Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location, great view, nice room. Nancy was very nice and helpfull.
Cons: The french doors in Room 205 are missing bolts on fixed door so the doors kept opening. We had to tie them shut around the door handles from the inside.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Loved the location- super convenient to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the waterfront views and balcony..Room was very spacious and quiet.
Cons: 1) no guaranteed parking onsite 2) water temperature not hot enough 3) no snacks in the room- since no staff onsite after 6pm or room service- we got hungry 4) need black out blinds in room
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Prompt delivery at requested time. Food was great!
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Within walking distant and accessible to many interesting spots in the city
Cons: Breakfast variety could have been improved.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I enjoyed the views I had & staff was great. Hotel was definitely very very clean probably cleanest one ever lol. Definitely nice since it only 10 rooms don't have many people there.
Cons: Ok so the only thing I didn't like or kinda didn't appreciate was having to pay for parking at the yacht haven . I took the penthouse for 3 days cost a nice price and then to get told when I get there I have to pay $45 to park in front of the building because there was only 10 spots & 5 were for rooms begin taken I guess the other 5 were for employees. To me this was kinda ridiculous parking should of been included especially at the price.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fantastic staff. We stayed in the penthouse and it was very charming. Super comfortable bed. Beautiful views. The chef was amazing. Great breakfast
Cons: The only thing I would’ve like was the availability of brewed coffee. There is a keurig in the room and in the lobby downstairs. Otherwise everything was great
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.
Cons: Can't think of anything!

Good 7,0
Pros: It’s beautiful on the waterfront. Close to everything. Staff was lovely, and the hotel was very clean.
Cons: The rooms were advertised to have bathtubs. The rooms are pretty small, the TV didn’t really work, and the room amenities (coffee, mini fridge) were bare minimum. Two single k cups of coffee, two packets of cream and sugar? The smallest fridge I’ve ever seen.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The tamo restaurant
Cons: The picture did not match what it was like construction everywhere terrible view !!!!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We were given a corner room which are always the best, larger and quieter. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Cons: The garage was difficult to navigate with respect to hotel elevators
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Parking for hotel guests should be free or lot cheaper

Pros: Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: "Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: No heat
Good 7,1
Cons: The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
Excellent 8,8
Cons: I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
Cons: We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Cons: Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.

Okay 5,0
Pros: First got a decorating room. Then change to a pretty small one. Room service cannot speak English well. Bad experience.
Cons: Room is too small.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everyone was so cordial and polite that it made our stay better.. extremely helpful staff
Cons: Could have better view
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The resturant was absolutely amazing. The best dinner I have had in a long time. The valet were super friendly and quick.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The music from the restaurant down stairs was thinking all night so don’t plan to go to bed if you’re on a lower floor before 1.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Hotel location and convenience
Cons: location
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
Excellent 9,7
Cons: Menu options and Room Service could be better (and available 24/7), instead of limited until 11 pm
Excellent 10,0
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel is super clean with without a doubt the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.it is almost on the freedom trail and so close to the common it is in easy walk of Quincey market and both cheers pubs and all tourist stops are easily assessable by one of the tour bus at bottom of market .worth every penny
Cons: Ok to be picky no restaurant mostly coffee shops and food concession s but this encourages you to go further and Boston is easy to get about .ok bar is limited but what they do offer in very good but it's no pub .old fashioned. is outstanding but only few bottled beers no draft
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful room with an awesome mattress! Fancy hotel right in the heart of downtown. Definitely recommend.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Chic hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service.
Cons: It's hard to think of anything we didn't like
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Great location, central to most attractions. Very polite and helpful staff
Cons: Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Great ,location, layout, quality, and service. Our second stay here and we remain fans of this newer downtown hotel. Comfortable beds, quality fixture, terrific, huge Tv, fast wifi. Haven't tried the food. The bar was nice.
Cons: Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Convenient, clean, very nice, sleek, efficient
Cons: Tight rooms for two travelers with large bags
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Tasteful and modern décor, beautiful details, friendly staff, comfortable beds, location, complimentary bottles of water
Cons: TV program transmission quality was spotty. Glass shower screen led to wet bathroom floor and soaking bath mats after every shower. Ice machine hard to locate and not on every floor.
Good 7,4
Pros: The Godfrey is very Modern, ideally located and the staff is super friendly. ( Except for the manager on duty when I checked in.)
Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site, didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??
Good 6,2
Pros: The location
Cons: First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but still noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel
Okay 4,5
Pros: Breakfast, decor, location, comfortable bed.
Cons: Waking up to a 45 degree room and being told that a refund was not possible. They did provide a space heater, but after a few hours it only raised the temperature to 49 degrees. No refund?! The Godfrey said I have to get the refund through the website. I expect a runaround.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff at the Langham hotel genuinely made us feel welcome. The room was well appointed and the restaurants and spa were superb. We will be back again!
Good 7,7
Pros: The location was he best part of this hotel. Everything downtown was a short, safe walk (T stops, Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market). The room was small for the price but it was well kept. Everything was clean and staff was quick to respond to any requests we had.
