Pros: Rooftop view and Starbucks
Cons: It was very busy
Excellent 10,0
Pros: They don1 serve breakfast.. Location was great
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Friendly staff with good tips on where to go, where to eat; always a smile and courteous. Great location for access to many attractions, especially the monorail. Wish we had more time to take in so many other sights.
Good 6,3
Pros: Good location, nice roof with view of city
Cons: Noisy especially 113 room
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooftop area was awesome!
Cons: I thought everything was great
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The let us check in early from our flight, which was amazing! Super close to a lot of main attractions like the Space Needle. Only down side was there was not even any small food (fruit or boxed cereal) amenities for breakfast included with the price.
Okay 5,0
Pros: My sweetheart had booked this hotel for us for our 11th anniversary celebration. We picked to go to Seattle as we have heard many wonderful things about it and figured it would be a great trip. Everything about Seattle is great. So the best thing about this hotel is its location.
Cons: We were HIGHLY disappointed with the service that we received at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel we was not greeted first although no guest was at the front desk. What's worse is that direct eye contact had been made with the front desk agent. I am a patient person and figured sometimes people have bad days so I don't necessarily count it UNLESS it happens EVERY time I pass the desk! We were never greeted first, and my partner and I had to awkwardly walk past the agents who glanced our way until I ended up greeting them first. Not only was this an irritation, I had also mentioned the the front desk agents BEFORE and DURING my stay that I would like to see if they could provide me a room that is NOT on the 2nd floor and with some kind of better view that is NOT their parking lot next to their DUMPSTERS. I explained that this was my 11th year anniversary with my sweetheart which we had traveled from CA to enjoy the city and requested not anything crazy just a nicer room at the very least but was greeted with "Oh, you have to contact the booking company you used for upgrades". I didn't ask for much and was not accommodated in the slightest. As someone who has worked in hospitality, customer service, and property management for many years, I do understand the importance of basics in the hotel industry. I also understand that there's this notion among front desk staff that "priceline" or other booking companies are quite a pain to deal with. Never have I not tried to accommodate or at least recommend alternative resolutions to my guests -- especially if I knew it was a meaningful trip to them!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Cozy, clean room. Towels were a good size.
Cons: Bed was really uncomfortable. Wall unit was very noisy so we turned it off the second night.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Bed was small, sheets rough
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Great roof top lounge with a nice view of the city. Convenient location to lots of nice restaurants within walking distance
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location was great. There are several nearby restaurants and a grocery store. We were within easy walking distance of the Space Needle and the science center, even with a 6 year old.
Cons: Our room was pretty small. Our family of 3 has 2 C-Pap machines, and there wasn't room on the nightstand for both so one machine had to sit on the floor. The two double beds were crammed right up against the walls. This was probably intended as a single bed room, but with renovations on the 6th floor they perhaps had to turn this into a double. Very nice otherwise and we enjoyed our stay.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We did not feel like we were in any other motel/hotel that all seem to have the same look. The rooftop patio was a lovely place to see the Seattle skyline at night with a blanket and glass of BYO wine. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to the Space Needle and we enjoyed walking to Pike Market Place (about 1.8 miles).
Cons: We thoroughly enjoyed the property with no complaints.

Pros: First, the room is really quiet. Not just from the outside, but I can't hear anything from the other rooms at all. Location is perfect, right at the center of Seattle downtown, Wholefoods is just downstairs, and a lot of amazing food nearby! Staff is super friendly, we are celebrating our honeymoon in Seattle and they gave us complementary wine and sweets! The whole hotel is beautiful and the best part is the bathtub, it's very stylish and comfy. Everything they offered is awesome and will definitely stay in another hotel from Pan Pacific in the future.
Cons: Need a microwave in the common area. but other than that, I'm really satisfied with this property.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location with friendly staff. It’s right in the middle of all the tourist attractions I would recommend.
Good 7,5
Pros: This is a fine hotel to stay overnight on a business trip. It does not seem too busy. The staff is friendly. The location is great. There is a gym is across the hotel and WF around the corner, if you are craving a snack.
Cons: The main drawback for me was that there was no tea in the hotel room. There was a very basic coffee machine, but I personally do not drink coffee. Tea is served in the lobby only in the morning, which is not that convenient. There was an upcharge for "amenities" on top of the already pretty hefty price, which came a bit as a surprise.
Good 6,7
Cons: Very expensive charge for parking
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Fabulous location! Very friendly staff!
Cons: Hot tub area was under renovation
Okay 5,8
Pros: Location
Cons: House keeping didn’t do a proper job . New and unused coffee capsules were left in bathtub . It’s Unacceptable , it compromises the basic food handling standard
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Everything was wonderful service so great so quick food delicious
Cons: I had a special request for the room to be romantic and there was nothing done.
Good 6,3
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Tried charging us for pop we didnt take.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Outstanding service and cleanliness.
Good 7,0
Pros: Location in city
Cons: Overpriced. Would not allow one hour late check out.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff and perks with keeping the room clean and cozy. Valet was great. Food room service was great.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My partner and I stayed here for our wedding and it was everything we could've possibly wanted. The hotel was beautiful, with an amazing, accommodating staff. We took advantage of the shuttle service to explore Seattle and the room service was fantastic. The room itself was both comfortable and glamorous, with a bathtub to die for and breathtaking view of the city. Staff even let us check in early, calling as soon as a room was available, and did their best to make sure we had a memorable time. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in Seattle!

