Pros: Loved everything about this small hotel. Location is ideal for sightseeing in the middle of everything but very quiet. The rooms are incredible ours had a huge balcony and the views were great overlooking the harbor and city skyline. The room furnishings are tasteful and the updated bathroom with the soaking tub was a treat. The staff here is very kind and helped us throughout our stay
Cons: Loved everything
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Loved the location and staff were so nice.
Cons: The property was amazing. While the room was smaller than penthouses we stayed at before, it made up for it with great balconies. The room looks towards the city and the ports are to the right and left. No direct view to the main waterfront but can see water from sides for miles.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Loved the location, staff were great really helpful as we had an early flight next morning. Was only here for the one night but wish it had been more. Lovely room with comfy bed. Complimentary cookies and as much coffee and tea as you wanted. Staff also left us danish pastry’s, fresh fruit, yogurt and fresh orange for our early check out next morning. Really great service.
Cons: Me personally think it’s just a tad overpriced as I would have liked a better linen on the bed for what you pay. Otherwise all good!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Place was awesome, location was fantastic and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I'd stay here again without any doubt.
Cons: About the only thing I can come up with is there could have been an extra hook or two for the bath robes...hardly a criticism though
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.
Cons: Can't think of anything!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely location, well presented room, nice furnishings. Everything spotless, lovely selection at breakfast.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Unique, high quality Inn, with large, beautifully decorated rooms, with great views. Friendly and professional staff. Located within a small marina. Safe location, easy walking distance to all main attractions. From their marina you can take a 7 minute taxi boat to Logan airport.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was a wonderful base for our holiday in Boston. It was in an excellent location with local amenities on the doorstep. The room was one of the best we have stayed in and really made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We particularly liked the way breakfast was served and that you could have it in your room - total relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful and again added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Cons: We liked everything.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Breakfast was great every day, nice selection. Love being able to go out and grab something and bring it back to room.

Pros: Beds and location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was great. Room was much more than expected. We loved the loft bedroom.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Incredible hotel. Great location, very central to everything we wanted to enjoy while visiting Boston. Fantastic and welcoming staff, eager to answer questions and provide suggestions for our trip. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Cons: The observation deck was under renovation during our stay, so we unfortunately missed out on that experience.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything. Great area! Great room! Great staff!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything! From the Loft 1 bedroom with comfortable mattress, spa-like bathroom and comfortable living area, we all enjoyed our 3 night stay. The washer and dryer location next to the game room was fantastic and the Observation Deck was phenomenal. The location was right in the heart of everything. Last but not least, the staff were so warm and welcoming. It was like home away from home.
Cons: There is nothing negative about this property.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Great location. Large rooms in historic beautiful building. Nice breakfast in morning
Cons: We were on first floor near the breakfast room and toilets. Got quite loud on occasions.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location was great Building was amazing , unfortunately no pool Great staff
Cons: N/a
Good 7,9
Pros: Excellent location, wonderful historic building and very, very pleasant and helpful staff.Laundry facilities and on site activities were also nice.
Cons: Described as a villa for 4 people, the accommodation was extremely cramped once the sofa bed and roll away were in use, and as my emails about sleeping arrangements were only answered by assurances that the 'villa' slept 4, I did not take advantage of the possibility to cancel and rebook elsewhere . Bathroom was also very small especially considering the price!

Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Cons: No
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Not applicable
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and linens, high ceilings, and historical aspects of location.
Cons: Locked doors prior to checking in made it a bit difficult to actually get in and check-in.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was in a great location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location and amenities. If we asked for it we got it. Yoga mat, ice, corkscrew, and maintenance. We had one of the newly renovated rooms which was really beautiful. Fantastic view into the harbour.
Cons: Some of the new renovations were not checked thoroughly for functionality. Toilet ran and needed adjustment. The sliding door into the bathroom could not be opened or closed without significant effort. Maintenance could not fix it as the door is too heavy
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was a true 5 star experience
Cons: The AC in the room had a very strong fan, even when turned down low - it did not extend to the bed so it worked for me but if I had sat at the desk, it was to the point of uncomfortable. But the overall hotel experience was first rate.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The room was amazing. Huge and comfy room. Staff also were very welcoming and nice
Cons: Although the harbor view was amazing, I did not like the surrounding area of the hotel

Pros: Warm cider in the lobby a nice touch.

