Cons: Old creaking and uneven floors

Pros: This place was lovely. I don't really normally like bed and breakfasts but I loved this place and the furniture, decorations, atmosphere were lovely. I would stay here next time I am in the area. The staff was fantastic.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very convenient location and spacious rooms. Staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help with any issues that arose.
Cons: Confusing layout of rooms that were accessed from the outside, more like a motel. Also, the park next door was often noisy.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very affordable for a nice Victorian style hotel. Clean and comfortable!
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Beautiful old Victorian inn..modern bathroom, nice deck for morning coffee. Use of big kitchen. FREE PARKING in Boston. Great location near Fenway
Cons: Small rooms, few with 2 beds
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location prices parking
Okay 5,0
Pros: It was close to T stops which was very convenient and we were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There was a washer and dryer available for laundry and refridgerators to store things. There was parking.
Cons: The administrative staff was not very friendly, although housekeepers were. The room and bathroom were tiny...almost the size of a Microtel.
Mediocre 3,0
Cons: Room not cleaned daily, carpet not vacuumed probably for the whole month that I was there. Mattress sagging and got backache after 2 weeks.
Good 6,5
Pros: Close to public transit
Cons: No one present for check-in or until 10 am next morning

Cons: Parking
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooms, bathroom, and lobby were all spotless. The front desk was always available, friendly, and helpful. On the day we departed, they held our luggage (for 11 people) while we toured the city. Andrew station is a 7 minute walk and there are plenty of street lights to make that walk safe.
Good 6,2
Pros: Location next to Northeastern. Friendly staff. Quiet.
Cons: Bed was not comfortable. Location of tv odd. I thought they would have a free continental breakfast, but no. Food choices were very limited.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: We arrived a half hour before check in and they were able to accommodate us right away. Everywhere in the hotel smelled good too. Very clean and comfortable. I really like how the televisions now include Hulu and the Netflix. Very nice touch!
Cons: There should be a sign as to which hotel is the Marriott upon entering the driveway. There’s two hotels and there’s nothing to indicate which is the Marriott.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable. Loved the bistro area, when I work up earlier than my friends I went down and got cozy with a Starbucks coffee. Very nice place.
Cons: House keeping knocked on the door at 8:30 a.m, which hasn't happened before. Although I was awake, my friends were woken up by this. Not a huge deal though!

Pros: We've stayed here twice - both times while visiting our son who is staying at Northeastern for the summer. It is an easy drive of only a few minutes between Northeastern and the hotel. Our room was very nice on both trips, and the staff is friendly. It has the feeling of a boutique hotel. If you like to run, the hotel is just across the street from Olmstead Park and from there you can run on green space in either direction - including right to the Charles River.
Cons: Our only complaint is the parking. If you can find a spot on the street, you can park for free (a plus). And several nights, we have been able to do this. But if you can't find a free spot, valet is your only option and, for the cost, it was surprising to find that the staff could not drive a standard shift. My husband had to valet it himself, but they still charged us the full price (which was almost as much as a downtown hotel). On the other trip, we drove my car, which is automatic, but when we asked for it to be brought around, they couldn't locate the valet. So we had to go get it ourselves. We're flexible, so not a big deal, but it would have been nice if they had acknowledged the issue and offered to reduce the parking charge.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Competitive rate for Boston, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable, and excellent walk-in spacious tiled bathroom/shower.
Cons: We were there for a brief overnight stay after ballgame so didn’t get a chance to walk around the hotel so no recommendations.

Good 7,7
Pros: There was an employee at the front desk (not the one who checked me in) and she was extremely helpful in telling me where to go to catch the subway. She was worth the stay! But sorry I do not remember her name.
Cons: The shuttle service from the airport was horrible. The instructions of the pick-up location were terrible. I had to call the main hotel phone number which took me a few minutes to wade through the automated service. The driver did not see me and left. When he picked me up he said he didn't speak English. But the next morning, he was speaking English very well to the front desk employees. The employees I spoke to on the phone from the hotel were rude and patronizing. I would not stay here again in order to catch the shuttle to the airport.
Good 6,5
Pros: The staff was great and very helpful! Rooms were nice and clean!
Cons: Location was not good for us other than it's proximity to the subway. Lobby, breakfast and bar areas were dirty but rooms were clean!