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lots of special touches, like comfy robes and afternoon cookies. We were well taken care of.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location. The hotel is unique and fun to stay in. Really does look like you live inside a pineapple (in a good way). Can borrow bikes to ride around Seattle. Will stay again. Also, great drinks at the downstairs bar
Cons: There is normally a shuttle to various points in Seattle, but the driver called out and when we wanted a ride, there were no options. This was a minor inconvenience.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Fun, friendly and helpful...original and unique
Cons: Would love to see a hot tub or sauna in the hotel
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very comfortable beds, staff was very friendly and accommodating, girl who cleaned our room was excellent!
Cons: No vending machines to get a late night snack and/or soda
Excellent 10,0

Pros: Quiet location, short distance from downtown, with free shuttle service to Pike Place Market and Space Needle. No need to fight traffic or pay for parking. Sparkling clean, delicious complimentary breakfast in lobby overlooking the lake.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Home away from home
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room and general hotel ambiance was very lovely
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The beds and our room was cozy too.
Cons: The weather
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Shuttle service was awesome Friendly receptionist for check-in and out.
Cons: Two double beds in a roomthanks
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff upon registering were helpful and pleasant. The room was beautiful and though there is construction on the other side of the hotel, we weren’t bothered. View is great. And the great little extras - great comfortable bed and the shower head had the perfect stream. Oh yeah - Aveda products!!!
Cons: Haven’t found anything to dislike
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The breakfast was really great, and served in a pretty room with big windows overlooking the city. The staff were very helpful when there was a problem with our room and quickly issued us a partial refund. The room itself was beautiful and clean.
Cons: There is a lot of construction in this area, which is unfortunate. Our "city view" was the foundation of a new building next door; not attractive but not too noisy, fortunately. Our major disappointment was the temperature controls in our room not working, making for a very hot night (about 80F). But as I said, the hotel was great at fixing the issue--we arrived very late and did not wish to transfer rooms, so the front desk attempted to reduce our rate. They were unable to do so, but within an hour I received an email from the corporate office informing me to expect a partial refund. I was very impressed.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: King room was spacious and keep spotless. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Included parking makes this hotel a very good comparative value. Hotel shuttle worked out well for us.
Cons: Noise from ice machine. Breakfast area was always crowded with limited seating. Not within walking distance of Seattle core but hotel shuttle mitigated this disadvantage.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Free parking and free breakfast, which makes the hotel very competitive compared to other ones. Also the hotel is very clean and the room size was fair big for 2 adults stay.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Good location, and very comfortable room!
Cons: Outside the window is just under construction, a bit loud
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Free Shuttle van will take you to major tourist sites like Space Needle and Pike’s Market. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free secure parking and free tasty breakfast.
Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable. WiFi service was slow.
Mediocre 2,5
Cons: No complimentary water. If a hotel within this price range ($200 per night) does this, it automatically gets the worst possible rating from me.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean and comfortable relaxed safe no unnecessary rules very helpful friendly host / owner great coffee
Cons: Our room was the smallest in the house probably reflected in the price we paid and shared bath. We were aware when we booked though
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fantastic place to stay. Made my first trip to Seattle more than a memory. The outside seating area is where I spent most of my time relaxing. Had hummingbirds and goldfinches flitting around. Very relaxing.
Cons: I truly enjoyed this property and host.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Beautiful house and very nice hosts, property was relaxing and comfortable.
Cons: Light for reading in bed could better, but would not prevent us from staying again :)
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our room was very nice and Daryl was very helpful from the moment we arrived providing us with maps and tips on things to see and do. The Bacon Mansion is located in a great location. We had a dog with us so did a lot of walking and exploring around the neighborhood. Wish we had more time.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great host and a lovely home
Okay 5,7
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: 1. My bathrobe had a big brown stain on the back and one of my towels smelled sour and musty 2. Breakfast was lazy (no hot options) 3. $160/night is a bit much for a room with a shared bathroom (yes, I booked it without carefully reading the description so that’s on me... but come on, when you see that price the possibility of a shared bathroom doesn’t even come to mind.) 4. The owner either has terrible taste or assumes his visitors do. One of the restaurants he recommended was a Tex Lex joint, which he catetegorozed as “ethnic” lol. Maybe he just doesn’t want to sent tourists to the places HE actually eats at? Either way, it kind of defeats the point of staying at a BnB.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely house and welcoming host. The surrounding area is also very nice. In addition to being very attractive, it is within walking distance of the homes of both of my Seattle-based children.
Cons: No complaints.
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom was shared. Staff was nonexistent and there was no breakfast if you had to check out early you got nothing but an old bag of cookies.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Wonderful experience. I will stay again.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location near our meeting destination. Our short stay kept us from enjoying more time at the Mansion.parking was
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fresh muffins and fruit every morning
Cons: Was expecting there would be eggs or a more substantial meal but it ended up being enough.
Good 7,1
Pros: Very nice place, my pup was able to join us.
Cons: 1. Not much effort made on the breakfast 2. It’s a shame that it has to cost so much to stay in the city where I used to live.

