Pros: Exceptionally friendly service that was readily accessible for both english and spanish speakers. Nice variety of food. Facilities and grounds were well maintained. Very clean rooms with potable water in the room. Very large beach with a bar on the beach.
Sea turtles laid eggs on the beach during our stay and we were able to release baby sea turtles into the ocean on one of the nights.
Would definitely stay hear again in the future.

Pros: This is one of the best resorts in the hotel zone. The room was extremely clean, and the staff was always polite and welcoming. The one thing that sets this resort apart from others is how great the good is. There were at least 7 restaurants to choose from, on top of the cafeteria and sushi bar located in the lobby. The drinks were great. Some bartenders poured a little heavier than others, but on average everything was great and exceeded all expectations. This was my 2nd time visiting and I can't wait to return.

Pros: We stayed last year and came back for more! The grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Are flight was cancelled and we were on hold with the airline for more than two hours. The concierge stayed with us the whole time and the hotel staff went out of there way to make sure we had accommodations for the night in the same room. We loved our poolside drink waiter who checked to make sure we had a full cocktail at all times. The poolside restaurant serves the best fish taco's and the overall food was wonderful. We didn't have a bad meal. We love the size of this property, not to big but just enough to keep you entertained. We will definitely be back next year.

Pros: Hotel staff were top notch. Bartending staff, especially Armando, Rudulfo & Carlos were great and really made our stay exceptional. All inclusive drink quality was better than expected and includes decent brands like Cabo, Hornitos, Barcardi, Jack, etc. By the second day, our drinks were made without having to ask as they remember your name and what you like to drink. Also appreciated that the lobby bar stays open til 1am, The Michael Jackson show that was preformed was better than the Cirque du Soleil M.J. tribute show that I saw back in the U.S. recently. Food was also fantastic. I especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the Ceviche bar out by the beach. Also enjoyed the poolside grilling that was done each day and the outdoor evening bar-b-que dinner served poolside. Pool itself was visually stunning with lots of tropical trees and plants. Pool bars were great to hang out at throughout the whole day. In my opinion, the rooms were clean, comfortable and seemed to have all you really needed. Ours was on first level with great view of pool and large lanai. I would without a doubt return to this property even over the other higher end property that I stayed at during the same trip to Cancun (Hyatt Zilara). Thank you Fiesta Americana Condesa and hope see you again next year.

Pros: Check-in fast and easy, got a superb room with balcony and really nice view. Breakfast was simply wonderful, they have all you can possibly ask for, and then some! Hotel was very clean and facilities such as the pool area and so were also well kept. Compared to some of the larger resorts in Cancun, Fiesta Americana Condesa felt somewhat more private and less crowded in comparsion. And the staff seems trustworthy - when checking out, we forgot a purse with approx $5000 USD worth of jewellery, and when we called later it was saftely taken care of, and we could go back and get it, no problems.

Pros: My 5 night stay was very pleasant. The beach is beautiful. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. It’s located in a very good area, not too far from club life/shopping. I did visit both, the lobby bar and the bleach bar, but I will say the beach bar is my favorite. You get to enjoys drinks with a beautiful view of the ocean. I did not try out the Mexican or Italian restaurant. The regular buffet has really good food. The rooms are great, with your fridge being refilled everyday and your room being cleaned everyday. The shows at night are great. My room had ocean view had pool and ocean view which was beautiful. The beach is super clean compared to another resort I visited for a wedding. I loved this place and definitely would recommend.

Pros: The beach, the pool, the breakfast and dinner buffet. (The food was well above average and quite good at times). Great poolside drink service from Roberto, our waiter on more than one day. Our beach front room was a bit bare (furniture wise) but it was clean and roomy. Cleaning staff did a great job.
Bus stop right out front will get you to center of nightlife (about a five minute ride) for under a dollar. It's location away from the center made the beach that much better and less crowded.
We had a great stay.

Pros: This all inclusive hotel offers everything. From your type of pillow you want to sleep on, if you want aromatherapy in the room, 4 types of liquor and mixers in room, to several dining options available on site. You literally never have to leave the resort unless you want to explore. I thought that with unlimited alcohol included that it would be crawling with drunk people, but everyone was the right type of pleasantly buzzed or totally sober. No puking anywhere that I saw. The staff had exceptional service that I have not found anywhere else. While you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to, there are lots of tours and excursions that you probably should look into if you have never visited the area before, and I definitely recommend a night out to It can be loud, and if you like your sleep, I recommend a room with the lagoon view for a quieter atmosphere.

Pros: My favorite thing about this place was the staff. Everyone spoke English, even the room attendants, so communication was very easy. I did not encounter a single rude person. The wait staff rotated from restaurant to restaurant as the day progressed, so you really got to know the staff. The pools were great... one was really warm, one was just right, and of course the ocean was only a few steps away if you wanted to really cool off. The wait staff came down to the beach to take orders, too, which was probably the best part! The food was mostly good... lots of buffet fare, lots of selection. The reservations-only restaurant, Marco Polos, was very nice. The asian night was my favorite, the french night was not that great (except for the cheese).

Pros: My wife and I were very pleased with our 5-day stay at the Crown Paradise. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, the bartenders were cool, the oceanview room was lovely, housekeeping did a great job each day and most of the food service personnel were personable and accommodating. We thought the quality of food was pretty awesome especially in view of the somewhat negative reviews from some other guests on Booking.com and Trip Advisor. The variety of breakfast choices at La Palapa was great, the sashimi, sushi and calamari at Fujiyama were terrific and it's tough to go wrong with the cheeseburgers, wings and nachos at the pool bars for snacks during the day. Easy access to downtown with the bus routes.

Pros: The professionalism of the staff. Their willingness to accomodate me as a guest in any of my needs. Special thanks to Pedro (Front Desk), Gabriella (Bar Maid), Sergio (DJ) and the Hotel Manager. In fact everyone was awesome. The cleanliness at the hotel as a whole was impressive as well. The value for money was great too, that could be special thanks to booking.com as well.

Pros: The staff at the Krystal Cancun were fantastic. Very friendly, and helpful, willing to give advice on good local (not touristy) places to eat and visit.
Great, easy self parking.
The room we had was right on the beach, with a fantastic view of the ocean.
The music at the bar was fantastic. Salsa, cha cha cha, boogaloo. Great bar service and good drinks. Awesome location in the hotel zone. The beach was clean and beautiful, located in a very calm water area. We enjoyed a perfect first night in Cancun at this hotel.

Pros: Can’t speak for all rooms of course but room 508 could certainly need a makeover. Balcony door didn’t close properly, lighting wasn’t sufficient and the bathroom looked somewhat dated. However, the hotel as such is nice, great pool area, good coffee shop, nice staff. It’s not directly in the centre but walkable
