The lobby, room, and location are nice. Modern and clean rooms. The hotel does not have laundry and their parking ramp is $40 a day.

Communication about parking garage needs to be better and it should be included in the cost of with the room. There should be a ramp coming from the garage to the lobby- navigating the stairs with luggage was difficult.

Liked the friendly front desk staff. Liked the location, sort of. Fairly central to things, but a ton of homeless and people all over the area without purpose. Vagrant types. Pros (+) View from room. Price was decent in comparison to other downtown hotels. Proximity to everything. Newer furnishings but hotel needs updating.
Cons (-) One particular employee who was not happy to be working there. He was extremely unhelpful, unkind, rude and made a BIG stink (literally huffed) when we asked for our bags from storage.

Pros (+) The elevators are fast and the location is perfect for Seattle sightseeing- Space Needle and Pike Place Market are blocks away. We loved the close proximity to the best restaurants in Seattle: Lola, Dahlia Lounge, Dahlia Bakery, Etta's, Palace Kitchen, Serious Pie. The room was comfortable and large. We liked the split bathroom with bathtub/toilet on one side and sink/mirror on the other.
Cons (-) The heater was inconsistent- when it was blowing, the room was too warm, but when it turned off the room was a bit chilly.
