Cons (-) They never answer the phone, emails, or even facebook messenger! I booked a pre-paid free-cancellation room and tried for around 2 months to cancel and get my refund due to COVID. I am yet to hear from them. Called tons of times and always "took my information to call back", never called back.

Pros (+) Lovely customer service. Cute hotel in the middle of Copley Square. Hot chocolate in the lobby after a chilly Boston day - how nice!!

Pros (+) Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walking distance to attractions.
Cons (-) Check out was not until 12pm, maid knocked on door the door four times from 8am till 11:36am. Felt like was being rushed out.

Pros (+) Comfortable beds. Nicey decorated room. Pleasant staff.
Cons (-) Party crowd in the hallways from 3:30 until 4:30 am even after I asked them to quiet down. Valet parking is $ 50 while a public parking lot is accross the street. Breakfast not included.
