtown. The best hotel I have ever been to for under $150/night. Will definately be returning and using other Silver Cloud Inns on my travels.
Cons: Great, nothing wrong.

Pros: Central to everything we wanted to visit in our short stay
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,4
Cons: Should have asked for a skinny pillow or two to supplement the fat pillows. Minor.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Walkable
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Front desk staff very accomodating, was able to switch from room on exterior edge of building to a courtyard room (eliminating street noise). Excellent location in great neighborhood. Walking distance to great food/drink options, Pikes Place, Pier, etc
Cons: Lots of outside noise the first night in a room on the exterior of the building, but was able to change rooms
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Walkable everywhere
Cons: Broken elevator
Good 7,7
Pros: Location excellent. Right on streetcar line. Staff told me of GREAT breakfast next door, "Bitch" something. Easy walking to Pike's Place Mkt., also just 4 blocks to Victoria Clipper ferry. Was $80-90. Decent value. Again--location, location, location!
Cons: A chemical smell in room, some sort of disinfectant. We aired it out, put up with it. Not strong enough to be a deal breaker. May have been to cover up some booboo from previous folk, I dunno. I don't want to blast them on the internet or YELP or anything, as it was probably just a one-time thing, and the staff was nice.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The amenities featured laundry but their laundry facilities were under construction.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location to walk to everything!
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Location was excellent. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful, kind, professional and cheerful. The friendly instructions to help save water and energy was appreciated. Glad to see they are concerned with the environment. We would stay here again.
Cons: The confusing one way streets caused us some distress as we went around several blocks. But that is part of city life and we did score a good parking spot on the street..
Excellent 10,0
Pros: From the time I checked in to the check out, the service from the front desk was impeccable!
Okay 4,8
Pros: All of the staff except for one woman was very helpful and friendly. You can borrow their bikes which is a great way to explore the waterfront.
Cons: Ask for a room that faces the alley. Otherwise you will be subject to loud buses, cars, people yelling, and a street piano. Bring earplugs and a sleeping mask (no blackout shades) if you are a light sleeper.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was fantastic, rooms were a little cramped, but who hangs in room, water pressure in shower was low or could be low flow fixture. I will stay here every time we are going to Seattle.

Pros: Room had a cool vibe. And initially it was very clean.
Cons: Comforters provided where way to warm. I had the room temperature set to the “cold enough to hang meat” setting the first night and still was sweating under the huge comforter provided. for my second night i noticed they had put an extra blanket in our room that was way better. Wish it was out and more obvious it was there. It was in a bag under the night stand in the room. The shower head was really nice but it was lose so it fell to only one position. Wish it was on there a bit tighter so i could adjust it to flow in the middle of the shower instead of having to hug the wall to get under it. We also wanted our sheets cleaned and towels changed between nights but they never did. I guess we missed house keeping because we put sign up to please clean when we left our room at 10:30am and when we came back at 2pm it wasn't cleaned. We left our room again at 4pm and this time i asked front desk if they could clean our room. They looked at me like i was crazy and said housekeeping was gone for the day. So i asked for some towels and sheets at least which they provided.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Friendly staff. Daily ☕ and cupcakes between 3 and 7.
Cons: Had a temporary emergency water shutoff during my stay, but it was resolved quickly.
Good 7,1
Pros: Fun, funky and good location. Nice pineapple water!
Cons: Thin walls, neighbors loud
Mediocre 3,1
Pros: The beds we’re comfy.
Cons: Parking is listed as 37 but ends up being 67 dollars after all the taxes. This is just for one night, had I known about all the taxes added to the parking I would of parked in the parking lot located less then a block away. Big disappointment since the first time I had stayed here it was amazing. The rooms are not worth the price. For some reason I had booked two different rooms and to accommodate they had me check out of one on Saturday and into the room next door on Sunday. When I went to check out it was more then a headache and they had to send us to a completely different room then we were promised. Then to check out and recieve another bill of 67 was just another headache.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Nice towels, linens, bathrobes and a very comfortable bed! Excellent location in downtown. Glad I found Hotel 5!
Cons: Room doors closed very loudly. Down comforters were too warm.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, pineapple water was very good, I like their dog policy, staff was helpful , pleasant and diverse. Bathroom was cleaned well.
Cons: Chromecast in room didn’t work as expected. Floor of room could have been cleaner; under the bed especially neglected.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: I enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The location was fantastic. The hotel has a fun style. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: My neighbor was loud and up very late two of the three nights I was there. The walls seem to be thin. Also the pillows were very hard. Too dense. I should have asked for new ones.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fricken awesome
Excellent 10,0
Cons: I didn't like the stuffed toy on the bed.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: It is a beautiful little hotel with a great location! Nice, clean and very stylish hotel. Absolutely loved the decor!
Cons: The only downfall would be it very close to the fire station. It's quite noisy with all the sirens.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Very comfortable beds and bedding. Modern look and cool music in the lobby.
Cons: Loud heater in the room.
Good 6,7
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave advice on what to see and how to get to the airport...
Okay 5,3
Pros: It was very convient to the downtown area. Lots of local spots for shopping and eating near the area. There was a view of the Space Needle from the second room we were moved to.
Cons: The first room we had the TV did not work. The rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. I had to pay for parking separate from my stay.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Our suite was spacious and clean for the low price.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Convenient and comfortable
Cons: All good.