Okay 5,7
Pros: Comfort and cookies
Cons: Can't even get a free coffee in the lobby unless you get a buffet....
Good 7,4
Pros: I stayed here a year ago and the renovations to the rooms from then to now are wonderful. Room was clean and crisp. Would be nice if the room had a fridge though. Unlike the other two Double Tree's in the Boston area this one has a shuttle to the airport and it will also shuttle you to the downtown area making it convenient for sightseeing. The other two look more elegant but I would pick this one for those two perks the others don't offer.
Cons: At almost $300 for one night it was too expensive - being a holiday week and the big rowing event in town I think it's called price gouging. Also the people at the front desk could have used a bit more training and should be taught not to mumble when they talk. And after my stay I've called 3 times trying to inquire why the charge on my card is higher than my receipt. First call to the front desk they hung up on me, second call I was put on hold and they never picked up again, third call the phone rang 17 times before somebody picked up - he gave me an explanation that made no sense. I will try one more time this week before filing a formal complaint.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: The hotel was easy to find as it was right off the highway. Our room was super clean, bathroom was spottless. Hotel staff were all super friendly.
Cons: We had to pay $15 a night for parking which I found insane since we were already paying $100 a night for the room. They also charged for wifi unless you were a Hilton Rewards member which I didn't like. When I did sign up for the Hilton rewards to get the free wifi the wifi connection was awful and I couldn't imagine paying for something that barely worked. When you're paying that much for a room per night the least they could do is include wifi. No continental breakfast. They also did not have. Refrigerator in the room. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but that's all you get for your money.
Good 6,5
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: There are many things about this hotel we did not like. For starters the manager Mohammed was not very helpful at all. He did not even point us in the right direction to find our room. Also I think it is rediclous that we had to pay $12 dollars to park at the hotel when we are staying there. It should have been included. Also since we paid $120 for the room breakfast should have been included but we were told we did not qualify for the free breakfast in the morning. We will be visiting boston again in the very near future but we will not be stayying at the double tree on Vernon st off of exit 15 in Boston. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone mainly because the staff and manager were not polite and were horrible at their jobs. I hope other double tree hotels are not like this one.
Good 6,0
Pros: I like the shuttle to/from the airport. The convenient access to JKM/UMASS T station.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was convenient to the T (subway) and bus line. I know there is a park close by as well as the JFK Library. I didn't get to see much of anything due to frigid temps. I had to check out a day early due to an impending blizzard. Laura, the office manager was super helpful and authorized a refund. There is a cafe right on the lobby. Food is so so but convenient if you want grab something quick.
Good 7,7
Cons: Deli/cafe staff was a little uppity
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Staff was very helpful and the shuttle service prompt and courteous.
Cons: No early breakfast ... had to leave at 05:00 AM and there was little to eat before heading out.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: I didn't like anything there. The staff were not professional. I will never recommend anyone to stay there.
Cons: The staff were rude. We didn't have towels. We called for it and it 30 minutes to get it.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Excellent, polite and pleasant staff. Fair rates, clean rooms, quiet at night, comfortable bed.
Mediocre 2,3
Pros: Staff at the front desk
Cons: Staff in the Market Place, a little shop in the hotel, 2 Asian women, were not friendly and greedy about sandwiches. Another day there were 2 African American women who were very polite and happy to make food for us.
Good 7,0
Pros: Good transport links to city centre, comfortable, and good value for money. Would stay here again.
Cons: Be careful when checking out, if you dont specifically ask for your deposit they wont give it back to you.
Okay 5,0
Cons: Heard the people in the next room so clearly, one would think we were in same room.. Not good!
Good 7,3
Pros: Great room with a huge bed.
Good 7,2
Pros: clean , close to public transport , confortable bed
Cons: not close to city center, parking fee (it should be free of charge as in it is far away from city center)
Mediocre 3,6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: in the first night they give us room 630:noise aircondition dnt work,no ventilation in the room. After one day they change us the room.
Okay 5,2
Pros: The price was fair enough. It is close to the station. Nice lobby. Large comfortable room. Good elevators.
Cons: Breakfast - not included - very poor choice. Filthy bath tub and a curtain. Quite far from the city's historical parts.
Good 7,2
Pros: We chose the hotel because it was near to the airport and had a shuttle bus.Very welcome after a long flight. The room was very comfortable and clean. The cafe was adequate for our needs. I suspect we will stay here again.
