Pros: The place is beautiful - the location is great.
Cons: I am disappointed because I picked the room on the roof to be able to relax and sit outside and do some writing but the roof relaxation area was reserved for a wedding - there were photographers outside my room taking photos and I had to shut my blinds as it was very awkward - so I paid over 500 for a room and the roof access that was not available so I ended up essentially hanging out at a restaurant near by till after 10 pm when all the people left.

Pros: Location Being on the terrace; great view Nice people Bed was comfy
Cons: Couldn’t have room service breakfast because provider was closed. No alternative. No business computer station Forgot to clean the suite 1 day No towel racks in bathroom

Pros: Location, comfort, staff! Right down to the turn down service where chocolate is shaped in silver wrap.
Cons: They can improve the scones they provide at breakfast and have a true artificial sweetener. Equal, sweet and low or Splenda. They have stevia but that makes coffee bitter. Other than that it’s a phenomenal place and I stay there every time in area

Pros: It was very lovely, just wish there was a mini fridge. But we loved it, very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the balcony. Loved the bath tub, the comfy bed and beautiful fireplace.
Cons: Just missing a mini fridge to put our leftovers in.

Pros: Location was awesome as well as access to the gym
Cons: The room was way too dark and the only way to get proper light is from the window and door, but then there was no privacy. Additionally there was no fridge in the room.

Pros: Ballard was amazing. At first we were worried because it seemed a little way out of the city centre but we soon realised it was a beautiful little suburb with fantastic restuarants and boutiques. The people in this area were very friendly, the streets were clean and there were no signs of homeless. We could easily get to the city on the downtown 40 train for $2.50 a day. The room was well maintained and shared bathroom was spotless. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable bed in a lovely area of Seattle.

Pros: The property was very cute with lots of stairs. I liked the location for walkability to restaurants, bars, cafes, and cute little shops selling quirky things. The guide to Seattle in the bedroom was very nice as well. I appreciated having a private bathroom in our room, but many of the rooms have a shared bathroom. A short walk to many public transportation options.

Pros: It’s an unbeatable location if you want to spend some time in Ballard. Very nice and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice trendy decor. Low prices are nice, but not worth the tradeoffs for me.
Cons: I arrived late on a 40-degree rainy, windy night to a room with all the windows open. There was no in-room temperature control that worked so the room was freezing while I was trying to go to sleep. The only phone to call the front desk (located up the block) was downstairs in the lobby—no in-room phone. It was missing other in-room touches like outlets and/or a lamp near the bed. No iron/ironing board. Pretty bare bones and lacking in conveniences I usually expect in pretty much any hotel. Morning was noisy with some maniac screaming obscenities on the street and loud music from somewhere at 7AM. (Not the hotel’s fault, obviously, but not terribly comfortable either.) There was a strange black blob in the shared shower that I avoided stepping on because I had waited all morning to take a shower and needed to get going. No conditioner made me very sad.

Pros: Very good beds, staff very helpful, location excellent if you want to be near ballard shops and...the best part is the opportunity to use the olympic athletic club across the street.
Cons: It is a noisy street, rooms are very small and sharing a bathroom brings back dormitory style living
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Awesome old building. Comfy beds.
Cons: It was warm the day we visited (and all night long), and there were no box fans for the windows. Next time I'll bring my own if it's warm.

Pros: Loved this place! It was right in the heart of Ballard and walking distance to everything, such as restaurants, shops & concert venues. Highly reccomend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future! ❤
Cons: Most rooms share bathrooms which are located in hallways outside the rooms.

Cons:
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good position with Ballard Markets out the front every Sunday.
Cons: Rooms are too small, no ensuite, shared bathroom & toilets, no tea/coffee facilities in room or hotel, lights too dull for reading, also noise from the outside street, they do provide ear plugs, no air-con, only a small fan & a small heater, no small fridge.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Ballard was amazing. The room was well maintained and shared bathroom was spotless. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable bed in a lovely area of Seattle.
Cons: Room was a little small but we didn’t spend much time there due to so much to do in Seattle. They don’t offer breakfast but there are many cafes in the area to compensate.

9,4 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean rooms and facilities, comfortable, very friendly helpful staff, great location
Cons: Thought it was a little pricey considering that the shower and washrooms are shared with multiple rooms. Felt more like a boutique hostel. but everything was extremely clean and well kept.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very cute with lots of stairs. I liked the location for walkability to restaurants, bars, cafes, and cute little shops selling quirky things. The guide to Seattle in the bedroom was very nice as well. I appreciated having a private bathroom in our room, but many of the rooms have a shared bathroom. A short walk to many public transportation options.
Cons: The room we got was street-facing and there are pubs right across the street, so it's a bit noisy if you're one to go to bed early. They do provide earplugs, which is nice. The drinking water provided tastes heavily chlorinated.