Pros: Very helpfull front destk staff like mr. Patrick & other colleques
Cons: It'll be better if they have their own breakfast buffet resto asides coffee shop

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was AMAZING! The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautiful. And the location was perfect for where we wanted to walk to. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again! Hotel employee went above & beyond to help us &
Good 6,0
Pros: It was conveniently located.
Cons: The room is small and the 20 bucks per day fee for internet and gym is not worth it.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location was fantastic and the staff super nice and efficient. Shout out to Sylvia who was superb. One of the nicest city hotels I have ever stayed in. Lovely ambiance.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location, location, location. Easy to get to everything. We didn’t even need a car.
Cons: For the price, room was small and cramped.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.
Cons: REALLY tiny room. Kind of a snooty vibe, even though the "Downtown Crossing" neighborhood is a little sketchy. Be careful walking around at night!
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
Good 7,0
Pros: Bellhops, valet & room service staff were top notch. I had a problem checking in. They noticed & tried to make up for inflexible front desk.
Cons: Checking in was a problem. Front desk was inflexible. Woman who appeared to be the manager came out & she actually snapped at me. I was shocked. Another person at front desk tried to tell me that something that was a hotel policy was a law.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding wooden door that does not lock and staying with multiple people where a bathroom door doesn't shut/lock probably was the only odd thing
Good 6,0
Pros: The location was fine but there was no breakfast.
Cons: Had problems with noise from the HVAC unit and had ongoing problems with the TV.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: The room was amazing! All the touches I expect in a high end hotel (robe, slippers, good mattress).
Cons: That parking fee isn’t clearly specified anywhere, it’s great to get a deal on a hotel except when you have to pay an additional $44.00 (in my case that was a light fee). Also, hallways were noisy but it may have been due to a function.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location and staff were great. I received an unexpected bottle of wine at my door for my birthday.
Cons: No
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Excellent hotel. Room was just as good as expected and impeccably cleaned. All staff very helpful and friendly.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I loved the location of being on or near the waterfront. The Seaport is a beautiful location with plenty of activities during the day to take part in and the nightlife is equally active. Public transportation is easily accessible if needed.
Cons: A bit pricy for a nights stay, but having had the experience and the proximity to the venue I was attending it was worth it.
Excellent 9,0
Cons: Little pricey
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was good. The location is excellent - it's close to the old center and to the new Harborside development and the Institute of Contemporary Art. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful (we had a package coming in that they managed very smoothly). The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The in house Rum Bar was fun and friendly.
Cons: It wasn't cheap.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location. Walking distance to most sites.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice location easy to get around.
Cons: This was a 5 star I have stayed at 4 star that I thought were equal.
Good 7,9
Pros: It is a very good hotel.not more.
Cons: Considaring the cost they could be more generous.Breakfast could be included. Some fruits in the room,a better coffee machine and bags.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Would have preferred to be closer to the city. Mirror in room for doing make up while bathroom is occupied.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location, comfortable rooms,a lot of space and nice staff.