Cons: There was no restaurant in the hotel or nearby, which was not a problem for us this time, but could be at another time.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I liked the ease at which I booked and checked out, as well as the comfort of the room.

Good 6,8
Pros: Right next to children's hospital
Cons: Had no hot water for shower Grille service is not great
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location near Fenway Park and T stops. Food Court adjacent. Great value. Nice staff
Excellent 9,1
Pros: A group of four of us all in our mid 20's.. Went on New Year's Eve. Great room, comfy beds, location was alright... Food around was convenient tho. It is a hospital area hotel so beware you might here ambulances but it's a city, you could hear that regardless. Anyways, the staff were SO GREAT! And it was well worth the price.. Lets be real, you're not staying in a hotel like this... To just stay in the hotel. For sleeping, getting ready and with great staff... I called it a win!
Cons: Location... But if it was anywhere hott it would be more expensive so... And no breakfast :(
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Stayed at the Inn while attending classes at the medical campus. The location is perfect, literally across the street. The food court provides an option for fast food so you have an alternative. I wound up walking 10 minutes to the Stop and Shop on Tremont and Huntington for healthier choices. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The hallway carpets were getting tired. The rooms were smallish, at least the one I got was fine for me. If it was for a couple staying for medical visits, then it might be snug. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. I didn't try the exercise facilities which were a block away. No real shortcomings, particularly if you were coming for business or medical needs. Not an entertainment venue, but if you wanted someplace that is not as expensive as downtown and were willing to use the T, this provides an option for 1-2 people.
Good 6,0
Pros: Close to hospital Staff helped to figure out the Kayak reservation.
Cons: Getting to the hotel and finding my Kayak reservation was not in their system, causing a lot of extra work to get it resolved. Delayed check in for over an hour, which was not appreciated since we had traveled many hours through bad weather to get there. PLEASE FIX THAT ISSUE!!!!!!! Room is too expensive.
Good 6,0
Pros: As i needed a closed place to CBHospital, the location is perfect. The room is quiet spacey but the bath quiet small. They have free wi-fi, micro + frig, which is connivance.
Cons: Very bad isolation! even after changing my room to another side and upper level i still could hear the noise from outside ( and the people passing in the corridor) !
Mediocre 3,4
Cons: Mouse in room--ugh! Was told I would get patient rate but was told it wasn't available when I checked out. 100 dollar difference which was a shock
Good 6,5
Cons: There were no bath towels in the room and it took 20 minutes to bring them. The door lock reprogrammed itself and I couldn't get back in until I went to the desk and had the key card reprogrammed.
Good 6,7
Pros: The staff was exceptionally helpful. The gentlemen at the front desk went out of his way to help us find answers to questions we had about the area. Restaurant at the hotel was very good and stayed open late which was great for us as we arrived late and were hungry.
Cons: Room was very nice, all the ammenities one would need and very clean, however the mattress was very uncomfortable. My husband nor I slept well and felt it was the mattress.
Good 7,0
Pros: The longwood Grill restaurant where the food was good and the staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: The constant sound of Sirens and the fact that in my 5 days there, the only selection in the soda machine on the eighth floor was Coke a Cola.
Good 6,3
Pros: This was not a cheap hotel costing over £140per night
Cons: No breakfast and reviews had stated Best in Bioston what rubbish
Okay 4,0
Pros: Close to the conference centre.
Cons: The room was not that great.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The second room on the sixth floor was much better than the one on seventh. The ensuite bathroom was better designed and more practical for family use.
Cons: The staff was not very accommodating and insisted on checking out and checking into another room for the extra day I had booked. In hindsight that was better because I got a better room.
Good 6,3
Pros: Very comfortable and in a decent location.
Cons: Noisy traffic nearby.
Mediocre 3,2
Pros: We liked best that we stayed just one night!!!
Cons: Very unfriendly front desk (2 different persons), excessively noisy room: noisy fan unit, ambulance sirens (hospitals nearby), etc. We had the impression that the windows were wide open (but they weren't). The announced preferential parking fee (18$) not for 24h but until noon next day only! Bad value for money.
Good 6,4
Pros: location
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7,2
Pros: The hotel was at a fantastic location, the service was great, and the room was wonderful.
Cons: The only thing, and it's a minor complaint, was that we had trouble with the lights. The light in the bathroom only worked sporadically and the main switches worked on and off.
