Pros (+) Loved the lobby, loved the roof top garden
Cons (-) Tv didn't work, bed rolled all over the place, no decor. Ultimately too basic for the nightly rate. It felt like it should have been an "hourly rate" motel.

Pros (+) The room was the tiniest I've ever seen. The wall-mounted TV was so small I couldn't read the the channel numbers from the bed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Pros (+) It was a room with outlets for phone chargers and a bathroom with a toilet that flushed Owners/workers were nice however

Pros (+) This hotel is in a great location (walking distance to Pike Place Market, Space Needle, and the mall). Very cheap rates compared to nearby hotels, and free parking. It is perfect for travelers on a budget. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable enough.
Cons (-) Keep your expectations low. There were very few amenities. There was AC and a tiny 17-inch TV. In the standard room with one queen bed, there was no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer. Facilities were a bit old. Water was not hot, but warm enough for me. Also, the monorail runs along the same street as the hotel, so it may be loud for light sleepers. Except for the lack of hair d...

Pros (+) The shower was hot. The door opened and closed and locked. I was sheltered from the rain

Pros (+) Convenient location, competent staff, perfectly adequate room for sleeping, which is mostly what we did there. Plenty of good food choices within an easy walking distance.
Cons (-) The room is very funky, maybe it was a suite converted to a 2 bedroom, maybe it was two rooms with a shared bathroom....? It was fine, but weird, and not the ideal layout for our family. The cost is pretty high for the quality of room, but I gather that's just the nature of real estate in that area, and it was more affordable than the fancy-pants places nearby which was nice.

Pros (+) Great location, very clean rooms, and we'll maintained for an older building. Very quaint and good for travelers going sight seeing.
Cons (-) Older building with small rooms which are still comfortable. Could use larger televisions and maybe more in suite ammenaties such as coffee.
