Pros: My wife & I enjoyed our stay at the Maxwell.
We really enjoyed its location in Queen Anne in which it was pretty easy to get to just about everything else in Seattle. Close to a lot of bus routes. You can even see the Space Needle as soon as you step out. I know they offered a shuttle service, but I really enjoy experiencing a city first hand.
A lot of nice hole in the wall spots to eat & drink, nearby.
Funky little hotel & friendly staff.
Had a small pool in the basement & a fitness room. Restaurant in the lobby.
No complaints, I would stay here again...

Pros: From the moment we checked in I loved this place. Free parking, good location and a very friendly, comfortable place. Decor was different but comfortable. Even when I looked out the window and four people were standing right below window I could barely hear them talking. I'm even considering a staycation here this summer to explore parts of Seattle I've never been to.

Pros: We went to Seattle for a quick weekend and the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the Space Needle where there is the monorail you can take straight to the mall (roundtrip ticket is $4) and walk down to pike market. The hotel offers a shuttle but it was nice to walk a little bit and see everything on the way. Nice rooms and yummy pizza place/bar connected to lobby.
"Located in Queen Anne, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Seattle Center Arena, Seattle Children's Theatre and Pacific Northwest Ballet. Marion Oliver McCaw Hall and Museum of Pop Culture are also within 15 minutes. Seattle Center Monorail Station is 10 minutes by foot and Westlake Thomas St Station is 19 minutes. "

Pros: Everything was exellent. But I didn't know that hotel adds miles. The next day after departure I was told about in the hotel were I stayed - Hilton Vancuver Washington. I called your hotel but was told that it is too late to do that. It spoiled a little my impression about your hospitality.

Pros: The staff is great. You can really tell no one hates their job and that made them very helpful. It is a old. Building so some things are dated but that's ok. The rooms are apartments more than hotel rooms!! Huge, with a great little kitchen is full size fridg.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and room was very comfortable. Keep in mind it's a historical building therefore it is old building. There are 3 floors and no elavator but this only adds to it's charm. Perfect location to walk to Seattle Center and Rapid Transit steps away.

Pros: Free wi-fi and mostly good service. One or two less friendly but mostly terrific. Hotel-only access to the neighboring boutique coffee joint also a plus for us. Continental breakfast average as to food but exceptional as to its layout and location

Pros: I really loved this hotel. I really enjoyed the 1920s feel throughout the hotel and the rooms. The kitchenette was a nice addition. We never ended up using the table for much beyond an extra place to set things and charge electronics, but having plates and utensils ready to use was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Continental breakfast was light and delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions.

Pros: Location to Seattle attractions was ideal. Hotel was gorgeous, room had a lot of character and was spacious with kitchen. Very clean. If you like hotels with older character this is it. Breakfast was a predefined meal instead of the carb filled buffet you usually get, but really yummy, my favorite (sorry texas state shaped cand still free.
Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Helpful when i forgot something in my room and they've fedexed it back to me.
We'll be going back, apparently there is a piano bar at the side of the building that is amazing.
I suggest a first floor room, the high ceilings were amazing!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rom was huge, with separate sitting and kitchen/dining areas. The location was ideal for me, within easy reach of the city centre but away from the hurly-burly of the business district. Plenty of facilities nearby, and within an easy walk of the space needle and all the other attractions on the site. A bus route connects to the city centre.

Pros: This hotel was different in that it is not part of a chain and had its own personality. We found it charming and accessible to all we needed. A fair walk to the city but we enjoy walking. Great food over the road

Pros: The hotel is adorable. The room accommodations were comfortable & spacious. This would be the ideal spot for a family vacation, due to the kitchenette or someone w/an extended stay in the downtown Seattle area. The neighborhood is quaint & very safe. There are a multitude of local ethnic restaurants surrounding the hotel; all within walking distance. Around the corner is a drug store & wonderful upscale grocery store (spirits avail), which is perfect if you want to take a night off, stay in & prepare food in your room. The hotel has a lovely Victorian feel & the initial staff who greeted us were wonderful. It is also within walking distance to the Space Center [Needle] & if you're lucky enough to get a room with a view... it's spectacular!

Pros: we stayed here to be close to the swedish hospital since our daughter was having surgery on her eyes. we booked it last minute and just went off of the pictures and other reviews. we loved it! the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. everything was very modern in the room and the bathroom has a great shower. it was very clean as well. i liked that they had a restaurant downstairs and a fridge downstairs that had drinks/snacks to purchase. i would stay here again. it was also very quiet.
the only downside was that the parking garage was too small for our car (our car is very tall). also, the street that its on/by is going through construction so it was hard to get to and from our hotel.

Pros: I found the Comfort Suites to have rooms as nice if not somewhat better for my needs than the Sheraton in which I stayed for the remainder of my visit (attending a conference) which was more than double the rate of the Comfort Suites. I also found the location quite agreeable for someone who is visiting Seattle. The nearby grocery store and the fact that a microwave was provided along with an empty fridge beneficial and convienent.
