It has a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The loft is a two-story loft, and it has dark woods and floor to ceiling windows that show views of Franklin Street, which is part of the financial district. There is a half bathroom downstairs and a sleeper sofa. This is great for families with children. The second floor has the master bedroom with the king size bed and a huge marble bathroom.

The largest suite on the property is the chairman suite. It starts at $2500 per night. This room sleeps three comfortably, and the Boston Skyline is the million-dollar view from this room. There is a king size bed and connecting rooms are available. It has a private entrance foyer, Nespresso machine, tea and coffee making facilities, living room that holds ten, a walk-in closet and more.
