Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Customer service
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was in a great location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location and amenities. If we asked for it we got it. Yoga mat, ice, corkscrew, and maintenance. We had one of the newly renovated rooms which was really beautiful. Fantastic view into the harbour.
Cons: Some of the new renovations were not checked thoroughly for functionality. Toilet ran and needed adjustment. The sliding door into the bathroom could not be opened or closed without significant effort. Maintenance could not fix it as the door is too heavy
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was a true 5 star experience
Cons: The AC in the room had a very strong fan, even when turned down low - it did not extend to the bed so it worked for me but if I had sat at the desk, it was to the point of uncomfortable. But the overall hotel experience was first rate.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love this hotel. Would ask for a view of the harbor next time. Excellent food and staff is wonderful. Rooms were excellent.
Cons: Boston having all the venues open but we live in unusual times.
Excellent 8,0

Excellent 8,0

Cons: NO
Good 7,6
Pros: A fabulous location, with great views of the Harbour, made the start of our New England trip something to remember
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7,0
Pros: Wonderful location with a world class view of the Boston Harbor, the airport across the bay and the flashing lighthouse at the mouth of the Atlantic beyond. Very good downstairs staff, lovely restaurant and bar, and spectacular if you like boats, the water, watching the weather and walking to the aquarium, etc. Easy to get to by water taxi from the airport -- an adventure.
Cons: The sheet on the bed had what was certainly a fresh red blood drop on it -- like someone had cut them selves and didn't know while making the bed -- when we finally came in late the first night. The staff took care of this and the room was very clean after that.
Good 7,6
Pros: The staff could not have been nicer in particular the Concierge Desk
Cons: It was expensive but because it was a conference we stayed there
Good 7,0
Pros: The Meritage Restaurant was outstanding. Our view was magnificent and the staff was very attentive, they seem to like what they are doing.
Cons: The maid service was a bit inconsistent.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: A tad expensive, but beautiful for that special treat. Location, quality, services, staff friendliness, all 10/10.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: View of the Harbor
Cons: Parking was confusing and very expensive
Poor 1,0
Pros: Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Neglected to tell me about the $50 fee for using their valet service. To top it all off, the valet had scratched the right front light lens and popped the bumper cowling. I called but they don't care.
Cons: Didn't tell me about $50 valet fee.Valet scratched my right front light lens and popped the bumper cowling.Sent the security guy photos they said they would investigate. They didn't follow up- when I did got a text that said we're not doing anything.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location. Direct access via Silver Line to airport. Short walk to the convention center. Well maintained & clean throughout.
Cons: No problems whatsoever.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was immaculate, soundproof windows, complimentary water bottles, and the staff were all extremely welcoming.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice, clean rooms. Great staff and service.
Cons: None
Okay 5,0
Pros: The location
Cons: The description and pictures of the room were exaggerated did not look the same in person. Also The description did not not obviously state that there was a 40$ a night charge for parking.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location and the quietness about the property away from the real congestion
Good 7,3
Pros: Room was extremely clean, all amenities included, very good room service. Our bedroom was a regular one; however, had a great view, and we could have breakfast watching the harbor. Gorgeous restaurant and bar!
Cons: I would have mostly appreciated if it had a complimentary breakfast included, at least a Starbucks like voucher. And the parking garage is $35 a day, no special fee for staying at the hotel.
Okay 4,0
Cons: The location - over 30min walk to downtown / complicated underground connections
Good 6,3
Pros: Overall good, it was a good choice. All hotels are expensive in Boston. Hotel is not recente but it is well kepted and clean and confort. we've eat at the bar open day-time for half the price of the hotel breakfast (18usd). I did have a light dinner at the hotel pub (if I can call it) and it was ok. T underground station just across the street takes you either to downtown or airport and it's a short walt to downtown (15-30m or so). no tips at any time it's an hotel rule.
Cons: for each night I've payed 4 local/hotel taxes !!!??? my total booking was 976usd an end paying almost 1100usd... taxes taxes taxes and taxes
Good 7,7
Pros: Very close to the T stop so easy to get to places. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: Overall staff was very friendly and helpful, except for the waitresses at the Tamo restaurant. They were rude and condescending..probably because tip is automatically included in the bill.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: A beautiful hotel in an excellent location, we had lovely views of Boston from our room, can't fault the hotel at all
Good 7,6
Pros: ease of access to conference centre , airport , city unobtrusive service
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Close to airport, close to downtown. Nice view, friendly staff, large room.
Cons: Dining might be a bit weak.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Seaport Hotel. I was attending a conference at the convention center so the location was perfect. We did find the noise level from the surrounding rooms a little loud at times but the room itself was very clean and appointed with many nice ammenities. We had trouble with the coffee pot and someone was there very quickly to remedy the problem. We requested a late check-out and the staff was very accommodating. We would definately stay here again.