Good 6,0
Pros: Good location for the event I was attending.

Okay 5,1
Cons: there was a mouse in my room and basically couldn't get refunded because i didnt book with the hotel themselves.
Good 7,7
Pros: Room was fine. Internet was reliable and quick enough. Would be a good choice if you are driving but don't want to be as far out as Revere etc.
Cons: The biggest flaw to this hotel for me was the shuttle. When travelling through Boston, I limit my hotel searches To those offering a shuttle. Unfortunately, this time I booked in a rush during a flight connection and the site I used didn't make it clear it only ran shuttles until 8pm - although after 8pm would be when a shuttle is really needed over public transport. Also, during the day, the shuttles are not frequent enough. I will not stay here again, just because the shuttle service is not sufficient. If I'm paying taxi prices, I may as well spend more on a different hotel. There are a lot of sirens, so if noise bothers you that might be an issue.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was great. Great deal for a King Studio Room.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The location was great as far as getting in and out of Boston itself. The Cuban restaurant attached had great drinks and great bartenders. Was hopping on a Saturday night when we returned to the hotel. The hotel staff, upon check in, had great suggestions and ideas for places to eat that were nearby where we would be going. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Also, a continental breakfast was available, free of charge, each morning. A bonus.
Cons: The neighborhood was shady. You wouldn't want to be out walking, alone, at night. The convenience store on the corner was full of bums. The hotel, itself, was fine, however, I was a bit unhappy that our room wasn't cleaned when we came back at 2:30pm. Other than that, all was good.
Good 7,3
Pros: Easy access from highway and quick cab ride into downtown
Cons: Location near hospital and rehab patients outside surrounding hotel
Excellent 9,4
Pros: We received superb service and were very pleased with our room. Upon arriving shortly after 7am, we were offered a free upgrade to a suite so that we could 'get some rest.' Everyone on staff were friendly and anticipated our needs. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The location of the hotel is a bit dicey. While waiting for the bus, we say several drug deals take place. To avoid this, we subsequently caught the bus on the other side of Boston General on Mass Ave.
Good 6,3
Pros: The location of the hotel.
Cons: 1) Parking Charges (Other hotels are offering free complimentary car park)
Good 7,7
Pros: Location and the staff were so friendly and helpful.they offer free shuttle to the airport and to the shopping centres and the free breakfast was so nice
Cons: Actually nothing
Good 6,7
Pros: Staff were mostly helpful, rooms was large and clean, breakfast was a great selection, had no problems here at all.
Cons: Ambulance noise. Dealt with this by having the A/C on all night.
Okay 5,7
Pros: Clean, spacious room; well equiped and organised hotel; free shuttle service to downtown, business unit (internet) and breakfast are the fine aspects of this hotel.
Cons: Some personnel at the reception desk lacked patience and friendliness. The price for parking should have be given at the website.
Good 7,3
Pros: the breakfast and friendly service
Okay 5,3
Pros: Good welcome, big large room, little far from the center with no subway. For good walker!
Cons: Sheets of the bed were torn. The breakfast was not varied and poor quality
Good 6,4
Pros: Value for money

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons: —-
Good 6,5
Pros: Staff was great, very nice. The hallways smelled like old cologne mixed with cigarette smoke. Parking was self serve and you had to hunt, not a whole lot of space. We could easily hear the people in the room next to us having a conversation so I suggest that you don't stay here to plan classified operations. Breakfast was great!
Cons: Hallways smelled like smoke. No hot water in morning. Parking was tight.
Good 6,3
Pros: Enjoyed the service provided; the desk staff and the shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and advice. I had a bit of problems with the internet initially, but the desk staff was able to connect me to technical support who promptly resolved it. The complementary internet as well as breakfast was a nice touch; not used to getting this.
Good 6,0
Pros: First of all the staff were amazing. Felt so comfortable there. complimentary breakfast, free internet, free shuttle to metro altho only a 5 min walk. Close to large shopping centre with 2 good restaurants. Again good value Excellent value for money, location not great, but worth it.
Cons: The location, and we had a leak in bedroom when shower was being used overhead. Hotel being renovated so all this will be sorted.
Good 7,3
Pros: the hotel is fine. Even if the location is not in an interesting area, it is safe and well connected with the underground
Good 7,7
Pros: 24hr tea and coffee available
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The beds were amazing. They were very comfortable. The staff was also amazing. They all were very helpful.
