Excellent 8,0
Pros: The pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I was able to control the thermostat to perfection. And the soaker tub, of course, was a delight.
Cons: When I called the front desk to place an order for room service, I should have asked for a subtotal (pre-gratuity). I was caught slightly off guard by the hotel staff member chatting to me in the doorway as I was trying to do the mental math.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: one of my favorites hotels I’ve ever stayed bed is amazing and the bathtub is AMAZING
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was huge, very clean and the view was amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly.
Cons: The only thing I would change is to be one of the top floors, versus the 3rd.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I love the bath tubs at the pan pacific, great city views and friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Sirens all night on Denny way but that’s not avoidable.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I was focused on having a soaking bath tub in my room which it had and was great!
Cons: I would have liked to had drinking water provided in the room. The in-room coffee was good but would like some tea options.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great price and location. Very clean hotel and great staff.
Cons: N/A

Family and I flew into Seattle for an Alaska cruise but we were a day ahead of the schedule departure so we used the free day to explore. I first had second thoughts as we rode through downtown to get to our destination, but as we unloaded our luggage we knew we were waay too early to check-in. Staff greeted us at the door made our way to the counter where we were told they would hold our luggage for us and would call us when the room was ready, now I’m liking this already. So off we go walking to Pike Place Market then space needle and glass museum. Back to the hotel room was ready extremely clean and everything in order. Staff very courteous and definitely have people skill. Lobby has nice seating area and a restaurant inside. Didn’t use the restaurant cause we were stuff at the nearby cafes as we explored. The hotel is perfectly located as it is within walking distance of everything I previously said we did ie Pike’s Place, Space Needle, and glass Museum and the kicker it has a Whole Foods Market at the base of the hotel building and the coup de gras for me humidor literally steps away from the front door, now I’m happy My recommendation is the curtains do not cover the windows fully so Sunlight does come in.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful interior and bar. The staff was always extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom and window view were fantastic and the hotel is close and central to a lot of activities that Seattle has to offer! Very happy with my stay!
Excellent 10,0
Cons: My only complaint is that we paid $90 for the shared parking garage the few days we stayed. For $300+/night, they can afford to validate parking.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rare to see anymore.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We were in Seattle for two days and the entire experience but especially the free car service was amazing. They gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates with a card signed by all their staff to congratulate us on our anniversary. Super impressed!!! would stay here again without hesitation! Theres a fitness Center and a hot tub!! Five stars!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was absolutely the best! And, the accommodations were wonderful.
Cons: The signage about the entrance was lacking.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. They even offer a free shuttle via Lincoln Town Car to anywhere within a two mile radius of the hotel. My room was nice. The bathroom had a large sunken tub with wooden privacy panels that opened to rest of room. This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific. I have paid more for lesser quality hotels in Seattle. I will definitely be returning to Pan Pacific. The hotel also has a beautiful spa facilities but I didn't get a chance to indulge as I was only there one day for business.

Good 7,0
Pros: Clean room.
Cons: Bad window view, no drinking glasses in room on arrival, $ 25.00 as night parking. Cable TV limited channels.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the several seating areas with a cozy fireplace were great. Breakfast was very nice. Views out onto the lake were fabulous.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the room size
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Taken as a whole, amazing location for the price. Decent breakfast—again, part of the cost. Close to many eateries, and actually easy to access via I-5. Even a slightly obstructed view of Lake Union is a bonus. Parking included, which again is a high bonus. I WILL book here again!
Cons: Slight quibble: I asked for an Ethernet cable, and the staff did not know what it was and handed me a phone cable. I asked again, and they told me that it must have been it, since it was all that they had.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We are elderly and received special attention. Very accomadating staff. Specially enjoyed your good breakfast, and it's variety. Our room was nice. We especially liked the separation of toilet and shower from the sink with its large counter top. When in Seattle we will stay there again.
Cons: Bath tub with shower. Why not have a walk in shower. So convenient and fewer accidents, I'm sure.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Everything worked well. The staff was helpful and nice. Easy to drive in, park, and leave. Free Parking! Nice breakfast area.
Cons: It has a classic hotel/motel feel, which is ok, but I wanting a more modern feel.
Okay 4,0
Pros: the tub the brakfast was good quite and no smoking
Cons: they dont leave plastic bag on the trash, they always give us the corner room the second time afound the major one is thebed is very shitty we dont sleep good at all ehich we are looking for
Excellent 10,0
Pros: clean, good breakfast buffet close to downtown
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff were great, very accomodating, great breakfast. Conveniently located. Great price.
Cons: Noise outside the window, some construction was going on.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,1
Pros: good location, nice breakfast, room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The 3:00pm check-in time
Excellent 10,0
Pros: as well as the reasonably priced hotel "store" convenience items
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love it here, been going for years! Great shuttle to games.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: The hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. It was clean and convenient to the bus and has a courtesy shuttle. Certain rooms, and the lounge and breakfast area have good views of Lake Union. There was also a parking garage, pool, hot tub, business facilities, and fitness area. It worked well for what we were looking for and seemed popular with various business people who were staying there.
Cons: The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was hot even with the controls on the heating and cooling unit set to cool everything down. This led to both of us tossing and turning and barely sleeping all night. Also we could hear all the doors in our hallway opening and closing. So if sleeping with a certain level of comfort is super important to you and noise wakes you easily, you might want to choose another hotel.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Like that hotel is just a bit away from worst part of downtown Seattle in terms of congestion.
Cons: Had to pay additional (high) amount for parking.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice place to stay. Location was perfect for CP arena, Space Needle, and the Center. Lots of restaurants nearby and walked everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was super comfy.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved the ease of checking in and out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish we had booked another night! The room was as very clean and comfortable. I loved the personal touches. Will definitely book there again!
Cons: Parking was very tight. We brought a compact car so that worked out for us.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We just love everything about Stay Pineapple. The rooms, the beds, the atmosphere. Everything!
Cons: Our stay was to short!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: LOVED how clean the rooms are and how the bathroom is very bright. The small hallway into the room is also nice. Having access to the elevator working only with the room key felt very secure and reassured me with only letting guest up.
Cons: I didn't really care for the every other day room service cleaning. The restaurant and bar area were nice but bartender was a bit rude and prices are high. alcoholic drinks were not that good and bar was very under stocked.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We like everything about this hotel! friendly & helpful staff! excellent customer service comfortable & large room excellent location
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location
Cons: $37 per day parking. $24.95 for in-room water and coffee whether or not you use them. What next are you going to be charged for?
Excellent 8,5
Room had all the amenities we needed. Well- maintained. Comfy bed and plenty of lofty towels. The rooms are so cute and spacious. Everything is pineapple themed. It was within a short walk of the Space Needle and Seattle Center and free tram to Pike Street Market. We went to watch a couple of baseball games and field was a short Uber ride from the hotel. The staff was completely amazing. Great hotel with lots of personality. Will definitely stay here again
Excellent 8,5
We came to Seattle for a Perl Jam concert, but wanted to stay away from the tourist-congested areas. This was a perfect location, away from the busy streets but a walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and MoPOP. They have a shuttle you can take at various times to various locations or you can borrow one of the hotel bikes (no extra charge) to explore the city on your own! The most comfortable beds and TVs with internet streaming feature, so you can play Netflix, HBO Go, Showtime or any other app from your phone. We loved it!