Good 6,0
Pros: It was conveniently located.

Pros: Location, location, location. Easy to get to everything. We didn’t even need a car.
Cons: For the price, room was small and cramped.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.
Cons: REALLY tiny room. Kind of a snooty vibe, even though the "Downtown Crossing" neighborhood is a little sketchy. Be careful walking around at night!
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding wooden door that does not lock and staying with multiple people where a bathroom door doesn't shut/lock probably was the only odd thing
Excellent 8,0

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Indoor pool
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean and friendly
Cons: No, everything was good
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The hotel was pretty. The lounge was very nice.
Cons: We booked a Suite for 5 people. When we checked in at 11pm, we were told the suite only had a kind size bed and that they were out of cots, our kids would have to sleep on the floor. After arguing with the front desk, they finally gave us a second room (which they initially tried to charge us for) which was in the exact opposite corner of the very large hotel but we were still short a bed. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. The second night, we were offered 3 cots so we could all be together however my sons are over 6 feet tall so the cots didn't fit them comfortably. Again, we were offered a second room (this time they offered it complimentary), this time closer to our suite. I just wanted to be together with my family not separated - I just wanted what I booked. To make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free buffet breakfast - really?!?! A free buffet breakfast - so kind of them for a $1500 hotel stay which they completely screwed up...
Poor 1,0
Cons: Spa and Fitness facilities were closed and there was no mention on website.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. They allow dogs. Right on the water. Beautiful view.

Cons: no
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location of this hotel can't be beat! The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed.

Pros: The location was superb. This hotel is located within walking distance of many attractions.
Cons: I didn't like that there was no parking. I was informed that parking was possible for a hefty fee.
Okay 4,0
Pros: the location was convenient - thats it.
Cons: The view of our room was to a dumpster. Paying $--- a night you would expect something nicer. Also, you hear the club music clearly from your room. I couldn't sleep until 2:00 am. No parking had to pay $51 for overnight parking. SPent more than I hoped fo
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Loved the location and the hotel itself

Good 7,0
Pros: Great location, very comfortable, most staff was very helpful. The best restaraunt we experienced in the downtown area. Their food was fantastic!
Cons: The housekeeping schedule was a bit off - but fine in detail. Also, one of the staff members was not particularly helpful with walking directions.
Good 7,0
Pros: We liked the location - close to the airport, Faneuil Hall and the Financial center and places of interest.
Cons: The breakfast - only one available in the area - was expensive and not good. We were forced to go to one of the closest hotels in order to get a proper buffet breakfast.
Good 6,7
Pros: Gabriel the concierge workers opening doors
Cons: the cover of heating unit fell off and the filter was loaded with dust
Good 7,7
Pros: i loved how it was so close to the fanueil hall and it was an easy walk to most of the places, especially the freedom trail. it was also near the TD garden, so that was pretty awesome
Good 6,3
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect. No car needed as we were right next to all of the shopping of Fanuiel Hall. Also, the spa was right next door which just what we wanted for a girls weekend away.
Cons: The parking to stay at this hotel was really pricey. So we parked at the T-station which was a lot cheaper, however it meant a short walk to the hotel with all of our luggage

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Clean and location was very good
Cons: The most important thing was there was no parking and I either had to park on the street and feed the meter through out the day or park in a Lot which average 22 dollars a day

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location is great, quiet, comfortable pillows
Cons: Food at bistro for lunch was ok.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: At check in the desk staff were not able or willing to put the charges on my Marriott card. However, at checkout the staff person was more than willing to do what it took to transfer the chargers to my Marriott card.