Pros: The location was he best part of this hotel. Everything downtown was a short, safe walk (T stops, Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market). The room was small for the price but it was well kept. Everything was clean and staff was quick to respond to any requests we had.
Cons: Our AC/Heater broke on our last day there so we had to move rooms because it could not be fixed that night. It kept making an awful buzzing noise every few seconds and would have made sleeping impossible. It was about 8:30 at night and it was really the last thing we wanted to do. Fortunately, they had another room available, and they told us it was an upgrade (it wasn’t), but it was still a process to have to pack all of our stuff up and move it. No discount was offered for the inconveniece. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Staff very helpful.
Cons: The price of brunch.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the friendly staff and beautiful reception areas
Cons: faultless
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The quality of service at the Langham is exceptional. I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff were universally excellent, the accommodations so truly comfortable, and so many lovely extras included. I stayed following an historic blizzard in Boston, and being in that space, so warmly greeted, every need considered -- I can't say enough about how wonderful this establishment is. I would stay again, every time I'm in Boston!
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very attractive lobby area; extrenely personable and professional staff.
Cons: Bathrooms and towels were not what a hotel charging $700/night should be offering.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. I stay here for work as a united airlines Capt on my Boston layover, and we are treated so well that I brought my wife up for a weekend stay .. We walked to Fanual Hall, and Aquarium.. Shopped. Went to a Red Sox -Yankees game ( Sox won
Cons: A bit pricey. But hey .. Its downtown Boston
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Excellent to stay, but cost is very high for business people.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff at the Langham hotel genuinely made us feel welcome. The room was well appointed and the restaurants and spa were superb. We will be back again!
Okay 4,2
Pros: Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic
Cons: Dated & Tired, especially considering the price tag
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Clean, quiet, and relatively posh with ample room size. Luxury, but not high end luxury...hotel has good bones, but is older. Still a nice place to stay
Cons: Modern amenities in rooms for technology not really available...no charging ports, limited plugs even near the desk. Also the restaurant was not open at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday, just the bar with a more limited menu.

Pros: Mattresses were old and uncomfortable- woke up with back pain. No flowers or candles in room as advertised. Poor location for fireworks viewing as advertised as only a handful of people could actually see them. Not up to the standards of a luxury hotel and I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels around the world.
Cons: See above.

Pros: The location was perfect and most of the staff was very nice.

Cons: Horrible Internet plan and room service requests. Housekeeping was fine.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: location
Cons: TV was broken KEURIG coffee maker broken
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location was perfect and the facilities were clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful.
Cons: I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included in your stay for the price you pay for the hotel. You are paying for location which is perfect and the views are gorgeous. They do have a star bucks in the lobby as well as the restaurant but still provide you with keurig coffee in the morning which is nice!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location, staff, restaurant
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location was excellent. Walking distance to Little Italy and the Historic North End and the trolley stop is right outside the hotel as well as the dock for the Harbor Cruises.
Cons: They had no parking available to guests at all. If you wanted to park in their lot it was valet only and $68 per night. I feel like you pay enough for the room that parking should be less than the other available lots that are close but it was not. This was not well advertised and when we pulled up to the hotel we had no idea what to do.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location, view, cleanliness
Good 7,9
Pros: Lovely building and room. Great location.
Cons: Poor service in the restaurant with main course brought to the table when only halfway through starter. Bearing in mind the cost of the food (and $22 for a glass of wine) plus the fact that at the time there were only four tables occupied in the restaurant it was not the service that we expected, but the restaurant manager was not interested and said it was normal to serve food when “fresh” regardless of timing.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice room, good view and location. Staff were very helpful. Concierge Jeffrey was very helpful in obtaining our boarding passes since business center was closed for repairs.
Cons: Had several instances where room keys didn't work in elevator or room entry. Room was hot, AC didn't seem to work the first night. Complimentary or more reasonably priced breakfast would have been nice considering we paid for 2 rooms. $29 per person
Good 7,1
Pros: Lovely hotel and great location
Cons: Very expensive breakfast and parking
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location perfect! Loved walking to aquarium and shops and restaurants at Quincy market and boat tours ! Hotel was clean. Room small but was fine to sleep 4, not much drawers no dresser, just two smalll drawers under tv. Pool small so too crowded
Cons: Pool too small