Excellent 8,5
My stay at The Maxwell was nice one - It's a great location to the Space Needle, the Museum of Pop Culture and Bite of Seattle. The highlights were location, comfortable beds, hardwood floors (I hate walking on carpet in hotel rooms) and the shower was roomy and strong. The only drawback and I'm sure it's being worked out was the newly opened bar/restaurant. When sitting at the bar, you can't see the televisions because of the art piece that hangs in front of it - The drinks and food were solid though.
Excellent 10,0
Very clean and cute hotel. Walking distance (minutes) to the Space Needle, Chihuly, MoPOP, and other attractions. Shuttle makes it really easy to visit the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, etc. Loved the coffee and cupcakes in the afternoon! The coffee/snack shop had great pick me up breakfast items as well as sandwiches and salads. The new bar area opened up the Saturday before we left, unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of it but it looked really nice. Popcorn and coffee in the room were nice additions. Parking was easy in the garage. If you have a car or don't mind Uber, I recommend visiting other neighborhoods such as Ballard and Fremont, so many great restaurants and bars and not all the tourists. Also a trip to Mt. Rainier is a must. I did find the hotel to be a little expensive, maybe if the amenity fee was not tacked on it would not be as bad, but then when looking for places seems all the hotels, even AirBnB's were expensive if you wanted anything in the downtown/attraction area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was perfectly located since my holiday party was at the Museum of Pop Culture. The room was big and clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing really, I have no real complaints. May have some facial wash since your shower already offers shampoo/conditioner and body wash..
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Ambience Staff were excellent - listened and helped Family room was designed for families with microwave and fridge for milk etc (not just a bigger room) Location Shuttle
Cons: Pool was cold (air) and a touch small Pizza restaurant was pricey and service was friendly but not very functional - had to ask for tools to eat with twice Parking cost (a Seattle problem)
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My wife & I enjoyed our stay at the Maxwell. We really enjoyed its location in Queen Anne in which it was pretty easy to get to just about everything else in Seattle. Close to a lot of bus routes. You can even see the Space Needle as soon as you step out. I know they offered a shuttle service, but I really enjoy experiencing a city first hand. A lot of nice hole in the wall spots to eat & drink, nearby. Funky little hotel & friendly staff. Had a small pool in the basement & a fitness room. Restaurant in the lobby. No complaints, I would stay here again...
Cons: It's not really a complaint, but the comforter was different than what I'm use to. It would actually fall off of me while I sleep.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: We stayed at the maxwell this valentine weekend. The hotel is very clean and nice. We have stayed in much more expensive but this could keep up with them all. Hotel employees were very nice.
Cons: I would give this hotel a five star but after i left i noticed a $27.40 charge. I called and they said it was because i took the stuffed animal that is on the bed. They said i was notified of the "adoption fee" at checkout. I was NEVER notified. I am a little grossed out to think how many people slept with the stuffed animal before i took it (a little creepy) and to think i paid $30 for a $5 toy. A very nice hotel that ruined my opinion for $30. I was even trying to get my parents to go there soon!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beds were terrific- loved the individual down comforters. Bravo! The room was decorated nicely and the space was huge. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable. Loved the Tommy Bahama dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel
Cons: Our shower was large, angled, and modern with no door/ curtain. The water sprayed into the bathroom possibly causing a hazard with the mess. The pillows were VERY hard. Lastly, we thought it was very strange that the room had a teeny tiny ironing board that was 3 inches tall. Not helpful.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: From the moment we checked in I loved this place. Free parking, good location and a very friendly, comfortable place. Decor was different but comfortable. Even when I looked out the window and four people were standing right below window I could barely hear them talking. I'm even considering a staycation here this summer to explore parts of Seattle I've never been to.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We went to Seattle for a quick weekend and the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the Space Needle where there is the monorail you can take straight to the mall (roundtrip ticket is $4) and walk down to pike market. The hotel offers a shuttle but it was nice to walk a little bit and see everything on the way. Nice rooms and yummy pizza place/bar connected to lobby.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: very friendly staff very cozy bed really fun interior
Cons: no bathtub

Excellent 9,0
Pros: The best part is the view you get from the roof top!
Cons: the light in our bathroom was out but the staff was good with getting it fixed right away. The night staff member was somewhat rude.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was close to great restaurants, Climate Pledge Arena, Starbucks. Once we parked, we just walked everywhere. The desk people were very helpful and cheerful. The beds were comfortable and it was fun to go up on the roof where we had our Starbuck breakfast.
Cons: The elevators were very busy. You just had to be patient! We used the stairs a few times.
Good 7,0
Pros: My location was close to a stadium, and a restaurant I really enjoyed. The location was also close to tourist attractions. And front staff allowed us to check in early.
Cons: The room was extremely cramped and all I could smell was cigarette smoke when I asked for a nonsmoking room. And the view from my room was a brick wall. I don’t believe I will visit the hotel again for my future visits.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The champagne we purchased being delivered to our room, amazing rooftop deck views , very clean and accommodating.
Cons: Wish there was a pool or jacuzzi
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Bed was comfortable and views from the rooftop were great. Very convenient
Excellent 9,7
Pros: We loved everything. The staff were excellent, absolutely love the rooftop terrace, bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect!
Good 7,1
Pros: The view and the rooftop lounging area. Coffee in the lobby.
Cons: The elevator was painfully slow and the hotel is older than appears on line. It could use some upgrades but still retain it's older charm. Bathroom was in need of renovation.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and only a few min from Pike’s Place and Space Needle.
Cons: None
Excellent 10,0
great
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very cozy with a great rooftop veiw
Cons: Men working on scaffolding outside our window early on a Saturday morning.
Good 7,1
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Deck had great views.
Cons: Room decor was outdated. Paid too much for what it was worth.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Had a nice two day stay. Centrally located, friendly staff, nice rooftop views.
Cons: No view from the room I stayed in, not even a slight view of sky. Opening the shades offered views of other tenant's rooms. Suggest getting a room on the street side of building to at least see some sky and be able to open shades.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Short Lyft/Uber ride from King St Amtrak station and cruise ships. Walk to Space Needle, theaters, MoPOP, many restaurants and groceries. Nice comfortable quiet small rooms. Ours had a view of Olympic mtns. helpful staff.
Cons: The Mediterranean like most Hotels had bad lighting in bathroom. Rooftop patio had a smoker even tho it's a non-smoking facility.
Excellent 8,4
no view
Good 7,4
Pros: Better price than some of the other hotels.
Cons: No restaurant although there is an attached Starbucks. A little noisy outside up until about 11pm.
