Pros: Staff was amazing ! so welcoming and willing to help with everything. The Riad is beautiful , very clean in a super location. Room was huge, very comfy .
Cons: Our room was located at one of the upper floors, meaning that we had to carry it up all the way by our selfs. Also, the room was a bit bright, we had lots of light coming in the morning with no shades. Also no AC in the room- so if its too hot could be problematic. The overall experience was great ! we will love to return in the future.

Pros: All was perfect. It is a beautiful fairytale place out of 1001 nights. Rashid and all the guys were exceptional friendly and absolutely sweet! We really enjoyed everything about this place - we had a wonderful stay and will return, for sure. Thank you so much! P.S. It was very clean, comfy, huge rooms and breakfast was very good ss well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendy and helpful staff
6,8 Good
Pros: The staff was excellent and very kind and extremely helpful
Cons: The Riad needed a lot of remodeling and Decire improvement .the fee per night was a bit over priced
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The honey pancakes at breakfast were terrific, the lovely room amazingly quiet (even with a wedding going on) and the staff super helpful. The view was of the harbor traffic but the ocean was not far.
Cons: The riad combined modern sensibilities with the traditional Moroccan architecture, so it was not as “Moroccan” as it could be. But it did have every modern convenience, including great WiFi, so perhaps that was the point!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Located in the medina but just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle, this is a great riad to spend your time in when visiting Rabat. The riad is beautifully decorated, and the service from the on-site manager (Rashid, I believe?), is excellent. Breakfast was also a real treat.
Cons: The riad advertises air-conditioning but it is centrally controlled throughout the property, so our room was much warmer than we'd like and never got to the desired temperature, despite many requests to lower it centrally. We booked the Deluxe Suite, which is a large room spanning three floors, but it has absolutely zero privacy. With the front door open, you can see the shower and loo directly, as well as from the living area (on the middle floor, with bathroom below and room above). This room should probably be avoided at all costs, unless travelling alone. I didn't like that there was no coffee or tea in the room, and so you're forced to ask the riad to prepare, which we were later charged for. Personally I believe that these are basic amenities which should be provided in even middle-tier properties.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A very special and luxury Riad, beautifully designed and decorated. Located two steps from the medina. Nice breakfast, served with a personal touch. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially Monsieur Rachid deserves to be mentioned.
Cons: --
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The kindness and hospitality of the management and staff at L'Alcazar and in the City of Rabat, is the best I have experienced in my travels to 42 countries.
Cons: Everything was fine, no complaints just happiness.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, very friendly welcome. We received a free upgrade, which made our stay even more pleasant. The Riad is a haven of calm in the busy medina, and in an excellent basis from which to scout Rabat.
Cons: Not cheap, and property is not easy to find. But these are minor issues.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The atmosphere was amazing and the staff unforgettable! They were so kind, helping us in everything we needed. The room was lovely! Loved my stay at L’Alcazar.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
7,5 Good
Pros: The bed was very nice and the location of the bedroom was conducive to sleeping.
Cons: The dinner and the breakfast were just so-so, compared to the other Riads.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good
Cons: Meals were very well prepared and delicious, but it would have been nice to have included a fish or meat dish.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, dinner and lunch also available and excellent quality and price, friendly staff, very comfortable bed - even decent water pressure in the shower (a rarity in Morocco)
Cons: Nothing - this is a superb Riad.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The riad was small and therefore we received very warm and personalized service. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and the waiting staff were very friendly and attentive, and served up delectable cuisine - many choices at breakfast (included) and 5 course dinner (for 200 dirham each). The rooms were beautifully decorated and quaint. The rooftop terrace made it seem like we were in an oasis within the medina. Highly recommended!
Cons: We were not able to pay by credit card as the system had been down (apparently a regular occurence).
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was OK. Beautiful Riad. Very nice service. Thank you :-)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Is there enough good I can say about this riad? I think not! Jan greeted us after we’d been served mint tea and pastries to tell us about the riad and ensure we’d be comfortable during our brief stay (we arrived at 9 and were leaving at 4 am). She arranged for us to be picked up at the train station when we arrived and then again for our early departure to the airport our room (Chefchaouen) was lovely. The bed was good and when we left early, we were walked to the edge of the Médina by our taxi driver and the night manager. This is undoubtedly the place to stay when you visit Sale for the excellent hosting and caring staff. And there was even a stocked mini bar with OREOS! I would love to stay here again if i ever have the opportunity to return to Sale. Highly recommend!!!!
Cons: Hot water in the shower could have lasted a bit longer! Small sacrifice!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Janet and her husband were very accommodating. Dinner was exceptional as was breakfast. Even enjoyed a one hour massage. We would highly recommend this RIAD.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For anyone visiting Rabat this is a fantastic place to stay. Just across the river from the main city in Sale medina and very convenient for everything. The Repose is a fantastic riad with beautiful rooms and Jan and all her staff are wonderful. We couldn't have wanted more.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Mango Suit was the perfect room, we loved it! Jan was so helpful with everything and gave us great advices about visiting options in Rabat and Sale (we loved the city map!). Breakfast was really amazing and the massage and manicure was a great option in the riad! Thank you Jan and the rest of the staff, we will come back!
Cons: Everything was perfect. The only inconvenience is that if you travel to Rabat, the Riad is not downtown but in Sale. However, it is only 15 minutes away and it is very easy to get to Rabat. Moreover, Sale is worthwhile.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Great food. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Jan made it a point to greet us everyday and even offered assistance after we left Rabat-Salé. I would definitely go back. Wi-Fi signal was awesome throughout the riad and our room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very gentle with me, i was very well received and i had very good services. Before checking in i was offered tea and after I was more relaxed i had a full explanation about The Repose, activities to do close by, some very good tips for visiting, included services and extras, really complete and summarized. Then I was showed the room that was above my expectations, clean, comfortable, cozy and then other parts of the house that I could use. I had a very good dinner and massage at The Repose for a very good price before bed time, and the breakfast was also outstanding. That's why I call it a place to feel like home, cause that's how I felt and I will definitely come back if I plan another trip to Morocco.