Cons: very pleased
Good 6,8
Pros: Great location! Can't get much closer to everything in the downtown area!
Cons: A little basic for the price, but I think you are paying for location more than anything. And order off the menu in the morning; skip the buffet!

Pros: good location, value for money
Cons: room door was kind of broken...looked like some swat team had opened it recently and it hadn´t been properly fixed after that

Pros: Very clean, very new, breakfast was nice, held my bags for me. Service was very pleasant
Cons: Not in their control at the moment; a club nearby was pumping bass until 3am. Nearby construction makes it slightly harder to navigate.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff, big room, fantastic location, new everything, slept like a baby. Treated extremely well. Highly recommended!
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Come up to do the tourist things that this lovey city has to offer and was able to walk to all major landmarks that took about 30 mins The staff were kind and very helpful. Will be staying at a Garden Inn again
Cons: The cleaning services took too long to come clean our room but they did a great job.
Good 7,7
Pros: Location was great for walking to everything, valet service was convenient.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: PROS: - The staff were helpful for providing directions to getting to parking and room. - Location was convenient for our activities (near Westlake Center). - Bar was good and convenient with good happy hour. - Inviting lobby to hang out in with couches, chairs, tables, and fire place. - Modern finishes in the hotel. - Did not visit pool/exercise room so no comment. - Impressed overall with hotel. - Bottom Line: We would stay here again
Cons: CONS: - The room we had looked right out to another building (not a huge deal though). - No other cons that I can think of.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: They have these brew and roast meetings in the morning and afternoon and invite the whole hotel down for free coffee and drinks so everyone can meet and mingle
Cons: Something very minor the hotel hadn’t even considers an annoyance to its visitors. And they staff was extremely receptive to my suggestion.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I just loved everything. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: I was supposed to stay two night but they double booked my room so they moved me to another hotel. Though it was handled very nicely, I would have preferred to stay there both nights.
Good 7,1
Pros: They have nice designs and choices to make it feel premium the additional perks of a literal happy hour and a premium coffee in the morning.
Cons: However, walls are thin, windows allowed street noise in, rooms are snug, elevator is exhaustingly slow, and beds are near concrete in firmness.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Craft beer everyday from 5-6pm for free and as much as you can drink in an hour.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The beds are really comfortable the room are clean we plan to come back.
Cons: The bathroom was a little small but it worked
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Rooms were large for Seattle, clean and comfortable
Good 7,1
Pros: I liked the overall feel and look of the lobby, the staff was nice, so was the location.
Cons: When we booked a room, it was listed as a 2 person 'microqueen' which I assumed would be a bed somewhere between a full and a queen. It was actually a queen-sized bed in a room that was barely larger than a queen-size bed. It kind of feels like you are in the shipping container of the mattress. If all you want to do is lie on a bed it's cool, but it's quite cramped.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Friendly staff; good location
Cons: Mini full room is smaller than my expectation; the bathroom and restroom are separated.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: The location was excellent in the downtown core. Easy access to Pike Place and various attractions. Style was very artsy and modern. Rooms were nice, a little on the small side. Staff was very helpful and polite.
Cons: Rooms were a little on the small side. Bathrooms were very cramped.

Cons: You don’t get what you pay for. I paid well over $350+ per night. The rooms are very small....New York small! Air conditioners are old window units and obstruct views. We asked for a late checkout because we had a late afternoon flight and before my husband could finish his sentence they flat out said NO! A simple, “I’m sorry sir, we uortunately cannot accommodate a late checkout.” Would have been suffice. It was a Tuesday, NOT a holiday, and the hotel did not seem busy at all. It’s not the worst hotel, but there were to many flaws for my liking. If I ever visit Seattle again I’ll more than likely be staying at a different hotel.
Good 6,0
Pros: The front desk staff and the valets were very friendly.
Cons: The room size was ridiculous and the bathroom was the size of a closet. They obviously know that the rooms are noisy because they give you a pair of ear plugs on the nightstands.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Kudos to the staff who were always very friendly and helpful!
Cons: The room was very small.