Cons: Our AC/Heater broke on our last day there so we had to move rooms because it could not be fixed that night. It kept making an awful buzzing noise every few seconds and would have made sleeping impossible. It was about 8:30 at night and it was really the last thing we wanted to do. Fortunately, they had another room available, and they told us it was an upgrade (it wasn’t), but it was still a process to have to pack all of our stuff up and move it. No discount was offered for the inconveniece. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Clean, quiet, and relatively posh with ample room size. Luxury, but not high end luxury...hotel has good bones, but is older. Still a nice place to stay
Cons: Modern amenities in rooms for technology not really available...no charging ports, limited plugs even near the desk. Also the restaurant was not open at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday, just the bar with a more limited menu.
Good 6,5
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The quality of service at the Langham is exceptional. I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff were universally excellent, the accommodations so truly comfortable, and so many lovely extras included. I stayed following an historic blizzard in Boston, and being in that space, so warmly greeted, every need considered -- I can't say enough about how wonderful this establishment is. I would stay again, every time I'm in Boston!
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the friendly staff and beautiful reception areas
Cons: faultless
Okay 4,2
Pros: Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic
Cons: Dated & Tired, especially considering the price tag
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Staff very helpful.
Cons: The price of brunch.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. I stay here for work as a united airlines Capt on my Boston layover, and we are treated so well that I brought my wife up for a weekend stay .. We walked to Fanual Hall, and Aquarium.. Shopped. Went to a Red Sox -Yankees game ( Sox won
Cons: A bit pricey. But hey .. Its downtown Boston
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very attractive lobby area; extrenely personable and professional staff.
Cons: Bathrooms and towels were not what a hotel charging $700/night should be offering.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Excellent to stay, but cost is very high for business people.

Okay 4,0
Pros: Location and uniqueness of the building. Observation deck was worth visiting.
Cons: The room and cost of room. For $340+ a night we expected a room with an AC that cooled the entire room and didn’t run 24/7 (it was loud). Room 204 was a split level so the open area “bedroom” was a loft. The loft area was 10+ degrees warmer and never cooled down, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Sleeping downstairs on the sofa was cooler but not a comfortable mattress. We raised concerns with the staff who could not change our room or correct the AC issue. An AC leak was reported and corrected, but didn’t fix the temperature upstairs.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My family & I were very pleased with our visit. The view is amazing & the location is excellent for getting to attractions. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Very comfortable beds, nice having small kitchenette. Will definitely stay here again - Loved it!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was excellent. Rooms comfortable & spacious. Delightful time! Would love to stay again.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I did not utilize the available breakfast. Location was outstanding. Everything was excellent!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: everything including facilities, staff, location, etc.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was great, they had activities for those staying in and the price was high but considering everything that you get I think it's worth it.
Cons: Maybe having a complimentary breakfast.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.
Good 7,7
Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.

Good 6,0
Pros: The view of the Boston skyline. Especially at night. Convienence to Logan Airport. Is perfect if you fly
Cons: The location is not close to things to do in Boston. The overnight parking fee is a tad high. $46.00 per night
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The view from the hotel was amazing!
Cons: No refrigerator in the room.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Room was quite spacious and comfortable.
Cons: My only issue was the hard pillows, but that may be just my own personal preference for ultra soft pillows. Menu in restaurant was quite limited, but understandable due to prevailing pandemic situation.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Best View of Boston Amazing Breakfast Friendly Staff Taxi Boat next door
Cons: No Bar or Restaurant Open Late
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the view

Pros: It was 10/10
Cons: Clean
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Clean room and first shift manager was very professional and accommodating . I don't remember her first name but she was on shift Friday Sat and Monday and Tuesday week of June 4-8th. I'd like to thank her for everything. Second shift front desk gentlemen were both professional . I think the managers name began with a A.
Cons: The housekeeping staff was very rude and not willing to accommodate the smallest request(garbage bag). Housekeeping and the housekeeping manager were rude in June 2021 also in March 2021. Housekeeping as a whole was the worst experience with Hotel chain At Boston Shore property .Third shift matience woman was also rude . Room was clean and also the property. But housekeeping staff was the rudest I've dealt with in 0ver two decades of traveling throughout the East Coast. Not at all exaggerated .
Excellent 8,0
Pros: View was excellent but had to travel to city and back daily. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great to have transportation to the subway and back every day Evenings on the water were great
Cons: Ice machine on the floor was not working for 4 days. Reported it but didn’t get fixed. Phone in the room was dead so had to go to main desk to ask simple questions
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Amazing breakfast Front desk staff provided us with a voucher due to a delay in our room being ready Very nice concierge and front desk staff
Cons: Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.
Good 7,4
Pros: Outstanding views of Boston.
Cons: Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.
Okay 4,2
Pros: The location.
Cons: No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.
Excellent 9,5
Excellent 8,7
Excellent 8,8
Pros: location close to airport and good view of harbor. Staff.
