The location was very good.
The Club room was just okay. We had expected more amenities in terms of appetizers in the evening and snacks throughout the day. The wine dispenser wasn't working so we were instructed by the club room staff to use the lobby bar. my husband returned to the club room with one glass of wine and a beer with a price tag of $23 which I thought was quite expensive. We did enjoy the patio attached to the club room since it had a great waterfront view. We had a room with a balcony but it was a very narrow conrete balcony so there is no way to have a table and chairs there plus it was a high concrete wall so you only had a view if you were standing. This room with club access was overpriced.
Expensive parking, understaffed, horrible lobby store with barely anything, horrible room service (each night only two choices for dinner!!!)
The location is great and the staff pleasant. The lighting in the room is the best.
The room rate is outrageously expensive and no perks. I have to pay for everything!!!! Even a bottle of water!!!!
Had dinner one night, did not eat breakfast there. The hotel is soooooooooooo convenient to everything and the new free shuttle operated along the waterfront is wonderful. Better than Hop on/Hop off for Pike's Mkt, China Town, Pioneer Square and the Space Needle.
I was unaware that the daily rate of our stay fluctuated according to the occupancy which we have never had before in any hotel... If your rate was $300, then it was that every day....Especially during the week. I can see perhaps rates increasing over Christmas or New Years but not M-Thursday!
Although the property met my expectations, the first night we slept with the Balcony door and the train/light rail traveling next to the property woke me from a dead sleep.
It was a bit noisy with the Balcony door open, so I couldn’t truly appreciate the harbor breeze.