Cons: Hospitality! They are slow and rude!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
7,4 Good
Pros: The staff is amazingly friendly - the Hotel is in a perfect location with a lovely garden The restaurants are excellent.
Cons: There is no communication between the different entities in Hotel. So things go wrong (like with us - we had to change rooms twice in a three night visit AND EVEN then we did not get what we asked for but we just gave up, It was either that or letting it ruin our vacation. We got a room with no shower - then we got one with a shower but with a flooded toiletfloor which could have killed as I slipped when entering during the night. Then room nr. 3 AGAIN had no shower and a Light that had the 200V on the metal so when you touched it you felt the current. The Hotel is a bit tired It used to be HILTON. It needs a makeover. As I said, we gave up but will not return as the staff just sail how sorry they were but never ever considered maybe making it up by offering a better room. We stayed it the same poor ailse of room 701-730. Dismal experience.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was fairly spacious, with comfortable and huge beds. It had a spacious balcony and overall, a good design. It was clean, tidy and relatively new, it smelt fresh and pleasant. The room was cleaned daily and we were often served dates, macarons and traditional pastries. Each day the bathroom essentials were replaced and it was a nice choice of fragrance. The hotel surroundings are neat and well kept, the gardens are beautiful and it has 2 good size pools. The breakfast was incredible, good choice of food, delicious juices, selection of sweet and savoury foods, European and moroccan, it also had a lot of fresh fruit too. The staff in the hotel was incredibly helpful, we really felt like royalty. Hasnae welcomed us at reception and we saw her daily, always with a smile. To be honest all the members of staff were smiling, polite and looked after us very well. They were very professional and I loved my stay in this hotel. I would most definitely go back to that hotel.
Cons: Sometimes the music was a bit too loud next to the pool and it's not always necessary, I think people also enjoy some quiet time under the palm trees. I found the Golden Fish and the restauration in general to be overpriced, it was not that nice but because of the hotel location, you are sometimes left with no choice, it is very pricey.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s good place to stay with family, mainly the swimming pool.
Cons: Due to the hotel fully booked we didn’t get the enough attention for service in break fast . Also the breakfast menu very much limit.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with lush gardens. Set in a great area surrounded by embassies and boulevards. Very easy access to the old town of Rabat and other parts of the city. Great pool and restaurant and a nice chilled bar/lounge
Cons: The staff were friendly and attentive however sometimes it did depend who you were dealing with. I found the staff in the bar sometimes a bit unattentive and had to wait 30 minutes for a drink after asking 3 times.