Good 6,0
Pros: location
Cons: service in restaurant cool water in shower 1 morning
Excellent 9,0

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel room was AMAZING!!!! Presidential suite was overwhelmingly beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The bed was luscious. Had dinner in the resteraunt in the hotel and had breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. Food was phenomenal!! Staff was very helpful and professional. Staff also was able to accommodate our request for early check in and late check out. TRULY could not have asked for a more amazing stay!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Good 7,0
Pros: Very clean, modern and spacious. The transit system was convenient as we used the 7 day link pass and boarded ferries, subway, buses and trains to go anywhere we wanted. Free internet in the business office. Meals at J. Pace and son nearby were excellent.
Cons: too much dependence on the subway gave us headaches from the fumes in the tunnels so we tried to walk outside as much as we could. It was a 20minute walk to long wharf, Quincy market. Sometimes had to wait awhile (10 min) for the silver way bus to get us back to the hotel.
Good 7,0
Pros: New Facility, nice workout room and lap pool. Close to Downtown on the T Silver Line.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The staff was friendly. They helped me navagate the Boston transit systems to sucessfully start my bike tour of New England. I used the mtba T-line and subway. If I had more time I would have enjoyed visiting the area attractions around the hote.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We liked very much the hotel, comfortable beds, great ocean view, perfect staff, resonable price, spa facilities and locataion - close to the airport and to downtown at the same time, cheap transportation from/to the airport and to the city center /only $2 /with Silver Line. When in Boston sure we'll stay at the Renaissance!
Excellent 8,0

