Front desk staff quite abrupt.
Parking a little rough if you have a full size vehicle..At one point I couldn’t even open my door next time I’ll try parking on upper level.
Pros. Location near Fenway Park and T stops. Food Court adjacent. Great value. Nice staff
Pros. Close to hospital Staff helped to figure out the Kayak reservation.
Cons. Getting to the hotel and finding my Kayak reservation was not in their system, causing a lot of extra work to get it resolved. Delayed check in for over an hour, which was not appreciated since we had traveled many hours through bad weather to get there. PLEASE FIX THAT ISSUE!!!!!!! Room is too expensive.
Cons. Mouse in room--ugh! Was told I would get patient rate but was told it wasn't available when I checked out. 100 dollar difference which was a shock

Cons. There were no bath towels in the room and it took 20 minutes to bring them. The door lock reprogrammed itself and I couldn't get back in until I went to the desk and had the key card reprogrammed.
Pros. A group of four of us all in our mid 20's.. Went on New Year's Eve. Great room, comfy beds, location was alright... Food around was convenient tho. It is a hospital area hotel so beware you might here ambulances but it's a city, you could hear that regardless. Anyways, the staff were SO GREAT! And it was well worth the price.. Lets be real, you're not staying in a hotel like this... To just stay in the hotel. For sleeping, getting ready and with great staff... I called it a win!
Cons. Location... But if it was anywhere hott it would be more expensive so... And no breakfast :(
Pros. As i needed a closed place to CBHospital, the location is perfect. The room is quiet spacey but the bath quiet small. They have free wi-fi, micro + frig, which is connivance.
Cons. Very bad isolation! even after changing my room to another side and upper level i still could hear the noise from outside ( and the people passing in the corridor) !
Pros. Stayed at the Inn while attending classes at the medical campus. The location is perfect, literally across the street. The food court provides an option for fast food so you have an alternative. I wound up walking 10 minutes to the Stop and Shop on Tremont and Huntington for healthier choices. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The hallway carpets were getting tired. The rooms were smallish, at least the one I got was fine for me. If it was for a couple staying for medical visits, then it might be snug. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. I didn't try the exercise facilities which were a block away. No real shortcomings, particularly if you were coming for business or medical needs. Not an entertainment venue, but if you wanted someplace that is not as expensive as downtown and were willing to use the T, this provides an option for 1-2 people.