Good 6,8
Pros: I enjoyed the roof top view and set up. Walking distance from Space Needle.
Cons: Size of rooms, too small. Pillows and bed are not very comfortable.
Good 7,7
Pros: The rooms facing nothing should be told up front that they don't have a view at all. Otherwise, nice place.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was pretty much perfect we were checked in way before we expected to be and the staff was very helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the view from the rooftop couldn't have been any better.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Great Location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I was surprised by the look and the care of the staff of the hotel. I booked this place at the last minute. The staff gave options of the local restaurants. There are free bikes and umbrellas (a nice plus). You can go to the roof top and take in the view. I would stay here again
Good 7,7
Pros: My family has stayed here two times now. We liked it so much the first time, we intentionally booked it for our following trip. The location is great! Close to Seattle center, super convenient public transportation, good food nearby- including an adorable old school bakery.
Cons: The room we had was SMALL, despite us requesting a larger one at booking/online check in.
Okay 5,3
Pros: Location and on-site parking were great.
Cons: No AC in room. Might not matter on a typical Seattle day, but it was in the 80s and we were on the 5th floor. For $250/night, I expect to be comfortable; we had to keep finding reasons to go out because our room was so hot. Also, many different cleaning products with many different smells=a bit nauseating.
Okay 5,6
Pros: We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never camed to clean or make the bed or give us clean towels, the shower handle was ready to fall off and the towel holder did fall off, for the price we paid it could have been a lot better, wont stay there again.
Good 7,3
Pros: Location was great. Close to the Space Needle and several great coffee shops. Easy walk to two grocery stores and many restaurants. Rooftop has great views of the city.
Cons: No air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm. Extra surcharge for wifi access. Room was very small.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: The rooftop area was nice and the rooms were pretty clean
Cons: There were a lot of homeless people right outside the hotel
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: The location was good, close to everything.
Cons: Our room has a restroom that did not flush and overfloated the whole restroom. The rooftop is not great, I would not call it rooftop, it is only an outdoor area.
Good 7,0
Pros: Friendly staff. Great location. Clean comfortable rooms. Elevator always arrived quickly.
Cons: We booked 2 of the same rooms. One of our rooms was for two people and two small dogs, it was much smaller than the one they gave our travel companion who was single occupancy.
Good 7,0
Pros: Was clean staff helpful & good customer service. Good location if you are wanting to a short travel to Pike Market. But location also has a ton of drug activity you have to walk by & see out in the open so very sad. Hotel itself if you stay off 3rd is good & staff were very nice made check in fast & easy.
Cons: Location lots of drug activity you are forced to be exposed to walk by & see out in open
Excellent 10,0
Pros: very good location, walkable downtown and Seattle Center. wherever we need to go. love the rooftop deck
Okay 5,0
Pros: The Guest Service was Good. The Hotel was well maintained with up to date interior; carpet, furniture bathroom sink and mirrors etc. Overall I was pleased with the design and good interior design and quality construction of remodel.
Cons: The street loading/parking spot was well, just that. One spot with no real accessible loading path. There was another vehicle there when we arrived so we had to park illegally to unload. Then on departure, there was a garden between the parking spot and the front door with 2 small paths through that made it difficult to load. Our room was not cleaned properly. The light switches were dirty and we found an old dried up dog poo behind the curtain, which made us question the cleanliness of the entire carpet...Oops! Unfortunately, and the most uncomfortable factor of this Hotel And no fault of their own, there was a significant homeless population around this property. It made for unsanitary area's to walk our dogs and uneasy and unsafe feeling in my wife. It is the main reason behind my lower than usual scores for this Hotel. Thank you to the Staff for their good customer service!
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The amenities featured laundry but their laundry facilities were under construction.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Walkable everywhere
Cons: Broken elevator
Excellent 8,5
There are every kind of restaurant and cuisine you could imagine in walking distance. If you don’t mind walking a little further you can reach downtown within 10 or 15 minutes on one side and the Space Needle on the other. I stayed almost a whole week and there were different things to do each day, and definitely budget friendly. The rooms all have microwaves and refrigerators, so if you don’t finish your meals you can take it back to your room and heat them up later. They also provide free snacks and will replenish them while your out enjoying the city. Highly recommend this awesome place!
Excellent 9,4
Cons: Should have asked for a skinny pillow or two to supplement the fat pillows. Minor.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Front desk staff very accomodating, was able to switch from room on exterior edge of building to a courtyard room (eliminating street noise). Excellent location in great neighborhood. Walking distance to great food/drink options, Pikes Place, Pier, etc
Cons: Lots of outside noise the first night in a room on the exterior of the building, but was able to change rooms
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location to walk to everything!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Walkable
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Central to everything we wanted to visit in our short stay
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Location was excellent. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful, kind, professional and cheerful. The friendly instructions to help save water and energy was appreciated. Glad to see they are concerned with the environment. We would stay here again.
Cons: The confusing one way streets caused us some distress as we went around several blocks. But that is part of city life and we did score a good parking spot on the street..
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was fantastic, rooms were a little cramped, but who hangs in room, water pressure in shower was low or could be low flow fixture. I will stay here every time we are going to Seattle.
Okay 4,8
Pros: All of the staff except for one woman was very helpful and friendly. You can borrow their bikes which is a great way to explore the waterfront.
Cons: Ask for a room that faces the alley. Otherwise you will be subject to loud buses, cars, people yelling, and a street piano. Bring earplugs and a sleeping mask (no blackout shades) if you are a light sleeper.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: From the time I checked in to the check out, the service from the front desk was impeccable!
Okay 5,1
Pros: Central location
Cons: The room and building was dirty. Very small room. A group of people were having a very loud argument in the hotels courtyard throughout the evening. It is a motel level quality.
Good 6,3
Pros: Great location. Good walking distance to places downtown. Free bike rental
Cons: It is next to a dog park. One of the nights we stayed was a Saturday night and it was very loud outside with people partying and dogs barking. Woke us up a couple of times. It felt more like a college apartment complex than a restful hotel. It was a little hard controlling the temperature of the room.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Delightful staff accommodated my early check in, very clean and modern
Cons: The bar area was closed still because of covid.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: - big rooms - comfy beds - room is well equipped
Cons: - no mini fridge - noisy
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Perfect location just blocks away from everything - good food, restaurants, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable and I loved the Nordic-style split comforter. Because I had no choice but to bring my car on this trip, I also appreciated having secure parking where I could leave it overnight.
Cons: My one single complaint was that when we returned back to our rooms around 9:30pm after dinner, the front desk clerk was visibly annoyed with us trying to use our food and drink credits. He told us he didn't want to have to walk back to the fridge multiple times.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice rain style shower. Soft towels.
Cons: The cost of parking a little pricey, but not unexpected given its downtown Seattle. And the robes provided not the most comfortable, but nice to have.
Good 7,0
Pros: We really like the decor. The room was quiet. Location was great for where we needed to be in Seattle.
Cons: Room size.