Cons: That the internet was not free
Good 6,0
Pros: proximity with the congress center + swiming pool
Cons: not vegetarian meal at the restaurant
Good 7,6
Pros: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed. Overall a great place to stay. The hotel restaurant is very good but expensive.
Cons: A hotel in this price class needs to have complimentary internet access. Paying $13+ per night for what most other hotels offer for free is rather ridiculous.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Hotel was new, well kept and had a modern design. Offered a variety of food and beverage options. Far enough from downtown but a short, easy walk if you want to go. Close to the airport allowing you to use the Silver Line instead of a taxi. Nice waterfront location.
Cons: Nope
Good 7,6
Pros: The Renaissance Waterfront Hotel was a perfect spot to enjoy the city for a Memorial Day weekend trip with my fiance. The look was very modern with a classy feel. Excellent 10,0
Pros: everything including facilities, staff, location, etc.
Cons: nothing
Good 6,0
Pros: I wish there was a real restaurant and bar in the hotel. Bar was lacking and bartender was a bit grouchy.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The rooms were large and well equipped. The beds were comfy. The two-story rooms made them feel more like a suite than regular room and the high ceilings and architectural elements of the historic building are lovely. The location is unbeatable.
Cons: It was hard to regulate the room temperature and the HVAC was a bit noisy.
Good 7,7
Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location is perfect. History of the building is fascinating.
Cons: The air conditioning system is tricky. Better ask the staff to explain it and put it on auto.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was great, they had activities for those staying in and the price was high but considering everything that you get I think it's worth it.
Cons: Maybe having a complimentary breakfast.
Mediocre 3,0
Cons: we had a small favor to ask, which they first promised later refused.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Prompt pick up from the airport after a long intn flight and late arrival
Cons: Of course I would have preferred to pay less for my 8hr stay!!!
Okay 5,0
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: The shuttle pick up from the car rental center is a mess. They lost power for two straight days and the heating was not working. That is not the hotel's fault, but they did not compensate it in any way. The kitchen and housekeeping staff were great, however.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Convenience to the airport. Friendly staff.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We had a quick overnight layover in Boston and this was a perfect choice for a hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. It was clean and comfortable. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the closest T stop with trains into town for a meal or exploring if you have time. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location. Beautiful decor
Excellent 10,0
Pros: best location
Cons: dark
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Size of the room. Air conditioning and water pressure. Location.
Cons: Complimentary bottles of water in the room would have been nice.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Muffins and crossaints do not constitute breakfast
Okay 4,0
Pros: Staff was very helpful and pleasant great service so made the stay better.
Cons: Room wasn't what i asked for and fridge not clean. The room would have been ok if not for smells in room and hallway. Just not cleaned well overall. Front staff Very quick to try and rectify issues appreciated them.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and desires.
Cons: No.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Maid is excellent. The Eames chaise is really a big plus ... So comfortable!
Okay 5,0
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Rooms are very dark. No amenities - no water, no coffee in the room. Way too expensive for the lack of the most basic amenities.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Staff response was excellent. Bed and room were comfortable.
Cons: The check-in was lengthy due to the receptionist's computer being slow to boot up. Our room was lacking any sort of hotel explanation of services card. The TV options were limited. Overall, the experience was over rated given the cost of a room.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The Location
Cons: Extremely small room. Excessively large TV for the room size. The shower did not seal, so each shower had large amounts of water on the floor. Poor lighting in the room. Only one guest chain to sit on. The toilet paper was single ply. Poor luggage storage
Excellent 8,0
Pros: location
Cons: parking
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fantastic location, great staff and very comfortable room !
Cons: Nothing
Good 6,0
Pros: Location, staff, clean.
Cons: shower was not working properly, room service did not pay complete attention to their duties.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Our stay at the Nine Zero was beyond extraordinary. We called about six hours before check in to see if it would be possible to upgrade to a room with a city view (my husband told the guy at the front desk that we were celebrating out anniversary and seeing a show at the Orpheum Theatre that evening) - we were quickly and without questions upgraded to a king suite on the 12th floor with a gorgeous view of the city - we weren't even charged for such an amazing upgrade!
Cons: nothing. no complaints.
Good 7,3
Pros: A very clean hotel with efficient and friendly staff
Cons: no coffee pot in the room and the incredible cost to get a very nice room in downtown Boston near the theaters. $425 is just too much money for a middle class family to pay to go have a fun night on the town. In the future I will make arrangements further in advance so I can find a boutique hotel like John Jeffries House or better for $200 / night. OR, I just won't go for overnight.
Okay 5,7
Pros: Location was great for Freedom Trail. Attentive service.
Cons: Outdated TV. Very expensive parking.
Good 7,3
Pros: Hotel was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Good 6,4
Pros: Nice how the staff was friendly and catered to the clientele and even those that had dogs staying with them. Nice gym and equipment. Very nice room decor and comfortable bed and queen size beds were nice. Excellent location being close to everything we wanted and close to the subway for easy transportation to anywhere including the airport without having to use the expensive taxi route.
Cons: I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room to make our own coffee vs. having to go to a local Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for an added cost. That should be a standard for any hotel. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom to get rid of the humidity quickly after taking a shower. The walls are a bit thin as you can hear too much noise from upstairs and side neighbors when using shower/bathrooms and shutting doors.
Okay 5,2
Pros: The hotel is in a great location. It was surrounded by restaurants and the church bell sounded lovely. Room service was delicious, came quickly, and was hot.
Cons: I was sorry that the room lacked slippers, a shower cap, a complimentary bottle of water, a newspaper, or turndown service. They are having a plumbing problem. The pipes in the shower bang and the shower head looks ready to shoot out of the wall. Breakfast was not delicious and the valets were so slow retrieving our car the following morning that we almost missed our brunch reservation.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: We were seated against the wall in the restaurant - the door was like an earthquake every time it was opened - which was frequently
Good 6,4
Pros: The whole ambience of the hotel is really cool. I think they've got it just right - It feels quite informal, however, the staff were spot on! The location is also perfect.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4,4
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Reservations center rude... Unhelpful ands bad system updates

