The location was wonderful
There were no eggs, bed was ok,
Horrible view out the window, bed was a little stiff, no continental breakfast, a lot of money to stay there for very little.
For the price the room and hotel were not what I expected. I thought that with the price I would get a better view than a wall, especially when the booking said it had a view. I've been in motel 8's that were just as good for a fraction of the cost.
Overall a good stay. The hotel sits in perfect location and has a nice atmosphere. The room was big, the bathroom very small and not well maintained. The staff was friendly and mostly helpfull.
Even for Seattle standards the rates are high and the hotel is not able to perform to them in all regards. The A/C in the room was very loud. My request for additional coffee brewing material was ignored after one day. Instead I got green tea capsules. Last call in the hotel bar: 09:45pm!
Clean, relatively quiet, nice linens, good shower.
No coffe pot in room, had to go to lobby for coffee. Restaurant was EXPENSIVE! $6 for a bowl of Raisin Bran? Really? No exhaust fan in bathroom.

With a convenient downtown setting located on Fifth Avenue, you’re just a salmon toss away from Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square and the convention center. The boutique hotel’s spiffy new design creates an urban haven inspired by and celebrating the bounty of Washington’s wine country, while adjacent Tulio Restaurant has been hailed as one of the country’s best Italian dining destinations.
