Superb location in Boston on Boyston St and within few minutes walk of all main shopping , art galleries , eateries & Boston Common . The young lady concierge Stephanie was excellent in terms of professional , polite , informative and great personality .
Everything else - the hotel is in need of complete refurbishment , the breakfast is poor , my room #1123 was cold and noise constantly emanating from a/c & heating unit and whatever plant & machinery was adjoining the room . The staff were disinterested , unprofessional and had no personality . I don’t recall seeing any senior management overseeing staff . My colleague and I walked out the bar after waiting 15 minutes to be served and it wasn’t even that busy - bar staff seemed content to just serve small number of regular customers that they knew and ignored us completely .
EVERTHING! The hotel it self is so beautiful and the staff makes it even more beautiful. We had a few interactions with Alex at the reception and he really deserved a big compliment. Will definitely be back sooner than later.
Nothing! There is not a single thing to even remotely complain about. It is the perfect place to spend your vacation.
We felt very welcome and all of the staff were very helpful
There was nothing we didn’t like
Staff were very helpful & friendly
Parking is typical downtown - crowded
Pretty much everything. Staff was awesome, room perfectly clean, everyone friendly, perfect location.
that we had to leave on check out.
