No gym or pool. Asked twice for new pillows
Staff was so welcoming and kind. The restaurant is very nice.
Well I felt like I was in a Vegas casino due to the smells in the hotel. They are pumping perfume into the air to cover udors. Our room was technically clean but felt dirty just because it’s haggered. Carpet needs changed. Stain on side of bed. Window so filthy you could barely see out of it. Bed spread all wrinkled give you the feeling it isn’t actually clean. For $180 a night I expect more up dated room.
The bed was super comfortable.
Most beautiful room I've stayed in so far. Good all-you-can-eat continental breakfast. Staff could be better, though.
Great hotel (even with no pool)
The smell of the lobby is amazing!!! Rooms are really nice. Bathrooms are nice
Ice machines only on the 6th and 16th floors. No pool.