Good 6,0
Pros: Room had a cool vibe. And initially it was very clean.
Cons: Comforters provided where way to warm. I had the room temperature set to the “cold enough to hang meat” setting the first night and still was sweating under the huge comforter provided. for my second night i noticed they had put an extra blanket in our room that was way better. Wish it was out and more obvious it was there. It was in a bag under the night stand in the room. The shower head was really nice but it was lose so it fell to only one position. Wish it was on there a bit tighter so i could adjust it to flow in the middle of the shower instead of having to hug the wall to get under it. We also wanted our sheets cleaned and towels changed between nights but they never did. I guess we missed house keeping because we put sign up to please clean when we left our room at 10:30am and when we came back at 2pm it wasn't cleaned. We left our room again at 4pm and this time i asked front desk if they could clean our room. They looked at me like i was crazy and said housekeeping was gone for the day. So i asked for some towels and sheets at least which they provided.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, pineapple water was very good, I like their dog policy, staff was helpful , pleasant and diverse. Bathroom was cleaned well.
Cons: Chromecast in room didn’t work as expected. Floor of room could have been cleaner; under the bed especially neglected.
Excellent 8,5
Loved the pineapple theme. Everything was clean and loved the extra touches. Location was great; shuttle rides to and from the touristy places were very welcome. Front desk staff were very helpful and had great attitudes. Bedding and pillows were really good. It was amazing. I love tasty coffee and pineapple cakes. Feel like sleeping on a cloud? Stay here!
Excellent 8,5
We stayed for one night while on vacation in Seattle. The hotel is right on Fifth Ave, under the monorail line. The location was great, with lots of restaurants in the area and touristy things (Space Needle, etc) not that far away. They were able to check us in very early (8 AM) when we arrived in Seattle, which we were very grateful for because we were tired and needed a nap. The WiFi was very fast. There were tons of fun games and video game consoles in the lobby. The room was clean and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 8,5
Greeting wasn’t very welcoming, but when we came back the person who checked us in made it all better! Rooms were great, location was walking distance to a lot of places, and super fun atmosphere! Rooms were very noisy (you could hear people talking in rooms around us and maids cleaning). Also, maids did knock at 9 am exactly for cleaning which was a little ridiculous. Overall I thought our stay was great and we would definitely recommend and we will be back! Thank you for the great experience! The best!
Excellent 8,5
Overall it was a great experience. Loved the free slippers and most importantly the free water. Staffs are all very friendly especially the housekeeping staffs. One complain I have was that you can literally hear everything that’s happening in the hall way. Loved the pineapple theme. Everything was clean and loved the extra touches.Front desk staff were very helpful and had great attitudes. The location is perfect if you are going to the Key Arena and Pikes Place. Would love to make that a girl's trip yearly event and stay again at the Hotel 5!
Mediocre 3,1
Pros: The beds we’re comfy.
Cons: Parking is listed as 37 but ends up being 67 dollars after all the taxes. This is just for one night, had I known about all the taxes added to the parking I would of parked in the parking lot located less then a block away. Big disappointment since the first time I had stayed here it was amazing. The rooms are not worth the price. For some reason I had booked two different rooms and to accommodate they had me check out of one on Saturday and into the room next door on Sunday. When I went to check out it was more then a headache and they had to send us to a completely different room then we were promised. Then to check out and recieve another bill of 67 was just another headache.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: It is a beautiful little hotel with a great location! Nice, clean and very stylish hotel. Absolutely loved the decor!
Cons: The only downfall would be it very close to the fire station. It's quite noisy with all the sirens.
Good 7,1
Pros: Fun, funky and good location. Nice pineapple water!
Cons: Thin walls, neighbors loud
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fricken awesome
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Friendly staff. Daily ☕ and cupcakes between 3 and 7.
Cons: Had a temporary emergency water shutoff during my stay, but it was resolved quickly.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The location was fantastic. The hotel has a fun style. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: My neighbor was loud and up very late two of the three nights I was there. The walls seem to be thin. Also the pillows were very hard. Too dense. I should have asked for new ones.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Very comfortable beds and bedding. Modern look and cool music in the lobby.
Cons: Loud heater in the room.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: I enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: I didn't like the stuffed toy on the bed.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Nice towels, linens, bathrobes and a very comfortable bed! Excellent location in downtown. Glad I found Hotel 5!
Cons: Room doors closed very loudly. Down comforters were too warm.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved the modern decor and the helpful front desk
Cons: I wish there had been a mini fridge in the suite we stayed in
Good 7,6
Pros: Free Bikes!
Cons: Parking is overpriced and so is the breakfast. Additionally, there is no in room fridge.
Good 7,0
Pros: The showers were awesome.
Cons: Room was small and overall rather expensive for what we received.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Everything was really clean and furnishing was new.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: great location and friendly and professional staff. started with the friendly staff in the parking garage, front desk and bar!
Excellent 9,7
Pros: I liked the view, the customer service in the front desk. Easy to get around for the location of the hotel with near by stores. Hotel was very clean.
Cons: Unaware of the 27 dollar parking fee. Would appreciate if they told us ahead of time about the fee, which wasn't a problem, but wasn't expecting the surprise because it wasn't stated when I booked my reservation online.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The staff was excellent in my opinion. Very helpful. Very friendly. I stayed four nights. My room was clean and spacious for just me. The location of the hotel is across the street from Lake Union Park and all of its amenities (including a few nice restaurants), close to the trolley, and within walking distance of downtown shops. The restaurant staff was also very nice. I ordered a breakfast to go the day I left for the airport, and the young lady working behind the restaurant counter brought my boxed breakfast to me as I waited at the front desk. Very nice.
Cons: Nothing was that bad. I missed a dry cleaning pick-up one morning, but I think that was my fault. No complimentary bottled water in the room. While the staff was great, they could've been a bit more knowledgeable of the surrounding neighborhood. I find everyone today seems to rely on quick Internet searches (which I can perform) as opposed to actually knowing the neighborhood. In general, though, every staff person with whom I dealt smiled, was courteous, and was helpful.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Location was across the street from beautiful Lake Union Park. About 1.5 mile one-way walk to Seattle Center. About 1.5 mile one-way walk in other directon from Chipotle and a Whole Foods.
Cons: Cost
Good 6,0
Cons: $27/day parking charge was ludicrous.
