Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's cleanliness and the quality of the pool, with several mentioning comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are consistent complaints about poor service, especially at reception, slow check-in processes, and unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Some guests also note issues with room maintenance, noise, and location convenience. Overall, while the facilities and cleanliness are appreciated, service and some amenities require attention.