Pros: Staff was very friendly!
Cons: Spider in my sink. Also, it appeared that one of the double beds had been slept in and just remade. I was too tired to deal with it so I didn't bother to address it with the staff and just slept in the other one.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was great! It was easy to get to and to get around Seattle from. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance, which was handy with small children. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: Our room was not very toddler friendly. All the door locks were easily disabled and we had to jam the desk chair in front of the patio door to keep the door shut and my son inside. Also, the room had a shower only, not a tub and shower but luckily, we had a friend staying in another room in the hotel with a tub, so I was able to bathe my son there. Our room was located in the corner of the hotel, next to the laundry room and if we wanted to utilize the complementary wi-fi, we had to be in the bathroom or the entry hallway of our room. Otherwise, the signal was too faint to use.
Good 7,4
Pros: Staff was fantastic day and night.
Cons: I could hear people walking in the room above mine. I could hear the person next door to me urinating.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: friendly and helpful staff!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We wanted to be close to Space Needle, EMP, Pike Place & Aquarium. this accomplished all that. To top it all off, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the room very clean and more than sufficient for our family of four's needs. Would stay there again for sure!
Cons: I didn't like that we only stayed for two nights. We should have stayed for much longer, just had no time to do so. lol.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Location was well above-average for tourist attractions and the downtown area.
Cons: Rates were a bit high for what it was but still very much pleased...would return.
Good 7,7
Pros: It was only a few hundred yards from Seattle Center, and it was very nice and very comfortable.

Pros: Value for money, very comfortable with a good complimentary breakfast, beverages 24/7 with bottled water on demand.

Good 6,2
Pros: Fairly close to bus stops that will take you to UW or downtown. Rooms are well kept and decent size.
Cons: Parking is $30 a night. A public lot just around Lake Union on Fairview is $22 for 48 hours. The hotel menu is obviously overpriced, but World Sports Grille on Westlake and 9th has decent food for takeout.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: I liked the view, the customer service in the front desk. Easy to get around for the location of the hotel with near by stores. Hotel was very clean.
Cons: Unaware of the 27 dollar parking fee. Would appreciate if they told us ahead of time about the fee, which wasn't a problem, but wasn't expecting the surprise because it wasn't stated when I booked my reservation online.
Good 6,0
Cons: $27/day parking charge was ludicrous.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Location was across the street from beautiful Lake Union Park. About 1.5 mile one-way walk to Seattle Center. About 1.5 mile one-way walk in other directon from Chipotle and a Whole Foods.
Cons: Cost
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The staff was excellent in my opinion. Very helpful. Very friendly. I stayed four nights. My room was clean and spacious for just me. The location of the hotel is across the street from Lake Union Park and all of its amenities (including a few nice restaurants), close to the trolley, and within walking distance of downtown shops. The restaurant staff was also very nice. I ordered a breakfast to go the day I left for the airport, and the young lady working behind the restaurant counter brought my boxed breakfast to me as I waited at the front desk. Very nice.
Cons: Nothing was that bad. I missed a dry cleaning pick-up one morning, but I think that was my fault. No complimentary bottled water in the room. While the staff was great, they could've been a bit more knowledgeable of the surrounding neighborhood. I find everyone today seems to rely on quick Internet searches (which I can perform) as opposed to actually knowing the neighborhood. In general, though, every staff person with whom I dealt smiled, was courteous, and was helpful.
Good 7,4
Pros: Nice modern decor in lobby area. Hallways to rooms have been updated, nice new decor, carpet. Beautiful Internet!! Close to Streetcar that drops right into downtown Seattle shopping district / Westlake Mall and Pacific Place Shopping Centers. Our room had a nice (partial) view of Lake Union which is lovely on a sunny day! More than dismal when it's rainy tho... Comfortable pillows/bed Pool and a hot tub - complete with towels! Bike rentals station near the boat area to rent bikes and go for a spin around Lake Union or through downtown. Walking / Biking / Streetcar distance to Seattle Center Friendly staff
Cons: Further from Seattle Center/ downtown waterfront / Pike Street Market than I had realized. Any savings received on the room were quickly eaten up by additional hotel fees, cab fares and public transportation costs. Lots of construction / road construction in this area, difficult confusing to get to the hotel - looks like a bunch of incomplete construction / work zones around side of hotel. No shuttle options from / to airport or train to this location. Workout facility = cardio and dumbells only. no weight machines Room Keys quite inconveniently deactivated themselves for no apparent reason. Difficult getting cab from this hotel to any other locations in city - front desk called told me "several cabs already in the area and less than 10 minute wait". None stopped!!! Empty cabs drove by... still no. Waited OVER 1/2 hour, eventually one came that was dropping guests off at the hotel but I had to flag him before he drove off, he wasn't going to pick us up either! Clearly this hotel is not a priority for the cab companies & getting to my destination timely clearly not a concern for the staff. Asked specifically for another plastic liner for the ice bucket (needed to put ice in it to ice an injury) I explained this but Instead I received a plastic bag he thought was better for that purpose - one which was for the laundry service and had holes in the bottom of it! Yay a leaking ice pack and wet pajamas! Tap water tastes like chlorine pool water. $3.50 for the bottled water in the room & kids don't read the fine print! Sit down Bistro Food options or convenience store pantry options only, main restaurant advertised yet closed or unavailable. Bistro is EXPENSIVE ($4.00 for a small pastry) NO other breakfast options nearby $6.00 dry ham sandwich, no condiments avail. desk agent went to check Bistro kitchen but then refused to give me mustard or mayo - told me none avail. ?!? Overall, for $200.00+ per night, I shouldn't have to spend so much of my time communicating with the staff here - guest needs should have been anticipated (not having to ask for a cab multiple times, being able to turn the TV on and have it work properly without having to try to figure it out then making a phone call, having the room keys work when you leave and want to re-enter your room! having mustard / mayo condiments available when people buy the sandwiches from your pantry, having lids for the Starbucks cups / vending machine coffee, etc...) Not unpleasant per se - just for that price, I shouldn't be required to participate in training your hotel staff on "how to do their jobs properly" - Suggestion: a prix fixe "buffet" style breakfast / self serve waffle iron/ toaster/ in addition to for people short on time but still want to eat and no time for restaurant service. This option is a huge plus and deciding factor in determining whether a hotel receives my future loyalty... even if it's not free or include with the room!!
Excellent 9,3
Pros: I liked everything about the facilities and staff. Helpful and nice.
Cons: The location could have more nearby restaurants. But that's very minor.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking was too expensive.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Cons: The breakfast on Sunday was stopped right at 10 am and food removed while people were still trying to eat. It was rude.