Good 7,4
Pros: Nice modern decor in lobby area. Hallways to rooms have been updated, nice new decor, carpet. Beautiful Internet!! Close to Streetcar that drops right into downtown Seattle shopping district / Westlake Mall and Pacific Place Shopping Centers. Our room had a nice (partial) view of Lake Union which is lovely on a sunny day! More than dismal when it's rainy tho... Comfortable pillows/bed Pool and a hot tub - complete with towels! Bike rentals station near the boat area to rent bikes and go for a spin around Lake Union or through downtown. Walking / Biking / Streetcar distance to Seattle Center Friendly staff
Cons: Further from Seattle Center/ downtown waterfront / Pike Street Market than I had realized. Any savings received on the room were quickly eaten up by additional hotel fees, cab fares and public transportation costs. Lots of construction / road construction in this area, difficult confusing to get to the hotel - looks like a bunch of incomplete construction / work zones around side of hotel. No shuttle options from / to airport or train to this location. Workout facility = cardio and dumbells only. no weight machines Room Keys quite inconveniently deactivated themselves for no apparent reason. Difficult getting cab from this hotel to any other locations in city - front desk called told me "several cabs already in the area and less than 10 minute wait". None stopped!!! Empty cabs drove by... still no. Waited OVER 1/2 hour, eventually one came that was dropping guests off at the hotel but I had to flag him before he drove off, he wasn't going to pick us up either! Clearly this hotel is not a priority for the cab companies & getting to my destination timely clearly not a concern for the staff. Asked specifically for another plastic liner for the ice bucket (needed to put ice in it to ice an injury) I explained this but Instead I received a plastic bag he thought was better for that purpose - one which was for the laundry service and had holes in the bottom of it! Yay a leaking ice pack and wet pajamas! Tap water tastes like chlorine pool water. $3.50 for the bottled water in the room & kids don't read the fine print! Sit down Bistro Food options or convenience store pantry options only, main restaurant advertised yet closed or unavailable. Bistro is EXPENSIVE ($4.00 for a small pastry) NO other breakfast options nearby $6.00 dry ham sandwich, no condiments avail. desk agent went to check Bistro kitchen but then refused to give me mustard or mayo - told me none avail. ?!? Overall, for $200.00+ per night, I shouldn't have to spend so much of my time communicating with the staff here - guest needs should have been anticipated (not having to ask for a cab multiple times, being able to turn the TV on and have it work properly without having to try to figure it out then making a phone call, having the room keys work when you leave and want to re-enter your room! having mustard / mayo condiments available when people buy the sandwiches from your pantry, having lids for the Starbucks cups / vending machine coffee, etc...) Not unpleasant per se - just for that price, I shouldn't be required to participate in training your hotel staff on "how to do their jobs properly" - Suggestion: a prix fixe "buffet" style breakfast / self serve waffle iron/ toaster/ in addition to for people short on time but still want to eat and no time for restaurant service. This option is a huge plus and deciding factor in determining whether a hotel receives my future loyalty... even if it's not free or include with the room!!
Good 6,2
Pros: Fairly close to bus stops that will take you to UW or downtown. Rooms are well kept and decent size.
Cons: Parking is $30 a night. A public lot just around Lake Union on Fairview is $22 for 48 hours. The hotel menu is obviously overpriced, but World Sports Grille on Westlake and 9th has decent food for takeout.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: I liked everything about the facilities and staff. Helpful and nice.
Cons: The location could have more nearby restaurants. But that's very minor.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking was too expensive.

Okay 4,0
Pros: The location was great. 3 mins walk to space needle.
Cons: The hotel needs a lot of work. They need to renovate the room. It felt like they are just dragging the hotel until they give it up. Breakfast was a grab and go but that was also not very good. In the name of pandemic they have stopped giving good stuff.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: i liked the kindness of the employees
Cons: breakfast options
Excellent 8,0
Cons: The only complaint was that there was no hot breakfast. But that was due to pandemic… and that’s understandable. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Okay 4,0
Pros: The location was fine. The breakfast was very disappointing.
Cons: My hotel room the bathtub couldn't hold water, hence I couldn't soak my legs. The badin sink was all cracked and looked shabby, run down like I was staying in a cheap motel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Hotel location is down which is easy for shopping . The in house service is nice, it nearby space needle is wonderful. the room is clean and tidy
Cons: we prefer breakfast should be more variety, we expect some more eggs and fruit and more difference drinks.
Good 7,0
Pros: The beds were comfy and the room was spacious and clean
Cons: extremely noisy part of town, rooms are not very sound proof and other patrons can be heard easily
Excellent 10,0
Pros: everything
Good 7,0
Pros: It was a decent location! Pool was open which was a pleasant surprise! the cleanliness started off strong. microwaves were pretty gross towards the end of our stay. it was like they gave up. And the garbage bins were super small and always overflowing and recycling bins weren’t labeled well so everyone used them for trash.
Cons: The staff was mediocre with little to no help in suggestions on public transportation and things to do in the city. The property was a bit dated. There are no USB plugs in the room and the workout room had old cardio equipment that didn’t even work properly. Our room was never serviced in our 5 day stay. They ran out of breakfast items due to deliveries being delayed due to weather but I felt they could of ran to the store for simple items like milk.
Excellent 10,0
The hotel was nice and clean meeting the Covid requirements with sanitizer and masks available. They had just restarted their hot breakfasts with prepared eggs, meat and potatoes in a box on a hot tray along with the other items you expect at a hotel breakfast buffet.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: I stayed with my 2yo daughter and requested our room be on the same floor as my friend. She got a room in the front of the hotel with a view of the space needle, our room was facing the back with a view of the gas station. The view is not the issue, so much as the noise level. People were getting gas in the middle of the night with music blaring and bass loud enough that the walls were vibrating. Wish they had more consideration in that aspect. Room had a musty smell, which I discussed with the front desk who advised me they were at 90% capacity and couldn’t accommodate a room change, that that the smell is related to the winds and pollen in the air. Both my daughter and I had allergy flare ups from that smell.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was awesome. Free shuttle to the market. Free breakfast was awesome. Kids loved the pool. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were amazing!!!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect
Okay 5,7
Pros: clean food on site enclosed parking near gas station and walgreens
Cons: room keys and elevators had issues the entire time front desk staff not informed and/or rude parking garage has several elevators most don't get you to your room ice machine couldn't keep up photos of gallery/snack bar were deceiving. Never saw it stocked like the photo. bed super uncomfortable
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Everything was walkable from the hotel. There is really no need for a car. I walked everywhere and went running to Elliot Bay and around Lake Union. This is a great price for the location and for a weekend getaway.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very good selection with lots of fresh fruit!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: the location and accessibilty to Seattle’s downtown area.
Cons: short, nice and relaxed
Excellent 10,0
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: the spray they used in the room gave me a headache
Good 7,7
Pros: Location was great for walking to everything, valet service was convenient.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Come up to do the tourist things that this lovey city has to offer and was able to walk to all major landmarks that took about 30 mins The staff were kind and very helpful. Will be staying at a Garden Inn again
Cons: The cleaning services took too long to come clean our room but they did a great job.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: PROS: - The staff were helpful for providing directions to getting to parking and room. - Location was convenient for our activities (near Westlake Center). - Bar was good and convenient with good happy hour. - Inviting lobby to hang out in with couches, chairs, tables, and fire place. - Modern finishes in the hotel. - Did not visit pool/exercise room so no comment. - Impressed overall with hotel. - Bottom Line: We would stay here again
Cons: CONS: - The room we had looked right out to another building (not a huge deal though). - No other cons that I can think of.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Very clean, very new, breakfast was nice, held my bags for me. Service was very pleasant
Cons: Not in their control at the moment; a club nearby was pumping bass until 3am. Nearby construction makes it slightly harder to navigate.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff, big room, fantastic location, new everything, slept like a baby. Treated extremely well. Highly recommended!