Pros: The air conditioning is excellent for Americans! The breakfast buffet has a wide range of options and the views from the hotel rooms are excellent. The staff are friendly and well-informed. They hosted international celebrities while we were there, and it was well organized despite the crowds and security. Excellent stay in all aspects!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff Very delicious food Very clean
Cons: The water spray inside rooms 402 and 411 is very high pressure that can cause harm to small kids. Need valve to lower the pressure

Pros: The staff was quite nice. The rooms look nice and the breakfast is good. Nice riad and interior.

Pros: Beautiful hotel !! Although it is located in a nice neighborhood , the location is irrelevant as one does not need to go out ! The decoration is beautiful and the staff is the friendliest ever ! The restaurant ‘ café arabe ‘ serves excellent mortocan food!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great including good service and buffet breakfast.
Cons: The only downside, if any, was that we came back late one evening after work and no restaurant or bar would have anything to eat. To be fair it was past midnight.
6,8 Good
Pros: I liked the professional staff, strong wifi, central location, cable tv, large size of the room, stunning Moorish decor, and the fine quality of the bedding .
Cons: The electricity cut off in our room during the day making it impossible to charge electronic devices. The bathroom flooded when we used the shower jets because of the poor design of the shower stall and the inadequate drainage. The overhead LED lights in the bathroom flickered and had to be turned off. The door key did not work and no one answered the phone when I called to report the problem. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality of the food. The two restaurant lunch and dinner menus were similarly overpriced.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous property, lovely staff, ideal location.
Cons: What’s not to love??
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Dar zen is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It combines the concept of Riad with the standards of a luxurious boutique hotel. The room was amazing. The breakfast was in really high standards, providing a high quality traditional Moroccan taste. Hayat was really polite and provided us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was right in the middle of the medina and easy enough to get to after the first time. There was a wonderful breakfast of fresh fruit, orange juice and Moroccan pancakes. An intimate, serene and boutique riad.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, helpful & always available. Additionally, the place looks exactly like on the photos & the pool is always being cleaned, so it's definitely good to step into. We definitely recommend this establishment :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The space is gorgeous and the staff is excellent!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and modern and the room had a large bathtub. There were two levels on the roof to sit and relax. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was large and delicious.
Cons: I found it quite expensive compared to other hotels I stayed in that were similar
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was lovely and they went out and found me delicious gluten-free bread, not common here. Our firest 'Riad", it's an absolutely gorgeous, simple restoration. Peaceful, tasteful, it offers great tranquility in the midst of a bustling medina.
Cons: It takes a while to find your way around the medina, and until you do, yu feel a bit helplss. The map they gave us could use some street names, but the translations of important phrases into French and Arabic just about make up for it.
6,3 Good
Pros: I did really love the room called Pearl, the room was open with air conditioning something who is lovely when it’s over 30 degrees in Marokko, haha. It was a beautiful view from the room and it was a lovely bath tub in the middle of the room who was so nice but not practical. It was a shook to come in side the hotel because it wasn’t good looking outside the hotel, but when you see it inside you would love the atmosphere there.
Cons: To be honest it was a lot who I didn’t appreciate so much about this hotel. First of all was it the way to find the hotel, it’s no sign to where the hotel is and the taxi couldn’t drive in to old Médina either because it’s not legal, lucky for me could my husband speak Arabic and we did find the way with a little help from some people we did meet at the way to the hotel, I hope Dar Zen can find a way to make a poster or something where the hotel is. The breakfast was not so good either, when you are paying more than €100 each night you expect a real good moroccan breakfast if you see what I mean. The last thing I didn’t expect was that my mascara and my sun cream was gone after the room was cleaned. The toilette was open, so if you wouldn’t like your boyfriend/husband or some one else see you in the toilette I don’t recommend that room to you. Thanks for us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This Riad is fabulous! I absolutely adored Ashraf and Basma, who went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. Everything from ironing clothes to walking me into the Medina to meet friends so I wouldn't get lost, they did with a smile. Dar Zen is clean, breakfast is nice, and the location is great! I definitely intend to return next time I'm in Rabat!
Cons: Everything was brilliant.