Cons: The breakfast could have more healthy options.
Good 6,7
Pros: It was convenient to the city, port, museum and freeway. The breakfast was adequate and very convenient
Cons: Not sufficient parking for this size Hotel
Good 6,3
Pros: The hotel staff is incredible; they do their best to offer an excellent service!
Cons: Not really
Good 7,7
Pros: Arriving after a long day of travel, with minimal funds and identification(due to a stolen wallet) the helpfulness of the evening staff was much appreciated. The ride to the airport the next morning did not seem as long as the night before.

Okay 4,0
Cons: Prize did not match the accommodation
Mediocre 3,1
Pros: Staff was friendly and tried to help.
Cons: Room was 20 feet from train tracks, yes, it ran all night! In-wall heater/AC wouldn't turn off Couldn't plug in lamp, frig., and TV at the same time! Carpet was filthy! No good food within walking distance. Shuttle ran on no schedule, it's luck if you catch it. Took 1.5 hours to get from airport to hotel. Skip this hotel and skip Boston!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Extremely friendly staff
Cons: $100 security deposite
Okay 4,0
Cons: Water was leaking from my bathroom ceiling.
Okay 5,1
Pros: Comfortable bed!
Cons: We waited for airport shuttle 45 minutes, called hotel several times and they said it will be coming... Didn't show so we then took taxi $37.50, good thing hotel paid for it. All kinds of debris in front of hotel.
Okay 4,2
Pros: convenient shuttle route to take the train
Cons: I had 2 reservation for one night and one week, when my second reservation started the hotel made a mistake and cancel my reservation for no reason, apparently "someone" cancel the reservation, the Manager (Kellie Pabst) didn't know who and when did this cancellation. She wanted to charge again for the one week reservation, I had to call Expedia to have a solution, because the Manager didn't want to do anything. I had to wait 4 hours to solve this problem, but the manager didn't seem worry about it. She treat me very unrespecfull
Good 6,0
Pros: The staffs are very nice.
Cons: Our room was very noisy from 5:50am to 12:45am every day because it's next to the Tline metro track. The train runs every few minutes, very annoying.
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: Very unhelpful and inexperienced front desk. I booked a double room and they tried to give me a single. When I went back down to correct their mistake they tried to tell me they were sold out. The shuttle took 2+ hours to get to the hotel. There was a train right next to the hotel that kept us up all night.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Paid a little over $100.00, and no valet fees seeing as how it is self parking. Free breakfast.
Good 6,0
Pros: For me having lived in Dorchester for many yrs and recently moved to the country, it is super convienient for a wkend getaway.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: closeness to the city
Cons: next to train tracks, couldn't sleep the all night due to the trains passing by
Okay 4,7
Pros: Difficult to find an hotel in Boston area, with acceptable fare . Comfort Inn Boston do propose it at a "regular" rate.
Cons: Hotel near train tracks. Train noise during the night. Extra 3 $ fee to pay in addition to booking.com rate. I think I booked twin beds , but Comfort Inn didn't get the request.
Good 6,0
Pros: the internet and the shuttle to airport
Okay 5,6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: remote control did not control the t.v, we were in a handicapped room, so once you were in bed, how does a handicapped person change the channel??
Okay 5,6
Pros: The shuttle to the metro
Cons: The smell of the room as if people do smoke there although it is none smoking room
Okay 5,2
Pros: Convenient to MBTA Transit station which saved me on time and expense of driving into downtown Boston
Cons: The pickup schedule at the the MBTA Transit station was consistently not adhered to and caused an excessive wait time until the next hotel shuttle arrived. There was no apparent reason why this was the case other than the shuttle service did not want to wait at the station.
Good 6,0
Pros: Late arrival was no problem; free airport shuttle
Cons: A little further away from the airport than expected.
Good 7,2
Pros: staff were wonderful
Cons: The front door hit me pretty hard on the way in, I mentioned it at the desk.

Excellent 8,2
Pros: Location, convenience, old building, easy and clear check in and out, cleanliness
Cons: Beds were bit soft for us.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodated my needs in any way they could. The location is excellent, with great pubs and restaurants within a short walk. The green line stop is across the street. It takes just 20-30 mins to reach downtown boston
Cons: It's an older building without much charm or common facilities (breakfast must be taken standing up)
Good 6,3
Cons: ..