Excellent 8,0
Cons: Thin walls
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Max is an easy place to stay, located in the heart of the city. Close to cafes, shops, grocery. Comfortable if a little light on amenities. Basic, clean, with great staff and secure on-site parking. Subpop branded lobby and hangout space with fireplace is a nice place to chill. Linens and bedding are super clean, and the bed is dreamy.
Cons: I don't love the low tech HVACs - they are loud when they run and let cold air in when they're off (only a problem on cold days). Parking is pricy at $50/night.
Poor 1,0
Pros: I need my 75$ refund
Cons: nooooow
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location is perfect. Sam at the front desk was super nice (bonne chance avec ton apprentissage du français!) and I could have not felt more welcome ! I stayed at the Sub Pop floor which was lovely. The bed was super comfy, the record player was a nice touch (even though the records were super damaged from bad usage)
Cons: The heater was super noisy (and smelly) and there was a lot of noise coming from I guess other rooms heater at night (from the window area). the shower is super small and felt like the one in boats. the internet connection was a nightmare, for some reason it never worked properly, the only place where it worked was in the lobby.
Good 7,0
Pros: The customer service was really good. They let us check out late after our initial flight home was canceled (but they did charge us for it). The location was also very convenient. Public transit and food are nearby.
Cons: The room was really small. We have traveled in Europe and anticipated small but it was annoyingly small for an upgraded room. The bathroom was tiny. There is no centralized heat system, just a window unit which would only work set to 85. So we had this situation where we would shut it off and turn it on during the night. It also completely dried out my eyes/ skin so much so I had to buy eye drops. They advertise these wellness kits and I was excited to use it yet most of it was missing. Sure resistance bands aren't a big deal but had I known I wouldn't get them, I would have brought my own. They advertise a happy hour on the website but it's really just draft beer that tastes like bud light that you get at check in. It helped tip us in favor of this hotel but ultimately wasn't worth the price.
Good 6,0
Pros: common parts are funky, staff incredibly helpful and friendly, good location for what there is to see and do. decent size rooms.
Cons: rooms are freezing unless you leave the noisy heaters on all day and night. windows are paper thin so very drafty and hear every street noise. bathrooms have no heating so freezing and towels don’t dry.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The room was very comfortable and homey. It was very calming.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like
Excellent 10,0
Pros: They have these brew and roast meetings in the morning and afternoon and invite the whole hotel down for free coffee and drinks so everyone can meet and mingle
Cons: Something very minor the hotel hadn’t even considers an annoyance to its visitors. And they staff was extremely receptive to my suggestion.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Rooms were large for Seattle, clean and comfortable
Excellent 9,1
Pros: The location was excellent in the downtown core. Easy access to Pike Place and various attractions. Style was very artsy and modern. Rooms were nice, a little on the small side. Staff was very helpful and polite.
Cons: Rooms were a little on the small side. Bathrooms were very cramped.
Good 7,1
Pros: They have nice designs and choices to make it feel premium the additional perks of a literal happy hour and a premium coffee in the morning.
Cons: However, walls are thin, windows allowed street noise in, rooms are snug, elevator is exhaustingly slow, and beds are near concrete in firmness.
Excellent 8,5
The bed was extremely comfortable, with memory foam pillows and unquestionably clean sheets. Nice small hotel close to city center and train station. The rooms are small but it was OK for us because we had only one luggage. The room and bathroom were very clean and correctly heated. Much of the city was within walking distance and the metro and buses were right there. Interior of the hotel is nice and cute, room is spacious with comfortable bed. Location is also good,15 minutes of walk to center.
Excellent 8,5
Downtown Seattle seems to have endless unique hotels and a great variety of service levels, five star down to basic accommodation are available. My recent trip with family for a last minute summer get away included a stay at Hotel Max. I was looking for a small boutique style property with some character, and I found it at Max. Yes, rooms are a bit small, but if you read the room descriptions on their website, it is clear that the rooms will be on the smaller side. But I found them to be perfectly suitable and complete with all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. The beds and linens are wonderful, and the design is unique. I love the ART placement throughout the property. It is clear that management has given a great deal of thought when selecting the amenities in the room. Every evening a beer tasting happens in the lobby which provides a terrific opportunity to meet new people and learn more about Seattle. And in the mornings a pleasant staff member is available to poor a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.
Excellent 8,5
My room was small but perfectly formed - decorated in a modern style, clean and with some really nice welcoming touched. The bathroom was tiny - but liveable. Staff were generally friendly although check in time of 4pm is rather late and struggling with jetlag after flying from the UK exacerbated this. Obviously there's 2 Starbucks within a block so plenty of places to kill time and wait. Fitness suite is small and with 3 people or more using the equipment, rather cramped, but it's enough to have a reasonable workout. Great location and particularly recommended for couples looking for something with a bit of personality.
Excellent 8,5
Arrived from flight and girl on reception checked us in for our flight the next day including changing our seats and printing out boarding cards. Excellent service. Restaurant attached to hotel is expensive and quite a limited menu but food was first class. Room beside lift but noise from air con unit drowned out any potential lift noise. Lack of attention to detail in room as there was only one glass and one pair of ear plugs (my husband and I were there together). Check out and luggage storage next day all done with friendly efficiency.
Excellent 8,5
Hotel Max is a boutique hotel located in downtown Seattle about 1/2 mile from Pikes Place Market and only a couple of blocks from the West lake Light Rail station. From 5:30 to 6:30 guests could enjoy one glass of free craft beer. They also had complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. The rooms are small as others have noted. The major negative for us was how loud it was when guests would shut (slam) their room doors
Okay 5,7
Pros: Location
Cons: You don’t get what you pay for. I paid well over $350+ per night. The rooms are very small....New York small! Air conditioners are old window units and obstruct views. We asked for a late checkout because we had a late afternoon flight and before my husband could finish his sentence they flat out said NO! A simple, “I’m sorry sir, we uortunately cannot accommodate a late checkout.” Would have been suffice. It was a Tuesday, NOT a holiday, and the hotel did not seem busy at all. It’s not the worst hotel, but there were to many flaws for my liking. If I ever visit Seattle again I’ll more than likely be staying at a different hotel.
Good 6,5
The room was clean and comfortable with modern touch. Lovely bathroom with great amenities and I love the water coming from the ceiling into the tub. They have awesome pour over coffee station at the lobby area. They also have free craft beers for all the guests everynight. The restaurant attached to the hotel offered great food. The location was everything and desk staff were helpful and kind. Magnetic key card are sensitive that you might need to get the card to read your room number again from the front desk. The room service was just during limited hours as well as their limited menu. The fridge was lock and they charge for smoking in their establishment. Small elevator that can only fit two people with luggage at a time. Unreliable internet access. Small space inside the room and thin walls you could hear your neighbor's. They also have lot's of unexpected charges.