Cons: Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: The room and service were good in general.
Cons: No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
Cons: The price
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Mediocre 2,8
Pros: clean hotel
Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.
Good 7,7
Pros: Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Good 6,2
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Cons: Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Good 7,4
Pros: Great views of city and harbor. At the airport.
Cons: Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: View of airport and Boston Harbor Clean and comfortable
Cons: Expensive
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We chose the Hyatt on the Boston Harbor in order to drop off our rental car before catching our plane early the next morning. It is very close to Logan. The timing was perfect and we got a restful night's sleep before departing the next day. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Clean everywhere. Staff is top notch and friendly.
Cons: You get the best but you pay for it too.
Good 7,7
Pros: The view from the hotel is beyond words. The staff was great and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy and cozy.
Cons: I was booked for a Thursday & Friday at $249. Then, found out I would be able to be there Wednesday evening too. I was charged $525 for Wednesday night. Thought the hotel would've charged me the same rate as the other 2 nights and was a bit disappointed that they didn't so that was a drawback
Good 7,3
Pros: Comfortable. Easy water taxi to downtown waterfront.
Cons: City bus and subway not easily available. Water taxi ok in good weather only. Few options on eating.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Value and cleanliness and customer service.
Cons: Every thing was good
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beds were super comfortable.
Cons: The pool wasn't open.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I like the cleanliness and proximity to Boston. Also we loved that there was great water pressure in the shower.
Cons: The bathroom was tiny, with only one hook for hanging a used towel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We didn’t stay for breakfast, had to catch a flight.
Cons: Nothing, check in was quick and the staff was great!!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Breakfast was great
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very convenient access from terminals A and E by foot through covered bridges.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly Staff I was traveling with my sister (the option above is not available)
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3,7
Cons: Room wa freezing when we arrived; turned up heat but wasn't getting warm so had to jack it up to 73 degrees before it started to feel warm. Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power button on for it to work. Ran out of time and wound up going downstairs to buy coffee instead. Toilet paper wasn't folded into points in the bathroom so concerned that the cleaning was either overlooked or not done thoroughly. Also, have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have some sort of breakfast available. Very disappointing.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!
Cons: Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The hotel is located in my hometown of East Boston.. It's beautiful with a great staff and perfectly located for all my Boston needs.. if they can keep their rates affordable, I will make this place my home when I visit a few times a year.

Good 6,0
Pros: Liked location and staff.
Cons: Had to pay for parking and internet. No hot tub. Also not sound proof heard doors slamming all night.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel was great! Up to date and our room was clean. The bed was soo comfortable. The location is also great in the Seaport area. We would absolutely stay here again!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Loved the location and our harborview room 💙
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It was modern and quiet and a good size room for one person.
Cons: They need better pillows but the bed seemed comfortable
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Overall excellent...covid limitations only drawback
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Perfect location in Seaport
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was very nice. The rooms were very bright and clean and I loved the view of the city from my room. And also loved that you had hand sanitary systems just about everywhere. The staff was very professional and helpful and kind. I will definitely come back!
Cons: Was just disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open and everything wasn’t available but I do understand. I feel that there should be free Wi-Fi that was the only thing that really bothered us when we were there and maybe the pool could’ve been a little bit better but besides that everything was great.
Good 7,1
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: Room was really small. Bathroom was very tight. And the beds were not comfortable at all, which was surprising.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was perfect. Great view of the Seaport and water. Neighborhood seemed safe and commercial. The concierge suggested a couple of in-the-know place to see in the area.
Cons: Parking was not included in my nightly rate. Parking around the hotel was somewhat difficult to find; was able to park in the street because of the holiday.
Good 7,4
Pros: Location
Cons: Exercise facilities were packed in mornings and hotel restaurants and bar closed early around 11 pm, even on weekend nights. Having stayed at other hotels in the area I would say the price was a little high for the accomodations but defintely not ridiculous.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Pool was closed but they offered the Seaport across the street.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the room was up to par. I would not hesitate to return.
Excellent 9,7
Cons: Parking. There was plenty available, however 64 dollars to park overnight is entirely too much.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: Wish a continental breakfast was included in price.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was on point. The early check in, house keeping, room service and friendly staff made my stay awesome and I will be staying here again most definitely when visiting from L.A.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Hotel was nicely decorated in a nautical theme......a mix of modern and whimsical tht worked well, particularly in this location. Housekeeping staff and room service.......5 stars. The only problem we encountered occurred at check in......which was close to 3:00am. After flying all day we finally arrived,in the pouring rain. the parking attendant was so engrossed in watching a movie on his phone tht another employee had to bang on the glass......then actually open the door and tap him on the shoulder to get his attention. unlike other better hotels, he did not hold the door....or help us wth luggage and packages. We were exhausted. Unfortunately, his command of the language was almost nil. I spelled my last name (happens to b a common name) but he could not understand wht I was saying. He asked me to fill out my name info......next, they did not have the type of room we were promised. Again, communication was a HUGE problem.......at 3:00am !!! my daughter kept saying ........sofa bed........and King bed. The desk clerk kept saying no......no......no. I asked for the manager. They said.......no manager.......no supervisor. Finally, after much.....way too much conversation.......they gave us the room we were promised. an hour later, another desk clerk apologized for the mix up and offered us free wifi . From there on everything was good with a very few glitches.
