Loved the lobby, loved the roof top garden
Tv didn't work, bed rolled all over the place, no decor. Ultimately too basic for the nightly rate. It felt like it should have been an "hourly rate" motel.

Tiny but adequate
The room was the tiniest I've ever seen. The wall-mounted TV was so small I couldn't read the the channel numbers from the bed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Don't expect anything but a room
It was a room with outlets for phone chargers and a bathroom with a toilet that flushed Owners/workers were nice however

This hotel is in a great location (walking distance to Pike Place Market, Space Needle, and the mall). Very cheap rates compared to nearby hotels, and free parking. It is perfect for travelers on a budget. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable enough.
Keep your expectations low. There were very few amenities. There was AC and a tiny 17-inch TV. In the standard room with one queen bed, there was no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer. Facilities were a bit old. Water was not hot, but warm enough for me. Also, the monorail runs along the same street as the hotel, so it may be loud for light sleepers. Except for the lack of hair dryer, these didn't bother me. As a traveler, I only used the room to sleep. My priorities were location and price, so I was very happy with my stay.

“Good price near lot of sites”
“Excellent front desk staffing - really friendly, pleasant people both when checking in and checking out. Room was spartan but clean. Obviously an older motel from the 1950's that has been updated with a new coat of paint and stylish fabrics in the curtains and bedspread, along with Pergo floors. Bed was comfortable enough. Location is excellent - within easy walking distance of the monorail terminal, upscale dining, the Seattle Bubbles, and next door to Top Pot Doughnuts.”
“They’ve done a cute job of the refresh of this obviously old motel. Bedding is nice. Pillows were really hard but when I asked for extra from front desk the ones that came were soft and plump. All staff was pleasant to deal with (tho not anything exceptional) parking was great but GPS directions were not but that’s hardly their fault.”
“Take it off your offerings. That's the second time I've been tricked by price into a crappy hotel.”
