Cons: Small windows, not much light. Also very limited tv options. Would d like access to Netflix.

Cons: Given the room rate, free bottled water should be supplied...not $8 per bottle.

Cons: We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.

Cons: Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.

Cons: We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.

Cons: Bellman didn't offer help with my bag. Front desk and entry are more "nightclub" than hotel. Late night menu very limited. Shampoo and conditioner smell very masculine. Seems like a bar and restaurant with a few rooms rather than hotel. The W twenty years later.

Cons: A little more variety on the breakfast menu, there was no pancakes or French toast. I called to see if they could make an exception and they advised their kitchen could t do French toast. What kind of kitchen can’t dip bread in eggs?

Cons: Bed was like sleeping on a cardboard box sitting atop some springs. Sheets felt like burlap. Rooms were tiny. All for a 3 1/2 star hotel?!?! Sorry but didn’t see the value in this place.

Cons: The other two staff members we spoke with were unexpectedly not friendly or helpful or to the level that one would expect at the Westin. One was quite snarky about the fact that we had booked the room through a third party-site, telling me we "should have paid more to book through the Starwood site." The other made no effort to help us find a local food place open at a late hour, making us feel like he thought we were quite a bother. I certainly would still return to the Westin, as I know their service to be exceptional despite these two unfortunate interactions.

Cons: Hotel parking is to expensive

Cons: At busy check-in hours they did not have all the desk staff available and there were long lines for check-in. Took about 30 min to get through the line. There were many young drunk 20 year olds in the hotel that night. They stood outside our room talking at 1am until I asked them to please go in there room. They then spent the last couple hours being loud and running down the hall banging on everyone's doors until I finally called security at around 3:30am. This is not what I would expect from a high end hotel with the amount of money they charge. At check-in we wanted to self-park (not worth the $25 more per night for valet. The gate for self-park was closed with a sign to go to the main entrance location (this causes a 6 block detour with the one-way streets). When we returned the valets told us that self-parking was not being allowed due to an event (which we were there for). So they were only allowing valet (to rip us off another $25/night). We were then told we had to go another 6 blocks detour to the only self-parking option if we did not want to allow them to park our car. I would have been fine with the location we parked at if it had been clear. The process made it clear that they made it super difficult so that everyone would just do the valet parking. Once you get in line to check in you have no way out due to the valet only. The hotel also charges very high prices for wi-fi per day. I would expect for a hotel that hosts events and such would allow free internet access or at least a decent price. For a slower speed for download up/down than I get at home they wanted $29/day. I would not stay here again and would say that it is not equal to a 4 star hotel. It felt as if they were not staffed appropriately and felt ripped off at every turn.

Cons: This is an expensive standard hotel. There is nothing plush or above the standard to warrant a non conference rate of $400 a night. The Concierge person, Louise, is rude and has an attitude. I asked a simple question about the location of the bell stand and in a very rude manner she replied, "it's at the luggage assistace desk and gestured behind me. When I told her clearly I hadn't seen it, she double downed and said, "that"s what they're there for!" in a condescending tone. The other guests were made uncomfortable to witness her poor and substandard customer service. I am also sending correspondence to hq.

Cons: All other hotels in this class usually provide free internet. Even if one has to pay I don't understand the exorbitant cost. Shameful gouging!

Cons: Didn't like the fact that parking was not included in the price, you had to pay $48 per day. So we decided not to rent a car, and just use Uber which ended saving us money.

Cons: Do drink out of the glasses in the room. Looked dirty and looks like room service just wiped them out with a wash cloth from the bathroom.

Cons: I have stayed at other Westin hotels before and this one just did not live up to my expectations. I felt crammed in the room and everything was overpriced.

Cons: My room was not clean at all. There were markings all over the walls and the bathroom just needed to be scrubbed down. There is also something sort of upsetting about not even getting water or coffee with your room without being charged

Cons: Although we like the convenience of the location, the parking ramp spaces are too narrow. Someone hit our vehice during our weekend stay. We filed a report, but no one has followed up with us. Very disappointing.

Cons: More resturants, better gym, esp. for the money, I can get Airfare and sleep @ the Bellagio for the same amount for one night @ the Westin. I know its Las Vegas, but make the experince a little better

Cons: The hallway gets noisy and I agree, when the hotel is empty it would be nice to not have neighbors especially when the pipes are so loud.

Cons: The room had no dresser, refrigerator, or microwave. The bed was large, but too soft. The weight room of the gym was smaller than our room. The equipment in there is good, but three people fill the place. I do wish the shower worked as great as it looked; the water temperature was adequate, but the pressure wasn’t.

Cons: this is not a luxury hotel. The pool is barely adequate.

Cons: The breakfast was awful. It was a real let down based off of other reviews. All carbs cereal, bread, and waffles. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. The stairwell was over whelming with the smell of urine.

Cons: Every amenity that is advertised, should be available. Breakfast was a reason I chose the hotel, but was not available. Staff was very courteous.

Cons: Everything was great!! I have bad allergies and the desk clerk kindly put me in a room that had missed all that !

Cons: The shuttle picks up in front of lower rooms 110, 111,112 and some people are noisey getting on at 4am. And the buses beeping backup isn’t quiet either.
