Cons: Service in dining room was poor. The manager told me I was reading the menu incorrectly, then once I pointed it out to her, she acknowledged I was correct. Later came back to tell me that I should remember for future reference that what was printed on the menu was actually wrong and what she told me was right!

Cons: Everything else - the hotel is in need of complete refurbishment , the breakfast is poor , my room #1123 was cold and noise constantly emanating from a/c & heating unit and whatever plant & machinery was adjoining the room . The staff were disinterested , unprofessional and had no personality . I don’t recall seeing any senior management overseeing staff . My colleague and I walked out the bar after waiting 15 minutes to be served and it wasn’t even that busy - bar staff seemed content to just serve small number of regular customers that they knew and ignored us completely .

Cons: Room 419 heater did not work. It was freezing and engineering told us the the temperature was 75 degrees when it felt like 35 degrees. Heater was fixed after two hours; however, the heater was so loud, like an airplane engine.

Pros: Great location and comfortable bed. It is connected to the prudential center, so it's super convenient.
Cons: There is an open-boxed soap in the bathroom!! And when we called the desk, they said the cleaning service is closed so they will clean up tomorrow--they refuse to clean and say it without an apology. I really don;t appreciate that and I did not expect this quality of service. But it is the 1st day of the trip, the rest of the stay is pretty good, so I guess it's just that person annoyed or something.

Cons: Room was a bit tight for 3 of us but ok The soap pumps were not dispensing smoothly or easily and needed an under cleaning on their rack which was loaded with moldy soap scum. . Room cleaning was altogether skipped on second day - perhaps we left hotel late ?.

Cons: The room was just ok. It's modern decor with no dressers and no desk. Green Mountain coffee pods. Not what I was expecting from a 4-star hotel. Not on par with the Intercontinental Hotel, which is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Boston.

Boston Common literally 5 minute walk, Faneuil Hall 25 minute walk and 10 minute walk to Macy’s ...no need for taxis at all unless you are in a hurry and concierge could get a taxi for you in 5 minutes. Best aspect of this hotel was the beds and pillows, the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Staff very helpful and friendly and rooms spotless and very modern. Would recommend this hotel and when going to Boston again would definitely stay here.

Cons: -Gym was missing key equipment pieces (ie handles for machines) and the pool 'has been closed for months' -Turndown service inconsistent, we had debris from other rooms left in ours (nail clippings, coins, linens) -Elevator requires a key to use and frequently did not work -Carpet in room was very old and fraying towards the edges, black mildew/mold was forming in the sink -Wi-Fi spotty and slow (despite almost $30 CAD resort fee per night), TV requires your own Netflix account (TV would not connect to Wi-Fi anyways)

Pros: I was disappointed that when I checked in I had a separate reservation for day 2. Although I was happy that I had the same room they didn't adjust my room key. The maid was excessively noisy waking people w her banging on doors to wake guests. I was sleeping late and needed to but couldn't. I ordered wine. They never asked if I needed it opened. I don't carry a wine opener. Why would I?

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable to stay at but location is depend on the customer purpose. We cannot find restaurants near this hotel if you expect the hotel in the downtown. It will take a 10min walk to the nearest. There are no fastfood shop except a Starbucks in this hotel. I found a lot of people in the lobby and restaurant all the time here because some conferences were held. So the Starbucks , restaurants and bar were all congested at meal times. We could see long waiting lines to check in and out at front, the front staffs were very few to handle a large customers.

Cons: I woke up my first night with red spots on my face. Not sure what it was but the spots stayed there for a long time. They just started to disappear now that I am back home. The sheets had to be changed. It only happened the first night not any other night.

Pros: The hostel has a good location with many activities to do. And we have access to Netflix and other good channels. Good air-conditioning as it was very cold.
Cons: Firstly the room 511 is very noisy not just because of the traffic and roadworks at 5/6am but there is an annoying noise all the time from inside the room which was very hard to sleep. The shower has very low water pressure and the water temperature is lukewarm. The breakfast is very basic with no many choices: bread with butter/peanut butter or jam. A piece of fruit like banana or apple. Milk, tea or coffee and cereals. The staff was ok but not very welcoming.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Classic look surroundings. Rooms were the standard US size. Not big but not too small. Shower facilities ok. Did the job. Staff were great. Really helpful and always willing to assist. Location is superb. Food, shops all walking distance.

Pros: Rooms were clean a comfy. Staff were very friendly. Location very downtown. Price was good (excluding parking) for central location.
Cons: Room was small. Cost of parking was expensive ($53.00/night). Pillows on bed were horrible and soft. Breakfast buffet in hotel restaurant was overpriced for quality of food.

Cons: The staff is disrespectful. For example, I brought with me a bottle of wine. Late one evening I kindly asked the bellhop where I might find a bottle opener. Without any hesitation I was told I can find one at the front desk, and if I cannot find one there he would gladly help me find one. At the front desk, I am asked if the wine was from there hotel. Of course it was not. The man behind the desk promptly pulled over the same bellhop and took the bottle of wine from me, claiming that I wasn't allowed to have outside wine. I am sure they mention this somewhere in the fine print, but this was incredibly rude, especially given the fact that the bellhop clearly didn't care that I had outside wine. I was told they would save the wine for when I left. This was concluded by me returning to get the bottle as I was leaving. It took them 15 minutes to find the bottle they had taken from me, because they hadn't properly marked it as being associated with me in any capacity. Room was small.
