Not a good option
The hotel was very clean
The location was poor for getting around and finding, the staff was not friendly at all, and the cost of the hotel was high considering where it was and there wasn’t any amenities. The hotel bar was overpriced and the parking was very high for it not being valet. Our key had to be reset 3 times before it would work which was also frustrating. I requested a fan for our room (for noise while sleeping) and they didn’t have one in the hotel. Also, the room didn’t have a DVD player.
Good location, however the street traffic was quite loud
Loud traffic, long walk to room in back of hotel. Side entry doors never worked for entry, only exit.
Good short term stay.
Location worked, good value for the location. Parking cost $20/night versus downtown hotels at $57/night.
No special draw to the Hotel, location needs to work otherwise very average.
Great stay in Seattle
Clean, convenient, easy check in and out
Not worth the money
free coffee and tea 24x7 in lobby
This place is very small. During my stay, elevators broke down twice within three days. I was locked inside the elevator and had to wait for maintenance guy to open the door. Dining area is very small and food is over priced.
All staff including front desk, security, housekeeping and servers were so very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Made us feel at home!
Clean, friendly staff, food was decent
Location was a bit far off from downtown. Not too far from space needle.
Great location as is walking distance to EMP, and Space Needle. Staff was incredible doing everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
It was a nice location, right by the space needle. Could have been a little cleaner in lobby and elevator but the rooms were clean.
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms!
great hotel for the money
we stayed here to be close to the swedish hospital since our daughter was having surgery on her eyes. we booked it last minute and just went off of the pictures and other reviews. we loved it! the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. everything was very modern in the room and the bathroom has a great shower. it was very clean as well. i liked that they had a restaurant downstairs and a fridge downstairs that had drinks/snacks to purchase. i would stay here again. it was also very quiet. the only downside was that the parking garage was too small for our car (our car is very tall). also, the street that its on/by is going through construction so it was hard to get to and from our hotel.
Clean, has food service
Very crowded Sundays. Cruise swap day
The room was clean, good facilities, a lot of info about the city atractions. About 10 minutes walking to the Space Needle.
The breakfast didn't impressed me too much...It was ok, but not too much variety of food specialities.
The location is good and there is secure parking for the places we were planning to go.
The room may have been the smallest we've ever had in a Comfort Inn -- I felt a bit claustrophobic.
the motel was in a great location. the room was very nice and comfortable. the staff was very friendly.
the parking garage was very low. it scratched the top of my truck. which is only 6'7" the guy at the front dest told me it would be fine, just drive slow. He was wrong.
It was a very comfortable place to be. Easygoing, attentive without being overbearing.
I found the Comfort Suites to have rooms as nice if not somewhat better for my needs than the Sheraton in which I stayed for the remainder of my visit (attending a conference) which was more than double the rate of the Comfort Suites. I also found the location quite agreeable for someone who is visiting Seattle. The nearby grocery store and the fact that a microwave was provided along with an empty fridge beneficial and convienent.
Cant think of any
Nasty smelly rooms
The staff in the fornt desk was very helpful and could provide me the information I needed. I could use the computer to send email for free and almost any time I needed.
The hotel itself was very fine. I found that the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. Location is a little away from downtown Seattle but perfect for our use and free parking is a plus. Good restaurants close by in Queen Anne.
Airconditioning in both rooms was humming loudly,
The staff was very helpful and practical.