Cons: Good location. Stafs friendly, mine. service.
Good 6,3
Pros: Location
Cons: Very small rooms, very large homeless community loitering around hotel, no secured WiFi, cable wasn’t set up on TV & they said “maintenance would be in the next day” so they couldn’t help us.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: location,staff
Excellent 9,2
Pros: In the heart of Belltown (as its name suggests), Belltown Inn is an easy walk to almost everything: Pike Place Market, Space Needle / Chihuly Garden and Glass, Olympic Sculpture Park, and several restaurants. We’re committed walkers, so walking a mile or so to a destination isn’t a problem. There were four of us in three rooms that were somewhat small, but very comfortable and very clean. The staff at the front desk was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. We had a rental car which we used to see Seattle sites that were further away such as the view of the Seattle skyline from Gas Works Park on Lake Union or in our case to visit friends on the outskirts of the city. So, we took advantage of the hotel’s very convenient parking lot. All in all, this is a good place to stay, particularly for the wonderful location.
Cons: One downside of our rooms was that they all faced the courtyard which had us looking directly into other hotel rooms causing us to have to keep our blinds closed most of the time. Also, using their single elevator took a bit of time, so taking the stairs when not having to manage luggage is a useful alternative.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We completely loved sitting on the rooftop patio, enjoying the views.
Cons: No.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location! Close to everything.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The outside sitting area
Cons: Nothing really
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was very clean. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The price was great! The staff was super friendly. Everything about this place is great.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location rooftop terrace
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Excellent location. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Cons: Only 1 elevator and it is very slow sometimes .
Excellent 8,8
Pros: We enjoyed the room, it was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was good and everything was clean. Overall the stay was nice and was perfect for our stopover while in Seattle.
Cons: We arrived around noon and due to a heavy cluster of people coming in at once we needed to wait till 4:30 for our room. Fortunately the hotel is in a good location so we were able to take in lunch and go see a movie while we waiting for the room to be available.
Good 6,7
Pros: Good location to explore the inner city
Cons: Room was abound the laundry and stairwell. Laundry staff worked very late and talked outside. The lift was broken so many people were using the stairwell