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: The location was awesome - right by the train and just 15 mins from downtown boston. Close to the beautiful reservoir which is a great place togo for a run/walk.
Cons: The lock on our door was broken and since we were leaving our computer during the day and since the front door was unlocked from 8am to 8pm we were pretty concerned. We expressed this concern and were told that there was nothing that could be done (no refunds, no room switching, no way to fix the lock). The "solution" we were given was to "hide our computer in a drawer..." I think there was blood on our shower curtain (it looked like a stain and not the fault of the people who clean the rooms). The shower leaked onto the floor. The wallpaper was peeling off all over. Our shower mat had holes in it and was clearly very very old. Breakfast wasn't good - worse than costco pastries.
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Well located from a short walking distance from train .
Cons: This is not a hotel. It should not be in your list of 100 hotels of Boston. It´s a B&B with a poor service( they live at 8pm and return next day at 8am ) and have no tables neither chairs for a poor breakfast. I had a room in the 3rd level and to climb cracking narrow stairs.
Okay 4,3
Pros: Location was good - steps from public transportation; good value.
Cons: Room was clean at check-in, but was never cleaned again after that (only the beds were made and the towels replaced sometimes).
Good 7,3
Pros: My son and I enjoyed our stay very much on a trip to visit BU. A nice oasis in Boston, charming bed and breakfast, responsive and friendly staff to our inquiries and made arrangements for a very late arrival. A place that feels of history in charming area of Boston, easy trip downtown on the subway. Will plan to stay there again.
Cons: No.
Good 6,4
Pros: Location near the t is marvelous. All the neighbourhood is also vey nice a very good free internet access either via wifi or via a computer located on 2nd floor The rooms are quite big and bathroom is very convenient
Cons: Impossible to park overnight without getting a file of 30 us$. It is compulsury to use parking facility of hotel which is very crowded and is an overcost of 20$ per night. You should mention that
Good 7,2
Pros: Location. Very easy to get in and out of Boston.
Cons: Value. The price seemed a bit high for what we actually received.
Good 6,8
Pros: It is conveniently located on the green line. The atmosphere of the rooms are also nice. The staff was very helpful too.
Cons: the poor breakfast ( i usually drank some tea but skipped the rest)
Okay 4,8
Pros: Quiet neighborhood, close to the train.
Cons: The first room was an emergency exit room with big metal exit latches on the door and windows. The exit sign glowed red all night. I moved to a second room. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was very very tiny. There was only enough room to turn around, I couldn't bend down.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The Bed
Cons: No coffee in the early morning

Pros: The Breakfast was excellent!
Cons: The heater did not work. The room reached until 59 degrees, we notify front desk their answer was "in summer (September) they does not turn it on.
Okay 5,4
Pros: I liked that it was convenient and had availability. The price was ok, compared to what other hotels were going for around the area.
Cons: i felt like it could have been cleaner. The room felt very damp, as if there had been no air but the air conditioning circulating the room. There were spiders every where - In the curtains, on the wall when I woke up, in the bathroom smashed on the wall. I couldn't wait to check out. The bed was terrible. It flt like it was very old mattress, extra soft and springy.
Okay 4,2
Pros: My favorite thing about this place is that they had a poland spring water jug in the lobby.
Cons: It’s old and needs to be updated. Room wasn’t the cleanest. The breakfast was lacking, the only saving grace was the waffle station.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Convient location
Cons: Unexpected parking fee
Good 7,7
Pros: When I arrived, the employee working at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
Good 7,0
Pros: The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (plenty of food and variety).
Good 6,0
Pros: Great location for visiting BU campus and proximity to the T line. Really appreciate the full breakfast and free internet. Near Whole Foods Grocery store for stocking up on supplies for the fridge or microwave use.
Cons: The heating unit was noisy and difficult to control the temperature comfortably.
Okay 5,3
Pros: The modest breakfast offered in the lobby area as part of our room charge was convenient and allowed us to start our day quickly. The hotel's close proximity to Boston College was very helpful for anyone visiting the school.
Cons: This is a hotel to use for one or two nights for practical reasons. It was a little difficult to locate, and just satisfied our minimum requirements for comfort, but we were happy to have the extra pocket money.
Good 6,0
Pros: The front desk guy was really nice and accommodative.
Cons: a stronger internet connection would have been good, and the continental breakfast should have been served until 11:00 am.