Excellent 8,5
1) Great ambiance - fun, colorful, hip and cool. Room decors/frames are creative and artistic as well as those displayed at the hotel lobby. Great, awesome pieces of art! 2) Young and friendly hotel staff who are also dressed in 'smart casual attire.' Gives a youthful yet professional vibe. 3) Good location - can walk to some good shopping places and of course, the famous Pike Place Market and the iconic first Starbucks coffee store. Bathroom is quite small - not a regular sized one for a hotel. Does not give ample space for movement.
Good 6,0
Pros: The front desk staff and the valets were very friendly.
Cons: The room size was ridiculous and the bathroom was the size of a closet. They obviously know that the rooms are noisy because they give you a pair of ear plugs on the nightstands.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Craft beer everyday from 5-6pm for free and as much as you can drink in an hour.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Friendly staff; good location
Cons: Mini full room is smaller than my expectation; the bathroom and restroom are separated.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The beds are really comfortable the room are clean we plan to come back.
Cons: The bathroom was a little small but it worked
Good 7,1
Pros: I liked the overall feel and look of the lobby, the staff was nice, so was the location.
Cons: When we booked a room, it was listed as a 2 person 'microqueen' which I assumed would be a bed somewhere between a full and a queen. It was actually a queen-sized bed in a room that was barely larger than a queen-size bed. It kind of feels like you are in the shipping container of the mattress. If all you want to do is lie on a bed it's cool, but it's quite cramped.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Kudos to the staff who were always very friendly and helpful!
Cons: The room was very small.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I just loved everything. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: I was supposed to stay two night but they double booked my room so they moved me to another hotel. Though it was handled very nicely, I would have preferred to stay there both nights.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Getting a glass of beer at check out was great. Nice staff and great for couples.
Cons: The rooms can seem a tad small at times. Any more than two people and there is definitely no where to sit. However, I also chalk that aspect up to the intimate vibe of the hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: A boutique hotel that's worth every penny. The staff is super friendly and genuine. The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable. The location is perfect for downtown as shopping and pike place market are all within walking distance. This is my go to hotel from now on...
Cons: The elevators are super slow so give your self extra time if you're rushing in the morning.
Okay 5,1
Pros: Location was nice. Convenient walk to Market.
Cons: Terrible service. Everyone on staff seemed new. Valeted car was a waste of time. One person running entire hotel for all guests. When I needed my vehicle I was ultimately in a line until the one assistant for the hotel could help us. Then they had to take an elevator to get the vehicle which was a huge time waster for us. A few times we needed access to our vehicle and it was very inconvenient. Upon arrival we asked for a particular type of shop and the staff told us that corporate said they were not allowed to talk to us about that. They literally did not tell us where to go in town to find what we were looking for. Very strange and uncomfortable.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The floors were unique but the rooms excessively small for the rate.
Cons: Valet service nearly non existent. Had to call each time, and then they left my vehicle in the street for nearly 30 minutes.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Private secure parking. Ease of checking in and out. Friendly staff.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff at bar and front desk. For long term stays, the room could use a couple baking pans/trays, plates, extra chairs in dining and living area, and sturdy kitchen garbage bags for trash and recycling.
Cons: The room had a great view, but the hall was inundated with the smell of marijuana all day long. The long-term contractors were loud at night and had to be removed from the bar.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfortable and clean. Beautiful suite. Access to public transportation across the street.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice view. Quiet. I requested deep cleaning. A couple of small repairs were made after I told the front desk. Staff was very personable.
Cons: Parking is nearly $50 a night. There is a hot breakfast every day but it’s the same every day and fewer choices. All amenities were closed because of the pandemic.
Excellent 9,1
Cons: Parking was too expensive, it should be included in the room rate
Excellent 9,7
Pros: private roof deck for 2 bedroom suite, staff was great
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Everything works, front desk always cheerful and says hello, jacuzzi, laundry room always clean, grocery shopping service, trolley line in front, can walk to many restaurants, etc.etc.etc Great beds..
Cons: House keeping staff came at various times, hard to calculate out day.. Several times had to call to have room cleaned. Often forgot dish towels, or hand towels...nothing serious!
Good 7,7
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was wonderful, make own waffles, hot eggs sausages, ceareals, coffees, juices, buffet style. Cleaning staff was quiet and polite, did great job. Front desk very responsive and extra polite. Fixed our stove top where knob was broken off in one day. Heat settings were comfortable. Well equipped gym with modern machines and very clesn. Beautiful architecture. Excellent handicap accessibility. Lovely waterfall in lobby. Televisions everywhere and large business center. Good free wifi. Nice little store for neccessities, snacks around the clock. Safe feeling neighborhood. Near a park by marina, close to museums. Good transport to are attractions. Easy check-in and departure without hassles. Beds were best comfort of any hotel visited. Great concierge services.
Cons: The pool was too chlorinated, not heated. Spa hot tub not open at all. Far too many dogs everywhere, although none were barky. Rooms are suoer ckeaned before you arrive if you request it, but ours got switched when we artived, so no clue if that was done on our room. Allergens are found in the air and I had symptoms the entire time. Woukd not return. To their credit, the dog owners kept the dog on leashes. No fights ensued. No foul animal odors in common spaces. Great location for families who love their pets. Just not for me.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The view was amazing. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great free breakfast
Cons: No restaurant on site and bar was just beer and wine

Okay 4,0
Pros: Breakfast was bare bones, not up to what I would expect from a Hilton.
Cons: I was very disappointed with the $25 plus tax, per night, for an outside parking space. This is NOT spelled out with the Booking.com page and was NOT mentioned at time of check-in. My e-mail to the manager was NOT replied to. I will not be coming back to this lnn.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: great location, clean and good size rooms
Cons: the prices have gone up because of covid, understandable but a bit high.
Poor 1,0
Cons: Booking.com charged the credit card; however, the hotel had no record of Booking.com's reservation. We will dispute the charges on the credit card.
Good 6,5
Pros: Staff was very friendly!
Cons: Spider in my sink. Also, it appeared that one of the double beds had been slept in and just remade. I was too tired to deal with it so I didn't bother to address it with the staff and just slept in the other one.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We wanted to be close to Space Needle, EMP, Pike Place & Aquarium. this accomplished all that. To top it all off, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the room very clean and more than sufficient for our family of four's needs. Would stay there again for sure!
Cons: I didn't like that we only stayed for two nights. We should have stayed for much longer, just had no time to do so. lol.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Location was well above-average for tourist attractions and the downtown area.
Cons: Rates were a bit high for what it was but still very much pleased...would return.
Good 7,4
Pros: Staff was fantastic day and night.