Pros: everything was perfect. when i go back to rabat i for sure will stay there again!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The receptionists and security men were very kind and helpful , the room was clean enough , the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable , Ac was good , toilette was clean , the hotel in general is calm .
Cons: The breakfast was not that good . I suggest using a sound proof glass to reduce the street noise .
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for arriving from the Rabat-Ville train station. Close to many ATMs and restaurants, yet the neighborhood is very quiet at night. Walking distance to art museum, Hassan Tower and even the medina; we used the train station taxi-stop for short rides to the kasbah and Chellah site. Buffet breakfast very tasty with some variety each day. Staff were very helpful answering our questions, arranging an airport taxi, etc. Although we were tourists, after staying in (very nice) riads all week, we appreciated a few nights staying in a more standard hotel.
Cons: The AC was not strong enough for American tastes-- we had to run it all night to really cool off the room. Thankfully Rabat is not as hot as other cities in Morocco, and we actually enjoyed walking outside for the sea breeze.
7,5 Good
Cons: The breakfast could have been much better.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Interior is cozy
Cons: Room space is small

Cons: Nothing
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, very near the train station and to a walk distance of Médina and the rest of the attractions. The restaurant was superb, specially the weekend soirées with life music.
Cons: The terrace in the first floor needs more activity and better decoration. The staff in general needs to be more friendly.
7,5 Good
Pros: Amazing food at the hotel's restaurant, nice staff and cosy rooms !
Cons: The rooms are not soundproof, that was the only inconvenience.

Cons: Small room for the price. I didn’t like the bathroom.

Pros: The breakfest is OK but still the same.
Cons: I didnt like the window in the bathroom located to a coridor. The window should have been blinded.

6,8 Good
Pros: in this riad rooms are really small, though clean. Among all riads we have visited throught our travel this is the one with te highest price we paid for the smallest room we got. Breakfast was ok.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good, in the heart of the city. It is very easy to reach the railway station or to take a taxi at the main market side of the Medina. The central square of Riad is beautiful with tipical Moroccan mosaics and stuccos. Very calm, you can't hear the city's noise.
Cons: No key from the door of main entrance of Riad.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful little riad in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the busy medina. Walid is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful!! Can highly recommend!
8,8 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The gym is badly equipped - needs improving.
Cons: Everything was great - Breakfast needs more variety.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The river view was amazing... also walking distance from Tramway, McDonald’s.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved more though tasty food menue for lunch and dinner. Salmon tastes delicious. It would be nice if wait staff would come up to me and give me the menue before I call on them. Though I found this very common in Morocco hotels. Gym facility needs big improvement.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Nice view from the terrace at the new Opera, King's Mausoleum and Hasan Mosque.
Cons: Works on new Opera are in progress now, so it was rather noisy. Also, it is noisy in the evening because of live music at the Hotel Restaurant. Smoking is forbiden indors but not at the terrace so, if you are sitting outside and enjoying a nice view it still means that you will "enjoy" the smoke from your "neighbours" Mini bar does not exist, the fridge is empty which is the practice in some Hotels but in that case room Service should be more prompt and not to wait for a dring more than 45 minutes. There are not so many gym machines but still it is good opportunity to exercise. Unfortunatelly most of machines are out of order. Swiming pool policy is not clear or not followed strictly. Namely, we saw many people who used swimming pool who were fully dressed, were jumping into the pool (small and not so deep) and were shouting to each other and made huge noise

Cons: I founded some beatles in the bathroom..

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is situated perfectly, looking out on the Bouregreg River and Rabat, with transportation to Rabat only steps away. We had a very comfortable room with a view. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The pool was an enjoyable treat for us and our family, who came to visit from nearby Bettana.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The animation beside the pool The room was very spacious and clean The hookah bar
Cons: *First day of our stay we had a late lunch at the bar restaurant, the food was delicious but the water didn't come to clean the table after we finished ..we have waited for a long 1 hour to get the table cleaned *There was no water provided in our room for our 2nd and 3rd day of stay *No small towels at our bathroom in the 2nd and 3rd day ..we called the housekeeping and they managed to provide it after nearly 1 hour ! *The location is close to tram station but we didn't know so asked for a taxi who charged 15$ for a very short distance ! *Breakfast was really poor , from 7 to 10:30 but better you go before 9 am otherwise you will find nothing to eat !