Cons: Concierge not helpful. A few staff absolutely cannot communicate with virtually no command of the language. Bellmen were NOT helpful other than to get our car. They don't open doors.......don't help if you have packages........concierge also not real helpful. Gave us misinformation re trolley tours......not particularly friendly or helpful. Cleanliness, pleasant decor, overall good service and better prices......all good reasons to return. Housekeeping staff.......5 Stars!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: hotel and room was very nicely decorated.
Cons: wifi should be included for what a room costs
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent staff, a very comfortable room, and convenient to my conference at the Boston Seaport. The facility is very, very clean and modern. The bar was nice with a fireplace. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.
Cons: The valet parking was quite expensive. Luckily, the bellman told me the garage was around the corner, and it saved me $11/day or more.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nicely designed lobby and rooms. Service was great.
Cons: Everything in room item cost extra Cost of parking was high.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: The staff were friendly and the hotel clean.
Cons: Water pressure was wonky and asked for a few things during the night shift that couldn’t be fulfilled but I think are basic: sparkling water and a wine bottle opener
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It has everything you need packaged into the room.
Cons: Bottled water in the room
Poor 1,0
Pros: Decor was nice
Cons: The AC didn’t work the room was way too hot, the fire alarm flashes all night and the curtain did not cover the entire window not a great place if you’re looking to actually sleep
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The atmosphere and decor. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room keys kept malfunctioning so had to keep sorting that out at the front desk.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The room was small, but comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to walk to most of the sites.
Good 7,0
Pros: The location was good staff was friendly and clean.
Cons: The parking sucks. The parking garage is around the corner and u have to bring it yourself and go get it yourself. And u have to pay for this.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Excellent on both accounts (breakfast and location)
Cons: Needed Hand towels in bathroom
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Limited room service menu
Good 7,4
Pros: Location. Nice personne at the entrance. Very clean and original. Confort. Smell good everywhere. Loved our room.
Cons: The shower need to offer a better shower system. We were Frozen. Restaurant is more a fast food. À lot of choices in the menu in the elevator...many meal are not present in the menu in the restaurant. The girl didn’t have explanation. We had 4-5 mistakes in our order. No vegetable in our plate. Tones of fries, and your meat choice. Forget it for a romantic dîner a saturday night...
Excellent 9,4
Pros: nice pillows and pretty good mattress.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: The gym was a little small.
Okay 4,5
Pros: Valet guy. Drawing on room wall. N/A
Cons: Front desk staff - rude, unhelpful, not knowledgeable. Literally acted like cared zero shits about your hotel and your guests. Upon check-in they seemed upset, acting like our arrival was imposing on their evening. It was raining and we requested an umbrella, which meant she had to leave the counter, this had her huffing and puffing. No greeting upon entry, ever. Not accommodating, whosoever. Just poor, poor service.
Okay 5,4
Pros: We checked in, headed up to our room, and found a party going on in it. Upon reporting that to the front desk, they were completely confounded. They found another room (supposedly larger than the first) and gave us drink coupons for the inconvenience. No problem. The room was small. 6" between the end of the bed and the desk. But otherwise ok. So we headed down to the bar and ordered two dry martinis a tiny bit dirty. They were out of Stoli so the bartender gave us a premium Stoli. The drinks came back with so much olive brine that they were green. Not drinkable, so we decided to head out for dinner. Upon leaving the coupons we were told that they didn't apply to premium drinks. We suggested paying the difference (for undrinkable cocktails) and the bartender got an attitude and said "just forget it". Finally, upon leaving the next morning, the smallish elevator stopped on the next floor down and the housecleaner got on with her cart, a big garbage bag stuffed with laundry, and a huge gray garbage can on wheels. We were crammed into the back corner of the elevator with our bags. How strange!
Excellent 9,7
Pros: I loved the modern interior design and how friendly and helpful the staff was. My wife and I stayed at the Boxer for two nights for our mini-moon. We told the front desk staff that it was our honeymoon, and then about ten minutes later, a piece of red velvet cake and a bottle of champagne arrived at our door, completely on the house. We were very impressed.
Cons: My only complaint is that the rooms in the pictures from the website looked bigger than our actual room.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly staff, old fashioned luxury with modern touches, amazing bed
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Fred!
Cons: I'm not too keen on the standup shower. Sometimes it's nice to soak in a tub while on vacay.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Services was fantastic at this hotel. The room was ready right away, and my request for extra's in the room was honored. Ease of taxi service, and just across the street from the T and garden.
Good 7,4
Pros: Location, beds and pillows very comfortable. Clean except for under sink and mold in shower.