Cons: I could hear people walking in the room above mine. I could hear the person next door to me urinating.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was great! It was easy to get to and to get around Seattle from. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance, which was handy with small children. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: Our room was not very toddler friendly. All the door locks were easily disabled and we had to jam the desk chair in front of the patio door to keep the door shut and my son inside. Also, the room had a shower only, not a tub and shower but luckily, we had a friend staying in another room in the hotel with a tub, so I was able to bathe my son there. Our room was located in the corner of the hotel, next to the laundry room and if we wanted to utilize the complementary wi-fi, we had to be in the bathroom or the entry hallway of our room. Otherwise, the signal was too faint to use.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: friendly and helpful staff!

Good 6,0
Pros: Allen always seems to be understanding and puts the hospitality mindset 1st. It's the little things that doesn't cost anybody that make you feel at home.
Cons: This was my 2nd stay and and along with our 1st day the 1st room we got was dirty the 1st time we stayed it was no problem they switched us to a new room and everything went great. the 2nd time, We show up and there's makeup on our pillow cases. One pillowcase maybe it was an accident multiple pillow cases they didn't change the bed. I want a new room... The worst part was when I called down to talk to the manager I was treated as though it was my fault and I was bothering them. I don't enjoy packing all my belongings into a room to room to spend the 5 minutes in there find out it's dirty and have to move all my belongings to a new room. I also found a rock in the shower that my wife stepped on.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I do not remember the Receptionist Name, but he was a young tall gentleman, He was one of the most professional and courteous Receptionist I have ever encountered. I really hate that I did not catch his name to give him the proper compliment.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly. Very clean and modern.
Okay 5,0
Pros: staff was friendly and welcoming
Cons: BED was way to hard - could not sleep
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was informative and kind. The beds were comfortable and there was a parking garage that made me feel safer than parking on the streets of Seattle.
Cons: Not much to be honest! There was a funky odor in the hotel room that smelled like Mexican food and/or body odor. While we attempted to investigate the source, it was not discovered. Eventually we managed to ignore it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Mediocre 3,1
Pros: The hotel was very clean
Cons: The location was poor for getting around and finding, the staff was not friendly at all, and the cost of the hotel was high considering where it was and there wasn’t any amenities. The hotel bar was overpriced and the parking was very high for it not being valet. Our key had to be reset 3 times before it would work which was also frustrating. I requested a fan for our room (for noise while sleeping) and they didn’t have one in the hotel. Also, the room didn’t have a DVD player.
Good 6,5
Pros: Good location, however the street traffic was quite loud
Cons: Loud traffic, long walk to room in back of hotel. Side entry doors never worked for entry, only exit.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location worked, good value for the location. Parking cost $20/night versus downtown hotels at $57/night.
Cons: No special draw to the Hotel, location needs to work otherwise very average.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Clean, convenient, easy check in and out
Okay 4,8
Pros: free coffee and tea 24x7 in lobby
Cons: This place is very small. During my stay, elevators broke down twice within three days. I was locked inside the elevator and had to wait for maintenance guy to open the door. Dining area is very small and food is over priced.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: All staff including front desk, security, housekeeping and servers were so very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Made us feel at home!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, food was decent
Cons: Location was a bit far off from downtown. Not too far from space needle.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Great location as is walking distance to EMP, and Space Needle. Staff was incredible doing everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: It was a nice location, right by the space needle. Could have been a little cleaner in lobby and elevator but the rooms were clean.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Friendly staff and comfortable rooms!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,7
Pros: we stayed here to be close to the swedish hospital since our daughter was having surgery on her eyes. we booked it last minute and just went off of the pictures and other reviews. we loved it! the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. everything was very modern in the room and the bathroom has a great shower. it was very clean as well. i liked that they had a restaurant downstairs and a fridge downstairs that had drinks/snacks to purchase. i would stay here again. it was also very quiet. the only downside was that the parking garage was too small for our car (our car is very tall). also, the street that its on/by is going through construction so it was hard to get to and from our hotel.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Clean, has food service
Cons: Very crowded Sundays. Cruise swap day

Okay 5,0
Pros: location
Cons: no breakfast and I booked based on hotels with breakfast and parking
Okay 4,0
Pros: Bed was comfortable and linens were clean.
Cons: Floors and carpet pretty dirty, and all furniture just old stained, mystery hair on shower wall. Paid for breakfast but restaurant snd bar closed. No food available.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very clean, well maintained and the security was good
Cons: The TV remote didnt work
Good 7,0
Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff, location
Cons: Extra parking per night fee; room rate was high without breakfast; Coffee was a waste of water, energy, supplies to even make it available. Coffee flavor was stale for 4 continuous nights and days!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: the staff were pretty nice.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was clean and the staff helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (e.g. providing extra towels and soap for our group).
Cons: Elevators are a little old and slow, but not much to complain about at this hotel, especially for the price tag.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Close to peoplease I know. Front desk staff very helpful and professional in person.
Cons: Sketchy area after dark. We left a cherished item in the room and the staff was not helpful at all.
Good 6,2
Pros: Reasonably close to downtown and the space needle. The restaurant was okay, though breakfast was too expensive. Staff were very professional.
Cons: Doesn't include free breakfast, even though the Holiday Inn Express that's right behind it does. Bedsheets don't fully cover the queen beds. Free Wi-Fi was so slow as to be worthless (100kB/s).
Okay 5,7
Pros: Cheaper parking
Cons: Not easy walking area, near a major highway. Have to walk a few blocks to get away from highway to get towards downtown. Not a lot of restaurants in the near vacinity. Did not feel like a heat area, too congested in that area

Good 7,0
Pros: Great value!!! confortable bed and very clean.
Cons: although the grab and go breakfast was good, I would have enjoy more a proper hot breakfast
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location is excellent. Everything you need is nearby: places for shopping; basic groceries; brewpubs and many great places to visit.
Cons: The breakfast is kind of disappointing. I hope things get better after the pandemic is over.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast is a lunch bag with boiled eggs, yogurt and juice. Location is great, just 15 min walk to Pike Place Market. We rented a car and it was easy to find parking on the street.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Cooperative staff.
Cons: Bagged breakfast. Grab n Go. For such a posh look, this is a complete disaster. Will not return.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Nice staff trying hard.
Cons: Parking tight and more money than I thought.
Excellent 9,4
Cons: Rooms are fairly simple. They could use a comfortable chair or two for relaxing.
Good 7,7
Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Cons: The breakfast on Sunday was stopped right at 10 am and food removed while people were still trying to eat. It was rude.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Loved the location, that they had free on-site parking (very limited), and what a great breakfast!
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. The shower was great.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Reasonable price for such a great location
Cons: Parking spots are a bit limited & very tight fit.
Okay 5,7
Pros: I was able to check in early. They room was clean and bathroom was stocked.
Cons: The parking for this hotel is horrible!!! They have about 10 stalls up where the hotel is, then about 20 more below. We were NOT told its on a first come, first serve basis and ended up having to pay $20+ to park in the lot next door. I have never had to pay for parking as a guest of a hotel. Very disappointing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean and quite
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was always helpful and went above and beyond
