As soon as you walk in, its smells amazing! Perfect first impression. We purchased "The Lenox" lobby fragrance upon leaving. Staff was friendly, upgraded our room for free, 3 restaurants/bar in one hotel, great unique skincare products! Our room as spacious and the key card access when in the elevator was a nice security feature. This hotel is ran like all hotels SHOULD run. The location prime. The hotel is class, elegance, hospitality, and culture. Very lovely, will definitely stay here again.

Everything we asked for was brought to us instantly. They accommodated all of our needs. It was a lovely hotel to stay in since we couldn't go out as much due to the weather
