Being that my stay was during Covid-19 and all the restrictions that come along with it, it's a bit unfair to make a review on likes and dislikes, but the room was spacious, beds are a bit firm but still comfortable, view was AMAZING from our room, bathroom spacious and not a box
I think that prices could be reduced since there's limited things available inside the hotel. The rooms are basic because they are restricting what's in it, like coffeemaker, glasses, etc., but can be called upon request. No decorative bedding, no room service from the restaurant, just selected items chosen by hotel, which isn't much! Worst part is the parking, which should be informed by the hotel website, not by reviewers. Because I am from the area I know the craziness around parking in Seattle, but not informing customers of their $60 a night for parking at the hotel is a HUGE disservice to potential guests

More knowledgeable staff. Staff that give accurate information.
Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Central location. Held a meeting at the hotel and the staff was fantastic.
Room service menu could be improved-it’s quite limited.
I like the staff, they were all extremely Lovely and friendly. The service was top notch. Breakfast was decent, omlette was good, crispy English muffin, great bacon and potatoes were a 4. Latte was an 11 ! Delicious
The rooms were not represented very well from the pictures on line. I remember this hotel so differently from 10 years ago. The ceilings were short and basically a box with faux wood walls, the beds were great with really soft sheets. The bathrooms were tight and felt old and over used. Best part of the hotel itself is the lobby and hallways. Modern and pretty.
Great customer service
All of the staff were very helpful an accomadating always with a smile. Wonderful location. Nice clean room
all great. Thought room with a view meant a water view
Very Thin Walls
I liked that there was a Starbucks across the street and it was walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping center.
I hated how thins the walls were. I could hear the people next door sneeze clear as day and their conversation as if the connecting doors were open. We could also hear the people in the hallway as if I left our doors open. Not a good place to come sleep in a bit if you have an hangover. Also the beds are as hard as rocks. Not comfortable.
Great NYE!
We had a great time! Very nice hotel, though I think I expected the rooms to be more extravagant, but they are very nice. I almost stole the bed...slept like a rock. Very cool NYE hotel...they held a party downstairs that was all part of the hotel price for the night. We had an awesome time and this will likely become a tradition for us. Staff is extremely professional and polite. Right downtown, equidistant from the stadium/ball park and central part of downtown Seattle, so most things are available to you by foot.
For such a nice hotel, the fitness facility was pretty cramped and awful. We've stayed at Hotels that charge much less with much better gyms. Other than that, super nice place!
Not as upmarket as I expected
Boutique vibe, comfortable bed, trendy decor.
Room was a little rough around the edges, didn't have the luxury feel I'd expect for $300+/night. No coffee or microwave in room.
Bed was soft
Dogs next to us barking all night No gym as advertised Room couldn't get colder than 66 degrees
poor room amenities
Location
Ridiculously high parking charge, no coffee maker in the room, no onsite jacuzzi, no club room. I would probably choose one of the other Seattle Starwood properties in the future.
a modern dungeon
The location was great
Too dark old Hotel needs updates not your average W very slow at getting Baggage From storage room that faces the parking garage feels like a dungeon
The location is excellent and the information provided by the hotel was very good as well. The gym was also first rate.
the atmosphere was very cool and swanky. the bar was a nice little place to hang out at the end of an evening. the cool corner king room was a nice size with a lot of windows.
we were first put in a cool corner king room on the 'garage side' of the hotel. it was horrible. we were moved quickly down some floors but on the other side of the building. i wouldn't have recommended this hotel had we been booked on the garage side of the hotel, especially in a cool corner king.
The amazing sheets!!
The view of the parking lot and super dark hallways.
The location is great and the room is very nice.
The front desk check in person mixed up our check-in information and even though our booking was for 2 nights, she insisted that we were only booked for 1 night. She wasn't apologetic at all about the mix up since we used a "discount booking agency" (her words not mine). So be aware of the hotel staff's snobbiness when you book through a "discount agent" (i.e. travel websites).
Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk. Beautiful lobby.
Concierge could have known more about local restaurants. His advice was good, but could have been better. The locals gave excellent restaurant advice. Otherwise, it was great.
No coffee maker in the room
Easy to walk around town/sites as a tourist. The soaps and lotions were outstanding. I love the security of the elevator.
The loud music and people lying around the lounge at around 11 a.m. is disturbing to walk through. A coffee pot in the room would be really nice. A small refrigerator would also be appreciated.
The rooms were wonderful as was the location. If I had to choose where this hotel excels over most is in their staff, from desk check-in to wait staff, absolutely excellent.
The parking explanation and lack of direction was inadequate.
The coffee urn was empty when I tried to pour a cup in the morning.
The hallways are to dark. It's difficult to see where you are going.
