Pros: The owners are great, very nice. It’s close to a lot of everything, even within walking distance. These appear to be old apartments converted into a hotel. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed and we love it. A bit outdated but there’s a full kitchen and also a separate bedroom.

Pros: The location is good, and the room is spacy.
Cons: Arbitrary cleanup, no supply refill, smelly room, very poor reception of criticism, plenty of noise from the street and the backyard, no elevator.
7,5 Good
Pros: They allowed us to check in just after noon. On our last night of a week in Washington, we did have plenty of space.
Cons: It is an old apartment building converted into a hotel and it feels like an old apartment building I wouldn't want to live in. The floor is dirty, like keep your shoes on dirty and the pillows smell like an old uncle used them for at least 5 years. We had two plungers in the bathroom and did need to use them for the toilet. An extra toilet plunger handle was in the roll-a-way bed... hmmm. Its big. One king bedroom and two queen beds in the living room. A full kitchen with dishes and silverware and dish soap are next to an actual dining area. Towels were fine. It just feels... impoverished? It is a bit run down, but in this expensive city, the night of a big college game, and Thanksgiving, the price was about half of most other places to accommodate a family of four, it was adequate.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The suite room looked a lot bigger in the pictures it was very misleading. There was live spiders in the room, the room was filled with dust. It was disgusting. The table was broken. The price of the room was way over priced.
7,9 Good
Pros: It was pretty cheap for being downtown. The parking was free. Can't complain too much.
Cons: Small room with nearly no counter space and a TV that hardly worked. Sound travels between rooms very easily, as we kept hearing out neighbors moving around.

Pros: Good location with nice hot shower and clean bed.
Cons: No kettle for boiling hotwater
5,0 Okay
Pros: The night clerk was helpful and quiet professional.
Cons: The room was not up to par from the photos to the actual room. Highly doubt that I will rebook in the future. I'll pay higher price for better accomidations.

Pros: Location
Cons: Not well sound proofed walls
1,0 Poor
Pros: possibly location but even that is questionable.
Cons: cheap accomodations. basic beds, lights dont work, no clean pillowslips, no screen on windows, no coffee, etc. Felt like I was slumming. noisy, definitely not going back!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to good restaurants.
Cons: Morning desk staff (perhaps the owner) was very uncooperative. Flying out on a red eye I asked to store 2 small pieces of luggage, checking out at 9am. At first he refused, then reluctantly agreed. Proceeded to whine about it. NEVER AGAIN!
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location was about the only thing positive about this
Cons: Property is dated and not up to standard. Wifi while present at times, was unpredictable and frustratingly difficult to connect. Elevators have no inspection certificate posted. Furnishings were dated and appear to have been thrown together piecemeal by a carpenter. Walls are bare without pictures or decoration. Beds are squeaky springs but did seem to be firm enough.
7,0 Good
Pros: Its Quaint for sure, but the room we stayed in had a separate suite style bedroom which was great for what we needed. The parking is kinda difficult to manage for large trucks but they let you part out front which worked out just fine. The staff was very helpful and laid back.
Cons: The beds weren't that comfortable.

Pros: The first day the only coffee cups available were very small, the second day the regular size white foam cups were there. The coffee was very good. Three types of cold cereal and fresh milk were available, plus pancakes for breakfast. Excellent TV in room.
Cons: The very small bar of soap was rather rough and very cheap. A small bottle of liquid shower wash would have been really appreciated. The lighting was minimal, not bright enough to read a book by. There was no fan in the bathroom. Only one chair, comfortable, but hard to move.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was good for what i needed to do.
Cons: Overall I was satisfied. The room did have a powerful mens cologne like smell but i'm not complaining. The only thing was the temperature of the shower water was almost cold. Didn't make for a nice shower. But I was happy overall.

Pros: Location was great, close to Safeco.
Cons: Leftover food boxes in refrigerator, bathroom walls literally looked like they were never cleaned. Shower head was so low that even my 5'3 friend had to crouch, water did not drain from the shower and ended up standing in water. So disgusting!

Pros:
Cons: Ants in the bathroom, on sinks, in the shower. Particles of stuff on/under the covers. Stunk. We slept fully clothed with our hoods and shoes on...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is convenient to lots of stuff like pike's place(12 min by car). Neighborhood is kinda sketchy but, not really that bad. Food nearby is great. Price wise it's a steal.
Cons: The bed was crazy old school soft. It's an older place with little updating so lots to be desired but, for the price it's to be expected. The shower is crazy short with a nook bench that I suppose you should sit on to shower but, again. Price is unbeatable.

Pros: Coffee. Bed. Location was convenient to our purpose for being there. Not husky game. Family
Cons: No T.P. , had less than 1/3 roll ,no replacement roll . Ran out at 5 am . Was told would have to wait two hours for hospitality crew to arrive for more .they did not have access to the supply . There was barely hot water . Took thirty minutes to warm up enough to use . The continental breakfast consisted of a stapled bag consisting of a brown overripe banana , small Danish, small bottle of water .

Pros: Location. I've been staying at this same motel once a year for at least 10 years. Although it has been "upgraded," there are still many renovations that need to be made. Better breakfast offerings is a welcome change. The rooms are large & it is quiet.
Cons: Motel desperately needs to be updated. Furniture is antiquated and wobbly, rugs are dismal and very worn, doors don't shut well. Lamps are from 1950s.
6,3 Good
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: I understand the facility was to be torn down last August. The air conditioner/heater was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. Coffee had not been replaced from previous day. And did not get breakfast, only a sack with water, dry bar, an over ripe banana, and a cheap roll. Basically Costco. However, I feel cheated without the breakfast and should get some kind of compensation.

Pros: Convenience to U Village.
Cons: Construction across the street.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Mornings managers were incredibly polite and helpful with surrounding activities.
Cons: There was some construction across the street that made getting in and out a little cumbersome.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Pretty sure two “ladies of the night” and their “John’s” were checking in right after us. Felt dirty the moment we walked in. Our room was filthy, unmade beds, garbage everywhere. Room smelled like weed. Mold in hallways. There is NO breakfast, BUT. They do give you a bag with water, fruit and a danish. We were left 50 mikes from home, trying to find a place to sleep at 9pm so we could go to an appointment at UW Medical in the morning.

Pros: Location. That is all.
Cons: This hotel is a dump. I will just pay the extra 100 bucks/night next time and stay somewhere else.
