Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the train station and city center, making it convenient for transport and sightseeing. The staff is frequently described as friendly, professional, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviews mention significant noise and disruption due to ongoing construction work outside the hotel, which affects both accessibility and the overall atmosphere. Cleanliness and comfort receive positive remarks, though some guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing outdated rooms and facilities. Overall, the location and service stand out as highlights, while noise and construction are notable drawbacks.
