10,0 Excellent
Pros: I brought my family, 7 adults, for skiing at Snowbird and the location was perfect, 30 minute straight shot right to the resort. the value was outstanding compared to on the mountain options, these same accommodations would have been 3 times the price and no breakfast. Breakfast was perfect, variety everyday, omelet bar was delicious. One more thing you don't have to deal with in the morning trying to get out. Great hot tub and pool. Rooms were spacious, large kitchen fully equipped.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location great for Snowbird/Alta area mountains. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was good. (One bedroom suite with kitchen).
Cons: They oversold property, and had to re- book us in another hotel for our first night. But the Front desk staff were very sympathetic and worked to find us a hotel after midnight.
5,0 Okay
Pros: I was charged for 2 nights and only stayed 1
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Hotel was very convenient to the major ski areas of Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, Deer Valley & Park City.
Cons: The front of the hotel (facing west) and all the rooms on that side are set back perhaps 30 yards from 14 swarming lanes of traffic. The frontage road is 4 lanes, adjacent to it is 5 lanes of northbound freeway, adjacent to that 5 lanes of southbound freeway, adjacent to that, light rail tracks. Bedroom was a room closest to the hotel front. There was a ton of traffic noise at virtually all hours and night 1 was a problem. The hotel was able to move us across the hall to the East side of the hotel and that cut the noise down immensely except for 1 loud pool party that got past 10PM.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Clean and modern upkeep
Cons: Requested a shower bench during booking with no response. Room was advertised as ADA. With no shower access for wheel chair nor proper handrails. No hand rails for toilet.

Pros: Sizable, well thought out rooms with full kitchen. Great shower, comfortable beds, nice price and location. Relatively close and easy access to all the ski areas. Full breakfast buffet including omlete bar.
Cons: Very minor nit pick...omlete bar closed early on Saturday. Wish they supplied enough to stay open the whole time.

Cons: No complaints. The only thing I'd comment on was that there was no meat other than ham for the breakfast buffet. Not a big deal at all, just would of been nice to have sausage or bacon.

Pros: I enjoyed the happy staff that provided breakfast for us each day, and the maintenance men came right away to move me to a new room for the dead bolt lock was hard for me to open. They fixed the plugged kitchen sink and replaced the microwave oven that was broken.
Cons: When my brother and sister in law checked in the next day, the check in person was not so friendly. One of the cards did not work. And I wish that people will care for the rooms as they were their own mansion. I am a property owner and many of my tenants are the same way. They leave things broken and dirty, and in shambles. You have a wonderful maid staff that work very hard.

Pros: .Breakfast was the best part of the stay. My wife love there pillows. Me i thought they were a bit small. I liked the fridge.
Cons: The lighting was horrible. There were ants in the bathroom. The floors were ICY, make sure you bring slippers. The part that upset me. I told the front desk not disturb me that i will be out at 11am. That is there check out time. Housekeeping knocked at 8:20, 9:11 and 10:45. The front desk called my room at 10:48. I also had the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on my door. Oh I did get there at 1:50 PM because we were going to the boat show. I chad called early that morning, to see if I could check in around 2:00pm and they told me that shouldn't be a problem because the room was available. I got there and the person at the desk said I couldn't check in until 3:00pm.. I thought no problem, when I got there they tried to put me in King room when i had paid for two queens and that is what I prefer and paid for. The sad thing is I probably would go back there because the breakfast was good.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The night staff is incredible.
Cons: Without any communication, my card was charged in February for a night they said wasn't paid in January! When I asked about it after checkout, no call from the manager but she talked about it with her staff. The assistant manager was unbelievably rude.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For what could have been better....not much really. Some nits: for breakfast ..alternative to sugary kid cereals (just corn flakes or wheaties would be an improvement), a better grade of coffee, less greasy sausages, and some bananas! instead of just apples. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.
Cons: For skiing and using the ski bus this place can't be beat. Great price, very nice and attractive rooms, good breakfast, plus a little quirky but still helpful hot tub. It is now my salt lake lodging destination. Oops, this is what I did like.

Pros: Nothing we left after 15 minutes because it stunk very badly and the sheets were dirty
Cons: Everything I was told to call you to get a refund and then when I did and you called the hotel they said they couldn't even though I went somewhere else because if there lack of cleanliness and respect

Cons: For a non smoking room it smelled like stale cigarettes. There were birn marks on the covers. The tub had hair on the edges and was dirty. The toilet wasnt properly clean. Had it not been a busy Saturday in SLC we would have gone elsewhere. Also they were incredibly misleading about the pool. It is outdoors and has garbage floating in it.

Pros: Right next to UTA bus and tracks. Clean. Comfy
Cons: The front desk lady is obsessed with asking if you smoke. “Do you want a smoking or non smoking room?” Either, “sir we only have non smoking rooms and smoking is not allowed.” Well okay then, non smoking. Also breakfast is trash, works, but could really be better. Bananas are cheap get some fruit. Still would stay here again though!

The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes from SLC airport and downtown SLC. Utah's best skiing is a short 20 minute drive up the mountain