Cons: Room was extremely small, bairly ok for one person, VERY cramped for two.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was fantastic!! Front desk, bartenders, valet...everyone! Super personable and accommodating! I will remember most by name. Room was "loft-like", super cozy unique. Short walking distance to the water, aquarium, good bars and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location in center of city. Clean and well maintained. Unique and accentric feel.
Cons: Thin walls, could hear everything going on in the hallway. Hard pillows, my neck and head hurt so bad in the morning. Tiny rooms.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: I loved how nest and clean the room was. For two people the king bed room would be a bit crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful with each contact I had with them. . I enjoyed it immensely..
Cons: Only the size of the room. It would be tight for more than one person.
Good 7,3
Pros: Beautiful decor, great location
Cons: Room was too small, no proper door to bathroom, staff was unprofessional and immature.

Cons: A lot of construction, thin walls, you could hear everything going on outside and the people above and next to us 😞
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful place
Good 7,0
Pros: courteous staff, smooth check in, clean comfortable room
Cons: we were disappoointed to find no restaurant or bar services; had not been informed when we booked
Okay 4,0
Pros: The staff was certainly kind and the location cannot be beat, however after 5 stays at this hotel, it was very clear the hotel itself is sliding. The inside of the lobby and elevator felt really stuffy, dirty and as though nobody had wiped down anything in months. The rooms and hallways get really stuffy and heavy with some grime and a not so nice smell in the air. You got the sense a window had not been open in a decade or so. Not how I remember the hotel and will not be staying again. Place needs a real cleaning and freshening up.
Cons: Cleanliness
Good 7,0
Pros: Great location
Cons: The location was great! Walking distance to so many things. With that said,we paid $300 for a one night stay and then were told when we arrived that we had to park across the street and around the corner and pay an additional $40 for the parking. The extra cost for that and having to walk with our belongings was a little frustrating. Also the view from our room was awful. Next time we will request a room overlooking Quincy market. For $300 a night a fridge in the room would be nice. The room was nothing special for the cost but it was clean, beds were comfortable amd the staff is pleasant. Breakfast is not included but we decided to have breakfast in the hotels restaurant and it was delicious, and the staff there was also amazing.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location
Cons: Had to ask for house keeping
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loves the location !! The rooms were very temperature controlled and quite soundproof for a a great nights rest after a long day of exploring Boston, I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Boston .
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable
Cons: Everything was fine
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great place to stay, super location, onsite restaurant was fabulous! We would definitely stay there again!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location Rooms were nice, beds/pillows comfortable Love the showers! Food was good Staff was very pleasant
Cons: on the 3rd floor we heard EVERYTHING outside! (the club across the street, the trucks back up alarms) The bathroom door was a pocket door and was REALLY hard to close. The toilet was not screwed down all the way which caused it to wobble and make loud noises on the tile floor. We got a 'coupon' for the onsite restaurant. It had no exclusions listed although it is safe to assume alcohol would not be included..but neither were 'specials'...
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Everything! Walking distance to everything. Clean comfortable friendly. What more can you ask for?
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our suite with a fireplace and balcony was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location across from Faneuil Hall, just a couple of blocks from the water front, the North End and a T stop. I like the excellent morning coffee available for free in the lobby. The Keurig machine and K-cups in the room. The free daily newspapers in the lobby from four major newspapers. I liked the free late afternoon leomanade in the lobby. The restaurant has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more. The restaurant had el fresco dining as well as a wall of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wall of windows in your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.
Cons: Just a couple small things would be nice: more towel racks to hang towels in the bathroom and a refrigerator other than a completely full mini bar refrigerator with items for sale.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Stayed here twice. Both for location. Room rates are pricey but you are in the midst of downtown Boston. The in-house restaurant was serving a $20 lobster dinner special which was fantastic. Valet parking is easy and staff is very courteous. There is an extra charge for valet at $49. Again very pricey but if you are staying for a few days it evens out. The room was a standard king that was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for two. We were provided a mini fridg gratis. The usual outrageously overpriced mini bar is present along with bottled water priced at the level of alcohol. Several newspapers are available free.
Cons: Apparently the hotel is undergoing updates to its TV and wifi system. That's not a problem but there was no information provided at check in that it was happening. That is a problem. The TV acted up at start up and the wifi was cantankerous. Booting you off and causing you to sign in again and again. Quite slow also.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice room, helpful staff, reasonable prices
Cons: Tried to book another night and was told they were completely sold out. Looked on kayak and saw availability...
Excellent 9,4
Pros: staff was terrific and service oriented.
Cons: price for valet parking was steep.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Loved the location, the amenities and the service. We've already booked our stay for next year!
Cons: difficult to adjust the temp in the room - trying to cool the room meant the AC was on full blast.
Good 6,2
Pros: The hotel is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful
Cons: There was only Luke warm water in the shower and after walking around boston on a 10 degree night it really put a damper on our romantic get away !!
Good 7,6
Pros: Location is great for exploring Boston - but if you don't want to hear the late night crowds at Quincy market-make sure to speak up.
