Locally sourced breakfast, decor
Street noise, loud music
Beautiful interior! It was a bit loud in the city (sirens and drunk folks). I am pretty easy going but, I can see how this may bother folks.
Location staff at kitchen was super nice
Sb managed to open the room door in the morning, and door was opned, but hopefully we already locked the door from inside. Understand the building is old but some places were not clean
Location is convenient. Staff was friendly, breakfast with make your own waffle and stumptown coffee was great.
Having to carry a big suitcase up long stairs was a bit difficult. No easy way to ask for help because staff is way up the stairs and cannot see you. was surprised that a hotel chain like ACE does not create more accessibility friendly hotels. Was used to seeing ACE hotels in New York and other areas, so it was more simple than I expected, but still my room was cute.
Loved the unique touches the Ace is known for. I was in room 210 and the Skylight in my room was nice. Pendleton blanket and pillows were great. Bed was comfortable.
Cleanliness. There was a long black hair on my pillow and a brown stain on the middle / top of the duvet. Sofa had some stains on it too. It didn't feel like the facility was as clean as it should have been. Carpet felt dirty, especially around the corners of the room. For a room that usually goes for $200-300/ night this was surprising. This is the Ace's oldest hotel in the chain and lacks some of the finesse of their other locations in my opinion. But overall it was still a good experience. Just not as good as it could have been.

Seattle’s Space Needle is located less than a half-mile away while the iconic Pike Place Market is located nearby. It’s a quick cab ride to the Museum of Pop Culture and the Pacific Science Center.
Guests can choose between two types of rooms at the Ace Hotel. Standard rooms have a luxurious shared bath while deluxe rooms have a bath in them. There are 28 guest rooms in all with 14 having shared bathrooms. Full, queen and king-size beds are available. Each room incorporates green plants keeping with the minimalistic theme. Many have white painted floors adding to the minimalistic feeling of the white painted brick walls. The lobby at this hotel is located up a great flight of stairs while the rooms are located on the second floor of this building without an elevator.
With outstanding customer service, a centralized location, and minimalistic décor, guests will not want to wait long to book the Ace Hotel in Seattle.