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Last night was the first time I stayed at The Boxer. It was fabulous. Reasonable price for such a great location. My friend and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. She ordered a chicken dish. The manager came over & advised they had run out and apologized. He made recommendations for alternate dishes. While waiting for our meal, the manager brought us a complimentary appetizer for not having my friends 1st choice. Delicious brussel sprouts! When our main course was ready, it was delivered by the chef. Such a pleasant surprise. He was delightful to talk to. Dinner was excellent, served quickly ( we were on our way to a show) by a wonderfully pleasant staff at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so cute with interesting furniture and decor.
Cons: The room was a little small, but that's pretty typical for a place in the city.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly staff, comfortable room and early check in.
Cons: Nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Boxer.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Limited room service menu
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Stylish upscale boutique hotel with great location to TD Garden
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I think the best part was that the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to my meeting location. No
Cons: The room is smaller in size and it would be nice if continental breakfast is offered.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Good location. Good use of space despite small room and bathroom.
Cons: Shower was a bit dirty. Microwave would have been nice.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was very near to where my daughter and son in law live. It was convenient and also close to the airport.
Cons: The room was small and the tub was peeling.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The bed was comfortable, the bathroom toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) were very easy to dispense, and the room itself looked nice.
Cons: There didn't seem to be charger outlets directly by the bed (unless I missed some on the lamp desk), and I didn't see a menu in the room to tell me the prices of what was in the room and in the minibar (though the water was labeled as $4).
Good 7,0
Pros: Walking distance from TD Garden. Nice hotel and nice front desk staff. I would stay again.
Cons: The hotel had a closed fitness room. The elevator was not working at one point. The room was average. The room did not get beds made or cleaned between days. Rugs could have been vacuumed. Restaurant was pricy . House staff was rude.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location on the North End, right down the street from the Boston Public Market and Faneuil Hall, etc. Room w/two double beds was a great size for in-city, and stylish design throughout. Short walks to restaurants like Union Oyster House and Neptune Oyster House, and to the Metro/Amtrak for travel elsewhere. Location and rooms were very quiet for being in such a central spot. Bikes to borrow were a fantastic plus!
Cons: Restaurant on premises was closed for remodeling, but they provided complimentary continental breakfast to compensate. Bathroom was a little cramped compared to size of room, but not horribly so.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: From the moment you arrive you are taken care of with a smile. The staff was extremely accommodating. The property is very well taken care of. Every single person we met that worked there wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Bravo to the Boxer!
Good 7,7
Pros: Fair price, good service
Cons: They block the full summ of money on credit card, then charging it to the summ above that and after that return blocked money 2 weeks later
Okay 5,0
Pros: The bed was very comfy but the toilet did not flush properly which I reported.
Good 6,7
Pros: Like the close proximity to subway and able to walk to Boston's historic sites.
Good 7,3
Pros: the staff was very helpful and friendly. the parking deal was also a plus.
Cons: not a thing.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast
Good 6,0
Pros: Good location and it was a nice room with all the stated facilities.
Cons: Didn't get the type of room I booked, which was a double double (2 double beds), but was given a king with a sofa bed. They couldn't provide the right kind of room but did offer an additional king which was fair enough. Decided to stick with the king with the sofa bed which wasn't ideal, but was fine. In addition, the airline lost my luggage but it turned up the same day on another flight and they advised me it had been despatched to my hotel. Needless to say I kept on asking reception if my case had turned up to which they answered in the negative for 2 days. Then I got the right receptionist who remembered the case coming in two days previously and fished it out of storage. No messages on my room phone and other receptionists didn't know about it or even check storage. Not good.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Rooms were stylish and recently renovated. Bathrooms were big and nicely done - great for 4 of us to share. Plus the restaurant was great, and great prices too.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice that they offered free breakfast.
Cons: Shuttle from airport to hotel took a long time (30 minutes).
Good 6,0
Pros: Adjacency to airport with shuttlebus
Cons: This was not the "typical" embassy suites with the multi-level inside atrium that is always enjoyable to be in ( i.e. the Cumbus OH embassy suites. That place was awesome!) This seemed like a previous hotel that embassy suites just took over.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Everything was splendid I wish parking prices weren’t such a hassle especially for an expensive stay.
Cons: Everything was splendid I wish parking prices weren’t such a hassle especially for an expensive stay.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Very convenient. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Location
Cons: $50 per night parking. Outrageous I will not return.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The free airport shuttle is convenient and quick. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. A good breakfast is still provided, even during the pandemic.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Valet parking to high
Cons: Sink had slow draining
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This is a very easy hotel to get to & from. The proximity to the airport is terrific. (Take airport Bus #55 to rental car center & it’s right next door) ! Rooms are always clean and comfortable The front desk staff and operator on phone are invaluable & welcoming! I could hear & see the smiles even though they were masked!
Cons: As I say this with most every hotel I stay in.... not enough creams & sugars for my blonde coffee in the morn! But that’s it!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean, decent price for airport hotel.
Cons: Nope
Good 6,0
Pros: Proximity to Logan airport and train station, morning breakfast and evening hors d-oeuvres, and free airport shutttle.
Cons: The view from our room was of the inside hotel lobby (not desireable). The air conditioner in our room was very noisy (had to wear earplugs to drown out) and did not cool well (had to request to have it serviced).
Good 6,0
