We did not get two beds as I believe our booking initially stated. The hotel room was dirty with stains on the couch and window drapes. We also were refused robes for our room and told that to get the robes it would cost $150 as they would need to upgrade our booking. Don't believe I will ever book with booking.com again.
Great location and beautiful
Great location, helpful staff, great lounge areas and bar. Very nice place to stay for a weekend visit to see the city
The pool area could be better but at least it has one
Nice place middle of everything
Extremely unsatisfied! Beds are Very uncomfortable, and the pillows are about 20 years old, and completely worn out, we had to roll them in half just to get any head support. The air in the room was stiff, and caused me to wake with a horrible allergy headache, which happens with dirty filters, so you are breathing in dust and pollen all night. The thermostat was Possessed, and kept the room either freezing or to hot the entire night. Breakfast was included with the price of my room, but when I checked in with the front desk, the staff said nothing about breakfast coupons. It wasn't until I got up to the room that I realized that they had gone over breakfast, but they had slipped the coupons underneath the door. So I had not been told start , and finish times. I looked at the coupons, and the breakfast times was not on the coupons either. I searched the room there was nothing in the room saying when breakfast started or ended. Just that you get a cooked to order breakfast with the coupon. There was a sign in the elevator about cooked to order breakfast, but again no time limit on the sign. I called down to the front desk around 8:30 to ask about when breakfast ended, phone rang about 5 to 6 times and then I was immediately put on hold without them even answering the phone, after waiting several minutes I just hung up. I figured maybe they did not have a limit since I could not see it posted are get any answers. Since we had been up late the night before with it being new years I let the kiddos sleep in, we got ready and went down around noon to check out and ask about breakfast, only then was I told that it was over at 10 o'clock. Included with my room price though smh... Horrible service, uncomfortable beds, non existent pillows, and you have to guess when you can eat breakfast... Really upset I chose the hotel considering how many other options I could have chosen.