Okay 5,6
Pros: The great bedroom: big, good looking and with a confortable king-sized bed. The staff were very nice and always trying to help. A good breakfast, a nice neighbourhood... I really liked this hotel!

Pros: First impressions we're excellent and that didn't change throughout my trip. The room was nicer than expected and perfectly cleaned. The front desk staff were very helpful, courteous and even helped me set up my Uber app (if you don't have it, you have to get it...perfect for Boston). I book into Best Westerns a few times a year and will definitely book into the Roundhouse on my next trip to Boston. A personal note: Thank you to all the staff at the Best Western Roundhouse for making me feel at home. -Joe
Cons: Not exactly centrally located, but the inexpensive transportation made it a wash.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great room for the price. Great free breakfast with good hours (served until 10:30am unlike most hotels).
Cons: The windows in the suite were really very drafty.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Neighborhood is noisy with lots of sirens
Good 6,2
Pros: Very nice and quiet . Only thing is about heating system in the room ( noisy)
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The service was excellent!!
Mediocre 2,8
Pros: Breakfast & shuttle.
Cons: Poor location. Very noisy location sirens all night, poor windows so you can hear everything. Lots of people on the streets screaming all night long. Not very secure and safe location for families. Parking is park at own risk.
Good 6,8
Pros: Carlos at front desk was very responsive and great - promptly changed our room to snother floor after we alerted him to heavy smoking odors on floor that wafted into our room and permeated elevator. Carlos came up quickly, said noticed the heavy smoke as soon as he arrived in th hallway. Round suite on upper floor was very nice with french foor separating sitting area with pullout bed - plush, updated, and clean - nice toiletries. Free parking and location near colleges we were visiting was the dras for us. Breakfast had hot selections and staff kind but mediocre in flavor.
Cons: Cleanliness inside did not match lack of cleanliness and debris outside or trash areas issues. Not a good area - best to jump in car and eat breakfast elsewhere.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: Morning breakfast was tasteful, the staff pleasant. However the noise level surrounding this hotel was horrendous, got no sleep at all.
Cons: Noise level, combination of construction nearby which continued thoroughout the night, as well as ambulance sirens intermittently. It was a one time experience which I will not repeat.
Good 6,0
Pros: The rooms were nice.
Cons: They over booked and messed up my reservations, so I had to settle for a king bed with some gassy girls.
Good 6,0
Pros: My 16 year old daughter and boyfriend had tickets to the Celtics game and the drive home to Stamford, CT was to long that time of night so I found this room on booking.com and it suited its purpose. It is about 2.6 miles from the TD Garden but it is in somewhat of an industrial area. But if you are looking for a room to sleep in and a great Continental breakfast...it suits the purpose.
Okay 5,3
Pros: Confortable. Clean. Particulary convenient location for my trip.
Cons: There was not water available at the room nor the breakfast area during the day.
Okay 5,7
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Good 7,2
Pros: I loved the continental breakfast every morning. Good selection, good hours - great way to start the day.
Cons: Not necessarily the hotel --- but Boston itself and trying to find your way around with the one way streets etc.
Good 6,8
Pros: Fitness suite
Cons: No information about how to get shuttle at airport; in the low rent disrict
Okay 5,6
Pros: smooth operation
Cons: small breakfast restaurant

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful, the drivers pick you up and take you to and from JFK u mass train station, the front desk answered all my questions and were extremely friendly and joked around like they were our friends. Location looks a little shady but had no problems at this Ramada, all around an enjoyable visit l
Okay 4,2
Cons: It is an old filthy building. False advertising. Does not look ANYTHING like what was advertised!!! Only good thing about it was the mattress and the breakfast. Other than that it was a dump. Bad area too.
Mediocre 2,8
Pros: Personel at front desk and shuttle driver
Cons: No area for people to really go to wait for 3:00 check in. Vacuum cleaner left in breakfat area. No bath plug to allow one to take bath. Dirty in room. No cups. Dirty carpet. Broken bar in bathroom that should have been repaired. I asked for wake up call that didn't happen. I wanted to take 4 am shuttle was told it was full. Took 5 am. Big traffic congestion at Airport. Lucky. It would have been nice to have better directory of a available places to eat or go to within walking distAnce. I would not recommend. Even paying less money. I expect cleanliness and basic services
Good 6,0
Pros: We stayed on 3rd floor. It was very inconveniet since elevator did not work, However they had an excellent continental breakfast.