Pros: Sufficient fir circumstances
Cons: Sleeper sofa very uncomfortable and parking expensive.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Nice and clean, close to the airport, decent connections to downtown (depending on traffic in the tunnel), generally friendly staff, fine pool and fitness center. No airport noise.
Cons: Breakfast fine, better than budget hotels, but a little slacking relative to Embassy Suites standards. Same goes for daily manager receptions. Floor in breakfast room a little sticky from time to time.
Good 6,3
Pros: The Hotel was very clean and the service was great!
Cons: Didn't like the $32 for parking. We didn't know about the price of parking until we booked the room :(
Good 7,0
Pros: The room was very comfortable, especially the bed; concierge was very enthusiastic, and could not have been more helpful.
Cons: As an airport hotel, they should have a screen display of current departures - especially helpful for informing guests of flight delays. We found the packed breakfast so-so: only products that were highly-sweetened. Not everyone eats like that.
Good 7,0
Pros: Near convention center and airport. Best price.
Cons: N/A
Good 7,7
Pros: I liked the free shuttle service, great breakfast, clean, spacious & updated rooms.
Cons: Nothing really. The bathroom needed more towel racks because the hotel likes to conserve and gives the option of reusing towels and there weren't really any towel racks, just a hook on the back of the door. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely return.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Lovely spacious room. Very nice sheets. Wonderful Breakfast.
Cons: n/a
Okay 4,7
Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable. We also like the proximity to the car rental and to the airport (especially the free shuttle service).
Cons: The front desk was not very customer-oriented - your website had my booking under which had my middle initial first, followed by last name and first name. This caused the confusion. They kept telling us that we had no reservation and they turned us away. Its a good thing that just when we were resigned to leave, they saw my name. The TV in our room had no access to movies and the toilet seat had dirt that was not cleaned from the previous occupant.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The suites, breakfast buffet, & it's easy access to Boston by public transportation.
Cons: One of the bathroom door would get stuck but we reported it to the front desk at the end of our stay.
Good 6,6
Pros: Good location for the airport. It's a 3 minute walk to the T station. From there you're in downtown Boston within minutes
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5,4
Pros: complimentary breakfast and evening snacks
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6,4
Pros: I enjoyed the cooked to order omelettes available every morning.
Cons: Cream (half/half) in pitchers was curdled 2 of the 3 mornings at breakfast, and staff ignored us when we told them about it. They opened the caraffe, sniffed it (which tells you nothing), and put it back on the serving area for others to use. A second available caraffe was not curdled. It was clear to see the difference when poured into coffee.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Considering this was during the pandemic the availability of good pub fare was a strong plus!
Excellent 9,0
Cons: The food was crazy expensive and the staff had bad attitudes
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Close to the airport for early morning flight
Cons: Heard band ? Or someone playing music when trying to sleep. Not incredibly loud but still kept me up a bit
Good 7,0
Pros: The location can’t be beat if you have to catch a flight. Comfy beds and pillows plus climate control and blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. The hotel contacted me in advance and encouraged texting, which made it very easy to ask questions.
Cons: Overnight parking (not even 12 hours) is $49 for guests! Insane. Also, WiFi costs extra.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great service. Extremely clean. Called ahead and delivered pack and play to the room so it was in the room when we arrived at 11pm. Ver much appreciated!
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,0
Pros: You can walk to/ from your gate.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was very good didn't bother us were friendly, respectful , helpful and immediately fixed what we asked for or needed to have anything replaced. Immediately were at door to drop off what was asked to be replaced.... Definitely would stay again
Cons: The prices were very expressive and no access to store so had to pay... If you lowered price then I would have no complaint at all....
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great Location for the airport.
Cons: The shower head in my bathroom was loose and the pressure was bad. The shuttle person was a bit rude and when the doors opened for pick up there was a smell of pot.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Nothing
Okay 5,0
Pros: Clean room, great king sized bed, helpful staff, close to airport
Cons: Other than liking the pizza and steak sandwich, the rest I ordered wasn’t good. There is no breakfast offered, but they have a small coffee shop in the main foyer. I was there four nights so the food was an issue. I did order out for Chinese food once. Also a late night check-in in the adjoining room of a noisy family. Walls are thin. I did contact the staff about the issues. Was comped a meal and staff called the room next door about the noise. I heard the phone ring. TV was turned down but could still be heard. The rest of the noise continued until I guess they fell asleep.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Walked to gates only to get discombobulated in the garage...still...plenty of time..no stress...no traffic
Cons: Mmm, not a biggee......why don’t they allow windows to vent? I’m a fresh air type.
Good 7,7
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The charge for: - the internet access, that should be complementary - the breakfast, that was to much - the room rate that is to high
Good 7,3
Pros: very convienent for the airport, we could walk to our terminal when we left. great views over airpot habour and down town
Good 7,0
Pros: Excellent location in the airport - easy access to all the facilities including the T for onward travel into the city.
Cons: Very expensive overall.
Good 7,3
Pros: Location near airport and views over the habour
Cons: Bar/restaurant too noisy, went to town to have dinner
Good 7,3
Pros: Short walk from airport terminal under covered way.
Cons: Expensive for what it is - but I paid it for the convenience of the location
Okay 5,3
Pros: The location adjacent to Logan Airport is the best feature.
Cons: The room was very ordinary and the hotel was overpriced.
Good 6,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Hotel tried to charge 40 dollars more than the booking rate
Okay 5,2
Pros: the best part of our stay was the shuttle to the tstop.
Cons: this is the most noisy hotel we have ever stayed in.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I was allowed to upgrade my room for free
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The hotel restaurant was one of the worst I have been in. The food was bad, and the service worse. This kind of place does not belong anywhere, especially in an airport hotel where there is no where else to go to eat.