Cons: A little bit more verity on menu
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Good location. Walking distance to several restaurant.
Cons: My understanding was breakfast was included. Breakfast is $20 a day. And the selection is absolutely terrible. You get bagels, donuts, cold hard boiled eggs. Oatmeal. Coffee. tea. And cereal. There are no veggies or fruits. It’s basically an assortment of carbs. That you pay $20 a day for. This should be free. Breakfast option was terrible. We would eat a bit at the station to hold us over and then go eat real breakfast somewhere else.
Excellent 9,0
Cons: Parking is 40$ extra. I didn't see that when I booked.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was friendly and helped with all our needs. Kept hold of our bags after checkout while we walked the city before our flight. Cleaning staff kept clean of our room and always remembered to leave an extra blanket as requested. Bed was extra comfy! Nice vibes and perfect location. Thank you guys!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fantastic hotel. Walking distance to tons of great activities and food. Room was great as were amenities in lobby. Loved it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice hotel in a good location.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, pineapple water was very good, I like their dog policy, staff was helpful , pleasant and diverse. Bathroom was cleaned well.
Cons: Chromecast in room didn’t work as expected. Floor of room could have been cleaner; under the bed especially neglected.
Good 6,7
Pros: Location
Cons: Very Pricey for std room
Good 7,1
Pros: The hotel is much smaller in person. Facilities were clean.
Cons: The bathroom needed some minor repairs. The door knob to the bathroom was coming off. There were patches on the walls of the bathroom. The toilet paper holder needed a screw tighten because it was hanging off.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location. Helpful staff.
Cons: The cost was pretty brutal. Breakfast could be a lot better.
Good 6,7
Pros: Tv in one of the three rooms I booked didn’t work for 2 of the days we stayed. Staff said they couldn’t change room just because tv wasn’t working. We were suffering from jet lag and waking up at 3am so watching tv helped to fill the time.
Cons: See above
Good 6,7
Pros: Good bedding and maid service was attentive. Good sugar cookies in lobby.
Cons: Expensive for what it was. I have stayed in better for 1/2 the price. Walls are very thin, you can hear people in the next room. First night seemed as though someone passed out from drinking and left TV volume up high until 4am. Other guests pounding on the door to room for a while to tell them to turn it down. They had a shuttle bus, but when I inquired about it the front desk said it was not available to use. The day we left we see it parked out front. It's all in the details that make ir break a vacation. Morning complimentary breakfast was not good. No eggs, no ham or bacon. It's bagels or cereal or watery oat meal. I had much better in California. My Deluxe room was small. Garbage trucks pick up metal dumpsters loudly at 3:30am. Really?

Cons: Party on all day and night in room above and little was done by staff to quieten noise. I would not go back to this hotel

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Room layout
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location for Central Seattle main attractions, pleasent surroundings, large bedrooms, friendly staff and good value for money.
Cons: Far to slow for check in considering its already a late check in time. It could definitely be greatly improved.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great view of The Space Needle from our room. Excellent location
Excellent 9,6
Pros: All was good.
Cons: The air conditioner was right next to the bed. The way the louvers on placed on the top of the heater/air conditioner, the cold air blows directly onto the person that's sleeps in the bed. Look into changing or modifying the louver grill so the air goes directly up instead of out on a 45 degree angle which blows on the bed. Check it out. Other than that, the room was excellent. Thanks Alan Amerian

Pros: All staff is friendly.
Cons: The breakfast female staff is unfriendly.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We stayed here to see some of the sites of Seattle after an Alaskan cruise. It was nice to have a restaurant there in the hotel however folks need to know that you will have to pay for meals and breakfast was not included. They did have a happy hour & music on Friday night & we enjoyed that. Just need to remember that its expensive to stay in Seattle so you need to keep that in mind when booking a hotel & shop around.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great food at the craft restaurant, let us borrow an umbrella, amazing and comfortable beds! The bathroom light turned on automatically which was great. Instantly hot water in the shower. Great! Close to everything we needed to do

Pros: We had stayed here a few years back, and the hotel is located in walking distance of many attractions. Bed was good! I can recommend dining at Odd Fellows, very nice place too:-)
Cons: Our room had a little streetnoise, but at a level not really bothering us.
Good 7,5
Pros: Bed was comfy. Couch was horrible for sitting on. Could not imagine having to sleep on it
Cons: See above
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The staff in this hotel are excellent! ! !
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Best free Breakfast Buffet of any Hotel we stayed at anywhere in the world.(well over 100) Great central location and walking distance to Theater shows and shopping. Very spacious and clean rooms. Fantastic friendly staff in all areas.
Cons: Location of TV not convenient for both beds to view
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Clean and friendly staff
Cons: Hard beds and our suite faced the highway
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent - food and service
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Complimentary hot food always gets bonus points from me. The bed was so comfortable I almost overslept because I didn't want to get up! The price is great when you factor in the location within downtown Seattle. I picked this place because not only was it across the street from a show I was in Seattle to see, but it honestly was the cheapest option in the area. I wish I could have afforded to stay the whole weekend and taken advantage of the location.
Cons: Paying 30 dollars for parking. But it's Seattle. What can you do? Some of the staff were a bit aloof, and while I wouldn't say rude, it was disorienting at first. Others were great, of course.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Food was good for breakfast. Room was big. Super clean.
Cons: There was nothing wrong great time
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Room was large and very nice. Breakfast area was large and breakfast variety was excellent.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was amazing!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great room, breakfast and service from all staff. Around a 20minute walk down to Pike market and sea front area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The front desk manager was exceptional! She took a sensative matter and handled it with extra care and discression. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but I would like to thank her for her compassion and understanding!

