Pros (+) Installations are nice and the pool area is comfortable for a chill afternoon. How ever music was loud if you consider that most people are there soaking up the sun

Pros (+) Can’t speak for all rooms of course but room 508 could certainly need a makeover. Balcony door didn’t close properly, lighting wasn’t sufficient and the bathroom looked somewhat dated. However, the hotel as such is nice, great pool area, good coffee shop, nice staff. It’s not directly in the centre but walkable
Cons (-) The hotel offers free shuttle service to two partner hotels at the beach. They charge you 600 pesos for a day pass for these all in resorts but that’s not worth it. (Plus it’s a ridiculously bureaucratic procedure to get there and in) The beach was great, but the food was lousy and the service poor. Had the feeling they intentionally slow down the service to serve less. In any case, better option ...

Pros (+) The hotel is located in downtown - close to everything.
Cons (-) My girlfriend was sick. I called room service for breakfast. (Breakfast was not included and I was paying for it) They told me that they are busy and we must come downstairs. I went downstairs in the their restaurant. They told me that I can not take food to the room. My girlfriend must come downstairs to eat.