Pros: Clean in great location. Easy access to airport with frequent shuttle
Cons: Arrived late and restaurant was closed, bar was closed and had to order out for delivery
Excellent 8,0
Pros: thank you for the shuttle to the airport.
Cons: your carpets
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Airport shuttle. Friendly front desk. Large rooms with queen beds.
Cons: The bathroom door is a "barn" type door so it leaves gaps so everyone in room can see/hear what is going on in bathroom.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Location and staff were great.
Cons: The AC did not work, it only turned on if you got up and touched the button manually (and by doing this it only stayed on a few minutes) this was exhaustive. Also, engraved odor of body sweat, the type of stench of human(s) that have decided not to shower
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Ease of getting into Boston
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Staff was courteous and helpful arranging our shuttle late at night.
Cons: The privacy door for the toilet & shower was broken and would not shut. The faucet in the sink had very hot water - NO COLD! There were towels for 2 people in a 4-person room. Too much money for the problems/inadequacy. Expensive breakfast was additional.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The comfortable bed.
Cons: Well beginning with the front desk lady who gave nothing but attitude and being rude, the pool was cold, I did not get the room I reserved plus the bathroom door was chipped. I definitely will not be staying here again that's for sure.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Price, convenience
Excellent 9,0
Pros: We really likes the hotel, the room and beds were large, there was a tub! Beautiful windows as well
Cons: There was quite a bit of dust all over the room which ment they had not wiped or sanitized the room as expected. Usually we are not ones to be picky but with the coronavirus out we expected alittle more precaution taken. We sanitized things when we got into the room.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean, very spacious
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location was very convenient to airport and shuttles were always available. Good food, nice servers in restaurant. They gave me a complimentary late check out. And it was probably the strongest water flow in shower I’ve ever had. I would def stay there again
Cons: Furniture could use updating. The couch by the elevator on my floor looked like they had gotten it from a fraternity. I wouldn’t have sat on that. Lots of furniture around property was outdated and a bit shabby. Furniture in the rooms was nice though!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable and location was convenient for my purposes.
Good 6,0
Pros: Good and convenient location; Courteous staff.
Cons: No provision for making tea.I Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee percolater in my room