Pros: Location awesome, breakfast outstanding. Spacious room. Free WiFi. Pet friendly.
Cons: Bed was too soft.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Best complimentary breakfast I've had at a hotel.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Location
Cons: Our room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Even when it was “ready” it was not very clean. Bathroom had hair in many places. Bed was disheveled. No lines for sofa bed. 2 towels for 4 people staying. Associate who checked in when curt and rude.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Soacioys
Cons: No
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Great location - easy access to freeways, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and the lakefront. Generous breakfast offered by attentive staff who don't rush guests out the door as soon as scheduled service is done. The rooms are a bit outdated, but who cares? Everything we needed was available for the asking.
Cons: Our teenagers (ages 16-18) wanted to access video games in the activity room, but were told by staff that giving them the controllers we would be a liability, necessitating my trip to the front desk to ask (redundantly) for them again. We got them, but when the kids went to go play games, there were none, nor did the Xbox actually work. When the kids requested help, staff were clearly unfamiliar with how the unit works, so perhaps some repair, some replenishment of games, and some training are in order.
Good 6,3
Cons: Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty with used towels, toile. Pillows smelled bad.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Swimming pool was indoors and relatively small for this size hotel.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Breakfast weekday-good to excellent Breakfast weekend- reduced and somewhat left-over not impressed
Cons: No communication skills in cleaning staff- room never was cleaned unless I called them on it Weekend breakfast mediocre
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Clean! Good view
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was great, and the free breakfast every morning was way better than expected.
Cons: Parking was ok.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great stay! Family was very happy!
Cons: Room was next to a bus stop. Very loud !
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location, cleanliness and variety served during breakfast.
Cons: Parking was very difficult and tight for larger cars