Cons: The wine list in the restaurant is extremely overpriced and unfortunately I was served a bottle of wine that had not been stored properly and had turned. The bartender didn't agree but had the manager bring me a new bottle. That bottle was better than the first but still not tasting quite right-but we kept it because it was too much of a hassle.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: location was close to attractions. Easy walking to sites, ferry, restaurants
Cons: Had a rowdy group next door on Monday night 6/14/21 at Midnight woke up to loud laughter, banging around and the strong smell of marijuana in our room. I went down to the reception desk and reported it. Security came up and dealt with it. I know the hotel can't foresee incidents like that but was glad the people were asked to leave the next morning. Also was charged $160.00 in meals that we didn't have. It was quickly taken off our bill.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Walking distance to everything Boston including the north end, downtown, all major MTBA hubs and the south station.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Breakfast 1st day was superb, my sons chocolate chip pancakes had these large flavorful chocolate chips and my fruit plate was fresh and phenomenal in flavor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating at IHB.
Cons: The fact that we had a used baby sock on the floor under the desk. Breakfast on the 2nd day wasn't that great, it was okay. Booking the room was misleading on "booking.com".
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Absolutely everything. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff is so kind.
Cons: The soaking tub in the bathroom isn't large enough for two people, and there isn't room service at this time due to the pandemic.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Staff and food was fantastic.
Cons: Room was very nice, but a little small.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean
Cons: May be a little too far from shopping but it is still walkble
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. They allow dogs. Right on the water. Beautiful view.
Cons: The parking situation. For the cost of the hotel the parking should be majorly discounted if not free.
Good 7,4
Pros: Club lounge and room were great
Cons: Outdated hotel for these prices.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Ease of Everything. Literally the easiest most helpful check-in experience of my entire life. I've experienced enough VIP check-ins in many places. And this was a bind best price for value internet purchase. I'd never stay anywhere else.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Excellent 8,4
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location! We were able to walk to many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel room and bathroom were quite spacious. We had 4 adults in one room since one of our sons lives in the building next door. We figured we would be at his apartment most of the time and wanted to save on rooms. There was plenty of room to move around even with all the luggage. The queen size beds were much appreciated by all and the large bathroom with separate tub and shower never felt crowded. We loved the back lawn area overlooking the water. We sat out there and had cocktails and played a game of corn hole/bags with our sons.
Excellent 10,0
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the beds fabulous. The best part of our amazing stay was the service. Jerry at the front desk and Steve, the concierge, went above and beyond to treat me, my daughter and two grandsons to a memorable introduction to Boston including sightseeing, public transportation, wonderful restaurants. I have visited world class hotels all my life and never experienced this level of caring and guidance. Bravo!!!
Cons: The price!!!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The customer service was outstanding! So professional and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: I can't say anything but great things .
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Perfect airport location
Good 7,9
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel was so close to the airport, yet we never heard any flights taking off or landing. Actually we didn't hear any noise from there at all. The bed!! Oh the bed was soooo comfy. The kind you just want to stay curled up in all day. The room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in, in a long time. There was a large group of teenagers on the same floor as we were, and there was actually a hotel security guard stationed at one end of the hall to make sure there nothing got out of hand and no guest was disturbed. The breakfast was really good and everything was so fresh and condiments were plentiful. The front staff was so helpful. They helped with any question we had about the city and even assisted us when we didn't quite understand, which was often. Ubers are allowed to pick you up right in front of the hotel and since the airport is so close, we would have one in 4 to 5 minutes (not being familiar with that big of a city we chose not to drive). They really helped to make our first trip to Boston a great one. If we ever get the chance to visit Boston again one day, the Embassy Suites will definitely be where we stay.
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location & 1st class accommodations
Cons: Expensive but not crazy
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff was helpful as they informed us about food that could be ordered in because our flight arrived in Boston after 9 pm. The staff at the desk and at breakfast were exceptional.
Cons: Lack of parking, no dining
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I only got to stay here a few hours due to a very delayed flight from Florida. I could not have asked for a more convenient and easy place to stay. Shuttle 24 hours is super convenient if you don’t want to deal with Uber or taxis at 3:00 am. Breakfast is excellent! I’ll be back!
Cons: Breakfast and room
Excellent 9,1
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Nice and clean, close to the airport, decent connections to downtown (depending on traffic in the tunnel), generally friendly staff, fine pool and fitness center. No airport noise.
Cons: Breakfast fine, better than budget hotels, but a little slacking relative to Embassy Suites standards. Same goes for daily manager receptions. Floor in breakfast room a little sticky from time to time.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour !
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The staff was amazing. From the bellboy to the reception staff, I found that they were all courteous, friendly and very genuinely helpful. Gaby, over in reception, deserves special praise for going out of her way to help two stranded women who had no food and could not speak English. She ensured that the women were given something to eat, and made sure they were settled into their rooms and were comfortable. I was there at the reception area and I saw all this happen. Amazing staff!