Pros: Clean and quite
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Reasonable price for such a great location
Cons: Parking spots are a bit limited & very tight fit.
Okay 5,7
Pros: I was able to check in early. They room was clean and bathroom was stocked.
Cons: The parking for this hotel is horrible!!! They have about 10 stalls up where the hotel is, then about 20 more below. We were NOT told its on a first come, first serve basis and ended up having to pay $20+ to park in the lot next door. I have never had to pay for parking as a guest of a hotel. Very disappointing.
Excellent 9,4
Cons: Rooms are fairly simple. They could use a comfortable chair or two for relaxing.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. The shower was great.

Pros: The view was amazing. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great free breakfast
Cons: No restaurant on site and bar was just beer and wine
Good 7,7
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was wonderful, make own waffles, hot eggs sausages, ceareals, coffees, juices, buffet style. Cleaning staff was quiet and polite, did great job. Front desk very responsive and extra polite. Fixed our stove top where knob was broken off in one day. Heat settings were comfortable. Well equipped gym with modern machines and very clesn. Beautiful architecture. Excellent handicap accessibility. Lovely waterfall in lobby. Televisions everywhere and large business center. Good free wifi. Nice little store for neccessities, snacks around the clock. Safe feeling neighborhood. Near a park by marina, close to museums. Good transport to are attractions. Easy check-in and departure without hassles. Beds were best comfort of any hotel visited. Great concierge services.
Cons: The pool was too chlorinated, not heated. Spa hot tub not open at all. Far too many dogs everywhere, although none were barky. Rooms are suoer ckeaned before you arrive if you request it, but ours got switched when we artived, so no clue if that was done on our room. Allergens are found in the air and I had symptoms the entire time. Woukd not return. To their credit, the dog owners kept the dog on leashes. No fights ensued. No foul animal odors in common spaces. Great location for families who love their pets. Just not for me.
Excellent 9,1
Cons: Parking was too expensive, it should be included in the room rate
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Everything works, front desk always cheerful and says hello, jacuzzi, laundry room always clean, grocery shopping service, trolley line in front, can walk to many restaurants, etc.etc.etc Great beds..
Cons: House keeping staff came at various times, hard to calculate out day.. Several times had to call to have room cleaned. Often forgot dish towels, or hand towels...nothing serious!
Excellent 9,7
Pros: private roof deck for 2 bedroom suite, staff was great

Pros: It was clean, good variety of breakfast items.
Cons: The staff seems nice but we waited for 20 minutes to get checked in and we weren't sure why because there was no acknowledgement of it. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here without a working TV. The first time, I asked the staff for help but couldn't get it to work, so we didn't bother asking the 2nd time.
