Seattle hotels in Capitol Hill

Pros: This must be the best place to stay in all of Seattle. Beautiful, unique, comfortable- we cancelled our evening plans to spend more time in the suite.

Pros: Excellent location

Cons: 1. My bathrobe had a big brown stain on the back and one of my towels smelled sour and musty 2. Breakfast was lazy (no hot options) 3. $160/night is a bit much for a room with a shared bathroom (yes, I booked it without carefully reading the description so that’s on me... but come on, when you see that price the possibility of a shared bathroom doesn’t even come to mind.) 4. The owner either has terrible taste or assumes his visitors do. One of the restaurants he recommended was a Tex Lex joint, which he catetegorozed as “ethnic” lol. Maybe he just doesn’t want to sent tourists to the places HE actually eats at? Either way, it kind of defeats the point of staying at a BnB.

Pros: Very comfortable bed/pillows, fast wifi, great location

Cons: Little pricy for one night

Pros: This is the second time I have stayed here and always treated with respect and helpfulness. Location is great, parking onsite and a lovely courtyard.

Cons: I missed breakfast which is always superb. Snacks left for those not making it down on time And great coffee.

Cons: There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom was shared. Staff was nonexistent and there was no breakfast if you had to check out early you got nothing but an old bag of cookies.