Pros: A decent location not right in the middle of the city but still easy to reach. Close to the Seattle Center area with the Space Needle, museums and monorail. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom facilities. Rooms were pretty new and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful although I felt there could have been a few more 1-2 person tables in the breakfast area to maximise space. Seattle isn't the cheapest place to visit but this offered enough value in what you get and where it is. The staff were all polite, courteous and helpful.
Cons: No real negatives, just a couple of minor improvements (see above).
Good 7,0
Pros: A good breakfast and a nice room. The hotel was under construction though.
Cons: It was very expensive for what you got. I guess that's the area though.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location location location.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Bkfst exceeded my expectation. The room was clean & modern. We arrived from a cruise ship and were able to check our bags for them to hold until our room was ready. There also was a, for pay shuttle.
Cons: Having stayed at other Hampton Inn's I was surprised that there was no lobby but just a small counter to check in at.
Good 7,1
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: major construction across the street
Excellent 9,6
Cons: Non-plastic utensils at breakfast. For the first day of our two-day stay, the adjoining sitting room was locked, so we had no access.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Complimentary cookies every afternoon. Comfy bed.
Cons: Shower pressure
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Both the breakfast and location were excellent.
Cons: At check in I wasn't given good directions to my room and had to go back and ask and was provided a map of the Inn which would have been handy if given at the start.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The front desk staff were great! The location was perfect for sightseeing. Six block walk to the space needle where we could then take the monorail downtown. Room was clean, hotel is being updated but it did not cause a problem at all. Great stay!!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The breakfast and they had little snack bags for when you left. This was awesome, we were catching a train the next day and had the muffin and cookie was very nice.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly. My cousins came to visit and got a parking ticket for the property. They took care of it right away. when my door key didn't work the first time, the young man at the front desk walked me to the room and made sure the key worked. The also arranged for our shuttle to the cruise ship.
Cons: It was great!
Good 6,3
Pros: Two staff were friendly and helpful. One was not. He showed clear impatience the second time I asked if we could get in our room. (The first time I asked was four hours earlier. ) A coworker asked him to please stay so they had two people at the desk and he left anyway.
Cons: We arrived by airline early, took a four hour walk (until 3:00) and still couldn’t get into our room. Several people did—I’m not sure how they decide who gets in and who waits. It certainly wasn’t first-come, first served as we were there late morning. Also, the property is undergoing a major remodel. It’s not easy to get to the suites and there is considerable construction related disruption. Had I known, I would have chosen another spot. Plus a cruise ship disembarked and the lobby was packed with travelers. It was not a good check in experience.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our room was beautiful, with a great view.
Cons: I can’t think of anything.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location to market place, light rail, monorail, convention center, resturants
Cons: No Breakfast offered as part of your stay, additional fee :(
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location, walking distance to a lot, restaurant was nice for breakfast.
Cons: Some staff was very helpful, some not so much. I believe all Seattle hotels raise rates significantly because of cruise passengers disembarking. I would not go again during cruise season.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The staff/service, the restaurant, the spa and indoor pool was all awesome.
Cons: The bed was very hard. I like a soft bed. Paying to park even though you are staying here is a definite NO-NO...
Mediocre 2,9
Pros: We were able to check-in early, however, if I had known that they were just going to give us a dirty room I would have waited.
Cons: The room I booked included the price, +tax, + $15 resort fee, + a $2 daily fee, + free breakfast and parking, however, when I got my confirmation it was ($22 per person per day for breakfast) and once we arrived at the hotel parking was an additional $41.00 per day. So a little over $200.00 dollars a night. At that price I would at least expect for the room to be clean. No, filthy... everything about this hotel was filthy. Lobby furniture, pool and spa, floors... I was so upset, but being in Seattle it’s not the cleanest place to begin with. The room was shockingly dirty... mold and mildew throughout the bathroom, tub did not drain, unknown splatter on the mirror. The bed was awful... mattress shot-out, dirty sheets, cheap linens, but the pillows were ok. Dishes and trash were left in lobby all three days. I actually started taking pictures each day because I couldn’t believe no one would clean up the dishes. Don’t be fooled by pictures and fake reviews this hotel is dirty and unkempt. Spend a little more and stay somewhere clean or get out of the city and find a chain.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: The only issue we had was the room had a couple of very small issues with being clean. The shower drain was somewhat clogged with hair and there was an empty wine carton in the closet.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was really tasty
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Location was terrific. Hotel was nice had an issue but resolved.
Cons: Location was terrific. Everything was good but had an issue with some ankle bites? They checked our room and changed it to another (1st room was better). Staff at nite desk was ok not too helpful with restaurant picking. Other then that good.
Good 6,7
Cons: Upon booking the room I was under the impression we were going to get a City View with a balcony come to find out all we had was a brick wall to look at extremely disappointed most definitely would not come back
Good 6,7
Cons: We tried ordering food and they told us to call back later..twice. We're from out of state so we didn't prepare where we would go out to eat because we just thought we could order from the hotel. Lame.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Loved the large sliding window with the incredible view! Beds were comfy!
Cons: Coffee was not good. Eggs were very wet. Cantaloupe was spoiled. Waitress was awesome.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Pool, fitness room and location were fantastic.

Pros: Location is great for getting on freeways. Nice restaurants nearby. I accidentally booked for the wrong night, but they had a room available and the staff honored my initial booking price. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.
Okay 4,6
Pros: FOOD GOOD CLEAN ROOMS NICE LOCATION
Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ROOM WITH NO VIEW
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Super clean room, very attentive staff at all levels, comfy room, availability of food / drink onsite and nearby was quite good.
Cons: Safety in the garage. Cars were getting broken into. Scary.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location. Super nice staff, very clean everything.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfort
Cons: No spa or pool.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: great location wonderful view great stuff
Cons: parking too expensive
Excellent 8,8
Pros: View of Lake Union right across from the park.
Cons: Room was a bit worn and dated - peeling desk chair, stale smell.
Good 7,9
Pros: Room was fine but expected more for the price Hoped for a view of harbor. Thought there was a pool. I would definitely stay here again but thought there may be a few more amenities when I booked.
Cons: Better tv with access to Netflix. As a Marriott Rewards member hoped for harbor view.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location. Restaurant
Cons: Parking prices
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Quick response. I ordered flowers as a surprise for my wife and within 10 miutes of arriving to our room the flowers were brought up to our room. Timing was perfect.
Cons: Pillows were uncomfortable, either to hard or to soft.
Good 7,1
Pros: Very convenient to downtown, Seattle Center, shuttles, etc.
Cons: I like really soft beds and these were not. Also we were told the free shuttle that used to run from the nearby end of Lake Union into downtown is no longer available. It was very frustrating trying to get out of their garage because of the configuration of the exit turn and the fact their automatic door closes very quickly. We had to call the front desk to open the door every time we wanted out. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant with a complete menu, just a cafe.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Bistro food was well prepared and tasty. Room was spacious. Staff were oat helpful in answering questions.
Cons: Curtains were sheer and didn't block out light from the structure next door