Cons: The room had a whining and loud air conditioner which made grinding noises through out the night. The result was a sleepless night and that was not a good start to a full day of business meetings. This was absolutely ridiculous!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Cons: Price was high
Excellent 8,0
Pros: this hotel is somewhat close to the airport...
Cons: I found the hotel a bit dated and not in line with other Embassy Suites hotels we have stayed at
Good 7,7
Pros: Very close to T
Cons: Little decorations. Construction in dining area
Okay 4,2
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: One shuttle? Really? As expensive as this hotel is and with its position at Logan it should have two shuttles running simultaneously. Beware if you are a business traveler and have an early flight: it could be faster to walk to Terminal A. And don't ask the snarky guy at the front desk where the shuttle is. He'll just shrug his shoulders and offer to call you a cab. Waited 30 mins yesterday and without Sky Priority and PreCheck I would have missed my flight.
Good 7,4
Pros: Like the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle
Cons: It's a bit overpriced, but hotels in Boston seem to be in general. Also it's not very convenient to the city center. About a 20 minute cab ride.
Good 6,2
Cons: I checked in at 2am and the fire alarm went off on my floor at 5 and lasted until about 6am and I had to leave at 8am. Not much sleep but did move my room after I requested it and discounted my 2nd night
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Easy access to airport and metro. About a 5 minute walk to metro thru a sports complex park. Downtown Boston 2 stops away. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of items.
Cons: Can't find anything to say.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Nearly everything; Especially the breakfast!
Cons: There was one shuttle driver who got into a shouting/honking match with a person directlng traffic at the airport. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. But that was just one driver. Others were fine.
Okay 5,7
Pros: location convenient shuttle to/from airport
Cons: roach on bathroom wall
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Embassy Suites at Logan was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendlyg and accomodating. Breakfast was very good and the airport shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. We arrived late after a long flight from Europe and the front desk was able to accomodate my request to switch from a king room to one with two beds which better suited our family. I would stay here again and thought it was an excellent value.
Good 7,7
Pros: Nice suite rooms. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with omelets made to order. Their free shuttles are a great advantage also.
Cons: The location is literally across the street from the airport, but far from everything else. There is a close subway station and downtown is only a few stops away. The workout, pool/hot tub facilities are clean but outdated. They look like something you would find at a cheap gym. Also, i HATE that hotels still charge for WIFI, especially crappy WIFI. Are you joking? This place as two internet options, $14.99/day for slow and $9.99/day for really slow. It really is a joke.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfy King suite, great breakfast including the made-to-order omelets! The staff was very helpful. When my son knocked over his root beer and my beer, they replaced both free of charge. The chicken finger basket appetizer had a great pile of chicken - more than the two of us could eat, and our salads were big and delicious.
Cons: Bathroom light didn't light the shower area well. The dining area was a bit drafty. The chill could not have been too much air conditioning since it was December.
Good 6,5
Pros: Rate and friendly staff, especially valet and reception staff. The guy making omelets on Sunday was real nice.
Cons: This hotel, as it seems with most Hilton properties are run so inefficiently. The bright lights on always on in all public locations, rather than have them sensor controlled. Hilton needs to learn from their European hotels. Dirty glasses were not replaced during daily servicing. Poor insulating allowing noise from adjacent suites.
Okay 5,7
Cons: Even though it lists parking, it costs $35! Not worth it....
Good 7,6
Cons: Free WiFi should be regarded as an essential for all customers.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location
Cons: Too pricey. Could’ve been updated.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: It was very clean and so convenient to the airport.
Cons: I understand they're probably understaffed, but not being able to respond to simple requests like calling a guest who has just checked out a taxi or a simple room service request like ear plugs to drown out a noisy neighbor with a child is just unacceptable of a hotel of this price. Just because you're in the airport doesn't mean people don't appreciate and expect good service for over $200 a night. Also, do not listen to the claims of "quiet" the sound proofing is terrible. I could hear everything in the hallway.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Close to the airport but not super easy to get to. Overall had a great stay.
Excellent 10,0
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: No
Cons: Bad service
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I was able to check-in online and receive an "electronic key" on my phone, allowing me to completely bypass the front desk. The room was quite clean, and we were able to sleep like a dream on the bed. The major benefit was being able to walk to the terminal, and not wait for a shuttle bus. (My experience with shuttle buses at Logan is horrible!)
Cons: While being able to walk is a major "plus," it is still a bit of a walk, so a moving-walkway would be a big improvement.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Very convenient from terminals A and E via bridge.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. There were people not staying in the hotel coming into the hotel from the bridge access and cleaning up in the restrooms near the meeting rooms. There was no requirement for access to the room floors with the room key.
Excellent 8,7
Good 7,7
Pros: The only hotel that is truly connected to (physically within) Logan Airport. The ability to walk from the hotel directly into Terminal A, which is primarily for Delta (or E, which is for international flights) is exceptional. Less than 10 minutes without having to go outside. Easy access via Uber to excellent local restaurants. Hotel shuttle to the T’s Blue Line for easy subway access into Boston downtown.
