Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to stadiums, train stations, and local attractions. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and several appreciated the friendly staff and amenities like the gym and pool. However, a major recurring issue was the disruptive noise from ongoing worker strikes and protests, which frequently woke guests early and detracted from their experience. Some guests also noted that the breakfast was basic or chaotic, and a few mentioned minor maintenance issues or wished for better communication from the hotel regarding the strikes. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out as positives, noise and service disruptions due to the strike were significant drawbacks.

Wonderful
Brian & Lisa, Nov 2019
Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful and in a excellent location. We went for the MLS Cup at CenturyLink Field. They could have hiked up rates and didn't. We took the train from the airport and were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good too.
Cons (-) There are sliding barn doors going into the bathroom that do not appear to lock and would slide open on their own. They look nice, but are missing a locking ability. Otherwise, everything was terrific. We'll stay there for sure the next time we visit Seattle.