7,5 Good
Pros: Nice Riad situated just inside the Medina. Once you know the way it is easy to find. Staff excellent. were always available. My room was good but curtains needed adjusting as they falling off the rails, The rooftop where the breakfast is served needs more sunshades or a sali as it gets very warm.
Cons: The shower curtain needed changing (or cleaning) as there was mould on the bottom. Also mould behind the bath. Not 5 star standard
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect - in Medina, 5 minutes to the beach and main touristic routes. Very pleasant view from the terrace where you can enjoy the great view during the breakfast. Amazing rooms! I wanted to take those awesome curtains home haha. The most cozy room that we had in Morocco. Very friendly hotel stuff, speak English, ready to fulfill your extra needs like a glass of hot water at 11PM.
Cons: Poor noise insulation but it is problem of all riads since you have glass door and windows.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good although I lacked some variety.
Cons: There was too much humidity in the room, the tv was not working and the price is insanely high for what they were offering.
7,0 Good
Pros: Super friendly staff.
Cons: I was in Rabat on a business trip and this Riad would be fun for a holiday. Some noise from the rooms overlooking the outside and you have to be used to the sound of prayers (especially the early morning one at 5.30). Staff changed my room and were v accommodating. Breakfast on the terrace was peaceful.
6,8 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast on the terrace and staff are friendly and very helpful. The riad is located in the Fes old town, so the location is great.
Cons: I thought the riad was overpriced, and the bathroom was not particularly clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly stuff. Amazing place like fairy-tale!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: This riad was amazing! We received a free room upgrade and had a spacious room with comfy bed. The riad itself looks great as well, the ambiance is very nice. Breakfast is served on the lovely rooftop terrace. Part of the terrace is covered by a glass ceiling, so it is not cold at all. All food at breakfast is freshly made for you and is served by very kind staff. Great place, I would definitely come back if I return to Rabat
Cons: The prices is high, but all prices in Rabat are higher than in other cities. To us, the price wasn’t too high, this place is worth the money. Besides that, the bath was a bit old and not super clean.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Close to waterfront.

Cons: Run away This guys are thiefs This hotel is way too expensive for what they offer Tiny rooms nothing special and they charge more on my credit card be careful guys because when I called them back to have an explanation and for what reason they charged me more of what I should pay they asked me to call back the Director the day after ! I dont know why should I spend half an hour on the phone trying to anderstand why and who gave them the right to steal me and call back again! I called booking customer service too they gave me right but nothing has been done yet ! So be carful once properties has your credit card number they can do what ever they want ! I'm filling a case against this hotel because if they do that with every client they will be richer than the hotel owner ... To be continued ... Pros: Nothing
Cons: We had the worst experience! There were ants in our room and the best they could do was to change us to another room right across from the ants infested one, with a huge sign showing no smoking but the whole floor stunk of cigarettes. We asked to move to a different floor and were given a less than mediocre room that had huge stains on the carpet on both sides of the bed. The staff was drinking in the lobby, sharing drinks and talking out loud about how great the mixture they came up with was. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst place in Rabat by far and we have stayed at 4 different places.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Need for renovation
6,3 Good
Pros: Kind of a boring breakfast. Not really much to choose from.
Cons: The receptionist tried to hustle me. He said it costed 300 MAD for the taxi from the airport. The driver himself said 250. And when I left, I only paid 200. So obviously the receptionist tried to take advantage of me. THIS I really do not appreciate. Oh, and the hotelroomdoors barely hold any sound. You can hear pretty much everything.

7,0 Good
Pros: Good wifi. Nice breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice big bed with hard enough matress, so get ready for a good night's sleep (quiet street). The neighborhood is neat with a school and the Dutch embassy in the vicinity. The Hassan Tower is just around the corner, the market is 20 minutes walk away. Great location. Complementary bottle of water in the room every day, plus instant coffee and electric kettle on the desk. There is a BIM (Turkish budget food chain) store accross the street so you can buy nuts and orange juice, which you can store in the mini fridge in the room. The Coq Magic eatery is 10 minutes walk, great place to visit for that Moroccan grill experience in a totally relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: Maybe there could be ready-made scrumbled eggs for breakfast, and a bigger selection of cold cuts and cheese. Also, for business travellers, there could be more than only 3 hangers in the wardrobe.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for the Mausoleum and surroundings