Cons: The hotel rooms are getting a bit tired. Attention to detail could be better. We were on Floor 6. Ice machine did not work on Floors 6 or 5. Not inexpensive, but then again that can be said for Boston hotels generally.
Excellent 8,2
Excellent 8,2
Pros: The people of the Logan Airport Hilton were excellent! The valets were very helpful as were The front desk people. Very clean room which is key!
Cons: Bed wasn’t comfortable and the room service meal was not worth the spend.
Excellent 10,0
Good 7,7
Pros: Accesible from airport terminal and shuttle facilities
Cons: No closet in my bedroom
Excellent 8,5
Cons: Restaurant awful
Excellent 10,0
Good 6,5
Pros: Beds are comfortable. There is a chaise lounge that our 4yo likes to sleep on. They provide a crib.
Cons: The room was dirty. Visible stains on upholstery and carpet. It gets worse every time. Last time there was hair in the shower and on the toilet. Still, the convenience keeps us coming back.
Okay 4,2
Cons: Restaurant and café staff Very long wait for check in at 7 pm
Excellent 9,1
Cons: Only had decaf coffee pacs in the room. Bummer.
Okay 5,7
Pros: Food and bartender in Publik's was good.
Cons: The TV channels offered should be embarrassing to the Hilton chain. Basic channels and for the ALCS, you do not even carry baseball channels. I stayed here specifically to watch the series and to find that "no, we don't have that, just a few channels" was just aggravating. The front desk also told me you also have no movies in the room, "we have HBO but we can't tell you what is on it" and to have absolutely NO TV program guide, either in the room or at the desk is indefensible. I have had better at Red Roof Inn and Super 8's on the road. I urge others to find another hotel, despite the convenience...which is suspect as well. The shuttle took almost 30 minutes to get to the airport folks, due to traffic.
Good 7,4
Pros: Great front desk help, convenient right to the airport and great restaurant
Cons: Shower drain was awfully slow it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time
Good 6,2
Pros: Locatin.
Cons: They had difficulty finding my reservation. I waited for almost an hour for them to figure it out. No offer of assistance with luggage. No ice or tea supplies in room. Bathroom corners dirty. Some furnishings a bit shabby. Some wallpaper peeling. Needs renovating for charging such a high price.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Airport location
Cons: Food prices. Internal restraunts are very proud of their menus.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: convenience, access to terminals, nice and very comfortable room
Cons: expensive
Okay 5,4
Pros: I liked the bed. over priced for the room i recieved but i wqs flad to have somewhere to lay my head
Cons: the bathroom
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Really like the restaurants handy on the property. And the snack station. The shuttle service to the car rental and the airport was great. Made it very convenient for us to return our car and leave for the airport closer to our flight time.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: location very close to airport
Cons: trash not emptied from previous guest in bathroom
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel.
Cons: Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.
Good 6,0
Pros: Proximity to Logsn is excellent. Views were great!
Cons: Lack of restaurants, parking should be included.
Good 7,7
Pros: 24/7 shuttle service was excellent Bag check after having check out was convenient
Cons: No complimentary breakfast No complimentary Internet
Okay 4,2
Pros: Location was great
Cons: The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!
Good 7,3
Pros: Very convenient for airport access
Cons: Hotel is dated Temperature control in the room and hallways was terrible
Good 7,3
Pros: Great view of the city skyline. Good airport location, although pricey.

Okay 4,8
Pros: Airport shuttle service
Cons: The mattress were so high my six foot husband had trouble getting in and out of bed. It was a long night
Good 6,2
Pros: Staff were great, although seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes. shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean. well appointed laundry room. Nice lobby.
Cons: The restaurant is way overpriced and service was soooo slow. Rooms ac system was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Option for coffee outside the morning time did not exist.
Excellent 9,7
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: I had and emergency and couldn’t go and they charged me they shouldn’t have charge me I didn’t use it
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Close to the airport for an early flight. Convenient parking.
Cons: No problems
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Room reservation was awesome to be able to specify floor/view.
Cons: No breakfast included
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although it would be convenient if the hotel provided more towels, soaps and shampoos. The staff was nice. We only stayed two nights. The hotel is a bit far from the city but near the airport. You need to take a taxi to move around. I recommend Ubers because yellow taxis are more expensive. Way too expensive for what the hotel is, but it was a last resort booking. This is a low four star hotel.
Good 6,8
Pros: Good location, shuttle from airport, good rooms, good restaurant
Cons: The wireless was SO bad it was completely unusable. Got NO work done. For a hotel that caters to the business traveler, that's a show-stopper.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great friendly staff. For example, they actually gave us milk for our child when our child was crying (most hotels make a fuss about this.) They even had a microwave to heat the milk, which many five star hotels lack!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The comfort correspondence to a price. Advantage was a shuttle and free WiFi. Easy communications with staff.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: convenient to airport restaurant was good /open reasonable hours shuttle to airport was invaluable / individual who drove was efficient and helpful