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff, lovely room, efficient shuttle service, nice restaurant, and beautiful view.
Cons: The location is close to the airport, but not within walking distance of any restaurants.
Good 6,7
Pros: Cleanliness of room
Cons: Reception staff were rude, I was overcharged on arrival, not refunded on departure. Having to pay an extra$300 dollars for incidentals even though this was not explained through booking.com
Excellent 8,0
Cons: The bathroom was rather dirty - there was hair in the shower, dirt on the counter, etc. It was doable for one night, but if I were staying longer, it wouldn’t have been acceptable.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Expensive
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The clam chowder at the restaurant.
Cons: no
Excellent 9,0
Pros: View of boston from lobby/dining room was the best around. Delicious room service. Awesome beds and room.
Cons: - Long wait to check in. - $$$$$ parking ($40+ per day outdoors - not in the city - in the middle of nowhere!) - $$$$$ food ($20+ breakfast buffet - not including coffee or juice...)
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Proximity to the airport. Free airport shuttle.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location Restaurant Friendly helpful staff Shuttle
Cons: Crazy high price to park car No drawers to unpack
Okay 5,8
Pros: Danny the shuttle bus driver Sunday late afternoon. Sarah our waitress in the dining / bar area.
Cons: Ice machines not on every floor. The soft drink machine ($3 per drink) kept stealing our quarters. No creamer in our room for coffee. $46 to self park our car - compelled me to return my rental car the evening of arrival in HEAVY RAIN.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the room was big, the views were great and the hotel was clean and tidy fresh coffee in the room was a huge welcome after a long flight
Cons: nothing
Good 7,5
Pros: Amazing customer service Fast cheak in and fast cheak out.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Gym could be improved. But otherwise very good.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location, close to Logan and you can leave your car there while you travel. The shuttle service is very organized and efficient and we had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Cons: The bed was too hard for my taste but my husband thought it was very comfortable.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Airport shuttle, location.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Friendly service. Great shuttle drivers. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: The price is steep for a Hilton Garden Inn.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Breakfast was great
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The people were very nice. The shuttle ran every 15 minutes all night.
Cons: I thought it was overpriced. Convenient to the airport but not much else to offer. Wasn't walkable to restaurants so the hotel was the only food option.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Cons: Noting really
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location is very close to the airport and reasonable distance to the subway to get into town
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Prompt pick up from the airport after a long intn flight and late arrival
Cons: Of course I would have preferred to pay less for my 8hr stay!!!
Excellent 8,3
Pros: I like the distance from the airport, and it is not too far away from downtown.
Cons: There were no free amenities such as a hairbrush, a shaver, a water bottle, etc.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Perfect locale, friendly service, nice rooms.
Good 6,0
Pros: The people there were helpful and kind
Cons: The room had a musty smell
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very convenient access from terminals A and E by foot through covered bridges.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice that they offered free breakfast.
Cons: Shuttle from airport to hotel took a long time (30 minutes).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour !
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice room. I liked the extra pillows in the closet. The 5:30 gathering buffet was good.
Cons: Nothing to say
Good 7,9
Pros: Good location at airport. 5 minute walk across park to MBTA station for access to the city. Very comfortable large suites. Evening desk staff really friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had a 5:30am checkout for an early flight. Disappointing that there was no breakfast option at that time. Also the guy on the front desk at that time was unhelpful and no help whatsoever. He really let down the hotels image.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast was good. Coffee could have been better.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Well, the front desk staff was very helpful.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location within easy walking distance to the rental car center, with frequent shuttles to the airport. Comfortable rooms and great place to get some rest before an early flight.
Cons: If I was not splitting the cost with someone I wold have thought the room was overpriced, however the quality is very good.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The Hilton Embassy Suites is an excellent location for a one night stopover, after arriving late evening and travelling onwards the next day. The room was spacious and very comfortable and a first class breakfast was provided in the lobby. The front desk staff were very helpful and personable. The proximity to the Car Rental Centre, 5 minutes walk, is a real bonus.
Cons: It's necessary to ring the hotel for the shuttle bus, this could have been made clearer in the booking confirmation. The hotel was the most expensive of the 7 hotels we stayed in during our New England holiday, especially as we were only there for 12 hours !! It was Columbus Weekend in Boston, so everywhere was expensive, with rates matching demand!!
Good 7,0
Pros: I liked the cozy suite, comfortable bed, good breakfast and its location near airport.
Cons: I don't like dark room looking at the restaurant inside hotel.
Good 7,5
Pros: location
Cons: na
Good 6,0
Pros: Proximity to Logan airport and train station, morning breakfast and evening hors d-oeuvres, and free airport shutttle.
Cons: The view from our room was of the inside hotel lobby (not desireable). The air conditioner in our room was very noisy (had to wear earplugs to drown out) and did not cool well (had to request to have it serviced).
Okay 5,0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Sink did not drain. Tried to double charge for room. $50 for parking.