Good 7,5
Pros: Great location, decent breakfast buffet, good value for the location.
Cons: Interiors need a major update. Felt small and dark due to dated finishes and low ceilings (typical of the construction type).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was VERY helpful!
Good 7,0
Pros: The bed is very comfy
Cons: Perhaps i checked in quite late 11ish & most people would have slept including the front desk
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location was walk-able.
Cons: Trish at check in was horribly rude. While checking in with my husband, he asked a question and she replied "I'm not talking to you" and then when he said he was my husband she pointed a cross the lobby and said "you can sit down over there". If we could have gotten refund on our prepaid room we would not have stayed. Cody the manager listened to our concerns, but did not agree to any actually resolution.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The view from my room was incredible. The bed was very comfortable. The room was also very quiet.
Good 6,0
Cons: How outdated the hotel was for the price they were charging Breakfast I found a bug in my coffee cup
Poor 1,0
Cons: i was treated with the most disrespect I have ever witnessed by an employee. She was rude and hateful to me the minute I walked in. I asked her why she was being so rude to me which only caused her to treat me even more rudely.
Okay 5,8
Pros: close to space needle
Cons: The toilet had more water pressure than the shower.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: + Underground parking + 5 min walk to Space Needle
Cons: - Breakfast and parking fee increased room price more than a third - tax is too high - bar restaurant closed early
Excellent 8,8
Pros: I felt this was a great choice. You are 2 blocks from the space needle and can see it outside of the even numbered rooms. Beautiful. The location is also close to the free shuttle which will take you downtown to drop you within walking distance of the open market place. Be aware you need to use the elevator system from Alaskan street to get up to the market. But back to the hotel. Beds are comfortable and clean. It’s all very clean. Don’t hesitate to book
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location very close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Easy walk to Pikes Market and great restaurants. Overnight parking was a bargain at $19/night. I have paid much more to park in a large city.
Cons: No, it was great!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, great location!!
Good 7,7
Pros: The location was brilliant!
Good 6,7
Pros: It was close to everything! The restaurant was great as well! Would stay again!
Cons: Having to pay for parking!
Good 7,3
Pros: The location was excellent. Close to Seattle Centre and Key Arena. Also very close to monorail so could be downtown in minutes.
Cons: I don't think there was wifi in the room. I didn't need it this time but in future I might. The pillows were the smallest pillows I have ever seen but they were, in the end, quite comfortable.
Okay 4,3
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: I think it is unsanitary to place a decorative bolster on the clean (one hopes) pillowcases on the bed.
Good 6,0
Pros: Close to everything, monorail, space needle within walking distance as was downtown for that matter, free bus service within city square. The hotel was clean, comfortable, staff very courteous and friendly.
Cons: Not really a dislike, but those popcorn ceilings should be replaced, the halls have a "slightly" aged look, but nothing really bad
Good 7,4
Pros: Staff were pleasant, positive and helpful. Exercise room was nice. Clean and quiet. Breakfast included.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6,4
Pros: The staff is courteous and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is good. The facilities are quite okey considering that it's a 3 star hotel.
Cons: The only thing that I did not like about the hotel is the noise generated by the garbage collection truck in the wee hours of the morning that disrupted our otherwise sound sleep.
Good 6,4
Pros: Its proximity to the Arena where we were attending a show and the view of the Space Needle from the room.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4,0
Pros: Good roons, neear the Tower.
Cons: Only 1 person in reception: lon line to be attended. The guy was bad humor. Terrible breakfast: few options of fruits (only banana) and durty salon.
Good 6,4
Pros: Staff was helpful and knowledgable about the area. The breakfast was good, although a little crowded.
Cons: $review.cons
