Pros: Everything was wonderful. This is a perfectly situated hotel if you want to explore the tapas district and historic center of Logrono. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. In fact, it was an upgrade (from an interior to front-of-hotel room), at no additional charge. This was our second visit to Logrono. The first was primarily as a base for driving to wineries in the Rioja. This time we explored Logrono and walkable sites near our hotel.
Cons: Nothing.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great and very nice bodega hotel. Private parking, convenient check-in, friendly staff. Large and clean room with access to a small terrace. Nice and quiet place. It is especially worth noting about the excursion to the production and tasting of local wine, which is offered as a compliment to all guests. Typically, such an excursion for tourists costs from 16 to 22 euros in Rioja. Therefore, this is a very valuable gift for any guest. Even for this I can give the hotel an excellent rating. Otherwise, the service was also excellent.
Cons: Unfortunately, breakfast is not included. Room equipment requires a little renovation. The nearest city is about 15 minutes by car. Nevertheless, I can safely recommend this hotel

4,6 Okay
Pros: Next to a Catholic Church
Cons: We arrived to what seemed like construction happening in the next room and it lasted for about 1.5 hours. The host of the hostel didn’t tell us where to find the Camino or how far off the Camino we were.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The manager stayed late and greeted us even when the train was very delayed due to a bomb threat. Very quiet and outstanding service !!
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is in the heart of Logrono, and the staff was really helpful and considerate. The rooms are clean and cosy, and the floor is secured with 2 locks.
Cons: However, the building next to the room - which shares a common wall, apparently - was undergoing reconstruction. There was drilling and hammerring during working hours - therefore, no sleep after 08:30 h. I understand this is outside of the property's control; however, it was a huge downer for our stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: How clean it was and very central
Cons: Difficulty in parking
5,0 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: Shower regulator was broken, only scalding hot water. Bummer when you need a shower. Asked for a 10 euro refund after they tried and failed to fix it. Seems the steady stream of pilgrims is providing money regardless of the upkeep. Go figure.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Close to bus station and central to town
Cons: Nothing

Pros: A well located and well presented hotel at the bar and restaurant end of the city. Some way from the route of the Camino but not a problem for us as we were finishing our walk at logroño. Walking distance from both the train and bus stations. No view from our rooms, but that wasn’t important as we wanted to be out in the buzzing city to enjoy the atmosphere. Helpful staff and classy rooms.
Cons: A view would have been nice

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This property was a good location & very clean. Staff great.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: As 80 Euros went missing from our suitcase, we started not to like things.
Cons: 80 Euros went missing from one of our suitcases. We are confident it was in our suitcase before we entered the hotel because more than one of us checked this. We found the management unable to take responsibility for this, with Marta Del Valle telling us that it was 'impossible'. I thought I could trust the 'four star' hotel, but instead they took advantage of the traveller and tried to tell us it had gone elsewhere when we knew it had gone missing at Hotel Gran Via. Unfortunately, all innocent and hardworking members of staff at the hotel become under suspicion, however we want the member of staff who stole our money to realise that we are confident they stole our 80 Euros at Hotel Gran Via and we will write about this bad experience in our review so perhaps for others who had money/items missing but could not be sure that the hotel cannot be trusted possibly because of 1 member of staff and for future customers who do not want their cases searched for money/items which could be taken. All the usual comments: lock cases, don't put money in cases, use the safe, if that can be trusted for valuables, we even see some people putting a type of cellophane wrapping on to seal cases, if your rushing to a function like we were and do not secure valuables don't expect to see them when you get back at hotel Gran Via, if you have had something go missing but was sure it was at the hotel but not 100%, or elderly and can get confused at times, at Hotel Gran Via they will tell you it was impossible!
9,6 Excellent

Pros: Nice location, clean facility.
Cons: Do not try to park a car at the hotel, as there is a very small car elevator and then tiny parking spaces in the garage. HARD mattress. A/C unit did not work well. No wash cloth, and when asked for one, the desk staff offered a shrink-wrapped sponge. Cleaning staff took it away the next day without replacing it for us.

Cons: No buts.
6,3 Good
Pros: Position
Cons: This hotel uses a lot of plastic. 3 tissues supplied wrapped in plastic, 2 plastic cups provided wrapped in plastic, plastic shower cap packaged in plastic. The company should be considering the harm that plastics do to the environment, and find new solutions to providing services without the plastics.

Pros: Newly renovated lobby was beautiful. Able to park nearby. Very affordable as well.

For events, guests can book one or more of the hotel’s five meeting rooms which can accommodate groups of up to 150. The spaces can host weddings, banquets, business conferences, and even discos.

Cons: The air condition did not work. We found empty beers in the mini bar, towels were dirty and very poor quality, the size of the room is nowhere close the value for the money paid. Very disappointed.

Pros: Location breakfast, great service
Cons: A bit noise from the other rooms
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good, which is important to me. It was a buffet and there was a lot of choice, with fresh fruit like water melon and pineapple. I love tortilla for breakfast and there was cheese (I don't eat meat) and a good selection of bread and pastries. I also like a coffee machine so you can get your own without having to ask. My daughter liked the availability of almond milk. The beds were very comfortable, the room was just right with a very nice bathroom. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town so very easy to walk to and a few minutes from the tourist office. I was very happy. It had all the things I wanted, such as a lift, a safe and a mini bar and space for clothes plus two desks.
Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: Continental breakfast was very good

Pros: Good basic hotel with a great breakfast. The breakfast is worth the money. The location is in the edge of twin and not near old town but logrono is small and you could walk to anything from this location. Area is safe and clean.

Pros: Rooms were fine, same style as lots of other hotel chains.
Cons: Staff looked bored.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: Bathroom was dated and showed signs of water damage.
6,3 Good
Pros: The bathroom and the garage. The bedroom was OK but a little severe.
Cons: The reception staff were not friendly on arrival and not a smile the whole period we were there. The restaurant was closed and when we went out they were busy talking to other guests so we spend a hour looking for a restaurant and failed. We went back to the hotel and the pleasanter of the 2 on reception gave us a map of where to go. As they knew the restaurant was closed why not tell us when we arrived and give us an idea of where to go. We have stayed in Accor hotels all over France and UK but the service in Spain was not up to the normal standard.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is close to the old town and reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation. I would recommend this hotel
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet for 10 euros was good deal. Spacious enough room, big bathroom, great location, nice staff. A good value overall.
Cons: The ac vent in my room blew straight into my face which i hate. Turning the vents didn't fix it. Lost one night on sleep.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very. Enteral location with lovely big rooms. Also very quiet with very comfortable beds. The male staff member who runs the bar and breakfast area was very professional with a lovely manner.
Cons: We had to ask to have the bath towels changed as they were grubby. This was done very quickly even though reception did not appear to believe why. The male Receptionist was a bit cool in manner.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The location was good, room condition was clean but all facility was old.