Good 7,0
Pros: The location is unbeatable for using Logan Airport. But the room we had tonight wasn’t great. We found an old bottle cap in the room and a light didn’t work.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It was very close to the airport.
Cons: Lack of information about available food.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Can't get closer to the airport. It's at the airport. But the restaurant is good, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room in comfortable and quiet.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location and connection to Logan airport
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was wonderful and provided very prompt service. They were helpful in every way and were very happy to help. The location was also perfect. It was very convenient to walk across a bridge to the airport in the morning.
Cons: After staying in other Hilton Hotels, I expected the room, especially the bathroom, to be nicer. I would stay here again and recommend it to others so the room wasn't that bad. I just expected more from past experiences.
Good 6,0
Cons: Staff came into the room at 7:30 am to clean, waking my parents who came in late the night before. Then vac out side so no one could sleep. Ridiculous for 11 am checkout. Staff generally unfriendly. A shame as I have stayed here several times with positive reviews. My parents were quite upset.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice staff and very clean
Cons: No all was great
Okay 4,0
Cons: Staff, not helpful. Front desk, poor communicators Coffee cart, personnel walked away and left it unattended at 7:30 am, waited ten minutes before they retuned did t have time to get a coffee before departing Shuttle, poor communication about departure time
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Extremely convenient location, a short walk from the airport. Comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms. Great fitness center with pool and hot tub.
Cons: Hotel claims to be for a "happy planet" yet gives out water in plastic bottles on check-in. Really? Think green, please!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Convenient to airport terminals.
Cons: I think they need Adel courtesy buses to the terminal. Every 5-10 min vs every 15 min.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Shuttle. Awesome room. Easy access to Downtown Boston on Blue Line.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Airport shuttle. Friendly front desk. Large rooms with queen beds.
Cons: The bathroom door is a "barn" type door so it leaves gaps so everyone in room can see/hear what is going on in bathroom.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel restaurant and set ice were exceptionally good. Check in was speedy and uncomplicated. The beds and bedding were divinely comfortable.
Cons: The location was less than desirable, but it was close to the Boston airport, which is why we choose it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent shuttle service
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Staff was courteous and helpful arranging our shuttle late at night.
Cons: The privacy door for the toilet & shower was broken and would not shut. The faucet in the sink had very hot water - NO COLD! There were towels for 2 people in a 4-person room. Too much money for the problems/inadequacy. Expensive breakfast was additional.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The comfortable bed.
Cons: Well beginning with the front desk lady who gave nothing but attitude and being rude, the pool was cold, I did not get the room I reserved plus the bathroom door was chipped. I definitely will not be staying here again that's for sure.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Staff very accommodating. Overall decor nice.
Cons: Was farther than thought from airport. Would have liked water bottles in room .
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My room was clean, spacious and perfect for what I needed a last minute stay near the airport when my flight was cancelled. And the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Cons: The night I was there, many flights had been cancelled so it took a long time to get food at the restaurant.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Cleanliness and amenities
Cons: No
Good 6,7
Pros: It was convenient and clean.
Cons: I wasn’t wild about the prices at the restaurant for the quality of service or food. The breakfast buffet that I paid $15 for was lower quality than some free breakfasts I have enjoyed at MANY other hotels!
Good 7,5
Pros: A normal airport hotel so does what it is expected to do.
Cons: Nothing in particular.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport train station, which makes it convenient to take the train to the city. Short train ride to the center. Hotel is nicely furnished with a large and comfortable restaurant/lounge area that serves late evening drinks and a snack menu.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was average. Individual menu offering was better quality.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Easy access to the rooms that were cosy and comfortable
Cons: There were only 2 elevators, no provision for tea, only coffee
Good 6,0
Pros: Good and convenient location; Courteous staff.
Cons: No provision for making tea.I Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee percolater in my room