Good 7,1
Pros: I liked the room and location once I got into the room it was very nice and I would stay there again if I had to.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I reserved my room online and no where on there said I needed a credit card for the $100 holding fee so when I get there I couldn't use my card I reserved the room with. And instead of putting the customer first I got treat like it was my fault and got the run around. The person at the desk kept telling me when you pay online they should have the policy on there and I said they didn't so that's between. You and them I didn't know so how we going to resolved this? I even called customer service for the place I purchased the hotel on and still couldn't get it resolved. I had to call my mom to use her credit card. I think you guys need to make sure that the policy of the $100 hold on their credit card should be put online when they book a room online or should somehow have a better solution to this for ppl who don't know this and use their cards that is not credit cards because if not tell ppl to book with the hotel so they can get all the information straight from you guys so they won't be blindsided once they get there and can't use their let's say pre paid card or something.
Okay 4,8
Pros: Friendly professional staff. Free breakfast buffet. Free wifi.
Cons: I've stayed here before for business. Something always wrong...one time the heater broke. Another time the shower head was too low, like it was installed for a midget. Another time there was a weird stain on the heater. Sometimes the room has bad wifi (hotel has a few dead spots). No room service. Hotel used to be a motel that was later enclosed. So the hallways are as cold as the outside. Strange place.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Those beds and pillows are amazing. Had to take a look at the brand so I can buy one in the future when I move out Lol. Free breakfast too
Cons: The bathroom needs to be redone the sink is in the room. For the most part it's fine for a quick night or two.
Okay 5,4
Pros: The free shuttle too and from the T station was awesome! Made the vacation so much easier, and all the drivers and front desk workers were really friendly. Also close proximity to a bowling alley and restaurants were nice for when we didnt want to go far from the hotel.
Cons: The room was dirty... found mold in both the mini fridge and the area that i thought contained the thermostat on the air conditioner. Carpets were stained and the hallways were so hot and humid!
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff they were very friendly with everything.
Cons: The hotel was being renovated so everything looked like it was in shambles, that's fine and understandable even though no where online does it state that. The rooms are situated in a very weird way my room had a window that was facing a wall on the inside hallway and there was no light coming in. The doors didn't lock property and the hallway felt like a sauna because if the pool that you can view from the hallways walking to most of the rooms. Overall this place was a big over priced rip off I could have stayed at a motel 6 for much better
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean room, super soft pillows, easy to get to, very friendly staff
Cons: Very cold hallways, tv stations were all very staticy
Excellent 8,5
Pros: BEDS AND PILLOWS ARE AWESOME
Cons: WIFI IS ALWAYS FAILING MY ROOM 287 WAS TOO FAR FROM THE ANTENNA I WAS CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTED AND THIS IS VERY ANNOYING
Okay 4,0
Pros: Great distance from the city and close to the expressway.
Cons: The rooms were loud because the windows wouldn't shut all the way, the wifi didn't work and the TV's need to be updated. For a 1 night stay, a little pricey.
Good 6,3
Pros: good location
Cons: breakfast was just allright.
Okay 5,3
Pros: +Shuttle from/to airport and subway
Cons: noise from road and condition, not enough tables for breakfast.
Good 7,0
Pros: Clean, exellent facilities, supportive staff
Cons: noizy heating system
Okay 5,6
Pros: There were local restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.
Good 6,3
Pros: The staff were helpful and the shuttles to both the metro and airport were excellent
Cons: The rooms although large need updating and the decor needs a refresh, breakfast was fine.
Good 6,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Very difficult to find - in fact GPS coul not find it and kept going wrong.
Okay 5,6
Pros: I liked the Tavern restaurant next door; good food, very friendly servers. The continental breakfast was very good.
Cons: The hotel smelled like smoke inside the room even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The Ramada seems to have last been decorated in about 1950. It's not just tatty and smelly, but infested: I got a couple of insect bites on my leg. Breakfast was awful: the cheapest and junkiest of junk food. Finally, when I ordered a cab to get out of there, the front desk didn't bother. After a wait, I had to ask them again. This hotel should be closed down by the health and safety inspectors
Okay 5,6
Pros: Friendly staff and easy access from subway station
Cons: $review.cons

Cons: It was filthy and in a bad area.
